Exec Chef is ex Jamie's Italian, ex F&B of Eclipse & Aqua. Adrian has real talent & understanding for quality food & exciting tastes. What's more the team are friendly. So Adrian is extending the restaurant lounge & bar area to become a quiet business lounge.I shall start using the comfortable lounge to meet & greet in the late afternoon. mjb88 I have been coming to Jimmys in Central for over 20 years. My Go To place for all overseas visitors for lunch, and local business friends for a good lunch. Regular at least 2 a month or more for years and years. Had to stop coming about 6 months ago: Bottle San Mig and Carlsberg taken off the menu,no special lunch promotions, we just now find it too expensive compared to others in Central for a decent lunch with a bottle of wine and a couple of beers. Hopefully, these new changes we mean we can start coming again!

Loye is a must not just because all the fish is flown in Fresh from exotic places. But the local veg is fresh & Yum. The menu & price are stiff competition for the big & well publicised restaurants. Out of 10 this restaurant rates very close to 10. The chefs are so talented. The food is so simple they stress the natural tastes of the high quality products. They are making everything even the exquisite dim sum with the highest quality Australian Omega -9 oil.
