🍶 燒肉屋 (清風街) 🍶🍶 天后清風街10號清風大廈地舖🍶 Tel 2660 6373 🍶天后的高質隱世創意燒肉🍶放工同同事諗住喺天后行去炮台山睇吓有乜嘢食,途中喺清風街橋底見到一間裝修好有日本風味嘅燒肉店「燒肉屋」,都有一排冇去日本,就即刻走入去試吓👏!食完飯唔想諗嘢,就唔單點啦,簡單叫咗個套餐「🍶 薄切A5和牛常滿 二人前 (💰$699) 」。貪呢個套餐乜都有唔使諗。店員好快已經上咗啲前菜,仲有五款咁多,每款都唔係細碟。蟹將軍薯仔沙律前菜之後就係蟹將軍薯仔沙律。唔少蟹肉,仲有勁多蟹籽!特別嘅係佢加咗啲粟米片,令到個口感更加有趣,好味過一般日式食店嘅沙律。荔枝牛肩胛串跟住嚟嘅就係荔枝牛肩胛串,一碟有六串,夠晒大碟。牛肉夠新鮮不特止,牛味都好重。荔枝就有畫龍點睛嘅作用,好清甜。原條厚切牛舌跟住就係原條厚切牛舌半條!呢個價錢有咁大碟,大癲!香港都有呢啲嘢食!原條相淨係視覺都已經好衝擊。材料新鮮嘅關係,成條拎去燒到冇問題。一個字,正!A5宮崎和牛薄切前腿肉主菜嚟啦,就係A5宮崎和牛薄切前腿肉!唔好睇佢得兩片,好嘢唔使多。睇吓佢個脂肪同肉嘅分佈,未食已經覺得抵返晒!A5宮崎和牛前腿肉口感細滑柔嫩,入口即溶,搭配個特製月燒汁,帶出個牛肉鮮味,簡直一流。下次嚟一定要encore呢碟!蒜蓉牛油烤帆立貝四粒好大粒嘅帆立貝。海鮮本身夠鮮甜,加上芝士蒜茸,燒起上嚟非常香口。再加上燒溶咗啲芝士之後撈飯,就係非常好味嘅一個澱粉質主食。果然越邪惡越好味。蜜糖燒雞翼店舖好有心機將雞翼兩邊分開,但係就唔係單骨雞翼,方便燒之外,食起上嚟仲啖啖肉。加埋蜜糖就係燒烤必備嘅蜜糖雞翼。百香果荔枝梳打 同 葡萄愛梳打兩杯都係冇酒精飲品,食完重口味嘅嘢飲番啲梳打就啱晒。絕對唔係藥水味飲品,而且仲有啲果肉,好飲。餐廳面積唔係好大,但座位寬闊,加上日式裝修,地方又整潔,店員有禮貌,真係有啲去咗日本嘅感覺。…Read More

今晚喺尖沙咀 iSquare 睇戲,時間唔喺好充裕就近近地係樂道揾間舖食少少野。我地就撞手神入咗“泰濃麵”食泰國船麵,估唔到味道很好性價比幾高。湯底方面可以揀冬陰功,船湯或者清湯。麵嘅選擇都好多,可以揀河粉,金邊粉,黃麵同薯粉或者湯飯都得,任君選擇。我同朋友都不約而同地揀左船湯配黃面。72蚊仲可以配搭多一個餸。我就揀左肥牛,朋友揀左豚肉,兩個都很不錯。船湯味道濃郁,無好重味精,同黃麵好夾,而且仲有原條秋葵,泰式魚旦等等,食落都好丰富。我地仲嗌炸蝦餅$49,每件都大大件,入口每一啖都有滿滿的蝦膠,點埋泰式辣醬無得輸。我就加多左一杯龍眼冰 $28少甜少冰。睇相都見到有海量嘅原粒龍眼肉,又有得飲又有得食。鍾意麵食嘅朋友有時食嫌咗米線等等,不妨試下呢個選擇。…Read More

今日好即興地同同事收工去咗貨銅鑼灣登龍街“喜來稀肉”食韓國燒烤。我地兩個人點左一分豬護心肉$158,一份牛肋骨肉$150。一份蟹籽紫菜飯糰$50 雪濃湯 $125。個人比較鍾意護心肉,非常有咬口但係又唔會有豬腩肉咁肥膩,食落啖啖肉。牛肋骨肉$150有150克,性價比好高,而且入口充斥住牛肉香味。另外蟹籽紫菜飯糰亦都係我好喜歡嘅菜式之一,又平又飽肚,個人建議加小小鹽同埋醬料撈 埋一齊, 口感更加豐富味道更佳。天氣開始凍,所以我地就點左一個雪濃湯,原來入面仲麵底,飲得出唔喺味精湯,而且仲有好多肉喺入邊,湯喝湯暖下個胃,成餐飯10分滿足。…Read More
