琴晚陪朋友去食,十分失望。叫了個最貴的套餐,原來只多了刺身,韓牛肉眼,三款湯如人參雞,牛肉他他。價錢貴第二貴的餐Double,但其實搵笨,韓牛肉眼無貨轉左個瘦過瘦肉嘅胸骨肉==...超似煲湯豬展!人參雞湯又無哂!牛肉他他叫左五碟,兩個鐘黎左兩碟,催左幾次都無,火都黎!貴Double 但多左不到7樣的食品,仲要一半無貨或轉左其他垃圾。總括而言,地方細,出菜慢,叫D貴嘅嘢通常都無,如人參雞,韓牛肉眼扒等,牛肉他他會以”未融冰”等藉口推搪。飲品及雪糕種類少,十分失望…Read More

重口拉麵食肥木嘴了😋

眾所周知木嘴都係一個拉麵控,雖然成日周圍搵拉麵食,但已經滿足唔到木嘴呢個血盆大口,要努力搵新舖試食。今日就出動黎到深水埗啦。深水埗好鬼多食店,車仔麵呀米線呀又平又好食。呢間拉麵係深水埗黎講都幾高消費,木嘴我本身都有d質疑呢間舖會唔會做唔住,咁就緊係要趁佢執粒前快d黎食啦。佢係公和堂隔黎,一出地鐵行幾分鐘就到,間鋪又幾大,唔會好似某d拉麵舖咁細到劏房咁。咁就當然要叫下佢個最基本既豚骨濃湯試下,湯底揀左背脂,盛惠$78。由於木嘴真的很重口味,呢個麵真係岩晒我,好濃味。而且大家睇圖都見到,一定好肥。美中不足既係個湯太傑,傑到有d似沾麵咁,令到d麵好似漿住漿住,唔可以大啖大啖咁飲晒d湯。另外可以自己加普通蒜或辣蒜,要有幾重口味就有幾重口味,想個口有幾臭都得。叉燒好淋唔會好鞋,另外仲有一粒蛋!幾流心下!如果唔要蛋仲可以減番十蚊。食完之後,木嘴我覺得呢間舖暫時都應該唔洗執住,因為真係幾好食。希望深水埗既居民可以多d幫襯佢,等我下次黎都有得食。…Read More

日日返工咁辛苦為咩,木嘴每一日返工都有呢個諗法,每日都千萬個不願意起身返工。有一日當木嘴行屍走肉緊做緊walking dead既時候,忽然一個沉到落底既whatsapp group浮番上黎「喂,出黎食飯喇」,好似阿媽催食飯咁既語句,簡單直接,睇到呢句既我嘴角不自覺上揚,係喎,返工咁辛苦為咩,咪就係為左收工同朋友食飯囉!呢間Cafe唔係木嘴揀,入到去裡面唔算好大,有3,4個卡位同另外2,3張檯,嗰日我地8點去到既時候只有2檯客,但咁樣正好適合我地幾個人一齊傾計同玩下board game,大聲d講野都唔會俾人啤啤貢。board game種類唔算太多,不過大路既例如Pictionary,大富翁,狼人,挖金等等呢度都有。不過我地玩左兩玩就無興致再玩,拎起手機上戰場,食番舖雞仲好,宅女宅男係咁,無計。本來就對呢類cafe既食物無乜期待,無期望就唔會失望永遠係至理名言,所以都無特別去揀食啲咩,求其揀左個party B就算。Party B套餐包左左兩款飲品(仲要有得任飲)我哋就揀左金桔檸檬同荔枝紅茶,兩種最無伏既飲品。呢類懶係台式既飲品最怕佢有陣藥水味,不過飲落有驚喜!金桔檸檬係新鮮水果嗰種酸味,絕對唔係某某牌子倒出黎又或者係濃縮糖漿開水嗰隻,而荔枝紅茶亦有好濃既荔枝味,估佢唔到。之後就黎左個田園沙律(配芝麻醬),都算幾足料不過如果提供埋匙羹就好喇,粟米粒好難食得到,差d要好似狗咁用脷瀨。之後上左無得輸芝士薯條同埋芝士汁焗蔬菜侍應好好咁提我哋要趁熱食,至於係咪「無得輸」...係就係好食,但做人切忌太有自信,humble d好。小食拼盤方面,有吉列炸蝦,雞肉串,咖哩角,蒜香雞翼,墨魚餅同豬頸肉,大半都係半成品再炸起所以都無話好食唔好食,唯一要講下係個豬頸肉好似仲有啲豬肉腥味。終於去到主菜先黎一個白汁香蒜意大利粉「好蒜!」我哋全部人都得出呢個感想。佢完全唔係一般係蒜香意大利粉佢既蒜味比起某米線舖既蒜泥白肉有過之而無不及仲好有口感,試真啲,原來裡面加左炸蒜,鍾意食蒜既朋友真係唔好錯過!不過第二道主菜,黑松露海鮮意大利飯相比之下就差好多喇,海鮮用雪藏貨就梗架喇,不過D食材好似無融合埋一齊咁飯還飯一隻味,海鮮有海鮮自己一隻味,最重要就係,說好的黑松露呢???完全食唔出。好耐無去過Cafe食野,其實醉翁之意不在酒,有幾多人去cafe真係為左食好西架。而呢間cafe座位舒服,價錢唔會特別貴之餘仲有得無限refill飲品,嘢食又中上,夠晒啦。…Read More

