Oddies is a kind of tiny dessert take out shop without any seats where customers can only stand along the short corridor while buying their foods. Up front there is a cashing machine that the staffs take the orders and make the desserts in the small open kitchen while customers wait outside for their orders.They do Eggette as well as sundae and also combination of both. Their flavors of Eggette is the kind of unusual such as kimochi, ham & cheese, vanilla rice pudding and browine chocolate chip.,etc.AHH Tea $52Today I choose AHH TEA which is a sundae with Italian low fat soft gelato serve on Earl Grey panna cotta, caramal apples, butter crumbs, organic jasmine tea sorbet , hibisque tea espuma, strawberry tea caramel popcorn and a chocolate dipped tea bag.Those flavour combine together just so fantastic which reminds me another famous branch Smile Yogurt is doing the similar type of sundae.Kimochi Eggette $ 22As I didn't order the sundae with eggette, I order a Kimochi Eggette seperatly. It' s kind of crunchy on the outside softness inside but the kimochi flavour doesn't come out strong enough. I was a bit hesitated when I heard Gordan Ramsay 's restaurant was in town since my last experience with Jamie Oliver 's restaurant was just so so.The Breadstreet kitchen have their main branch near St Paul Cathedral in London which process similar style and serves similar food. It combine both vintage and mordern outlook serve with an ever changing menu for this causal dinning restaurant.When we arrived Lankwai Fong Hotel, it was a little tricky to found the doorway as it was at the side walk with stair to go up.The interior is modern like an English pub with an open kitchen facing towards dinning area.Chianti classico, Isole e Olena , Tuscany Italy $185/ Half bottleSit down beside the Window allow us to have a clear night view of Lankwai Fong road. We order half bottle Italy red wine which is medium to full body with aromas of