Loye is a must not just because all the fish is flown in Fresh from exotic places. But the local veg is fresh & Yum. The menu & price are stiff competition for the big & well publicised restaurants. Out of 10 this restaurant rates very close to 10. The chefs are so talented. The food is so simple they stress the natural tastes of the high quality products. They are making everything even the exquisite dim sum with the highest quality Australian Omega -9 oil. So it's not greasy, leaves zero dryness or glue like after taste that 90% of Hong Kong is offering.
