無得旅行,自制四日連假休息chill 下。知道Blu House新開,試吓上網訂位,竟然有平日既11:30,拿拿淋book 枱先。我經rosewood 酒店入,其實Musea地下 旁邊都有入口,下次識路喇。可能時間仲早,去到時唔多人。我無訂枱要求海境位,但佢都安排我坐一個遠處望到海境位置,擺枱距離都闊,感覺唔錯。Waiter 有講其實海景位都係得兩張,可以選擇坐high table, 但就無咁舒服。先嚟問飲乜,我話要暖水,waiter 都有溫馨提示暖水要收每位$30,大定要留意囉。之後睇住個menu, 睇完都唔知乜嚟,所以叫佢地職員介紹,佢都好用心逐樣講,又會講邊d多人鐘意咁,服務唔錯😊佢介紹完樣樣都想食,但肚皮只得兩個,都要取捨。我哋又主動問waiter 咁樣叫會唔會太多,佢又好認真俾意見話你呢兩款有d相似,我建議你選其他,可以試到唔同味道。最後,我哋兩個人叫咗一個pizza, 個pizza 係兩塊,個餅底好好食,我覺得兩人食剛剛好。另一個菜式係佢話人人都必嗌既大意粉(但唔知點解食物嚟到又同其他人放上呢度既相唔一樣,無咁大碌🤣),但個汁掛得好好,好好食😋仲有一個燒豬,有塊脆卜卜既皮,旁邊d烤薯仔都有豐富既味道,唔似出面食既烤豬。其實食完都飽左7成,但見到佢好多唔同甜品,仲要睇埋個dessert menu 覺得抵食,單件叫就$35件,要四件只係$110,所以肚飽都要食埋。我本身唔好甜品,你問我好唔好食,我覺得未去到叫正,但都不錯。總捨嚟講,閒日無乜人,可以他他條條0係間靚酒店食個高質lunch 真係賞心樂事,我會再返去試佢其他菜式架🤪…Read More

去過幾次用餐,款式多樣化,是韓式fusion 菜,會有部隊鍋,泡菜pizza,carbonara 年糕等選擇。昨日是weekend, 訂了7:00枱,一心諗住試佢個假日才提供的$268 300g 的牛扒,可惜落單時被告之今日已售罄,要記住下次訂位時預留(唔知得唔得🤔)之前無試過佢既牛扒,尋晚就即管叫一款試吓,揀咗medium rare, 出黎個生熟度控制得唔錯,好食。每次必叫松露雜菌天使麵,外面餐廳容易煮得過淋,呢間天使麵硬度亦都煮得剛好👍🏼第一次叫佢個小食併盤,有肉丸,炸豆腐棒,雞翼同炸魷魚圈。同出面嘅小食併盤配搭唔同,仲要每款有五件,都只係$158,性價比很高,下次都會再嗌😚呢間餐飯環境舒適,空間感唔錯,好chill, 唯一要改善既地方係,佢好快一次過上晒所有菜,亦唔會按次序上菜,會先上主菜,然後先上沙律,最後才上併盤。由於佢係掃QR code 落單,我每次也忘記應該要分批落單,給果又一次過上晒d食物,枱面不夠放之餘,要趁熱食既食物亦凍了,影響味道。…Read More

