今日特登走來試吓呢間米芝蓮推介的上海菜餐廳,未攞米芝蓮之前已經想試,而家更加想試吓,點知食完之後非常失望。餐廳環境是不錯的地方,亦很闊落,食物選擇亦都唔少。我哋叫咗兩個餐,一個係主食+小食+點心,另一個就係主食+小食。詭異嘅事情就開始發生,當我哋落完單之後唔夠2分鐘,就已經可以上咗碗麵,居然仲快過我哋叫嘅冷盤。麵來嘅時間已經不是太熱,先來的這個係酥炸厚切排骨清湯麵。手工麵還可以,但係嗰個排骨就水準太低了。他是一個厚切的豬扒,但咬落去完全冇汁,是乾噌噌一塊無調味的豬扒,很難想像會有這麼低的水準。而擔擔麵的質素好很多,但也平稱不上有什麼特別,只能講是不俗。之後我哋的冷盤小食來了,雞絲粉皮和醉雞。雞絲粉皮中規中矩,但係嗰個醉雞真的是成餐飯嘅焦點。我們考究過他是不是醉雞,因為他的名稱係「我冇醉」雞,但係英文是有的,但一食落去你會發覺完全冇酒味,只有一種淡淡的調味,與酒醉兩個字完全扯不上任何關係。雞肉亦都不是嫩滑那種,整體感覺十分之差。最後來的小籠包還可以,但絕不可以用出色嚟形容,先不說米芝蓮與否,呢個價錢兩個人居然要$240,但質素只和一般普通上海菜小店一樣(有可能還再普通一些),實在不值得一試。…

今日係荃灣西鐵站一出海之戀商場就見到海報,3樓有間新嘅壽司店開張。餐廳門口裝修典雅,私隱度高,唔會一眼望晒入邊餐廳嗰種,入邊嘅氛圍相當唔錯,有壽司吧,亦都有梳化座。餐牌有很多不同選擇,最特別係有廚師發辦,不過今日自己一個食唔想咁隆重,簡簡單單食吓壽司就算。壽司定食都有三款,第一次試就揀「大滿足」試吓。大滿足套餐有11件,壽司唔會一次過黎晒,係會分幾件咁上。我覺得呢個設計幾好,可以慢慢嘆同埋唔使食得咁急。先嚟五件壽司:[赤貝·象拔蚌·深海池魚·中拖羅·大拖羅]赤貝爽彈鮮甜,超肥美的拖羅入口即溶油香四溢,非常高質!四件火炙壽司:[松葉蟹腳·左口魚裙邊·金目鯛·大拖羅]松葉蟹腳做得很細緻,幫你挑好晒入邊啲細骨,可以啖啖肉咁食。左口魚裙邊充滿甘香魚油,非常嫩滑。最愛的是大拖羅,火炙後再加紫菜卷住一齊食,燒過嘅拖羅油脂滿瀉,加上脆脆嘅紫菜,是十分幸福的感覺。本以為大拖羅已經係今晚的亮點,但係驚喜一浪接一浪,到最後兩件壽司又再將心情推向另一個高峰,係手掌咁大嘅巨型牡丹蝦。淨係個蝦頭都已經有大半隻手掌咁大,size係平時食嘅一倍。有兩個食法,分別是手握壽司和將蝦頭蝦膏再做一個軍艦。巨型牡丹蝦除咗鮮,而且十分爽,比平時其他壽司舖嘅好上很多倍。而蝦膏蝦頭嘅濃郁味道會為這個壽司套餐寫個完美句號。正當回味着這個大滿足壽司嘅時間,侍應突然給了我一個丼飯,噢,完全忘記了這個大滿足套餐,還會跟一個迷你三文魚子海膽拖羅蓉飯。亮晶晶的三文魚子鋪滿半個飯,海膽一試便知是靚貨,是鮮甜細滑的那一種。而最有驚喜係拖羅蓉,他和平時我們出邊吃的完全不同,非常有口感,侍應說原來加入了醃蘿蔔碎和師傅會再調味,本來已飽飽地嘅我都要爬光整碗飯。新張期內所有壽司套餐有八折,這個大滿足套餐價錢不是便宜,但係食物質素是在同區絕對找不到的,店員都有介紹話這裏大部份魚生都是飛機直送,唔怪之得質素咁高,應該會再返來試吓其他壽司套餐或者廚師發辦。…

