日式燒肉店很大,店內空間感十足,位座寛廣舒適,食物都新鮮乾淨,燒肉的爐也夠火力,抽煙力強,而且燒到個網燶左,可以換網,非常貼心。有A至D價錢選擇,我地揀左B 嚴選牛肉放題 ,2小時任飲任食 $448,自助取食物有沙律吧、飲品、甜品及雪條,用手機掃碼自助落單,點菜很快很方便,亦無漏單,收碟也勤快,服務很好。用木船上菜牛肉,又有乾冰煙,感覺好華麗。有特選牛肋肉、特選牛里脊、特選牛肋條。牛味濃郁,肉質柔軟鮮嫩,肋肉有咬口,里脊嫩滑多肉汁,呢3款牛肉都少脂肪,食完唔膩,但有牛香。大大隻蝦,肉質爽彈,蝦味都重。帶子嫩滑鮮甜,加牛油更正。另外,用木桶擺盤的肉,包括有牛肋肉、牛里脊、豬肉、雞肉。呢2款牛更瘦,食落牛味較重,更有咬口。五花豬肉多油花,燒完好香豬油,配生菜食解膩感。雞脾肉又嫩又彈,連皮都香口。香蔥同鹽漬 牛里脊,味道更豐富,前者香口惹味,後者更顯鮮甜嫩肉。有多款口味醃的牛肋條,洋蔥醃的有微微甜味,而牛肋條真係柔嫩得來帶彈性,口感很正。兩色蔥花牛舌,用2款蔥,都係超好味。蔥花就清香提味,蔥白蓉就刺激微辣,有大蔥的香。薄切上等牛舌芯,爽彈口感,味道佳,食多d都唔膩。壺漬牛外橫膈膜,醃得入味,而且都用厚身肉塊,入口夠肉感,多肉汁又多油香。壺漬牛肋肉也夠入味,肉嫩微甜,份量多,味道更香濃,肉味更出。壽喜燒牛里脊肉,薄而大的牛肉,輕輕燒熟就放入蛋汁醬汁,充分沾滿醬汁同蛋汁,又香又甜,肉質嫩腍,真係食緊壽喜燒嘅感覺。極上厚切牛舌,超厚的牛舌,雖然燒耐一點才熟,但入口勁爽口,嚼勁十足。有四款果茶,四款果汁,白桃汁好香好正,仲有兩款茶包,可沖熱茶。汽水都有好多款。醬料也有幾款,有柚子醬汁,酸酸地消膩感。沙律吧好多蔬菜,都新鮮賣相靚,但我點蔬菜來燒。牛奶布丁味道濃郁又香滑,木槺布丁綿滑軟身。牛奶雪條奶味超濃,角十棒都好正,酸甜清爽。…Read More

今次又同朋友去尖沙咀食鐵板燒,呢間餐廳好推介,除左食物高質又好味,環境同服務非常好,高樓底夠空間感,又乾淨舒服,食完個身無油煙味。前菜三小點,由左邊開始食起,冷豆腐好嫩滑清淡,正好清清味蕾準備享受美食。中間的木魚絲漬茄子,木魚帶出鮮味,茄子清甜。右邊的煙燻雞刺身,燻製的咸香味同煙燻香,質感微爽。時令生蠔係宮城縣生蠔,肥美鮮甜,蠔味重,肉質爽口,膏位creamy,辣蘿蔔蓉同醬油提鮮。沙律用左海葡萄,脆口質感為沙律增加口感,沙律菜乾淨清爽,醋汁酸酸地好開胃。極上刺身有五款,最重味又最正係拖羅,豐富油脂入口即化,滿口脂香。牡丹蝦份量十1足,鮮甜質感細膩。油甘魚又肥又香,口感微彈 。帆立貝嫩腍甘甜。 赤身柔軟重魚味。鮮活南非鮑魚,賣相好靚好高級,肉質細膩嫩彈,口感非常好,食得出食新鮮貨,連海藻醬食更鮮,仲有牛油炒的海帶爽口又好味。帝王虎蝦,擺盤超級靚,完全表現大廚實力,將虎蝦分切煎熟,再重新排列出蝦型,肉質爽口彈牙煮得剛剛好,加上用蝦膏煮成的蝦油,令蝦味更濃更香,而且唔會蓋過蝦的鮮味,蝦頭仲有濃郁惹味蝦膏,而旁邊連腳的部位也煎得脆卜卜好香口。茶碗蒸打開蓋就傳來好香的松露香,雞蛋加左鰹魚湯蒸煮,特別鮮味甘甜,蒸蛋水嫩細滑,配三文魚籽食仲鮮。鹿兒島黑毛豬肩,份量都好夠同朋友share,豬肩邊位有少少脂肪,入口微彈肉感滿滿,中間豬肩有咬口,細嫩多汁,且豬味突出,配埋餐廳特調醬汁,更將味道提升。鐵板燒日本蔬菜,帶有香烤味,蓮藕爽爽脆脆。蘆筍好大好正,清甜無渣。冬菇很香,而且好多汁。南瓜很甜又外脆內柔綿。鐵板炒飯加左梅醬,除左顏色靚,其酸味有助解膩,炒飯好香又爽口,鐵板夠熱所以炒到粒粒分明,仲有左櫻花蝦,特顯咸鮮味,食左半份炒飯後,加餐廳提供的上湯做茶漬飯,上湯令個飯更鮮更特顯梅味。味噌湯好夠熱,味道唔太咸飲完好舒服。甜品係紅豆雪糕,夠哂冰凍,紅豆味好香甜,加左d脆脆好咬口。…Read More