太古城高質但又唔會貴到喊既好選擇

木嘴足跡遍及全港,夢想喺所有食肆留下腳毛供世人供奉。今次木嘴嚟到太古城搵食,望住個水牌諗左好耐,最終決定去食新開無耐,本身喺IFC先食到既GLASSHOUSE。印象中N世前去IFC分店整體感覺同食物都唔錯,相信應該唔會有伏。間野好似好多booking咁,職員一見我入黎就問我有冇book枱,好彩提早左食晚飯,如果唔係都要等位。職員比左個半鐘我,皇恩浩蕩,食到8點半要還枱。間餐廳裝修好靚好文青,唔錯唔錯。不過咁dup本裝飾竟然唔俾返一百幾十重新印過本menu真係百思不得其解。本menu比人揭到溶溶爛爛,木嘴好驚一野就揭爛佢,仲形住個感覺好烏糟。唔知佢係咪特登唔換本menu黎營造好多人黎過呢間餐廳既感覺呢......anyway,Glasshouse有好多fusion菜食,有pizza意粉飯小食沙律-西餐廳有既佢都有,想飲酒都有不少選擇,所以幾啱一大堆friends或者family黎gathering。木嘴記得幾年前係IFC食過佢既薯條,記得係好食既,所以就嗌左,另外再加松露焗豬飯同chef recommendation既焗雞炒意粉。松露焗豬飯好快就上左,個賣相唔錯,芝士係超級拉絲!拉到連分飯都有困難,芝士之間難捨難離,想抱緊些。木嘴一度拉絲一度唱住呢句歌詞,應該其他食客以為陳奕迅黎左想過黎攞我簽名。芝士下面有松露粉菠蘿蕃茄醬同豬肉,即係一般焗豬有既野都有。味道係好味既,一D都唔腬,蕃茄同芝士味相輔相成,但D松露味就唔夠出喇 (或者係因為木嘴掛住唱歌distract左個味蕾)。塊豬扒無炸過,我就覺得麻麻地喇,又薄,陣豬臭味出曬黎,因此大X樂既豬扒完勝!份量比平時焗豬細少少。松露焗豬飯接住黎既係炸薯條配松露+蕃茄醬,見到唔少枱都有嗌到。碟嘢一上就知出事,D薯條泛晒油光,晶瑩剔透….木嘴一向好鐘意食薯類製品,但一食太油既嘢就會胃出事,所以見到咁,就唔敢食咁多。其實佢係炸得好脆,點醬食係好唔錯既,但真係太多油喇…食食下木嘴就….唯有下次嗌第2樣試下啦!最後最期待既焗雞炒意粉都黎埋,呢碟嘢就認真唔錯!加左D蛋做底,個樣又幾靚。焗雞:香茅味好重,雞好滑漏,好食!炒意粉:竟然食到茶餐廳既鑊氣味!好意外!好食!推介!成個晚餐整體黎講算係好滿意。我地無嗌嘢飲侍應都好好服務幫我地斟水,嗌侍應埋單但佢帶緊枱唔得閒,都有同我示意佢收到,值得一讚既!…Read More