violet and cherry. Easy to drink and easy to drunk!To my surprised, the bread that serve prior to our supper was really good, the texture was kind of chewy full of wheat flavour. I like a tons of butter on it no worry that I will getting fat. Tamarind spiced chicken wings $128 for 5 piecesThis is the signature dish with tamarind sauce added to the fried chicken and yogurt sauce lay under. A bit sour with crisp skin but not the kind of chicken wings I have loved. It remind me of American style of Buffalo wings which is quite popular in Canada & US.Slow roasted Dingley Dell pork belly $198Crispy and a little hard for the skin, but juicy and soft with it's inside meat which is quite flavorable. Dip with the apple puree which enhance the whole flavour of the pork belly and it really taste yummy. Nice combination and presentation after all.Rib eye steak 12 oz $ 338I request medium rare for it but it seems to me is medium but not rare. The steak is tender and not fatty at all. I love it with some buttery gravy whigh make the beef more chewable and mouth watering.Pineapple carpaccio with Coconut sorbet $78It's really like a summer dessert which is quite refreshing and so creative to make it like beef carpaccio . The Coconut pair with pineapple is gorgeous, a dessert that will stimulate your appetite after a feast.With this nice experience of Gordon's Bread Street kitchen, I was looking forward to his Michelle star restaurant in London for my next trip. For the price range with food quality, I think it's quite reasonable. Overall, the service was quite pleasant only with a little confusion during my booking but that was fine with me. I used to be a lazy person since you can found that I have joined openrice for almost 5 years not even written a single word.Maybe you will be surprised that I wrote in English but not Chinese this time. The truth is both my Chinese and English is very poor,  I am learning them by writing food blog。 