旺角食飯旨在就腳,雖有林林總總的餐廳,但過往都未有太多令我驚喜的餐廳,可是這一家卻意外令我想再吃一次的感覺。芝士雞肉磨菇墨西哥夾餅。夾餅輕烤,使其外帶點薄脆而內裡鬆軟,餡料塞得滿滿而且不失水份。旁邊配上三款醬,莎莎醬、乳酪醬、(我猜是牛油果醬),讓人沾不停!東方蝦湯脆乾蔥鮮蝦意大利麵。是柔合了東南亞風味的元素,意大利麵吸收了蝦湯的味道,結合蕃茄的酸、辣椒的辣、乾蔥的香,是我最喜歡的菜式。不過,它正如東南亞菜般偏為濃味,友人認為淡一點會更好,本人則認為恰到體現東南亞風味。沖繩活性水飼豬鞍扒蜜糖芥末醬。豬扒煎得剛好熟透,切開有肉汁流出。豬扒本身大概只用了鹽和香草調味,所以要沾一下蜜糖芥末醬才有味道。焗肉桂蘋果脆脆配意大利雪糕(2人份)。雪糕給我的感覺就是此店自家制的,因為它的質感偏向雪葩口感,這是雲尼拿口味不常見的質感,雖則未有預期的gelato那綿密的質感,但雲尼拿的香是一絕。蘋果脆脆亦十分出色,肉桂香平衡得宜。唯一缺點是整個甜品中有兩粒提子乾在內,是可有可無的。…Read More

最近元朗新開的糖水舖,所售的是港式/潮式傳統糖水,意外獲得大量人氣,住得頗近的我當然去湊熱鬧。雖則是平日的晚上10點,依然有絡繹不絕既人前來,不論堂食還是外賣的人也不少。由於店面淺窄,故堂食需等待較長時間。腐竹馬蹄清心丸(熱),入口清甜,材料十足,清心丸很有嚼勁,馬蹄爽口,腐竹滑溜,三者配合相宜。題外話:清心丸是四方狀,被朋友嘲笑是清心磚(哈哈事實上,新店要應付大量人流實屬不易,因他們也是剛起步,故不能事事周全,所以作為客人,我們也當然要有耐心,若有疑惑當然跟店員理性溝通即可。下次會再黎!…Read More