木嘴呢排mk上身,經常出沒旺角,上次食完好好食嘅日本野之後又黎到朗豪坊搵好西,行左幾層樓都諗唔到食乜嘅時候,見到呢間川菜又幾靚咁,身入面果股辣癮即刻湧哂出黎,我相信已經無世人可以阻止木嘴食辣。原本見到門口咁多人等真係有啲想放棄,畢竟排隊食飯實在有違木嘴嘅宗旨,拎飛見到要等成十張台真係差啲走人,但唔知係咪間店好想木嘴入去食呢,二人台不斷叫飛,不知不覺已經叫到我地,等左十分鐘都冇。而家科技真係發達,落單都有得用app,但好似要登記先用得,木嘴嘅個人資料咁寶貴,都係搵返個侍應黎落單算,木嘴係絕對唔會俾d人工智能知道自己有食辣食上癮呢個心理病嫁。呢碗野放係台上面但木嘴完全猜唔透係咩,唯有左望右望睇下其他人點服用呢碗野...哦原來係用黎飲!我初初仲以為係平時酒樓上菜前擺出黎果d花生既friend添。由於木嘴味覺不太靈敏,飲完都完全飲唔出係咩味。食辣野最爽就係食水煮,木嘴就叫左個平嘅水煮魚黎食,有隻就貴啲嘅可惜木嘴食唔起。最開心就係可以加4個配菜,木嘴就揀左薯粉,雲耳,金菇同午餐肉,估唔到又幾足料,兩個人唔大食淨叫呢碗野都夠!另外叫左個口水雞,雖然成舊水有啲貴,但啖啖肉食得好過癮,辣得黎又唔太油,木嘴誠意推薦。個水煮食得太膩,想食啲米落肚,就叫左串年糕同海鮮飯團串燒,飲糯嘅年糕包住煙肉昇華左一個層次,可惜個海鮮飯團就麻麻,入面係啲不知明嘅餡。埋單兩條友4舊幾水,消費都幾高,唉木嘴成日話要慳錢但成日不知不覺就洗大左。下次倒返轉同自己講要洗錢,唔知會唔會不知不覺洗少左呢。唔講廢話喇,雖然喺度食貴係貴少少,但呢度有唔少特別嘅菜式同環境又唔錯,值得過黎一試。…Read More

木嘴雖然成日木下木下,但真實既我係一個語言天才,好多種語言都識講兩句,問你死未。今日食呢間野叫捧Chop阿閒泰(ผมชอบอาหารไทย),其實意思即係我鍾意食泰菜,長知識了吧?話說木嘴最近睇左套泰國電影,順帶撩起左我舖泰菜癮,不過響銅鑼灣睇完戲,好難去出名多泰國菜既九龍塘食,企喺崇光門口想截的士塞住條馬路都驚比人打啦。就係呢個泰癮難耐既時候,竟然比我發現對面街樓上就有間泰國菜館!可能因為係平日時間,下晝6點鐘到餐廳既我地係全場唯一客人,所以點菜之後好快就上菜。先黎飲番碗泰式椰汁雞湯,S Size已經有3碗左右既份量,一入口係好順滑既椰汁,但當去到喉嚨既時候,泰菜獨有既酸辣就出黎喇,推介!再黎就點左一個青咖喱豬,椰汁味香濃之餘個唔知九層塔定金不換既味道都好出。本來想話叫左個咖喱,但諗諗下不如試下其他飯啦。不過呢個肉碎炒飯就比較令人失望喇,辣味無乜,反而豆豉味好濃,偏鹹。食到咁上下先調轉想食個沙律,所以又再點左個海鮮粉絲沙律,因為入面有花生碎,粉絲,魷魚等配料,所以口感非常之咁豐富。但係呢個用黎配咖喱既印度餅,就真係好失望喇。十幾二十蚊但只有4片,唔係食左一半,係一上檯已經得4片!仲要係1塊切開做4片,都係去返印度餐廳食好過。至於個泰式小食拼盤,可以比你一次過試曬春捲,蝦餅,雞槌等等,都幾好食。芥蘭無咩特別,pass黃咖哩軟殼蟹呢,本來諗住會幾正,可惜係完全相反。軟殼蟹有軟殼蟹味,咖喱有咖喱味,但好巧妙地兩者既味係完全地分開左,就好似水溝油一樣永世都溝唔埋。但去到海南雞又唔同曬喇wo,軟綿既雞肉一咬就撕開,肉質嫩滑唔老,仲要唔會好肥,正。而個炒金邊粉就好似有大量色素染過咁,黏成一團之餘仲好似太甜,唔多岩我胃口。響銅鑼灣鬧市有一間可以試到多款泰國菜既餐館確實係唔錯,不過就唔係每樣嘢都咁好食,梅花間竹咁享受,梅花間竹咁難受,鐘意呢種人格分裂感覺既人應該對呢間餐廳愛不釋手。…Read More