Life is a learning process, everyday we learn new things and learn from our mistakes ! So we can be a better person when we grew older。Few months ago I have seen these lovely macaron icecream on internet , finally it came to Hong Kong and I make an effort to come here since I am not familiar with the road of Mongkok.The shop have both takeout and dine in service. But the takeout is only for the macaron icecreams ! The funniest thing is that their marcarons for one icecream can have two flavour which means two different color for the top and the bottom. So you can switch between any color at you favour。Take a look at their menu, they also sell snow flake milky ice with interesting flavor such as matcha,red bean,Coffee and cheese etc. , price of each around $48-55 and waffles too。Cookie icecream with mango marcaron $38Since it's a bit late in the afternoon and many icecream flavour have been sold out. The only flavour left is cookies and I take that with mango flavour macaron. The cookies icecream is like the oreo cookie icecream we buy in the supermarket. To my disappointment, the flavour of the mangoMacaron is too sweet for my taste ! I think it would be better if they lessen the sugar level and add more mango flavour for it。Red bean snow flake milky ice $48For my snow flake milky ice, I have choosen Red bean flavour. The snow flake ice portion is not large。It contains mochi and red bean on the top, then the ice was covered with soy flour and some almond nuts. The taste was OK but not awesome。But I like the density of the snow flake, it was not like we used to eat in some local cuisine which was more lighter and drier。The options of  dessert is good and service is considerate. 因一部荷里活電影Kill bill取景於其江戶時代式的居酒式木屋的權八, 曾一度成為很多名星名人必去的食店,記得去年我去其位於東京六本木總店時看到很多到訪過的名人照片。雖然名氣有部份來自電影,但它的食物水準也是Ichiban, 必吃也是最出名是串燒和喬麥麵,所以有實力的店就是憑真功夫而屹立多年仍享負盛名!去年去東京時適逢權八香港店開幕,回港後也没有再去拜訪。很早已知有Happy hour時段(2:30-6:30pm, 10:00pm後)優惠推出, 便決定週六前往。