今日係朗豪坊行街見到開左新分店又心思思想食,雖然係其他分店食過好幾次,但佢既海鮮煎餅實在太好食,每次都必叫!餐廳裝修以一個韓式大排檔嘅形式去做,摺檯摺凳,呢啲我們唔陌生又地道嘅嘢變成這家餐廳的主要氛圍,成個感覺都好接地氣。餐牌和之前都差不多,值得一提嘅係可以試吓他們現在的套餐,全部都是好平。我們今晚就選擇散叫,先來牛肉紫菜飯卷和玫瑰醬燉排骨。飯卷有好多餡料,而牛肉不會太柴,有口感。燉排骨就略嫌骨太大舊,肉冇想像中那麼多,但鋪滿滿滿的芽菜是值得一讚。之後便是海鮮鍋,非常足料,侍應還會幫忙過來拆殼剪魷魚等。由於我們不吃得太辣,所以要求少少辣啦,湯底非常之濃郁嘅海鮮味,沒辦法,那麼多海鮮在鍋中,想唔濃都難。最後當然係最期待嘅海鮮煎餅,一如以往都係那麼的出色,配埋醬汁食,好味指數爆燈。…

今日喺金魚街行咗一轉一無所獲,於是喺附近搵間嘢食吓,見到依間山東小城,之前喺大角咀食過已經覺得唔錯,既然開到過嚟就試吓。餐單比以前更加多選擇,我哋叫咗幾樣嘢。雞絲粉皮較大塊又煙靭,加上滑滑嘅麻醬好好味。超推介的京蔥羊肉餡餅外皮香脆,食落去超爆汁,好似小籠包咁,羊味突出配帶蔥香味餡料是一個很惹味的小食。不過要早啲叫,製作時間較耐。主食叫咗雲吞雞和墨魚餃擔擔面。烏黑的墨魚餃皮較煙靭,餡料足馬蹄爽脆。值得一提擔擔面嘅湯底很濃郁而且做得好滑,用嘅麻醬應該同前菜粉皮一樣,非常建議叫麻醬系列。雲吞雞就係大件夾抵食,有至少五粒雲吞加半隻雞咁,我哋將飯轉咗做麵。食完之後真係飽到一個點,以呢個價錢加上這個水準,絕對係性價比超高之選。…

餐廳好易搵,就係厚福街街尾嗰幢大廈,全幢都差不多是餐廳。店員下單後就送上餐包,麵包上枱的時候是熱的,仲有三種款式,證明餐廳是有用心。不過有趣是麵包跟上牛油外,還有士多啤梨醬,通常只會在早餐見到的,想不到夜晚也會提供。頭盤叫了自家製咸豬手凍伴話梅芥末汁,豬手凍和沙律菜都好味,醬汁係幾特別但就略嫌甜咗啲,頭幾啖還好,食到最尾就覺得有點太甜。主菜是全晚的亮點,西冷扒點了四成熟,本來不抱太大期望,因為太多餐廳整得過熟。我們叫四成來五成也是可以接受。想不到一切開,嘩,是完美的四成,肉味質素好就不在話下,始終係美國USDA…但係煎得剛剛好的水準就不是每一間餐廳可以做到,而他的配菜亦是很有心思,有4-5款而且煎得剛剛好,配牛扒食是一流。蕃茄天使麵又是高水準的表現,因為很多時天使麵都會炒糊,這裏是條條分明,而花甲亦都好鮮甜,非常好味。最後甜品叫了Crêpe Suzette,雖然沒有點火表演,但是味道亦是很不錯,不會太甜。…

近排喺社交平台見到好多人影依間餐廳既門口,果然係絕佳嘅打卡影相位,不論你飯前飯後都可以任影唔嬲。這裏食物種類都算係多,刺身壽司串燒鍋物樣樣有齊,我哋點了壽司盛合八貫和和牛壽喜燒,再加一個味噌茄子燒。壽司嘅款式好平均,海膽吞拿魚三文魚油甘魚蝦帶子都有,醋飯也做得不錯。值得一提係海膽是帶有鮮甜味的,絕對不會苦。壽喜燒是有湯汁底,最後再放肉的那一種,湯鍋本身有很多配菜,有少少似打邊爐。牛肉方面和牛味濃,但肉質就帶有少少韌,以$298嘅價錢一大盤嚟講都算唔差。一開始我以為茄子是原整半個燒,但係原來師傅已經好細心地幫你切好,靚靚哋咁擺出來,味道很濃郁,值得一試。…