木嘴作為一個mk仔,少不免會黎到旺角覓食。旺角人多擠迫呢排又熱到痴曬線,為左避暑所以就衝入去朗豪坊睇下有咩好西食。見住朗豪坊D餐廳轉黎轉去,mk仔如木嘴都唔係好update得切,所以就OPENRICE下有咩新餐廳啦,咁岩就見到呢間新開幾個月既日本餐廳。位置喺12樓,取代左之前間壽司店。又熱又餓,木嘴簡直係彌留狀態,好彩等左十幾分鐘終於有得入。WOW,入面裝修又幾靚幾日本風喎(無影到相添,大家可以去隔離食評睇睇相)!仲即刻有陣壽司飯味傳入我個鼻到添。唔掂當,再唔食野我真係會死,一坐低左就拿拿霖睇menu嗌野食喇。同正常日本餐廳一樣,菜單花多眼亂,又壽司又串燒又飯又小食etc..次次都要猶豫好耐!但餓到咁既地步簡直係迫上梁山,最後就拿拿林求其散嗌左軟殼蟹壽司漢堡, 溫泉玉子牛丼同雞串燒拼盤。另外,坐低見到有會員迎新promotion,只要下載個App就會送三文魚刺身,唔執輸既木嘴又點會放過呢個機會試埋佢D刺身呢!唔係好識評價個三文魚刺身,只係知道食落去好新鮮,無平時食放題個陣雪櫃味,同埋因為係免費野,食落特別好味。炸軟殼蟹壽司漢堡-嗌佢主要就係因為好少餐廳有得食米漢堡,仲記得細細個o個時好鐘意買叮叮米漢堡食,而家好似唔見晒lu。而呢個漢堡都不負我所望,又真係唔錯喎!由於木嘴櫻桃小嘴既關係,唯有將佢拆件食:飯好煙韌,兩邊有煎過既香味,之後睇返原來呢間野係主打「精米」,優質日本米喎,唔怪之得寧舍好食咁啦,木嘴原來個嘴都木唔曬。菜呢,撈埋D酸酸地既沙律醬&cheese好perfect池,相信無食開沙律既人都會鐘意。至於軟殼蟹,炸得啱啱好,唔會太油但又有鬆脆既咬口,成隻軟殼蟹係晒度無呃秤,呢個漢堡有水準!推介!溫泉玉子牛丼-為左填飽個肚當然要嗌返個丼啦。最初對佢無咩要求,諗住係吉X家+溫泉蛋咁上下既野,純粹想有飯落肚。點知又有驚喜喎,個飯一上,見到隻晶瑩剔透既溫泉蛋,就急不及待撈埋隻蛋落D飯到(相都唔記得影…)。Any肥,個飯絕對好食過吉記,D牛肉唔係一般肥牛,係燒肉黎!食落去仲有陣燒肉香味,塊牛肉有返適當既厚度適當既熟度,咬落去係偏軟既口感,唔係硬到咬唔爛個種難食牛肉。配埋個蛋汁同D飯,一啖又一啖食落去,木嘴非常滿意,無恥D淨係黎食個飯都可以。雞串燒拼盤-本身諗住送飯食既串燒,食完個飯等左陣都未黎…唯有催單啦。最尾都要等左陣先黎,而D串燒…係凍既!!難道間餐廳見我身水身汗所以俾d凍野我食?簡直係成晚既敗筆!D雞串就不過不失既,算啦無下次咖喇,嗌其他吧啦。…Read More

