在疫情的情況下,人流一落千丈,今次到訪午市(平日),全程只有三張枱。由之前$68一碟牛肉,變成任食牛肉。對食客來說,當然抵食,但亦很難過,見老闆努力掙扎求存,心情真是矛盾。食物方面,牛肉比以前好吃。熱盤有四款,本人非常欣賞炒菇,應該是牛肝菌,非常美味。雞翅膀也很好吃。另有炸物:薯格、Nuggets和咖哩角,新鮮炸出來即吃,很脆不太油。飲品選擇依然多。其他也不過不失。如今的情況,當然不能與最繁榮的景況相比。包容你我都能做到,橕小店,頂得一刻得一刻。…Read More

最唔抵的一次團購經驗。數月前以HKD139團購HKD398的紙上燒任食,另原加一。計落都抵,以低過半價去試新野。點之無幾耐在雜志上見到做減價,減到似HKD199另加一收費。比較上來只平得個四拾幾蚊,覺得自己蠢左!打電話去訂,又話Book到5月中,只得反週日21:30的場次,都冇辦法啦!唯有照book。果日約09:00去到,水靜河飛,都唔覺之前果場,有爆場跡象。環境黑黑暗暗,都幾舒服。食物就......如果以原價去食,我會"dum"囉。咁既價錢還有更多好的選擇。紙上燒,燒出來的食物無乜特別。蝦很大,但唔新鮮,燒完出來霉既~什麼M9牛,無牛味:(其它所謂日本某地區的豬、雞,都是一般普通。剌身勁唔新鮮,我第一次會覺得最好食是魷魚囉。刀功又唔得,三文魚切一件出來,都可以散開。燒物炸物,就可以讚一下,可能因為大廚預計到,那些類型較多人叫,很快就燒好出來,而且非常好食,但基本的雞軟骨同牛肉都無晒。但十點多後,燒物等...好耐,以為漏單添,要追先到。炸物由熱既變成室溫,唔好食。好似趕收工雪糕糯米茲,就咁放在桌上,沒有任行冷凍裝置保存。服務員很細心,見我找來找去之後沒有取走,便問我D雪糕糯米茲係咪軟晒,我未回答,就取走桌上軟軟的,換上冰凍硬身的出來。最後,專攻所謂的北海道綠茶雪糕,味道一般,顏色勁假。二個字"搵笨" 食大x樂好過。…Read More

團購咗正宗上海生煎皇,包一客生煎包 + 一個酥餅。買咗2張。但水準唔太穩定。可能跟這店子有緣,兩次去到都唔使等。一客生煎包有4粒,比正常的細一點。酥餅裡是肉鬆生菜。老實講:第一次食,皮厚了點,煮唔透,咬落有點硬同粉,肉汁好多,新鮮熱辣,底脆脆的,o.k丫。 酥餅加生菜,不太配合,可能大廚覺得香港人出街少食菜,所以給大家一點心意吧。肉鬆咸咸甜甜味道都唔錯。第二次食,皮薄了,肉汁漏出來,差點燙到咀,比上次好味。 酥餅同樣即做,味道同樣,都唔錯!用心、有進步的店子,下次會試下其它款式。加油 Oscar~…Read More

等一次,食綠茶味,勁普通,酸又唔酸,茶味又唔夠,配料又少。可能新開,最搞笑,個收銀行開左,另一員工(90後)在清理配料旁的污積,我同佢講我想買雪糕,佢望一望收銀位冇人,叫我等陣,我以為佢會放下手上工作,洗個手去叫其它人出來收錢或由他招呼我先。點之我見佢繼續埋頭苦幹,又唔找其它人幫手,我都好尊重佢等了1分鐘。我再問佢,我要等幾耐,佢又望一望個收銀位,又望一望入面,先自己走去收銀的位置,幫我收錢,再叫另一員工幫我弄雪糕。我還以為他不願做我生意添。等二次,食原味,酸酸的好開胃,今次配料份量多左,好開心!好好味!:)今次第三次幫襯,選了焦糖味,本人酷愛焦糖的,別以為焦糖會很甜,食落甜度適中,l love it。有進步的店子。唔知下次會唔會又有驚喜呢!…Read More

媽咪早前在這附近上堂,話成日見到呢間鋪,由朝到晚都咁多人排隊,唔知係味咁好食,於是今天帶她來試一下。本人N年前幫襯過後,因為次次要等好耐,就沒有再來了。我們要了一個午餐,叫左一碗九州拉麵, 再加HKD18 有一個細鰻魚飯同一杯熱咖啡,另加一個牛肉麵辛辣湯底。拉麵幾彈牙, 豬骨湯底較清甜,唔多油, 叉燒好"林"。都唔錯!細鰻魚飯,魚質嫩滑,飯粒分明,醬甜而不濃,好味!熱咖啡(是媽咪飲的) 她說有點驚喜,這杯香濃有咖啡味,幾好味。不像一般餐廳的那樣不濟。她很少會讚餐廳的咖啡,所以,應該不錯啊!牛肉麵辛辣湯底,牛肉嫩口,拉麵彈牙,湯底就普通一點,除了辛辣味欠了一點甜味。令人無法留下深刻印象。本人較喜歡豬骨湯底,媽媽則愛辛辣。員工有禮及非常細心,由於每個坐位已SET好餐具及一杯熱茶,她看到我腹大便便,便主動提議給我換上一杯熱開水,需然只是一杯熱水,可見她們對工作的熱誠與細心。多謝!…Read More