四點左右到達位於利園四樓的店,裡面地方頗大,其居酒屋日式裝潢有吧枱有特色榻榻米也有普通木餐座。我們order了$398的Happy hour Combo包括了六款串燒和一枝清洒($398 Combo可自選六款串燒或佐酒小食,飲品可選一枝清酒/紅洒白酒/4杯啤洒/飲品) 強力推薦Happy hour 時段, 特別是愛番兩杯的朋友,真是超值之選 !清酒味道清甜, 入口純度也很高, 喝完兩小杯巳有些微燻。我們叫的六款串燒,串燒價錢大概由$38-$48不等, 這幾款價錢巳包在套餐裡面。除了銀杏和鰻魚沒有供應之外。以下幾款是我較喜愛的。宮崎雞肉串雞肉鮮嫩滑溜,配上面層的甜燒汁很美味。蘆荀豚肉卷豬肉卷著鮮甜爽囗的蘆筍,咬下去肉鮮嫩帶著蘆筍鮮甜的汁,美味無比, 是味道最出色的一串。蒜片豬頸肉炸過的蒜片伴著香口豬頸肉,那有不美味的道理?另外加叫的一些食物:手打喬麥麵 $88是招牌菜之一,材料全由日本空運每天新鮮打磨製造,口感煙靭而帶有濃濃的麥香, 沾著加了木魚的醬汁和葱芥茉混在一起放進口中, 連我這平時不太愛吃喬麥麵的人也吃得很滋味!名物手作豆腐 $68口感幼滑加上葱絲木魚絲和醬油,好吃到不得了!雞皮串 $38因為之前在東京吃過覺得真係好好食所以點的, 雞皮燒完表面鬆脆但一點都不油, 記得東京店吃時也是超脆口超惹味的。炸魷魚 $78口感煙靭,灑上少許辣粉更惹味!心太軟伴芝麻雪糕 $88吃完主食, 當然要來個甜品為這餐劃上完滿句號。權八價格雖走高檔路線, 但它的食物水準也是甚高的,串燒更是我以往吃過的味道中最好的, 真心講句本地根本很難可以找到一間可以跟他相提並論! 所以在這裏只要點串燒,喬麥麵和名物如手作豆腐等就足夠讓你飽嚐一餐地道日本美食。不用花錢飛去日本吃了 !…Read More

記得在外國讀書時經常會拜訪越南人開的Pho牛河,回香港後卻很難吃到正宗又好味的越南河粉, 特別是湯底的味道, 很難吃到那種清甜又充滿牛肉香的幾年前終於給我在太古城Food court 遇到和我以前吃的越南河粉味道很接近的—間越南菜館。後來才得知原來蔡瀾先生曾經推薦過此店的牛肉河。今晚我來到了它的尖沙嘴位於廣東道樓上的店, 就為了一嘗我最愛的味道 ! 它的牛河和火車頭都是我最愛,就來一碗火車頭吧, 比普通牛肉河粉要大一些, 火車頭的用料除了生熟牛肉之外, 還有牛百頁, 牛丸,牛筋和芽菜, 用料豐富和新鮮,配上薄滑的河粉, 還有就是它清甜充滿牛肉香的牛骨湯, 味道幾乎和我以前吃的一模一樣, 不過還缺少了一樣,就是清新的薄菏葉  , 但我還是一樣會給這碗河粉90分!!每次都要放些海鮮酱辣醬和魚露還有檸檬辣椒, 每次都會放很多呢 ! 因為我覺得這樣更惹味這間店子大概可容納十至二十人, 不算大。對於我來説, 這裡的一碗牛肉河除了滿足了我的腹欲, 也滿足了我對味道的思念。聽聞此店老板曾親身去越南學過煮越南菜,難怪味道如此接近正宗 !…Read More

高空下的朱古力下午茶

朱古力下午茶我以前也吃過,但在樓高103層的Cafe我還是頭一次。知味道又如何呢?比利時尊貴朱古力品牌Godiva和Ritz Carlton Hotel Hong Kong攜手打造以Saveurs Du Monde為主題的朱古力下午茶, 10月份開始在Cafe 103推出。Godiva 朱古力大師圑隊在他們環球之旅所體驗到的來自全世界獨特的風味完美結合,務求創造出無與倫比並能征服所有味蕾的Saveurs Du Monde朱古力限量版系列。到達後被安排在窗旁位置,朱古力Tea Set 包了兩杯咖啡/茶,我要了Earl Grey Hot Chocolate, 友人則要了咖啡。這個朱古力Tea Set用了金色紙托盤盛載箸一件件精美的甜點,感覺份外高貴華麗,看著也令人垂涎欲滴  。Chocolate Chip scones served with milk chocolate chantilly and raspberry jam朱古力碎英式鬆餅最先揣上枱給我們, 朱古力鬆餅的朱古力味淡淡的但內藏碎朱古力,再配上朱古力忌廉泡芙醤,美味無比甜度也剛好, 令我一口接著一口往嘴裏送; 反而覆盆子酱較失色, 酸了點, 沒有前者般搭配!Earl Grey Hot Chocolate我一向都很喜歡喝Earl Grey Tea也喜歡喝熱朱古力, 但卻没有飲過Earl Grey配上熱朱古力, 淡淡清香的Earl grey混著朱古力, 想不到竟是如此匹配, 幸好朱古力味不是太濃郁,誰也不會搶去誰的風頭。