牛極相信大家也不陌生,它們有很多間分店,包括旺角、深水埗、油麻地、大角咀、荃灣、佐敦、和最近新開的銅鑼灣店,店內提供了不同品種的牛供消費者選擇。客人可以按照自己的個人喜好選擇牛的部位,十分方便!餐牌提供的牛選擇有;牛肩扒、牛柳、澳洲牛仔肉眼、日本和牛、和西冷,今次我們就試了牛肩扒(180g) 和牛柳($200g) !店員先給我們遞上兩條即用即圍裙,以防待會煎牛扒時,油會濺到我們的衣服上。牛肉很快便在熱騰騰的石板上上枱,插着一支竹籤+ 蓋着一張紙巾,很是特別。蓋上紙巾的原因是因為牛肉在煎的過程中,會不斷濺油,店家不想濺到員工及客戶。就像在電視節目也會看到,在名貴高級餐廳入邊,侍應也會用鋁的半圓蓋,蓋着牛扒,原理可能是一樣 😂😂🙈😂在牛肉的上面灑上了一些炸過的蒜片,吃着十分可口!牛肉是全生地放置在鐵板上,客人可按照自己的食牛習慣及生熟程度處理。我自己喜歡比較熟的牛,一小塊一小塊這樣的煎,十分好玩。煎到一半,石版已不在吱吱作響,應該是熱力消散了的緣故。店員很貼心的為我們更換了一個新的、熱的石板,方便我們再戰餘下的牛!不得不提店內還提供了任添的海苔白飯、沙律,和羅宋湯。羅宋湯入面的牛肉粒十分好吃呢!…Read More
