世界級腸粉

今日經過開深水埗就嚟食 合益泰。因為疫情關係舖面少左一半以上嘅位置,當食要企係外面等位,有位先可以探熱入座 。呢樣做得好好,原本仲擔心位於深水埗舊區一間老牌粥店究竟會唔會做好防疫措施呢?答案係令人非常滿足。入座後依舊叫咗中腸粉多麻醬、大豬皮蘿蔔、豆漿。腸粉冇失禮,依舊咁滑咁香米味。麻醬都係一絕,香滑!如果要食到條腸粉有冇米香,一定要襯熱同食冇沾到甜醬嘅腸粉。麻醬會突顯腸粉嘅米香(個人想法only)。而如果要食腸粉嘅滑,就要等食到最後,凍左嘅腸粉。熱食嘅話冇意思,因為熱嘅腸粉一定係滑,但如果你等佢凍左,就係見真章嘅時候(個人想法only)。豬皮爽滑,不過蘿蔔就令人失望。雖然蘿蔔冇渣冇花心多汁,但係唔甜,仲有澀味。真係令我好失望。我食左合益泰年資唔多,10年。佢地以前嘅豬皮蘿蔔真係好好食,豬皮爽滑大塊,食落過癮,蘿蔔冇渣清甜多汁。不過今次食嘅係唔甜,仲有澀味,我懷住呢10年嘅感情食落去,最後都係食剩。其實唔止今次,我係呢2年內係合益泰食嘅蘿蔔都有呢個情況。所以我今日決定同收銀嘅姐姐講!(因為佢相對比較得閒同我都要埋單)收銀姐姐好好,佢冇鬧我😂同埋佢都好有心聽我呢個客人嘅feedback。希望下次我再泥食嘅時候可以有改善啦!雖然我用左好大篇幅去講個蘿蔔嘅不是,但係合益泰嘅腸粉係真係世界級正!…Read More

不錯嘅用餐體驗

今日行街行到攰一個人又唔知食乜嘢,經過女人街發現好多舖頭都冇咗,特別係中間賣林沈野嘅舖頭都執咗,所以終於可以望到女人街嘅另一邊,亦因為咁我發現到呢一間餐廳。見到佢個牌有一個好得意好似beef wellington嘅菜式,叫做”酥皮法國鵝肝牛柳”,仲要係買$99,所以我就入咗去試吓喇。入到去就有個好好笑容嘅樓面過嚟招呼我,雖然而家大家都需要戴口罩,不過佢嗰隻笑容係對眼度都發到出嚟,感受不錯。打開餐牌發現其實佢有好多唔同嘅嘢食,不過我都係比嗰個$99嘅”酥皮法國鵝肝牛柳”吸引着。呢個牛柳餐有得跟薯菜或者飯意粉,我就揀咗意粉,而鵝肝仲有得加$19加大,咁$19蚊okay la,所以我就加左。除此之外仲發現到佢哋有生蠔。落單時候樓面仲溫馨提示今日生蠔$100蚊5隻,咁我就嗌埋啦。未讚之前彈一彈,因為小弟人有三急就走咗入去廁所,發現個廁所好唔掂。要搞搞喇!去完廁所返嚟,一個白湯同一個蒜蓉包已經放咗喺枱面。蒜蓉包同白湯都係基本野,唔係特別出色亦唔算太差,係個白湯我個人覺得淡咗少許。個湯飲到一半個餐就來啦。上到枱面真心嗰句失望左一下,原因係個出品同張相真係兩樣野黎。不過我都係着重味道嘅,仲要佢呢個價錢,所以大方d由佢啦。佢個意粉係茶記嘅茄汁意粉,當然佢唔會係al dente,但佢亦都唔會好似坊間嗰啲淋patpat,我就覺得不錯啦。到戲肉牛柳,如果大家有食過金鳳嘅我覺得佢嘅牛柳同金鳳嘅差唔多,味道足夠,亦都唔會太生或者太熟。鵝肝就乾左少少,但都唔會太熟變左豬潤,仲要佢會氈一塊法包喺底吸油,雖然賣相真係唔係咁好,不過都算細心。酥皮就冇乜特別,有返酥皮應該有嘅味道同埋香味。三種食物夾埋一齊食落口的確係幾特別,我都食得好高興。到個生蠔喇,真嘅我一見到都呆左,咁大隻嘅?!數一數,咦?$100蚊5隻,我呢度有半打喎?!咁多謝呀~雖然佢好大隻又益多我一隻,但點都好,個味道先係重點。呢個生蠔味淡,冇海水及不爽,還算creamy,建議配汁食。其實我有諗過會唔會係急凍半殼生蠔,不過就算係都正常, $100蚊5(6)隻你想要啲乜嘢啊?有咁大隻俾你你應該要好開心啦,做人唔好咁貪心,所以我都冇深究,好好享受埋我個晚餐。食完曬d野原來我個餐仲有野飲同甜品送,都幾好。最後因為現金唔夠,想碌卡之際樓面姐姐就建議我用支付寶,搞笑嘅係我都唔識用。通常去到呢d情況都會一係西個客面一係就幫我碌卡,但佢冇,佢反而幫我整支付寶(本身有,不過唔識用),最後仲幫我平咗兩蚊!總結今次晚餐經歷係好開心。係一個續漸改頭換面嘅舊區入邊,發現到一間仲好有人情味嘅舊餐廳。價錢平民,但用心,特別係對客人嘅關心。雖然味道係取決一切,不過餐廳對客人嘅態度絕對係留住客人嘅重要元素。每個人對嘅食物睇法都唔同,有人去完食完可能會覺得呢一間餐廳嘅出品係垃圾,但公道啲講一句,人地收你幾多錢?我可以講一句用呢個價錢喺出邊食飯都未必可以比到一個好似我今次咁滿足咁開心嘅用餐體驗。要批評好簡單,但懂得真心欣賞別人嘅好,唔係個個都做到。…Read More

