Apr 20, 2025.I saw Ole's promotion ad on social media (hey, only a few days left!) and made reservation online right away. Glad a restaurant staff called me and told me the promotion is available only if I install the Dining City App and make reservation there. I did so but couldn't reserve for 6 pm. Only a few seats left at 8pm. The staff was very helpful and changed the booking time for me. The ambience brought back memories in Spain. My friend just loved it. Great food, great service, great music, great ambience!!!! I love the olives, Padron Peppers with Romesco Sauce, Suckling pig and Churros with hot chocolate. Iberico Ham was freshly sliced, yum!! Wagyu Beef Cheek was very beefy, but too bad my friend enjoyed too much starters, so she could only finished half the beef Cheek ( but she finished all the Churros 🤪)I'm allergic to Shrimps, but when Sizzling Garlic Shrimps was delivered, I couldn't stop myself to smell this aromatic Garlic oil with shrimp flavor. Ole Spanish Restaurant

I haven't met my friends last year for a year. We decided to go to Ole for a happy gathering. I had a lengthyyyyy meeting so I was late. By the time I got there,  they were enjoying  Spanish olives, rustic bread, of course,  relaxing and having a zip of Tempranillo and a Forever Young. After a glass of sparkling water,  I ordered a Coo Coo. It was so refreshing, made of coconut milk,  pineapple,  probably with some lime juice as well. We kept chatting and ordered some Spanish iberico ham. It wasn't very salty, but well, cleanly fermented for a long time.  No tendons or tough tissues found, excellent! We chatted so much I nearly forgot to eat Alioli Potato. The potato was made just right. The Aliolo was creamy, aromatic,  slightly garlicky. Yummy!! I love veggies, so we ordered Spanish Tomato Salad. No regrets! The tomatoes were truly from Spain,  it was sweet but not mushy. Very tomato flavored,  even stronger than freshly picked local organic tomatoes.  Olive oil and chopped garlic. Healthy and tasty! Sorry I forgot to take a photo until we ate half of it. Iberico ham and chicken croquettes was crispy but not oily. It was smooth inside and you can taste bits of iberico ham. Num! I hesitated to eat Padron Peppers with Romesco Sauce. After a bite, I just couldn't stop eating it. The pepper was sweet, with a charred flavor,  love it!! The house made romesco sauce was slightly sweet,  with a  balanced mixed herbs and garlic. I wanted more... Stuffed piquillo pepper with cod surprised me.  If you eat it at normal speed,  you'll find 1 layer of food with Parmesan.  But if you slow down,  you'll find the cod was wrapped in pepper. Amazing! I don't eat lamb anymore,  but my pals urged me to eat some Grilled Baby Lamb Chop (try not to waste food). The baby lamb chop was well grilled and I love that grilled flavor.  The lamb itself was tender and sweet. Nearly forgot to mention the Shoestring Fries. It was so crispy,  simply salted, but it was so good my friends and I kept munching on it.  No one string left. Ha ha. Roasted suckling pig is always my favourite. Wherever I go and I order it. Ole must be using a very premium piggy. The meat was flavorful.  The piggy must be eating all kinds of good food, not just eating "cereals". The meat was so juicy while the skin was crispy.  There was no need to add Balsamic vinegar, simply,  the piggy itself was attractive enough! As a complete happy meal,  dessert is a must !I chose fig pie. I think Ole uses Turkish figs. They are huge and sweet! My mom just bought some from a health food store and it tasted just like that. After adding Port wine sauce, the taste was just perfect!! Of course. I'm spoiled to eat most of the vanilla ice cream  😁 For a nice ending, we had some Pedro Ximenez. It sparkled by the candle. I never had this wine before, so I smelled and took a zip. It was like sweet grapes and raisins. Immediately I thought of a vineyard... By the way,  I didn't gave much time to explore the restaurant environment,  but the Spanish music and setup made me feel like I were in Spain. 看到網上的食評 所以一直都想試一試 看到有幾張大家拍的照片,有很多花,很美麗,於是乎初二去。但去完以後都不會再去。香茅豬扒鹹得 要立刻飲凍飲 全個菜式只有玉米筍最好味 因為是新鮮的玉米筍,香甜,有玉米筍味 牛油果多士好靚 但食落去一點牛油果味都沒有 只覺得在吃一點綠色的醬至於和牛,我朋友表示味道還可以 不過份量似乎太少了 至於我朋友叫的玫瑰茉莉茶真的令人失望 以這個價錢竟然用市面玫瑰茉莉茶包 這種茶包品質又不好 帶苦澀味 而我的凍蜜桃烏龍茶 單據都表明要少冰 但是送出來一點都不少冰 而且茶底非常苦澀很難飲。餐廳只允許 90分鐘 時間。出餐慢(20分鐘上菜),但難食,很快便KO, 飲水。但還有 25分鐘 店員已叫我們埋單。我們看,其實當時只有四乘客人,假期想輕鬆一下都比人吹,簡直是ridiculous.本來想試甜品,結果我和我朋友決定立刻離開,在商場找另一間店吃甜品飲咖啡 而且我覺得早上十一點多就來到 作為第一批客人竟然發現座位地面黐腳 這代表早一晚根本沒有做清潔。 疫情期間有這樣不小心的店舖真令人擔心。 所以花了 $616 快閃,以後都不會再來 請留意,我是在寫食評,我不是為拍照寫評語。…Read More