Cocoa butter with confit tuna, salmon roe, focaccia吃完scone之後來件咸點中和一下甜膩,可惜這件吞拿魚三文治虛有其表,在粒粒晶瑩通透的三文魚籽點缀下, 味道只屬一般, 只因吞拿魚份量太單薄,未能滿足我口腹之欲,也吃不到吞拿魚的鮮味!Chocolate BBQ Pork baby burger這迷你漢堡包吃完了才看到餐牌寫著是用了朱古力做材料,一口咬下去, 只覺中間豬肉餡味道超甜怪怪的! 不知是否把朱古力加入了作調味, 我吃一口便放棄了 :( Sichuan Pepper & smoked Black tea macaron(CH)馬卡龍名稱尾部大楷英文代表了像徵地區中國的甜點,至於味道煙燻紅茶味不算太強,表面的花椒除了點綴也吃不出什麼味。Duch foie gras mousse macaron, cocoa nibs這款吃完吞了落肚才忘記拍照了, 但我覺得味道不錯, 咸咸的鴨肝味道濃郁,配著甜甜可可碎朱古力,口感特別也惹味,喜歡這種配搭。Kuromitsu and chocolate verrine(JP)黑糖蜜果凍加黑朱古力慕絲和舖上面的可可榛子碎, 用了日式材料黑糖和朱古力打造成日本feel的甜品, 創意十足, 香囗的脆脆榛子碎伴著果凍很特別,口感豐富不甜膩,瞬即給我三兩口便吃清光。Coconut Banana(Left upper side)AF, Caramal milk chocolate tantlet(Right upper side)US,Coffee praline cake(Left lower side)BR, Chocolate flaw and speculoos and apple compote(Right lower side) BE甜品名稱後面的英文大楷代表了來自每個國家的創作靈感。這四款給我的印象都還好, 最喜歡是Coconut banana,椰子配香蕉的點子很新鮮,味道也好, 香香的椰子茸灑在蛋糕面,再配上松露黑朱古力和椰奶杏仁片, 好味有水準的甜品 焦糖牛奶朱古力餅咬下去滿嘴濃郁的焦糖甜漿, 有點溜但可口。咖啡榛果蓉蛋糕內有白朱古力慕絲加脆榛果蓉和咖啡粒餅底,層次感豐富,甜度適中, 喜歡白朱古力的我豈能錯過。最後的巧克力餡餅配比利時肉桂餅及中心的糖煮蘋果,這個令我聯想起聖誕甜品中的批, 很多時都會加上肉桂和蘋果做餡,水果的果酸頓時令朱古力的甜溜度減低。坦白説整個Tea set甜點的味道較為優勝,咸點只屬一般  , 整體食物質數只屬中上卻未能令人印象深刻。這裏從不是我食下午茶的首選, 自開幕以來只來過兩次, 不過論到景觀地點, 偶爾來一次享受一下居高臨下的美景也無妨!價錢平日一至五$568兩位, 假日逢六日$588兩位,另收加一服務費…Read More

期待巳久的白色天堂晚飯

這天我們終於來到位處M88 20樓白色裝潢西班牙餐廳,一出電梯便看見米芝蓮的推介和獎項。由於其特色的白色裝潢加靚景還有自創的新款西班牙Tapas, 其實幾年前新開張的時候巳經想來,耐何一直未有機會。Fofo by El Willy的由來是源於一銀行家在上海吃到由Chef El Willy -- 一位來自巴塞隆拿獲獎的廚師主理的西班牙餐館的Tapas很喜歡因而創建的,它結合了傳統與現代西班牙美食, 所以我們吃到的將會有别於一般傳統西班牙菜,應該可稱作Fusion 菜吧。再説説它的裝潢,因為真的有别於傳統西班牙餐館,白色令我想起了我最愛的希臘白色小屋, 原來此餐館的設計圑隊是Marine Bay Sands Singapore和Easthotel同出一系, 相信喜歡旅遊的朋友應該對以上兩間洒店一點也不陌生。喜歡它純白色的包裝,牆壁和天花燈分別用了白色企鵝仔和豬仔做裝飾份外可愛有親切感,餐廳面向中半山 , 坐於窗旁看著彷彿自己懸在半空, 頗有置身於天堂的感覺,有别於一般維港景色餐廳。總覺得點菜真是一門很大的學問, 選菜直接影響著整餐飯的味道和質數, 所以今晚我們點了西班牙菜中必有也是餐廳推介菜色 開始點菜時先來一碟餐前開胃小菜, 薄薄的一層蕃茄蓉鋪上小片麵包上和脆脆的小蒜頭酸瓜橄欖令我的胃口大開, 幾分鐘內全包抄掉。 "Paletilla"  Iberico Ham Shoulder (With Barcelona style tomato bread) $230Ibérico, 黑毛豬當中只有極少數有伊比利亞血統,產量少而矜貴, 整碟黑毛豬火腿,薄片小而细膩,每片都包含脂肪纹路, 富橡果香、深紅色調、肉質軟綿、奶白色脂肪分布平均,咸香味十足, 入口即融。