To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從響日本食過溫野菜放題之後木嘴我就一試難忘奈何香港版性價比真係差一截,令小嘴我卻步撞啱溫野菜響太古開左分店,朋友又有折就去左食番餐解下思鄉之情依家新開張仲有得玩小遊戲攞免費野菜食下溫野菜前身係一間連鎖薄餅店,店鋪經過重新佈局之後,空間感大左好多而且用左好多木制裝飾佈置店面,配合柔和燈光都幾舒服(但係火鍋同茶道既關係,Umm...都好日本掛?)有得揀,先至係老闆。點知連湯底都有超過十款今次我就試左新既野菌番茄湯底($28)同埋點左D未見過既菜試下。啡金菇($35)---同普通金菇差唔多味山葵菜($35)---以為會係Wasabi味,結果...木嘴我都唔知點形容好,香草味濃?水寺前菜($45)---苦苦地有D似食皇帝菜蝦丸($29)幾爽口,蝦味濃郁,其他兩款不過不失雖然係食溫「野菜」,不過火鍋又點可以唔食肉呢?木嘴我就求其點左幾款肉黎試下丹麥皇冠豚肉眼($39)可能因為係瘦肉部分,食起上黎比較鞋口鹿兒島黑毛和牛肩脊肉($159)真係一分錢一分貨,肉質細嫩軟滑,有入口即溶既感覺,推介明太子芝士年糕免治雞肉($39)說好的芝士年糕呢?木嘴只係食到雞軟骨同好梅既雞肉,不吃也罷不過最重要就係一定

說好的芝士年糕呢?木嘴只係食到雞軟骨同好梅既雞肉,不吃也罷

不過最重要就係一定要點返個收皮飯!
咩係收皮飯?其實就係加飯,紫菜,蛋汁($29)等等落去火鍋湯底裡面
收乾番D水份,變成類似Risotto質感
之前食材既精華就係咁鎖住響飯粒裡面,正啊喂!

不過唔講唔知,原來點呢個收皮飯同你一開始揀既火鍋湯底有關。
其中一個朋友點左壽喜燒湯底,職員就建議話唔好食收皮飯,食收皮烏冬好D
因為湯底濃郁,煮飯的話會太過重口味
果然!夾烏冬好正!
初頭以為會係鹹味,點知原來會甜甜哋,而且個烏冬本身都好好食
(除左好食我都唔知可以點形容)

溫野菜全部選用日本食材,係噱頭之餘感覺上都比較「高大上」
職員服務都唔錯,雖然主要用平板點菜
職員都不時主動走過黎加水
不過四個人最後埋單用埋金會員優惠打八五折都要成八百幾蚊,但個肚就同荷包一樣,仲係好空虛啊~~