第一次食唔晒塊牛😅

每次經過海港城,遠處見到呢間BLT同佢個海景,都同自己講總要去試一次。有諗過試佢個brunch,價錢比較吸引,可惜好早就full,所以今次又用voucher 試佢個dinner啦。入到去氣氛唔錯,枱與枱之間空間感都好夠,私隱度高,另外可以選擇坐外面,可以食埋佢個海景。但當晚濕度較高,我都係選擇坐室內。落單後好快就上麵包,熱辣辣,搽牛油食不錯,份量好大,唔敢食咁多之後我地兩個每人叫左杯紅酒,waiter 無俾我地試就拎咗過嚟,可能因為只係$88杯,所以無試咗先飲服務:(第一道菜係青瓜配炸魷魚圈,$178,全部野都炸到好淋,好似食緊油咁,唔合格跟住就上主菜,一份係10安士美國牛肩肉配紅酒汁,$378,medium rare, 呢個唔錯,熟度都剛好。可惜個紅酒汁味道大濃,點太多會遮咗牛個味道。另一份叫左12安士澳洲肉眼扒配香草牛油汁,$358,medium rare. 呢個唔得,過熟,所以好韌,無牛味,本身肉眼應該比較淋先啱,個汁又好普通,失望,所以呢塊無食晒。Side dish 叫咗一份Mac & Cheese, 又係好普通,好似只係表面加咗啲芝士去焗咁,只食咗1/3。另一個side dish 係松露醬炸薯條,我第一次食西餐炸薯條一上枱已經係淋既,淋到唔夠力沾個松露醬,呢個應該好難整得唔好食,又係食咗少少就收手。最後賣單扣埋voucher 都要$1000,我覺得呢個價錢可以有更好嘅選擇。…Read More

竟然可以直入😱

耐唔時就想食天婦羅,但平時出去日本餐廳叫個天婦羅質素參差,又唔平,呢間天吉屋係我食完會想再幫襯。每次去到都必定要排隊,之前仲因為疫情關係,明明打電話去問開唔開,對方又答我開到晚上六點。我避開繁忙時間四點半到,佢話堂食cut 左,我同佢講我打過黎話開先過黎喎,好彩佢都放我入去。而今晚我放工直接過去,大約7:00到,幾驚要排隊,因為已經好肚餓,竟然可以唔洗等直入,開心。分別叫左個all star 丼同天吉丼,首先兩碗都好多餸,唔會覺得食兩嘢就完,有流心蛋😋,炸蝦,魚,茄子,豆角(唔識個正名),南瓜,魷魚(好似食到)。兩個飯分別係all star 丼係無軟殼蟹,有兩隻蝦,有條好長既魚,但少咗件炸雜菜餅。我食過幾次,佢d炸蔬菜會用當造材料,所以次次食都有新鮮感。另外佢既炸物亦唔會炸完出嚟軟淋淋,都香麻油味。不過佢個飯底就比較飄忽,有時會較濕。雖然成碗都係炸物,但佢有跟無限任食椰菜絲,有佢中和返個油膩感同罪惡感係唔錯。重點係兩個人食到飽飽都只係約$250,咁既價錢去其他餐廳食我暫時仲未食到呢個質數…Read More

香港珍珠奶茶店實在太多選擇,我都搞唔清邊間打邊間。復活節五日長假期,見疫情又有少少緩和跡象,一於到一年都無去一次既元朗走走搵好西食一落車已經見到沿路有幾間新店鋪開張,果日又鬼咁熱,即刻想買杯飲品涼一涼,行下行下就見到一間裝修比一般門面時尚既店舖,原來係台式珍珠奶茶店,叫花斑茶社,個名都幾特別,又上網搵下呢間連鎖店既評分係點先,原來都好高分,唔係好甜既我決定買杯試試。兩個人叫左一杯名間四季春,少甜,另外又叫左杯招牌,黑糖珍珠烏龍奶茶,少甜。杯名間四季春茶味好香好出,少甜亦調得啱我心水,下次加埋個芝士奶蓋試下先。另外一杯黑糖珍珠烏龍奶茶都好飲,我本身對奶類好敏感,所以開頭只敢飲兩啖,但緊係飲飲下又飲多咗啦,但當日飲完竟然個肚仔無事喎不過唔知係因為太好飲,定本身杯野唔夠大杯,好似好快飲晒可能果日係第一日開張既關係,門口好多人,裡面有茶葉買,不過見太多人最後無買到,下次入元朗再買啦。…Read More