最近木嘴勤力出動食好西,食到非常貧窮,唯有今晚晚餐食返d慳錢野以免銀行結餘歸零。行過見到呢間車仔麵裝修唔錯,車仔麵又貴極都有個譜,即刻衝入去。本身見佢咁文青,都有d驚佢會唔會因為主打食個環境而襯機收得貴,但原來睇真d佢嘅車仔麵三餸都只係$38仲送杯凍飲,非常良心。揀嘅餸都好多選擇下,木嘴就揀左豬頸肉,辣雞同溏心蛋。汁就有咖哩汁同辣汁兩款,辣中毒嘅木嘴當然係要辣汁,我開始懷疑自己遲d對辣既中毒程度要直接打針先止到辣癮,可能要慳返d錢睇醫生戒毒癮先得。野飲當日就跟餐送蜂蜜綠茶,但見到加$10有珍珠奶茶又好吸引咁,又忍唔住要試下,點知再次中伏。啲奶又係唔凍嘅,飲落暖暖地令木嘴非常難受,而珍珠就完全冇咬口,痴埋一舊飲都飲唔到。朋友果杯綠茶就幾好飲,所以做人有時保守啲好啲,又浪費左十蚊睇醫生錢戒毒喇陰功。負責落單位伯伯都著得特別文藝,襯返個環境。雖然杯珍珠奶茶中大伏,但個麵係幾好食嘅,辣湯非常夠辣味,豬頸肉好香口,但辣雞就食唔出邊度辣喇。個溏心蛋都好食。總括黎講都唔錯,糧尾黎食個晚餐一流。…Read More

今日木嘴黎到apm等睇戲,就當然要醫下個肚先啦,一陣套戲成兩粒鐘,容乜易餓死木嘴呀。之前見神山好多人等位,而家熱潮退左,7點黎到都唔洗點等就可以入喇,非常好,木嘴我就係中意香港人乜都羊群心態,人云亦云。因為正因為咁我先可以輕輕鬆鬆試真d呢間過江龍。我地叫左赤神山豚肉片拉麵、蕃茄叉燒拉麵、黑神山叉燒拉麵同埋煎餃。赤神山,麵質幾好,係粗麵,有黏性同彈牙蕃茄拉麵,鍾意清淡d既話就岩晒。入面仲有幾粒薯仔,唔講以為係白椰菜,呢個微妙既size唔知係想比你食定係想溶係d湯度,好尷尬。d叉燒比較瘦所以會韌d,如果你減緊肥,呢碗非常適合你。黑神山,酷愛重口味既我覺得味道唔夠濃,不過尚可接受。雖然我偏好幼麵,但呢個粗麵都唔錯。一開始望落份量唔算多,小木嘴食就岩岩好,男仔可能要加麵底。另外流心蛋真係有流心,最鍾意係隻蛋。煎餃好普通,個底唔夠脆,涵亦唔多。同埋提醒番大家入面係韮菜餃黎,唔鍾意既人就唔好叫啦,喺超市買d雪藏餃子自己整會開心d,起碼平一大截。朋友就覺得呢間好過上一手果間拉麵店,木嘴我就覺得普通,可能佢個沾麵先比較好食。any肥,食完就出發去睇超人特攻隊2,遲d再話比大家聽好唔好睇。…Read More

好耐無同朋友上深圳按摩食好西,好鬼掛住上面d正菜,又hot又wet,諗起都回味無窮....拿,唔好諗埋曬d邪野,木嘴我係正人君子,又hot又wet係指食麻辣食到個人又熱又流汗者。因為辣癮發作,木嘴聽聞十二味系列既餐廳係一班內地學生黎香港讀書之後喺香港創業開既人開既,又聽講呢度有得食辣,所以今次約埋朋友試下呢間。點餐紙係十二味一貫作風,大大張俾你剔想食乜。價錢當然同內地同類餐廳無得比啦,好彩朋友預先用app訂檯有半價,即刻覺得超抵食。不過舖頭有d唔小心,小龍蝦用左”斤”做單位香港一斤16兩成600克有多,內地既市斤先至十進制計500克,雖然英文嗰度有寫番係0.5kg,唔知會唔會違反商品說明條例呢?不過有折我唔理得咁多食左先講啦。先黎一個酸辣木耳($28)做前菜木耳非常爽脆入味,證明有冰鎮過再瀝乾水。味道剛剛好唔會過酸,仲有打邊爐成日見到嗰種辣椒同蒜蓉,成件事好夾,非常正。之後就黎左碟麻辣小龍蝦($168),不過我始終唔明白點解內地人咁鍾意食佢。小龍蝦的確有小龍蝦味既,但我覺得食蝦會開心d囉。之後就係呢度既招牌菜,香鍋!因為怕太辣所以第一次就揀左辣度1。所有自選材料都炒得好入味:寬粉($28)—有乾炒牛河既感覺。午餐肉($48)—雖然係cheap野,但對木嘴黎講,幾cheap既野食落口係好食就好食,真心午餐肉食完覺得好好食。田雞($48)—走油再落鑊,好食仲有金針菇($22)同娃娃菜($22)齋食呢兜嘢已經好滿足,最重要係唔會太辣,唔會得個辣字掩蓋各種食材既味道。食到呢度,我地已經飽曬,不過聞到d辣油既味道仍然不自覺咁吞口水。呢碟毛血旺($148)裡面有牛肚,豬大腸,鴨血,大豆芽菜,蓮藕片等等既材料,全部野撈埋麻辣黎食,真係不得之了。我最鍾意食佢既鴨血,夠曬嫩滑,牛肚同豬大腸都切得好薄好入味。不過同響大陸食既時候一樣,d內臟味都仲係好濃郁,香港餐廳的話會癖走佢既,不過呢間大陸人開,所以就要細味內臟既味了...食完覺得自己個口陣味似食人狂魔。估唔到兩個人竟然食得曬咁多嘢,好彩有半價優惠,抵呀!…Read More