幾次經過見到呢度嘅甜品都好想食,今晚一於黎試吓。睇相見到啲意粉幾好食,我們分別叫咗黑松露螺絲粉同虎蝦意粉。先講虎蝦扁意粉,醬汁方面偏向蕃茄味濃一點,意粉煙靭度處理得唔錯,而大蝦亦都食唔出有雪藏味。如果要比較,我們就喜歡黑松露本菇螺絲粉,螺絲粉的煙韌度比意粉處理得更加好,黑松露味道和忌廉的比例亦都唔錯,唔會整得太水或者太乾。來到甜品就精彩了,先來黑熊芭菲,個人最喜歡是雪糕,咖啡味重而且不太甜,配搭其他啫喱及脆餅一齊食,已經係十分豐富的甜品。再來的香蕉朱古力牛角包窩夫就將今晚的滿意度提升更高層次,窩夫壓得非常之好,唔會太乾亦不會很鬆散,配合香蕉和朱古力一齊食,完全不會有油膩感!最後的espressso tonic 就好像喝了一杯帶果酸味的有汽咖啡,可以中和甜品的甜蜜感。…

今晚心血來潮,好想食餃子,剛剛喺太子金魚街買完魚糧,過嚟豐信排隊,不愧為人氣長龍店, 6:30已經大排長龍,等咗20分鐘終於有位。先叫韭菜拼椰菜鮮肉蒸餃,然後就係咖喱椰菜拼芝士粟米煎餃,再加小食秘汁雞腎。秘汁雞腎是甜甜的,雞腎軟軟的好入味,是一個不錯的開胃小食。煎餃的皮煎得很香脆,個人比較喜歡咖喱味,不會太濃但又很惹味。韭菜和雲耳椰菜肉餃就真係冇得輸,餃子大隻又唔會好厚皮,個人比較喜歡雲耳椰菜,點了一些之前的秘汁一齊食是畫龍點睛的效果。兩個人食完20隻都不夠喉,而且又便宜,所以再點多7隻香菇鮮肉餃酸辣湯底。酸辣湯有大量既蒜同香菜,湯底酸酸地又唔係好辣,但好惹味!而香菇鮮肉餃最特別就係個口感,菇粒帶有彈性配上鮮肉一齊吃,口感一流。…

成個禮拜都冇出街食飯,今日難得收早啲,點都要出嚟放縱一下,放題就是不二之選,呢間嘢之前幫襯過,三個字平靚正,而家仲新出咗個鰻魚鍋,都係$316 ,就試哩個。鰻魚鍋香噴噴,首先鰻魚應該是煎炸過,然後再配上惹味嘅醬汁,鰻魚質地是厚身的,不會薄切切,旁邊還有半隻麵包蟹,索汁一齊食好好味。雖然侍應話可以添食鰻魚,但係我哋想試吓其他火鍋配料,這裏的火鍋配料真的很齊全,肉類海鮮蔬菜樣樣有,仲有啤酒任飲!雖然價錢不是貴,但是必要試這裏的極上牛肉,十分嫩滑而且帶有牛味,絕對不是街市肥牛便宜貨。而且這裏的上菜速度是非常之快,我們用QR code落單,唔夠3分鐘就已經送上嚟,亦唔會因為你瘋狂order極上牛肉而拖埋你的進度,總之就係真真正正任你食到飽。其實我們知道這裏的甜品亦有很多選擇,所以特登留定肚去食,但是他的選擇實在太多了,我們只試了焦糖布甸,綠茶巴菲和窩夫,布甸和窩夫簡直是喜出望外,沒想到甜品放題的質素可以咁好,建議將焦糖布甸放入窩夫入邊的格格一齊食,非常之滋味。由於太好味了,我們忍不住要叫第二次,所以其他甜品就沒有試,如無意外搵日應該要再返嚟食! …

有同事話上個星期歌賦街開咗間新餐廳,食過覺得幾有心思同性價比高,今日走過嚟試吓。餐牌選擇唔多,店員話因為新開,遲啲會多啲,今次就試咗個蝦仁肉碎蛋花粥。野食嚟到嘅時間又真係有啲驚喜,成盤野咁上。視覺上好滿足,除咗主菜,仲有麵豉魚湯,兩款前菜,一碟炒菜和生果。個粥口感好豐富,有好多肉碎同蝦仁,而且好香可能因為加咗蛋,撈埋紫菜碎一齊食仲好味。而其他配菜都唔差,尤其係話梅味蕃茄仔,非常開胃。下次可以再黎試其他野食。…

