之前路過銅鑼灣,好奇望望餐牌,覺得午餐價錢尚算合理,所以今天特登和T先生到來食午餐,試新餐廳/館。餐廳裝潢,環境幾適合作商務聚餐,而餐牌菜式亦豐儉由人。我和T先生揀了相宜的午餐。芋頭炒香飯 $88即叫即炒,用瓦煲盛起連蓋送上,打開蓋會聞到炒飯香,亦有淡淡的蝦米香。炒得乾身,有鹹肉和蝦米的味道,不太鹹,最重要夠熱。味道因人而異而加上潮州辣油,即時令到味道提升。值得推介滷水三拼飯 (墨魚、鵝肉、鵝腎)$128份量適中,意外地用滷水豆腐鋪底盛起三餸,即係四餸啦😆😆 旁邊亦配上芽菜和酸菜。 墨魚夠腍亦入味,真是令人有小驚喜;鵝腎份量多,同埋入味和夠腍;至於鵝肉亦都味道適中,味道亦不太鹹,合格的。跟上特製白醋跟飯一齊食,將味道提升同時亦幫助解油膩。我和T先生都很喜歡😊紫菜肉碎雞蛋湯 (跟餐)很夠熱,足料,味道合格,不太鹹⋯返前喝一口,真的很暖胃。白灼時蔬(跟餐) $28最後才上菜,望上去幾碧綠新鮮,而且熟度剛剛好。值得一提是服務員的態度,有禮貌,會推薦食物,亦會倒refill 水,倒茶,收碟,很快手。同時不會催促你離開⋯令食客可以靜靜地舒服地用餐。是次茶位$12/位,相信已包括2小碟的前菜。整體價錢合理呀。而這次體驗,我們感覺都很良好,日後會再訪試試其他菜式。…Read More

呢晚同T先生到中環soho 區食晚飯,而T先生揀了<Brick by Brick>, 試吓馬拉菜。我地一路行到上蘇豪士丹頓街,都行左陣冤枉路,流多左汗🥵 最後要行到巷仔先搵到餐廳入口。位置上唔容易發掘到,頗不起眼呀🧐入到餐廳,同職員確認booking後,已被安排坐於冷氣較強勁的位置用餐。目測這裡的客人都係預先訂位,始終餐廳格局較小,用餐安排上都要編排既,見到店員都忙碌地安排。我地都睇左餐牌好一陣子,於是搵店員介紹一下😇 而店員亦都主動地、積極地介紹,會講比我地知食材和味道大致上係點,加分。📍火熱砂煲香濃肉骨茶即叫即整用砂煲上,配上一客白飯和一小碟油炸鬼。湯係滾住上而且好夠熱,藥材味偏重(但我鍾意的),內有好將條生茶和豆腐卜,喝一口熱湯配飯都令我好滿足;但肉骨茶內的肉排略嫌有不足,比想像中少和細塊,肉質比較一般但可接受;至於油條的口感較硬身,似經過多重油炸?定放耐左的質感? 都有向店員反映過,但原來是刻意咁做,目的要將油條放入熱湯內浸到腍⋯ohh….呢點就要同食客講解下嘛🤔🤔 而我和T先生都比較鍾意傳統油條脆和薄身 而配飲肉骨茶。但整體黎講,都算ok呀😃📍南蠻炸雞又係即叫即炸😆炸好上碟,會聞到令人流口水的😋炸雞脆口,肉質不錯,而且辣辣地,配啤酒一流;而當沾上跟雞附上的特製辣醬後,層次變得不一樣,辣醬會愈食愈辣,但愈食愈想試,好矛盾😅😅 有肉骨茶餐碗白飯,就會令人扒一口飯再食辣炸雞,正呢款要推介📍日式海藻沙律份量算將多,而蔬菜都幾新鮮,有沙律菜,蕃茄仔,日式海藻,食到菜既鮮甜和口感,但略嫌salad dressing 偏多,少返啲就好喇😇 其實都會食到飽肚架。📍椰絲咖吔薄餅留肚食飯後甜點,見呢款甜點係推介食品,所以我地都點😊 都係即叫即做,所以製作需時。當製作完成後上檯,你會感受到果股熱力和聞到甜品既味道。薄餅用粉漿再加左焦糖煎成,再用椰絲鋪面,另外附上已加熱和溶化的咖吔醬。先食原味,即叫即整好熱好新鮮,脆口而且薄餅帶甜(不是很甜)同沒有甜味的椰絲一齊食,很夾而且有口感;之後再沾咖吔醬一齊食,味道很出亦很滋味,係會停唔到口 呢款甜點一定要趁熱食先嚐到佢既優點,而我和T先生對佢亦讚不絕口,必定要試的整體用餐感覺良好,雖然餐廳位置不多,但都盡量會做返少少空間感比客人,而且餐廳氣氛令人relax, 覺得置身於一個小餐館,和朋友小酌一杯再暢談,這就是我感受到和看到其他食客的眾生相😊😊可以日後encore 😆事後食評:-味道:4.0/5.0價錢:4.0/5.0環境:3.5-4.0/5.0服務:4.0/5.0衛生:4.0/5.0…Read More