自從響日本食過溫野菜放題之後木嘴我就一試難忘奈何香港版性價比真係差一截,令小嘴我卻步撞啱溫野菜響太古開左分店,朋友又有折就去左食番餐解下思鄉之情依家新開張仲有得玩小遊戲攞免費野菜食下溫野菜前身係一間連鎖薄餅店,店鋪經過重新佈局之後,空間感大左好多而且用左好多木制裝飾佈置店面,配合柔和燈光都幾舒服(但係火鍋同茶道既關係,Umm...都好日本掛?)有得揀,先至係老闆。點知連湯底都有超過十款今次我就試左新既野菌番茄湯底($28)同埋點左D未見過既菜試下。啡金菇($35)---同普通金菇差唔多味山葵菜($35)---以為會係Wasabi味,結果...木嘴我都唔知點形容好,香草味濃?水寺前菜($45)---苦苦地有D似食皇帝菜蝦丸($29)幾爽口,蝦味濃郁,其他兩款不過不失雖然係食溫「野菜」,不過火鍋又點可以唔食肉呢?木嘴我就求其點左幾款肉黎試下丹麥皇冠豚肉眼($39)可能因為係瘦肉部分,食起上黎比較鞋口鹿兒島黑毛和牛肩脊肉($159)真係一分錢一分貨,肉質細嫩軟滑,有入口即溶既感覺,推介明太子芝士年糕免治雞肉($39)說好的芝士年糕呢?木嘴只係食到雞軟骨同好梅既雞肉,不吃也罷不過最重要就係一定要點返個收皮飯!咩係收皮飯?其實就係加飯,紫菜,蛋汁($29)等等落去火鍋湯底裡面收乾番D水份,變成類似Risotto質感之前食材既精華就係咁鎖住響飯粒裡面,正啊喂!不過唔講唔知,原來點呢個收皮飯同你一開始揀既火鍋湯底有關。其中一個朋友點左壽喜燒湯底,職員就建議話唔好食收皮飯,食收皮烏冬好D因為湯底濃郁,煮飯的話會太過重口味果然!夾烏冬好正!初頭以為會係鹹味,點知原來會甜甜哋,而且個烏冬本身都好好食(除左好食我都唔知可以點形容)溫野菜全部選用日本食材,係噱頭之餘感覺上都比較「高大上」職員服務都唔錯,雖然主要用平板點菜職員都不時主動走過黎加水不過四個人最後埋單用埋金會員優惠打八五折都要成八百幾蚊,但個肚就同荷包一樣,仲係好空虛啊~~…Read More

