自疫情以來都無咩機會出黎食好西,難得而家開始放緩和,真係要出黎抖抖。最近有朋友相約我黎呢間新開居酒屋,聽講呢個集團有好多唔同分店,而且間間唔同名~今次呢間係專食炭火串燒的,咁啱呢幾日天氣轉涼,正呀~原來山林道好多小店,以前真係無咩留意。上到黎感覺好似去咗d高級商廈,拉門入去即聽到員工熱情的打招呼及安排入座。店面好有情調,我地安排坐bar枱位置,店內環境唔算好大,但唔會覺得好擠迫,客人熱鬧地圍坐bar枱傾計,等食中飲下啤酒,清酒,串燒師傅又會好熱情咁介紹食物,店員亦會介紹配食物的清酒。食物唔算好多款式,但頗多海鮮,師傅即叫即燒,食下飲下以為唔會飽,但慢慢嘆下傾下計,原來都食咗唔少野~其中我最欣賞佢嘅燒乳鴿肶,燒鮑魚同魷魚筒。聽講佢地仲有時令既秋刀魚同白子。可惜我係唔鐘意食濃味魚既~朋友都話好滿意佢地既串燒,仲請師傅飲咗2杯tim......員工無論廚師,還是侍應都好好傾,唔知仲以為我地成日黎......不過咁有heart嘅居酒屋真係值得做飯堂…Read More

其實呢間一直想食好耐,因為未見過一塊既烏冬。咁啱搭巴士經過,看似那麼遠原來這麼近~晚上7點幾黎到都唔算好多人,店員那我到牆壁一邊的枱,自成一角都幾好。睇完menu,其實選擇唔算太多。就係冷沾,熱沾同湯烏冬。我比較鐘意食沾,但天氣凍凍地,所以要左1個雞肉熱沾烏冬。大概10分鐘就有得食。睇落份量唔算多,湯頭有點甜,湯係熱的,烏冬係凍的。口感都幾好,不過冷烏冬沾完湯會變冷啊~烏冬可以用筷子夾散,而且食完其實都飽。如果唔夠,可以叫份替玉。有機會試埋冷沾先。…Read More

係facebook見有人分享海鮮串燒放題,見幾吸引就約埋好友一齊試試佢。天公不造美,放假先黎落大雨。打電話即日預約左7點,見好似有窗邊位,訂座店員回覆係先到先得,無得預留。可能由於平日,同埋地點其實幾唔就腳。7點黎到都唔係太多客,只有1/3 客人。成功坐到窗邊位,枱面放著2個餐牌。除左主菜需向店員落單,其他一切自助。朋友主菜點左牛扒5成熟,我點左斧頭豬扒。另外加左2隻生蠔。牛扒成數算準,豬扒有點乾。以$30一隻生蠔黎講算幾大隻,有海水味亦係我鐘意的爽脆型生蠔,只係唔算太肥美。冷盤有多種沙律菜,南瓜湯,蒜蓉包。冷凍海鮮有蟹,蝦,螺,蜆,青口。D蟹係有膏的,不過補充時間都幾長。串燒方面需要去爐頭排隊,每人每次限取4串。4串當中只可要2串海鮮。燒蠔,蟶子等長期有,燒鮑魚就需時比較耐,等第一次話岩岩派曬。第二次出去企係度等左幾分鐘先等到。其他特色d海鮮一晚可能只得1次。閒日都咁,如果星期五六日黎都唔知有係燒海鮮。總括黎講食一次試下就算了。地點唔方便,食物供應又唔算多。如果每人$298+10% ,我可以去酒店加dd錢食好d,起碼唔洗食自助餐都限量供應咁款。:(…Read More