終於可以唔使排隊食呢間拉麵,佢嘅貝汁拉麵的而且確有一手。餐廳比起一般日本拉麵店坐得舒服,叫左招牌鹽味同醬油兩款,再加炸雞和小棠菜。鹽味貝汁拉麵湯底有濃香之餘會慢慢滲出蜆肉鮮味和白松露油香,是少有海鮮味湯底拉麵,而且麵質細如天使麵,整個配合都和一般的拉麵完全不同,所以特別顯得與別不同。醬油貝味拉麵就是多了一層醬油和牛肝菌香,另外不得不提這裏的叉燒有兩款,一塊是慢煮叉燒,另一塊是三層的豬腩肉,和湯底一齊吃啱啱好,不會增加湯的油膩感。配菜的小棠菜亦很重要,將清新的小棠菜和濃湯一齊吃是很不錯的平衡。最後的唐揚炸雞是中規中矩,穩陣之作品,所以整個晚餐都是拉麵最精彩。絕對合乎預期。…

之前睇相都已經覺得哩間過江龍拉麵店主打大件夾抵食,你都試過先發覺簡直可以用黐咗線黎形容。蕃茄芫荽冷伴麵,雖然係中盛,不過份量絕對夠一個成年男人食,而伴有大量蔥蒜的冷麵,再加上芫荽同蕃茄,絕對係一個醒胃惹味的冷拌麵。半熟玉子拉麵(大盛)叫咗4倍蔬菜,為嘅就係想見下個像山一樣的芽菜。呢度完全不負所望,但係佢真正最恐怖嘅係麵底,我只能夠講一個成年男人都未必可以吃得下。講返麵質地是十分之有咬口,確實一流。連帶叉燒都是大大嚿,又淋又好味。早知就唔要叫關東煮啦,不過難得見到有,好懷念日本七仔嘅關東煮。睇嚟又要快啲返鄉下。…

今日難得黎到北角做野,放工就同同事係附近食嘢,見到哩間三代目餐廳大,冷氣充足,餐牌多選擇,唔理即刻入(天氣太熱喇)!由於時間早,我哋可以坐到卡位,不過就算唔係卡位,餐廳座位都較寬躺。餐牌就夠多選擇,拉麵,丼飯,剌身,壽司,天婦羅乜都有。炙牛拉麵,湯底係豬骨湯,上面塊牛肉煎得香,很惹味,麵質有彈性。牛舌丼亦都係對辦,醬汁係甜甜地帶燒烤肉味,牛舌薄切帶彈性,有咬口,配上珍珠米很是美味。黑松露帶子天婦羅有三粒,每一隻都鮮甜美味,吃得出是刺身級的那一種,黑松露是夾在中間,和帶子很夾。最後的喜知次也燒得很好,魚身不會乾,魚味重,配個酸汁加蘿蔔蓉一齊食就最完美。來居酒屋食嘢,最緊要配上一杯冰凍嘅啤酒,在炎熱夏日之下飲番杯是對在辛勤工作過後的人最大的報酬。…

哩間拉麵舖和平時喺香港食既好唔同,佢哋主打海鮮湯底拉麵,以蠔姐係牡蠣做主打,近排仲有蟹拉麵,今次可以一次過食兩款唔同嘅口味。鹽味牡蠣拉麵呢個拉麵最緊要將上面自家蠔醬和湯攪勻,湯底味道先會突出,湯底很鮮,蠔味非常濃。麵是幼幼的,煙靭帶咬勁,唔錯。螃蟹湯拉麵呢個餐牌有說明,係雞湯做底,再配以三星蟹去焗出嚟嘅湯。最特別係湯上面的蟹油,和麵湯一齊食,很香。湯入邊會有塊檸檬,作用是中和湯的油膩感,我就建議唔好好似凍檸茶咁篤吓個檸檬,唔係會酸得滯,影響食味。牡蠣野菜天婦羅這裏的小食非常出色,牡蠣天婦羅和蟹肉餃子是必食。天婦羅炸得非常之好,漿粉很薄。蠔新鮮嫩多汁,旁邊的蔬菜天婦羅也很美味。黃金蟹肉餃子蟹肉餃子非常有蟹嘅味道,如果不是餡料質地有豬肉,差點認為全隻餃子餡都是用蟹肉做的。另外來自日本既巨峰梳打汽水和白桃焙茶都是必叫飲品,唔會好甜,好好飲!…