今次去呢間好正既放題,有勁多海鮮自己撈,又有刺身、小食、炸物、煮物、雪條同啤酒飲品,全部任食任飲,淨食海鮮都值回票價。地方都好大,冷氣夠又坐得舒適。價錢分三個,分別係上忍、中忍有120分鐘同牛肉會靚D貴D,而下忍90分鐘有牛小排同牛板腱,我加左$58要清酒蜆鍋,有勁多蜆。先出去撈海鮮,有個大魚缸放滿幾款海鮮,有賴尿蝦、海蝦、蟹、鮑魚、蜆,先拎左冰粒用黎冰住海鮮,因為d蝦一夾就彈,撈鮑魚同蜆就最安全,蟹就有繩唔怕郁。賴尿蝦全部都好大隻,個裝海鮮小筒都差d唔夠位放,d肉嫩嫩地,好鮮甜。海蝦好巨大,d肉勁爽彈,口感超好。蟹唔算好大,但係蟹肉一絲絲好新鮮,d汁仲好鮮味。鮑魚比平時街市買到既大隻,好厚身但唔會硬,反而勁軟腍同彈牙,可以勁食。蜆就同個鍋一樣,都肥美嫩無沙。牛小排,雪花好靚分佈平均,肉質鮮嫩,肉味重又香。牛板腱,好咬有彈性,味道濃郁。豚肉片,嫩彈滑口又唔算好肥,食完唔膩。呢度仲有啤酒任飲,有兩款揀,配海鮮同牛肉真係好爽,仲有特別既玻璃樽裝汽水同茶,自己開同夠哂凍,都好正。炸蝦天婦羅賣相靚,個炸粉薄,蝦都大隻同明確好爽口。帶子天婦羅好食,帶子都大粒又夠嫩。炸香蕉甜甜地又綿又香。蒜片牛柳粒係厚切粒,一咬爆肉汁,牛味重又惹味。雪糕有幾款,雪糕糯米滋好味,仲食左甜筒同威化格仔雪糕。店員好勤快清走枱上個裝蝦殼蟹殼既筒,而且環境都乾淨衛生,食左好多海鮮好滿意。…Read More

今晚特別來食燒牛肉飯,開左都有一段日子,仍然大排長龍,幸好店舖座位較多,所以等約15至20分鐘就可以入座,都接受到。有牛或豚做主材料,分別有清淡的鹽燒或濃味的醬汁燒,另外,還有定食、咖哩及小食,自由配搭,彈性大。其中鐵板更是特色。燒牛肉丼 配溫泉蛋 (大 $65)飯的份量分兩款,(並)或(大),肉及飯都會多左。燒牛肉份量幾多,有濃郁醬油香,微甜帶咸味,牛肉味也濃郁,肉質微彈充滿肉香,洋蔥絲也甘甜惹味。牛肉唔會好肥,邊位係有少少肥牛的脂肪,大部份比例係肉,食完唔膩。飯量亦很足夠,珍珠米好咬又有飯香,餐廳有教食法,要拌勻飯、牛肉同醬,每口都食出日本牛肉飯的真味。餃子 (3件)$15價錢偏貴,但都煎至熱辣辣上菜,皮薄餡靚,個皮煎得香脆,餡唔算好滿,但有菜肉香。個飯配溫泉蛋,令牛肉更香滑,蛋黃汁的濃郁與牛肉汁同飯混合,味道豐富好味。味噌湯 $10雖然點左汽水,但食日本飯要配味噌湯,先叫完整。個湯唔會過咸,帶味噌香,帶海帶及豆腐皮絲,味道都幾好,係份量有點少,好飲但唔夠喉。…Read More