前幾日同朋友講開係香港冇食過好食嘅雞粥,除咗自己煲,之後佢就介紹呢一間粥店,話說雞好好食入邊亦都有繼續叫我去試下,所以今日做完嘢就決定過去試下。搵咗一陣見到個門面其實都唔係好光猛,係一間舊式粥店。入到去發現原來除咗粥仲有燒味同好多唔同嘅小炒,不過冇影響到我因為我真係一心諗住嚟食雞粥。不過最後鍾意食雙拼嘅我比雞鵝粥擊敗左。當個粥到左,我一望到個顏色對板果陣,我個內心已經好興奮。好耐冇見過一個雞粥係淡黃色仲有少許雞油浮面,聞落去淡淡雞油嘅香味。一食落去,唔~好耐冇食過咁有雞味嘅雞粥喇!個粥完全吸收左雞嘅香味,面頭浮着少少雞油,真係好正!個粥已經咁正喇,但係我又好擔心舊雞肉會好鞋,如果個雞肉好鞋嘅就真係會完全破壞左件事架麻,不過無論點舊雞都要食。咬第一啖落去,真係嘩左一聲!好好好重雞味嘅滑雞!雖然大家會話食雞梗係有雞味啦,不過唔知大家有冇真係細心去欣賞自己係香港食嘅每一舊雞,好多都真係冇雞味/好淡雞味。好多時出去食雞覺得佢有雞味都係主要因為佢有皮同埋d肥膏,d雞肉itself係真係冇乜味。不過呢個唔同,佢舊雞肉真係有味!同埋個質地係實d爽d,完全唔同我哋平時喺香港食嘅冰鮮雞。咁我一問之下原來發現佢地用嘅係清遠雞。成本都唔低㗎一隻清遠雞,喺呢度睇到佢哋係一間對食物質素有要求嘅餐廳嚟㗎,很不錯!雖然餐廳環境唔太靚,不過食物嘅味道從來都唔係環境賦予,今次用餐好滿意,以後會繼續食佢唔同嘅菜式。…Read More