同T先生又要諗食咩,明知天氣炎熱,亦知道要排隊,都過來灣仔試試<新景園>既馳名咖喱豬扒😋😆來到灣仔時已經11:40am,門外已經排左10組食客,我地照排照等,期間都見唔少人落單買外賣,可見深受食客歡迎。等了30分鐘後,到我地喇😄😄 原以為要搭枱,但我地被安排坐在一張4人枱,不需搭枱,有點意外😆😆 令我覺得此店以客人為本,不會只顧賺錢,我和T先生都很欣賞。📍乾炒牛河 $86貴為人氣名物,人人都點,我地都要點黎試下。可能因為價錢稍高,所以份量上都幾多同埋幾大碟。食乾炒牛河,要配辣椒醬食呀牛河賣相皆,聞到穫氣味,河粉炒得乾身,條條分明,亦唔會有一堆油沉底;牛肉份量不少,而且又大塊,但食得出用了醃粉醃製而令肉質相對地腍身。味道上,略為咸了少少但接受到,牛河配上辣椒醬後,更為惹味,亦刺激到味蕾,令人食指大動📍咖喱豬扒飯 $94基本上,每枱食客都點咖喱豬扒飯,所以豬扒賣得快,因此要時間再炸,製作需時,請耐心等候啦😆😆 我地都係邊食牛河邊等😇炸好上碟,嘩了一聲,好大塊,仲要係打孖上,兩大塊豬扒賣相上,豬扒炸到啡黃色,感覺好脆而且香口,肉質望落唔錯,起碼唔覺得鞋和柴啦。而味道上如我所想一樣我覺得豬扒係juicy架,原味食唔錯,配上咖喱後會減低少少熱氣感,同時咖喱汁又香口,唔算辣但會令人要撈汁扒飯食,非常惹味。理於咖喱汁內既薯仔,略為普通,唔係粉但又唔係生水,而且冇咩味道,但它不是重點呢😅📍(凍)熱檸茶 $20/ $18食啲咁香口和濃味既食物,要飲返啲檸檬茶走生,去油膩感和令到自己食得感覺良好些目測人人都食唔晒,要打包牛河或豬扒飯,我地都要既😅當然大多數男士們都清碟既~ 同時,要讚店員和老闆娘,很有禮貌,唔會因為忙或人多或其他狀況而態度唔好,反而佢地照顧客人需要,亦唔會催客人食完離開,試問有幾多食店會這樣呢?更何況<新景園>有咁多人慕名而來,人人都門外排隊等食⋯所以我和T先生好欣賞佢地待客之道,真心讚事後食評:味道:4.5/5.0價錢:4.0/5.0環境:4.0/5.0服務:4.5/5.0 👍🏻衛生:4.0/5.0…Read More

T先生鍾意食小籠包,但要食到正宗而且岩口味的,並不容易😅 我諗起<老上海>在我的To try list上,放工後同T先生過來試新野😆餐廳格局不舊不新,唔算大間,同場都有不少食客,有日本人食客,也有家庭聚餐,亦有放工後的聚餐⋯ menu 比較舊式,一本又大又厚既menu, 用上厚身卡紙印製,分門別類而且圖文並茂,可見食物種類繁多⋯📍小籠包 $70未仔細睇餐牌前,已經諗好要試試小籠包。小籠包即叫即蒸,一籠5隻,望上去幾大隻,配上醋/薑一齊食。小籠包皮薄而且juicy , 我要小心翼翼地食和吸收肉汁,幾鮮甜,處理得幾好👍🏻 而T先生覺得肉質未夠紮實,因為佢鍾意啲紮實多肉既口感。📍酸辣湯 $128突然想飲,於是就點,又係即叫即整。職員幾酸辣湯分發,份量上比想像中多,可以分到4-5碗。