今晚同友人去食鐵板燒,有幾款套餐都好豐富抵食,襯新開人流唔多,即刻去食,所以都好易預約有位。前菜三小點,右邊的天婦羅紫菜海膽,脆口炸衣內裡係軟綿綿海膽,甘甜帶濃郁海膽味。中間的木魚絲醃茄子,有木魚鮮味,微咸的茄子,軟滑清甜。左邊的螢光魷魚入口爆發鮮味,有醃製的咸香味,魷魚也很爽口。刺身有四款,三文魚及油甘魚很肥美嫩滑,魚油係口中溶化,特別有魚油香。甜蝦入口鮮甜,口感軟綿細膩。吞拿魚赤身,魚味較重。季節時令生蠔,估唔到生蠔好大隻,蠔味濃郁很肥美鮮甜,肉質清爽細膩,醬汁帶咸且加了點辣。香辣大蝦沙律,調味很到位,香中帶辣好惹味,特別提供一款辣油,由大廚用鐵板整成,有芝麻香味且辣椒香氣突出,加入沙律或配大蝦,味道更提升。鐵板燒鮮活南非鮑魚,超級好味同新鮮。口感嫩彈,肉質細嫩,廚師特製的海藻醬更為鮑魚提鮮。仲有鮑魚肝臟,味道微咸香口,有濃郁內臟香,有別於一般餐廳製成的醬汁,感覺過咸,而呢度可以食到真正食材味道。茶碗蒸熱辣辣好溫暖,有蔥花清香同鰹魚鮮香。火喉控制很好,蒸蛋非常嫩滑,魚籽很鮮,有爽口木耳絲。鐵板燒日本蔬菜,有微微香烤味,有陣陣菇香,且保留濕潤感。南瓜口感柔綿,甜味重。蓮藕及蘆筍都很清甜爽脆。帝王虎蝦,果然係帝王級,虎蝦超級大隻,煮得剛熟,鮮紅色加上晶瑩剔透蝦肉很吸引,肉質細膩爽彈,鮮美嫩滑,上面層油都好香蝦味。A5宮崎和牛西冷,油脂非常豐富且分佈平衡,肉質細膩順滑,有種入口即溶嘅感覺,滿口牛脂香,牛肉味也很濃郁,蒜片很香也很脆口。個人喜歡沾幼鹽食和牛,食到真正原味,但開始膩時,我更喜歡個蘿蔔蓉酸汁,微酸清新解膩。其次係個味噌汁,有咸香味噌味,而芝麻醬較普通。鐵板炒飯粒粒分明好香,口感乾爽有飯香,飯內有櫻花蝦和白飯魚乾,所以更加香口更有鮮味。仲提供左上湯給客人做茶漬飯,個飯更綿糯更有鮮味。味噌湯暖和,飲得舒服,最讚係唔會過咸,有少少海帶同豆腐。甜品有三款,其中的咖啡凍最吸引我,咖啡凍質感軟彈滑,唔係硬膠質感,所以口感非常好,而且味道濃重回甘,配埋上面的忌廉,甜度岩岩好。…Read More

朋友介紹呢間石燒牛肉,今晚終於來食,原來仲有埋海膽三文魚籽,和牛鵝肝丼飯,選擇多左,好吸引。餐廳基本有6款牛部份/款的選擇,加$32可揀5選3的湯、飯、薯條、沙律、汽水。廚師推介就寫在黑板上,今日我地叫左羽下牛肉。牛県燒肉海膽丼 $168賣相吸引,份量也足夠,呢個燒肉配海膽的組合亦好夾好正。先食薄薄燒肉,外層燒得香口又脆,肉質嫩腍且肉味重,都有肉汁,少少脂肪位,入口好香。配搭海膽同提鮮的咸香三文魚籽,味道更提升,口應亦豐富。另外,用紫菜包海膽三文魚籽及飯,味道也超好,好似邊食壽司,邊食燒肉,雙重滿足。另一食法,就係刺開生蛋黃,用牛肉沾蛋汁食,特別滑溜和香濃,加芥末食就更消膩。羽下牛肉 200g, $168配搭2款醬汁,一款係紅酒牛肉汁,用黑醋、紅酒、牛肉汁煮成,味道好夾燒牛肉,令味道更濃更突出。另一款阿根廷青醬,用蘿勒、蕃茜、薄荷、蒜蓉、檸汁……味道清新又重香草味,令肉味更香。餐廳先煎封牛排,以1成熟放上熱石上菜,客人可切開牛排,按個人喜好慢慢煎熟,熟度自己控制,好玩又好味,仲好熱辣辣。羽下牛排就是牛肩胛中軟嫩的部位,口感就如牛小排相似。豐富的油花、分佈均勻,肉中間有點細筋,好有咬口,肉質香甜且牛味濃郁,配珍珠米飯真係好香好正。味噌湯溫和暖胃,咸度剛好,仲有兩隻蜆,肉質爽口,還有海帶同豆腐。薯仔沙律好粉綿好香,口應非常好,味道調得也好。…Read More