今日木嘴出動去食雞喇,呢間餐廳叫sodam chicken,喺老蘭果頭。人地黎老蘭係食囡,木嘴只能黎老蘭食雞,真係my face my fate。要去呢間餐廳,需要行條大斜路加樓梯先上到去,大熱天時,木嘴差d雞都未食到就要call白車入醫院。好彩,靠住本人神一般既意志力,半爬半行下終於去到間餐廳。口勁乾又未齊人就諗住飲啖水啦,嗌左幾聲侍應終於應我,我就問佢可唔可以比杯水飲住先,佢問返我要熱水定凍水呀..咁身為養生小木嘴,梗係嗌杯暖水啦,對身體好丫嘛⋯⋯我:唔該要杯水侍:凍水定熱水?我:er...暖水侍:我地得熱水同凍水我:咁凍水丫侍:凍水得支裝水,要$8我:....................熱水啦呢一串對話就彷佛係麥兜既故仔咁,最終麥兜木嘴榮獲一杯非常滾可以碌熟條脷既水。但其實早黎既朋友已經非常幸運,因為遲黎既朋友想要水既話,係要等佢再煲架,amazing。好!唔講呢d無聊野,事不宜遲,快d叫雞食先。甜酸醬炸雞,呀估唔到幾好食wor!又唔會好熱氣,雞肉又好juicy,皮脆肉嫩,正過老蘭囡囡。另外呢個係無骨炸雞,岩晒唔想啃雞骨想食殘廢餐既懶蟲,即係在下。呢個係太陽芝士炸雞,中間有個農夫包比你點芝士,包保你有邪惡拉絲拉到兩呎高都ok。食落唔會太溜,不過可能會咸左少少。d雞都係外脆內軟,唔夠飽仲可以食埋個包,充滿住芝士非常yummy!呢個係紫菜薯條,其實應該有d似食緊shakeshake薯條,不過當然薯條比較厚肉同好食,同埋紫菜粉都非常夠,熱辣辣都唔錯。呢期咁岩出shakeshake,大家可以黎食下對比下邊個好食d。呢個係熱情果野飲呢個係蜜桃無論係蜜桃定熱情果,都係淡而無味,可能係驚你食野重口得濟所以想比番d清泉你,咁就盛惠$38,不過都有幾粒椰果既。我都係飲番我杯熱水先,呢個時候已經攤到差唔多變暖水,只要我坐多半日,杯水可能會變凍水,唔知可唔可以賣返俾間鋪賺返8蚊呢。呢個係bbq唔知咩燒雞辣辣地,可能因為係燒既所以比較乾身,冇之前兩款咁juicy,都係推介之前果兩碟多d。食晒d雞同薯條,就醒起仲有個炒年糕未黎,傾住計等多十分鐘就問下個侍應有未,侍應當然話要check check 先啦。咁小木嘴憑住金睛火眼隱約見到侍應係部電腦到做左個疑似加單既動作...咁好啦繼續同班friend講我個八婆上司點PK法啦,反正木嘴多的是口水。又講左15分鐘都仲未上,無咩耐性既小木嘴就追多次單。個侍應竟然咁答我「d年糕要解凍再炒,如果唔係個芯會唔熟,所以會耐d」由我地點餐到呢個moment應該都有45分鐘以上,先發現原來年糕係既嗌即解凍㗎...好新鮮!其實只要將d年糕拎出去條街曬一曬,應該唔洗煮,五分鐘內可以一拼解凍再加曬熟埋。其實明顯係漏左單啦,呢個時候我只想回佢一句,你講大話!!年糕終於上喇,都ok既。雖然佢解左凍45分鐘但個芯都唔係特別淋,可能要解凍多45分鐘先淋得曬。食完咁多野,木嘴最推薦既都係炸雞,不過驚熱氣既人記得帶定幾粒喉糖先黎食啦!…Read More