My friend and I just had a terrible lunch at Camellia downstairs. Nice environment but totally poor food and beverage quality. We decided to find a place for dessert and coffee. We absolutely found the right place!Though the cake display was not as fancy as others, we were attracted by some of the products so we lined up for dine in. We made the right choice!We were sitting in a VIP room. It was well decorated. My friend who is very artistic said it was like a minature European castle.We had some difficulties deciding on which cakes we should order. in the end, we exceeded our limit and ordered 3 pcs. 🤣🤣🤣. A sacher, a Mediteranian Pistachio Mousse with Cherry, and a Milano Cheesecake. Also ordered 2 Milano House Coffee.The Milano House Coffee was strong but not bitter. A piece of coffee was served with it. We didn't put milk in the coffee as it was aromatic so no need for milk. The cookie and the cakes matched with the coffee well.We loved the Pistachio cake the best. The pistachio flavor was natural. The mousse was light and smooth. Cherry bits were embedded in the mousse. Both of us dislike canned cherry, but this cherry tasted lovely. We later learned from the Marketing Director Andrea the Cherry was from Italy. No wonder!The second piece was Milano cheesecake. When you cut this piece of cake, you know how much cream cheese was used. You can taste light lemon flavor.The third, the Sacher, was also my favorite. You find the sourness of the apricot jam, then the cake s sweetness, then a rich chocolatey flavor. I think the designer chef was such a genius! What a great balance of the sourness and the sweetness, apricot and chocolate, different layers of flavor!! All these cakes were so fresh and moist ! Gosh, I was full, but I enjoyed them so much that I used my fork to pick the last bit from the plate!Andrea and the crew were so friendly and served well, one of the crew truly followed my friend s request and provided warm water, temperature was just right! 很可惜這是另一間退步中的餐廳。服務一直都不太好。今日坐下來等了一段時間,無人問我們喝什麼茶。奇怪,對面2人來到,什麼都弄好了我們這裡卻沒動靜。要落點心單及問取茶壺時,女侍應問我們是否要埋單?!! 不是吧?在做夢嗎? 我們都未開始食?!!叫了茶,女侍應竟然走去叫另一女侍應來,重新問我們"要什麼茶"?!! "已經叫了"。。。"請問叫了什麼茶"。。。茶壺到。我不知道侍應為何無理會,2個壺柄都有點鬆。此批金屬茶壺用了很多年了,看來沒有保養好。老人家拿起立刻問,萬一茶壺柄鬆出怎麼辦。算了。我們每次必叫龍躉蒸飯,是我們的最愛。以前又大籠又香又好吃,荷葉香味濃,但近2至3年縮水。今次連味道都退步了。荷葉太細塊,加上荷葉下面額外加了一個碟,可能令熱力不同,蒸完無荷葉香味。飯很硬。唯龍躉品質保持。珍珠雞味道比龍躉蒸飯好。棉花雞的料比一般茶樓好。素餃子做得好。服務? 老人家觀察除了收錢的男仕較好,其他連一般小茶樓侍應都不如如果不是老人家想吃蒸飯,我會寧願去其他餐廳。…Read More

過年前媽媽忙到不得了沒有時間煲湯, 自己亦忙到不得了。好想飲靚湯滋潤一下。想起之前在小城知味食過似媽媽煲的皮蛋瘦肉粥,剛好約朋友在九龍灣, 就在那裏吃飯吧! 叫了兩個小菜,湯,白飯,菜,飲品,後加甜品。當日例湯是粟米眉豆豬骨湯。一般舖頭會加很多味精,但是這個沒有。 飲下去真的有點像媽媽煲湯的感覺。滋潤呀~!!咕嚕肉酸甜配搭非常好,最喜歡的是用了新鮮的菠蘿,而且菠蘿是甜中帶酸,很開胃,我和朋友都有點 爭著吃蜜糖薯仔牛柳亦相當好味。雖然我不吃牛肉,但是在薯仔上面沾有牛肉的香味,似乎用的牛肉質量不錯。 怪不得隔離兩個女孩一人叫一客(都食光了!)金銀蛋時菜一般白飯很香飯味非常喜歡羅漢果甘菊茶,但小心燙手,因為杯身勁熱。味道非常天然,不似一些涼茶店加了很多糖,這杯飲下去清清的,非常潤喉。最後,為食的我還叫了甜品。本來想食豆腐花,不過見是二人份量而我朋友已經飽了,所以改為叫芝麻糊杯。無想到用一個木桶裝出來,非常得意! 打開來熱辣辣的,裏面還有芝麻湯圓,似乎是寧波湯圓,非常好食 而且芝麻糊很香。一定再來!:)…Read More

朋友從美國回來,帶他去pokka cafe 晚膳。我已經要求將teriyaki sauce 分開上,沒有想到豬扒本身已經非常咸,根本不用加teriyaki sauce。我朋友叫了魚的便當,誰知道魚帶苦味, 應該是割破膽。有點掃興。飯後叫了檸檬柚子薑茶,非常夠薑, 是我當晚唯一喜歡的東西。跟餐的芝士蛋糕還可以。翻查照片,全部是自拍。無法,因為太多年無見,情不自禁,忘了單獨拍食物的照片。基本上外觀很正常,除了味道問題。。。希望pokka可以回覆年多前的味道。其實過咸問題在荃灣店亦一樣。我每個月都去最少去1次,希望快些改善!…Read More

近來週末經常在來吃豆腐花。其實非常便宜。以現時租金 五元一碗實在難找到。現場食的話料相當多,但由於洗碗可能不太乾淨翌日染了感冒,所以沒有用堂食碗。不過如果換了外賣碗,除了不太環保,另一問題就是料亦都會減少,要附加一元的外賣碗。豆腐花相當滑,不過豆味不是很濃。另外這裏的服務是最令人氣的地方,尤其是男士。說來說去都未能了解個柯打是什麼。 其實來來去去不過是 堂食或外賣冷熱的豆腐花 及加什麼了 共多少個總之亂七八糟,之後就會話你堂食的話小心樓上滴水…Read More
