被餐廳名字吸引入去食 很香港風的食神車仔麵位於銅鑼灣時代廣場旁邊 店內很港式的設計充滿八九十年代的香港風 摺檯摺凳紅色鐵皮 覺得打卡也很好看。車仔麵湯底香濃 選擇乾撈的味道也有沙茶 頭抽醬油 咖喱選擇,麵的面頭有炸蒜和香蔥。配料選擇多,我們叫了幾款每款都好吃。個人推介食材是古早咖喱魷魚、五香牛肚、瑞士雞翼、糖心蘿蔔!而且麵底有得選擇薯粉 烏冬 豬腸粉。試過很多車仔麵舖這是數一二好吃的店後鋪 會再來光顧,是香港人食過都十分推介!…Read More

遠處已經聞到好香炒野味道,餐牌有唔少選擇,價錢又唔貴。點完餐師傅會現場即燒,隔住塊玻璃都見到火光熊熊。麵底方面,雖然食過烏冬同拉麵,但都係覺得最好食是炒意粉,意粉爽口彈牙,唔會幾條黏在一起,是條條分明的。配料牛肉豬肉雞肉三款都食過,因為除意粉以外,師傅仲會加大量雜菜一齊炒,每款肉類配起嚟其實都好夾。醬汁方面個人推介一休醬油,比起較大路的黑椒汁同照燒汁,一休醬油會特別啲,而且好鮮味!最後師傅仲會喺麵上面放大量木魚,很有日式食物的味道。價錢三十幾蚊有禁好水準,真係底過食茶記!小食個人推介是燒魷魚鬚同一口熊本和牛粒。燒魷魚鬚每條都好大條,食起來有咬口但唔韌,配上店舖特製既汁同燶燶地既鐵板燒味道,真係食得出是即炒出來的。和牛粒份量充足,師傅用牛油黑椒粒等配料去燒,用埋支火槍燒至表面甘香,一啲都唔馬虎。和牛粒有肉汁又唔會燒到乾同硬,水準超班!性價比相當高!另外值得一讚是他們嘅小食外賣盒非常好和設計特別,有一個小手柄很方便…Read More

男朋友一向係沙嗲牛肉麵既粉絲,知道旺角開咗煲仔榮記仲滿心期待 諗住試吓佢好出名嘅煲仔牛肉麵。一去到門口好驚訝竟然冇人排隊,點知惡夢就開始。已經唔係希望越大失望越大咁簡單,而係食完會覺得好唔抵抌晒心口。我哋叫咗招牌嘅煲仔沙嗲牛肉麵,咖喱三寶同埋流心奶黃蛋撻。碗麵未到嘅時候已經覺得好出奇 點解滾住個煲仔都可以成間舖頭冇味。個煲到咗 首先個湯唔滾 完全冇啲人講到個湯係滾到有氣泡,只係普通一個湯麵賣相唔吸引,並冇任何芽菜豆卜,只係得牛肉亂放喺個面。招牌係沙嗲牛肉,但牛肉質素好差,好鞋口,好似街市買完牛肉然後滾熟咗咁完全冇味。湯底亦都冇傳聞講到好香濃好杰,只係覺得非常普通 一碗有沙嗲味嘅湯。反而旺角其他冰室嘅沙嗲牛肉面,質素更加比佢好,但係人哋價錢比佢平成倍。另外叫咗個咖喱三寶要30蚊,更加令人失望。就好似打邊爐食到最尾,係鍋底撈起嘅豬皮魷魚同牛柏葉,熟到一啲都唔爽口,又係淋嗰個所謂好好味既沙嗲醬,但係亦都非常啖口, 同食物味道夾不到。總括嚟講,間野名大於實,俾人呃咗尼食一次都真係唔會有第二次,大家未試嘅都可以唔洗試 無謂嘥錢食啲大家樂質素嘅沙嗲牛肉麵,絕對唔建議大家食!…Read More

肉質鮮嫩的海南雞

鋪頭位置的確是比較偏僻,夜晚去食既時間周圍附近既鋪都關左,所以條街係比較黑。不過地方偏僻也無損食物質素!今次已是第二次食,兩次都有叫招牌有骨海南雞飯,另外今次再試埋口水雞飯。先講冬瓜湯,個湯跟飯送,送到上尼仲好熱辣辣,味道好清甜。油飯有油香而不膩,食完見到隻碗唔係油淋淋,份量岩岩好可以配到碟海南雞。至於海南雞的肉質很嫩很滑,我選擇有骨因為相信會更加香有雞骨味。結果真的吃到雞既原始味道,就算不點任何醬汁也不會覺啖口。醬汁方面它配有三款,其實三款醬料都好味而且好特別,自己個人比較喜歡姜蓉同埋酸辣醬,也不知道係咪酸辣醬但係總之酸酸甜甜好開胃。今次試嘅口水雞飯都係有驚喜的,原來它的雞都係用嫩滑海南雞,但係淋上左香辣嘅醬汁係面,醬汁味道唔似坊間只係一般麻辣,而係帶有甜味的辣,送飯一流。題外話,兩次去大馬館都只有我一台客人,其實佢地嘅海南雞質素絕對不錯,性價比高,希望大家都可以行遠少少去嘗試下呢啲小店!…Read More

睇鋪頭名小草都唔係好知食咩但見到石鍋米線個名好新鮮就去了一試。原來石鍋米線好似打邊爐禁用湯底滾下滾下,本身有米線 芽菜韮菜,再可以自己簡9樣配料。我簡左鯇魚片 花膠 墨魚 雞片 肥牛等等,無諗過竟然80幾蚊可以簡成9樣餸禁多!選擇好後店員就會拎石鍋同九宮格的餐盤配料到枱,食客可以選擇自行倒入石鍋煮或者搵店員幫手。由於第一次食未清楚點先可以用石鍋煮熟所有材料,所以我簡左店員幫手。原來石鍋是有足夠熱力令所有食材滾熟,倒湯落鍋既時候就好似打邊爐禁樣出煙卜卜聲滾起。另外我地仲叫左荷葉蒸飯,蒸飯比想像中好食好多,個飯好香油香味,但質地又唔會油林林,原個木盒上枱賣相好吸引。見鋪頭仲有好多串燒,價錢好平但款式好多,我下次有機會一定要試下!成間鋪頭既米線 串燒 小食 荷葉蒸飯價錢都唔貴,值得去食!…Read More