配上搽了蕃茄蓉脆麵包, 火腿的咸香遇上蕃茄蓉的清新, 感覺十分搭 !Red Sangria $75Sangria是使用紅酒、水果切片、糖漿、烈酒與蘇打水調製的西班牙雞尾酒, 通常用紅酒比較普遍 因為這個字在西班牙文中就是"像血一樣的"飲料我們兩人叫了一杯Red Sangria share飲, 但待應卻很主動提議幫我們分開做兩小杯方便享用, 相當細心和體貼 , 這裡服務可以加分呵! 可惜送上來的Sangria味道略嫌淡了些, 有點像喝偏淡的果汁 :( , 沒有我在其他餐廳喝到的好, 如果紅酒的味道再濃烈些水果味道再强些會更好!"Cochinillo" Crisp Suckling Pig (With baby confit potatoes, onions and black truffle cake with suckling pig sause) $148 - *Signature dish這道乳豬菜色我真的很喜歡, 因為一直以來去西班牙餐廳都是吃傳統的烤乳豬, 已經吃到有點厭了! 這款乳豬切成小塊然後配上洋蔥和bb薯還有墊底的黑松露味薯餅, 每一塊乳豬放進一口都併發出復雜多變的味道, 濃郁肥美的脆乳豬撞上淡淡香味的黑松露, 再配上甜甜的洋蔥, 口感細膩卻絕不油膩 , 每一口都是享受!Boston lobster juicy rice (Half portion) $250 - *Signature dish很高興餐廳能提供這種半份的飯類, 因為平時去食西班牙飯都是份量超多的, 少人分享的時候很難吃完,每次都吃剩 , 真浪費 ! 我也很欣賞這煲原隻波士頓龍蝦汁燴飯, 一般西班牙炒飯都是乾身的, 這種濕潤鮮味的類似湯飯的還是第一次吃, 但一試便愛上! 原來濕濕的西班牙飯也很好吃呢, 飯粒煮的有點硬生的口感, 配上龍蝦汁和雜菇還有蝦頭的蝦膏進混飯內 , 超鮮超美味的, 比乾身的飯更有口感, 龍蝦也啖啖肉"Churros" (Spanish fried doughs with warm chocolate & vanilla ice cream) $75 - *Signature dishChurros 即是西班牙炸油條, 通常撒上糖或肉桂粉再配以朱古力醬蘸著吃可惜這裏的Churros不算好食, 不知是否廚師把麵漿混得太稀的原故, 雖然炸得很脆, 但口感卻太鬆散, 沒有之前在外國吃過的滋味有咬口! 還有旁邊的朱古力醬也是失敗之作 :( , 太稀了有點像汁, 我喜歡濃稠的很滿足和吃得很愉快的一餐, 又龍蝦又乳豬, 卡路里和油份超高的一晚, 要多做運動減肥咯 總括來説菜單上Tapas 選擇多,主菜選擇略嫌少了一些,但食物很可口, 服務也專業週到,唯一美中不足的就是一些西班牙菜中基本必有的如Sangaria和甜品churros卻拿捏得不夠好,有待改善!整餐飯食物質數和服務都感覺良好,喜歡西班牙美食和靚景靚餐廳的朋友千萬不要錯過呵 …Read More

最近一股韓風蜂巢雪糕席捲香港  , 這是連韓國明星也熱捧的甜品,這家正宗從韓國開過來的Honey creme以自家專利牛奶配十三種配料, 蜂巢全是由紐西蘭進口。聽聞在台灣開時也一度成為人龍店呢!很壯觀吧, 顏色鮮艷奪目的雪糕筒成為門面焦點前方的玻璃櫃裏放了招牌物蜂巢, 據說它的營養價值比一般蜂蜜要高很多, 被譽為滋補養生聖品看看點餐牌,一共有18款不同的配搭選擇,雪糕味道供應有原味· 有機棉花糖咖啡·有機混和穀物·巧克力球·岩鹽黑巧克力淋漿· 長崎蛋糕·焦糖瀑谷及蜂巢冰淇淋等, 選擇杯裝或甜筒價錢是32至42元, 另添加配料價錢為6至10元,對有選擇困難症的我真是一項大挑戰由於選擇太多而我只有一個胃, 故選擇了看起來很夢幻的雪糕棉花糖咖啡,即是變種的Affogato(傳統的意大利甜品,由意大利濃縮咖啡倒上去雲尼拿雪糕而成)Nespresso倒在加了棉花糖的雪糕杯裏(Nespresso原來有5種口味可供選擇)吃起來真有冰火交融的感覺,香醇的咖啡配上棉花糖還有軟滑雪糕,頓時幸福感倍增,由於本人本身也很喜歡吃Affogato, 現在配上棉花糖也很滋味呢! 過吃時雪糕溶得頗快, 要盡快品嚐。…Read More

一向對於那種歐陸式小店情有獨鍾, 因為每當走進這種店子時,  就會有一種恍如置身異國的感受,身心都頓時放鬆起來!這天下午來到了佈滿五花八門食店的大坑, 穿過幾條小巷, 在最尾的街口終於給我找到了它La Famille淺綠色的門口十分易認歐陸式小店門口裝飾也一絲不茍,望進去天花掛箸水晶吊燈,店前面有一個玻璃蛋糕櫃,裝著當天所賣的各款味道戚風蛋糕,一進門口位置便是一長排高枱和座位,牆上掛著可愛的甜品蛋糕裝飾,增添氣氛!走進店裏。。