另外,食材上都幾足料,有豆腐,荀絲,冬菇絲,肉絲,蝦⋯口感十足;再講講酸辣味道,酸辣度適中,辣度唔會令人覺得好嗆喉,所以飲起上來幾舒服,令人會繼續飲,我和T先生都幾鍾意呀,值得推薦📍韭黃炒鱔糊 $188又係即叫即炒,鱔既份量多,條條分明,而且幾肥厚,正鱔糊既獻汁既稠杰度剛好,唔會水汪汪,同埋唔會好咸,調味真係幾重要架。而且韭黃炒得都唔錯,所以鱔糊最岩配白飯一齊食我地都食得好津津有味,停唔到口。酸辣湯已經咁正,依家仲有個鱔糊📍腐乳方肉 $152由於未食過,坊間都好少見過呢款,同埋見係用腐乳,我地諗應該幾特別既。一上菜呢~~原來用南乳醬炆,所以味道會偏甜⋯嘿🤔有點不似預期呢。用上一舊五花腩炆,皮炆得幾腍,但又未去到東玻肉果種入口會化既口感;而瘦肉部分都吸收晒南乳醬,它不是很柴很鞋,但又不是嫩既口感⋯整體來說,普普通通,不是我杯茶既口味啦:(我食得最多反而係配菜既白菜仔😅📍茶芥/花生都想講講茗茶部份,用上香片,茶味帶甘而且突出,更會聞到陣陣既香片茶香,可以為清洗一下味蕾,我幾鍾意😊水準中上,我地都幾鍾意呢度既味道,而這裡的職員都有返啲年紀,但他們的服務和態度都幾好呀。再隔一陣,我和T先生會再回頭試其他菜式呢😉事後食評:味道:4.0/5.0價錢:4.0/5.0服務:4.0/5.0環境:4.0/5.0衛生:4.0/5.0…Read More

之前同朋友食過lunch set, CP值高,好想同T先生過來試試(我食唔晒佢可以幫忙嘛😆😊) 臨時book 位都仲book到😄,來到餐廳時,目測已經有80% full了。被安排到2人座位,座位,餐桌都幾寬趟。而環境望落暗暗地,有點小高級!?😆 職員已經送來凍麥茶,前菜而且可以refill 的😇📍前菜 (大豆芽菜,菠菜,海帶,泡菜)有3碟,可refill…有我最鍾意既大豆芽菜和菠菜,味道正常,愈食愈想食;而泡菜呢,都入味同埋好爽脆,正👍🏻📍雪梨水冷麵 $88好大碗,而且好冰涼,附送芥末醬和白醋用作調味。麵質都彈牙,煙煙韌韌有口感;麵汁用開水再以韓式醬料調味,酸酸甜甜,好開胃,唔夠味就加白醋或芥末醬,幾好食。但我地要留返一半,當食完韓肉後再食凍野,會即時降火,T先生教既😆😆😇📍柞木特選燒烤定食 $165和牛上肋肉已經是指定肉類,再另選兩項,我地揀選汁燒黑毛豬五花肉和彥陽和牛。再講講肉既味道,五花肉有3塊,肉質可以,味道亦不俗;上肋肉都有牛味,有少少韌,但ok的;而彥陽和牛就是一大塊,要燒得剛剛好,唔好太老咁食才食出味道。T先生燒得唔錯、唔錯☺️😆跟餐都有一盤生菜,亦是可refill 的。我地可以將燒好既肉,放進生菜,再加醬料,一口放入口食,好惹味亦好正。📍(跟餐) 柞木韓牛飯賣相討好。生雞蛋置中,旁邊有碎韓牛,蔥花鋪面,食前要將食材混和,混和後似窩蛋免治牛,質感較濕潤⋯而味道上,有蛋香和牛味,好豐富和飽滿,成個口都漿住左😆 配埋肉一齊食,口感更豐富,好好食午市lunch set, CP值高,有前菜、有燒肉、有飯和水冷麵⋯在炎炎夏日和食熱氣食物後,來一個水冷麵,認真可以cool down..,有透心涼既效果。refill 前菜係可以令人食飽,而且味道又唔錯丫,T先生都很滿意亦滿足😊☺️ 可以再encore 😉事後食評:味道:4.0/5.0價錢:4.0/5.0環境:4.0/5.0服務:3.5-4.0/5.0衞生:3.5-4.0/5.0…Read More
