從來沒有去過一間極端差的服務咖啡店,簡直影響香港咖啡業界。這是第一次也是最後一次幫襯。

Never experienced such nasty service in HK coffee industry. This is the first time and last time for life.

第一次帶母親及妹妹嘆個下午茶地點喺希慎誠品隔離。
This is the first time I brought my mom here and sisters after lunch and we found this coffee place behind Eslite Hysan.

老實說,我哋唔係咖啡專家同埋佢間鋪都幾吸引但係服務員態度非常惡劣兼自以為是。有時覺得某一部份的香港人唔知點解會生有如此「狗眼看人低」的品格。飲食行業是一個人與人之間的生意關鍵有賴本身尊重及服務嘅成功之道。

To be honest, we are not coffee expert and the shop looks attractive but not the staff whom in general looks snobby that is one of the worst character I see in “some” Hong Kong people. These people don’t born with humble personality and not knowing what is the key to success. Food and beverage is a people business.

他們應該看待每一個客人有一個新品嚐咖啡的客人並教育他們怎樣去欣賞及品嚐佢哋自己用心沖的一杯咖啡。可惜他們的態度令到你感到好似一個低級客人,唔識飲咖啡就唔好理。即使他們戴上了口罩,也感覺到對你一點都不尊敬。並且無禮地指導你應該點樣飲咖啡的每一個層次而不應該用搞棍把奶及咖啡攪勻。

They should treat every single customer as a new comer and “educate” how to enjoy their hearty-made coffee instead of giving attitude and make your feel like idiot even they have masks on. And instruct u in a rude manner on how you should drink the coffee with layer instead of mixing up the milk.

成個過程都好像中咗毒入去你嘅血液裏面令到你非常憤怒並且不想把這杯咖啡品嚐。

The experience is like toxic infuse in your blood and bump with anger that you don’t even want to drink the coffee into your stomach.

很抱歉我在這裡寫了一個這麼壞的食評但是你這間咖啡店的核心價值是否帶給客人一個愉快的咖啡經驗?你們是否真的為了宣揚咖啡的真正喜悅還是想打懷自己這盤生意嗎?

I’m so sorry to write this feedback but it is really annoying and frustrating when someone is trying to get a happy moment with family but ruin by someone who don’t know how to do business.

我相信我不會推介這間咖啡店給任何人甚至再光顧,完。

Period and I won’t recommend this coffee place neither come again.
