上星期收到Smartone sms,推介8道星級私房菜套餐,睇過下菜單覺得值得去試下。煎西瓜配魚子醬多士聽落有點奇怪,但又好奇想試下。西瓜有三粒,煎到香香地,好香。上面分別有洋蔥同杏仁片,洋蔥令西瓜更爽口,杏仁片提升左咬感。第一次咁食西瓜,唔錯!鵝肝沙律鵝肝外脆內軟,黑醋汁中和左油膩感。沙律份量唔算多,個醬汁有少少甜,可能因為有黑醋,幾好食。XO醬帶子侍應話呢道係fusion菜,帶子好大粒,份量十足。XO醬係餐廳自己炒,好香口,有少少辣。美中不足係粒帶子應該煎得耐左,有些少。龍蝦湯個湯好濃味,不過偏鹹,份量唔多,幾淡飲完。牛角包好好食,正!薑味雪葩薑味,味道okay,唔太甜,清一清個口。三文魚主菜係慢煮三文魚,皮脆肉嫩,煎既時間撐控得剛剛好,條魚既油份沒有流失,肉質保持潤澤,唔錯。皇室甜品有brownie同macaroons,brownie好食,脆身。好食,會再來!…Read More