記得媽咪曾經說過很多年都沒有吃過刨冰,所以便帶她來走一轉。上次來的時候太早,無緣品嘗。今次吃過午飯後才慢慢行到來,沒有令她失望。替媽媽點了一個石榴冰(HKD35),她一直以為是刨冰,員工把冰端來時,看到那麼高的冰後,覺得得新奇,又擔心吃不完,所以,便陪她一起吃,雪花冰放到桌上,石榴氣味飄逸,吃了一口後,她便否定這是刨冰,說:比刨冰好吃,不會凍得讓人頭痛,入口即溶,啖啖石榴味,清新怡人,不太甜,非常好味。還不知不覺一個人處理了整碟冰,更大表滿足。之後,總覺得人家的冰,比自己剛吃掉的還要大。活像一個小孩子,很久沒有見她這麼開心的表情。配料方面有哈蜜瓜,魔豆及爆珠。魔豆很細小似西米,無乜特別味道,至於乳酸爆珠在口中爆開帶點酸酸的感覺很特別。百香果醬酸中帶甜,只需一點點便能帶出石榴味,要是太多,便搶了石榴味。本人則叫了一碗熱芝麻糊(HKD18),老闆非常細心,見我陪媽媽一起吃冰,便走過來摸一下碗芝麻糊,看看有沒有變暖,他說熱芝麻糊變暖後,會慢慢變得"杰"身,就唔好食。最好是吃完冰,才order。於是,便讓媽媽自己一個吃掉整碟冰,我就處理這碗甜品。起初對這甜品信心不大,始終不是專門做糊的中式甜品店。吃下第一口,已即刻改觀,芝麻味好香,好滑,不太甜,好厚身。 毫不遜色於xx八記。員工有禮、老闆細心。媽媽已話下次想試榴蓮冰,看來不會很久,又會再來了!是次用了團購coupon,吃得更開心。…Read More

本人一直非常喜愛北海道/日本鮮奶。但較出名和好評的店鋪都在港島區,突登去食又唔化算。見到這裡有燕窩北海道燉奶,便蠢蠢欲試。當日店鋪人唔多,只有6-7台人,我坐下即點了這甜品,通常不用5分鐘,就應該端到桌上。等了5分鐘,見早到過我來人,才上了一點甜品,所以便多等一會,再第了5分鐘,看來不對勁,便向店員(1)查詢一下,並清楚說明我叫了燕窩北海道燉奶還未到,店員(1)問廚房有沒有漏單,店員(2)話冇,廚房隨即送出一道甜品,店員(1)看都沒有看到甜品,便立刻端到我桌上,我一睇,燉奶唔會是黃色吧!店員(1) 便怪責任廚房弄錯了燉蛋,即時換了燕窩北海道燉奶給我。吃完後,到收銀結賬時,收銀員問我還有沒有叫其它食物,完全沒有記錄似的,要自行報告。我真不知道她們是怎樣管理一家店鋪。如果整間鋪坐滿人,都不知會亂成怎樣?再講「燕窩北海道燉奶」對我來說是巧立名目,燕窩是有的,燉奶郤非用北海道鮮奶做的。只要曾經飲過日本or 北海道鮮奶的人,一定對其奶味濃陏,脂肪滑(漏),酥香味道,印象深刻,一試難忘。當我充滿盼望地吃了等一口,即時失望,只是平平無奇的燉奶,價錢卻收HKD34,真是不值,我寧願去XX牛奶公司食,都只不過是HK18(沒有燕窩) 。(大X樂)的北海道牛奶炒蛋,都會讓人吃出濃濃的鮮奶香味。因為MENU上沒有注明是用北海道牛奶做的,無法追究。希望唔好誤導消費者。幸好,在團購網用半價購入禮券,來試這甜品,否則,真是"DUM",以後,都是食糊好了!…Read More

近期興起乳酪雪糕潮,間間都不同評價,都不知怎樣決定選擇那一家。透過團購,以較便宜的價錢試食,真好!這是我這2個月來,食過的第3家店。分別要了2杯大杯裝乳酪 (原價$37 X 2),再送四款自選 Toppings。第1杯 - 原味MIX 芒果味,Toppings- 麥糠、Oreo、朱古力碎米、芒果 家母話整杯雪糕味道很突出,但是偏甜,其它配料都好好味。好多人都推介麥糠,可能較甜的關系,食唔出有什麼特別。第2杯 - 原味,Toppings- 麥糠、Oreo、藍莓、草莓 (錯加了芒果) 第一啖已感驚喜,酸酸甜甜,乳酪味道很突出,較早前試過的2間好味,可能是甜味夠帶出濃濃的乳酪味,生果都算新鮮,其它都O.K。 替我們制作乳酪雪糕的小姐,有禮貌及誠實地告訴我,她錯加了芒果於中間部份,問我介唔介意,雖然我唔食芒果,不過都算了。態度誠 懇,又怎麼想要難為她換上另一杯。整體來說,這是一間較合口味的店鋪。 …Read More