同眾多打工仔一樣,木嘴既上司係八婆一名,日日俾佢日鬧夜鬧都咪話唔過癮。今日木嘴返工返到頹喪攰既時候,決定要食返個好西lunch叉一叉電,滿足左個肚之後先再返去做死魚俾腦細繼續慢慢鬧啦…喺呢頭返工,除左可以日日去太安樓督魚蛋食D親民價嘢食之外,間唔中可以豪一次黎蘇豪東呢邊。留意返,黎蘇豪東食lunch既話,大部份餐廳無3位數字都走唔甩架!咁比老闆chur到體無完膚既木嘴今次又黎呢間味自慢-無錯係「又」,因為木嘴已經黎過幾次喇 (2年內)!每逢最頹既時候都會走過黎食lunch,今次終於的起心肝幫佢寫返篇食評。其實木嘴每次黎都係嗌「銀鱈魚西京燒」set,因為實在實在太好味同性價比高喇!平時去日本餐廳食銀鱈魚西京燒,單點一份已經要百幾蚊/set既話要去到二百幾蚊,仲要係縮水魚,但係呢度只需要百六蚊就可以有個set食!個set包條魚,煮物,麵豉湯,仲有甜品。條魚size正常,味道有水準,西京燒陣甘甜味好出,配合埋銀鱈魚個種口感,簡直無得輸!麵豉湯正常足料,有好多昆布豆腐,煮物係南瓜又幾好食,甜品係2款口味既雪糕2揀1。份量黎講,女仔爬住飯加埋煮物食會飽,男仔可能就爭咁D。聽講呢間味自慢開左十幾年都屹立不倒.,相反側邊D西餐廳同酒樓2年間都已經換左好多手。證明有實力既餐廳,食客們係會識得欣賞既!呢到既侍應同好多街坊打成一片,好有服務態度,平時對D侍應好冷漠既小木嘴都深深被佢打動左。呢D就係香港漸漸失去既人情味。如果我個八婆上司黎呢度食下飯,唔知會唔會吸收返少少人情味,對我無咁harsh呢?不過算啦,唔harsh都唔係老闆,可能佢既氣場過黎食飯反而會破壞呢度既氣氛,所以都係唔黎好過黎喇佢,呢間餐廳留返俾木嘴自己享受好過。…Read More

石蘺有隱世米線相信各位食家都知,係隱世米線隔離原來仲有間隱世小上海!睇佢咁頹咁細嘅鋪面,客仔又唔多個,正常人的確唔會想入去,木嘴都係因為有日偶然係網上面見到飲x男女嘅介紹,就抱住猜疑嘅心黎到呢個隱世嘅地點。木嘴一行4人,點左兩個麻辣擔擔麵,招牌擔擔麵,同麻辣豬排麵,再加左個小籠包。一食落口,果然無負隱世之名。佢嘅擔擔麵食落香口,又唔會太濃味,出面有啲擔擔麵食落會好滯好膩,但呢個麵完全唔會,實在非常之驚喜。加埋少少麻辣更加係錦上添花。再試埋個小籠包,由於太心急食唔記得影相,佢其實係一籠有4隻嘅。木嘴雖然出名係木嘴,但我認為呢個小籠包係好食過出面啲上海xx,皮薄多汁,完美咁溶化係木嘴個口度。下次黎到石蘺除左隱世米線,仲有呢間隱世小上海可以選擇,仲要唔使等位,非常好。木嘴寫緊呢篇食評既時候咁岩好肚餓,睇返d相真係口水都流,真係肚餓唔好打食評,好辛苦。…Read More

木嘴今日屎忽痕,決定黎個文青之旅。去元創坊PMQ睇展覽之前,去一去地下既台灣餐廳醫下肚先。一去店舖都幾full,又好似張張枱都只夠坐兩三個人,侍應話坐出面户外都好舒服有沙發,但係咁熱既環境梗係死都話唔制啦,木嘴我食過夜粥,想呃我無咁易。再加上咁熱既環境會影響木嘴瘋狂自拍既慾望,喺堅持之下最後成功爭取室內位。餐牌都幾有特色,完全無相的,有味菜叫三杯嚇老外。不過有點懷疑唔係真係樣樣都有得食。沙冰得返一款,排骨又無⋯⋯侍應又厭世樣回應,文青果然有文青既性格。叫左依個茶薰雞烏龍茶漬飯,一捧上來已經有好香的煙薰味,雞肉味道很好,賣相精緻,但係茶泡飯味道偏淡,對於食開咸野既人黎講應該以為食緊清水。另外朋友叫既滷肉飯,驚喜是附有台式滷水拼盤,有海帶,豬耳同豆腐等等,但驚嚇係個滷肉飯又係無咩味,今日廚房係咪用曬d鹽?木嘴差d想行去超市買樽鹽自行加料。另一朋友叫既係麻醬麵,估唔到非常彈牙惹味,幾值得推介。飲品分別叫左芭樂沙冰和薑母桂圓紅棗茶。芭藥沙冰非常解暑,味道清新,唔會好藥水味。薑母桂圓茶都好重薑味,似新鮮煲,辣辣地好正。除左店員態度比較hea之外,其實都真係一個幾岩文青聚埋吹水食野的地方黎既,如果間鋪頭買返樽鹽既話。…Read More