傳來輕柔悦耳的法式歌曲,店主熱情招侍我試食各種口味當日出爐的戚風蛋榚,這種款待令我感覺很貼心本來試味之後想選當日熱賣的柚子味戚風,因為很喜歡它清新又略带甘苦的獨特口感, 可惜巳賣清, 便選了有小法式馬卡龍點綴的開心果戚風,看了看餐牌原來可以跟茶或咖啡,但其實跟散叫價錢一樣,跟茶會貴一點大約八十元,而咖啡就大概六至七十元,所以就叫了杯咖啡蛋糕入口軟軟綿綿,糕面上的奶油十分軟滑香甜, 每一口都與蛋糕一起融入口中, 配上店裏的咖啡和柔和悦耳的音樂 , 令你足以享受一個寧靜溫馨的下午 p.s 這間店也很適合情侶來約會 , 會帶給你浪漫温暖的感覺!之前巳得知這間店源自日本池袋, 原來和店主傾談下知道它們每天所賣的蛋糕口味都不一樣,現時總共賣的就有十五,六款不同味道,門口處也擺著一些片裝戚風蛋糕,可惜柚子味道同是賣光,我想我會再度拜訪來試多幾款不同味道戚風, 順便來享受一個寧靜的下午。…Read More

近年真的越來越多東京開過来的壽司店,  繼先前米芝蓮一星Ginza Iwa, 還有一些香港人主理的壽司店如鮨森和樂壽司,  味道也是很不錯的!不知是否去吃美味壽司的頻率太高, 我對壽司的味道要求也越來越高了, 而每個人的味蕾和標凖也不太一樣。自從上次去完東京吃了美味無比的壽司後, 我對美味壽司的渴求簡直到了瘋狂的程度,每個月都要某人陪我去食去試新壽司店!來拜訪鮨佐瀬之前一週打電話特別預留了佐瀬先生的枱我們叫了500元的12件Deluxe Sushi Set, 食物內容有前菜蒸蛋和吃完壽司之後的麵鼓湯和烏冬先來蒸蛋,蛋味濃郁, 味鮮甜滑溜壽司的次序當然是由淡至濃, 每一件都輕輕掃上薄薄的一層醬油,以带出魚的鮮甜又不至於蓋過魚的鮮味, 雖然調味不至於太花巧, 但卻没有像坊間某些店用上柚子作調味, 或把壽司飯加入醬油以增加壽司入口的層次感和味道, 以個人來説,我會喜歡後兩者的調味方式多點!先來是甜蝦和魚,然後是深海池魚和三文魚,再下秋刀和左口魚海膽和魚籽鮮甜飽滿,海膽入囗即溶配上紫菜爽脆,味道一流!醬油醃過的吞拿魚咸鮮軟滑, 拖羅也很肥美, 入口即溶甜蛋略嫌質感鬆散, 蛋味還可以不會偏甜, 而鰻魚肉質沒有入囗即溶的感覺,有點失望,酱油調味也略重手了點,有點蓋過鰻魚的味道。麵鼓湯用了質量上乘的麵鼓, 口感比較濃郁有麵鼓香,但烏冬除了湯還可以之外,烏冬不是我喜歡的彈牙口感。…Read More

記得某人一直欲試這間四季內的法國菜,終於在3星降為2星的時候我來拜訪了很驚喜被安排坐於窗邊位置,因訂位時説巳滿了餐廳內華麗典雅,光線也很充足坐下拍了幾張照片便開始點菜選了幾款美味餐包後, 然後先是Amuse bouche餐前開胃小食法國小麵包上有橄欖油芝士和車厘茄,這個我真是有點失望,因為見一些食客先前的Amuse bouche是頗為有心思而又層次感豐富的,這個太簡單了吧頭盤我選了法國睡蟹肉啫哩伴沙津凍湯, 友人選了法國籃貝青口伴沙津凍湯,另外原來此套餐還有杯紅白餐酒附送。我的頭盤蟹肉啫哩很鮮甜 , 配上凍湯囗感一流,友人的籃貝青口鮮嫩,上面舖滿茴香菜爽甜主菜我選了和牛伴甘荀紅酒汁, 很平常的一道紅肉菜色, 和牛口感食落有些煙燻味和平時吃的和牛肉味不一樣, 好在囗感嫩滑,和我要的4成熟很符合。友人選了法式梭魚球伴加拿大龍蝦粒海鮮汁,我試了兩口他的龍蝦,味道鮮甜很好餐後甜點有3款, 而我叫的巧克力甜餅棉花糖伴黑莓慕司香蕉雪糕, 對於嗜甜的我來説這個配搭錯但也略感偏甜了些,最後來一杯Latte, 為這餐飯劃上完滿句號。最後總結這間比起Amber和我最愛的文華扒房, 裝潢景色略勝一籌, 但菜色內容卻是最差的, 整體沒甚驚喜…Read More

這天都算是有食神的日子,一口氣試了兩間想吃已久的店。本來在The one 樓上食完飯, 想說下來碰碰運氣,結果來到不用排十分鐘就可以入座, Good good good!打開餐牌,想叫名物之一麵包吐司, 但在待應推介下選了草莓味窩芙, 另叫了一杯夏曰特飲加勒比海沙冰 , 友人則選了Rose latte草莓味窩芙十分有驚喜,因內藏麻糬夾,吃起來口感非常豐富(算我真的有點大驚小怪, 因本人還未去過台灣的本店), 另外搭配的蜜糖漿和草莓漿加上草莓雪糕真的超好味 , 吃到我有點想哭出來的感覺, 本來巳有7分飽的我卻在短短5分鐘內吃了一大半 ,我會給9/10分友人點的Rose latte,很香很香的玫瑰味, 也很不錯,之前有飲過Cafe Habitu的Rose latte, 這裡的Rose latte玫瑰味比它香濃多了!超好喝的  ,每口飲下去都有玫瑰香在舌頭裏打轉,8.5/10夏日特飲加勒比海沙冰,其實味道不差, 水果味酸酸甜甜, 但相比以上兩樣就較為普通, 没甚特色,外面店也可以喝到的味道。7/10I will come back for more, 下次要試埋麵包吐司!…Read More
