豐窩嘅雞煲好出名,想食好耐喇~除咗招牌嘅麻辣雞煲外,佢哋仲有滋補螺片花膠雞煲、花雕藥膳雞煲同埋滋潤椰子雞煲。今日約咗朋友,一於去試吓!🤤🩵滋潤椰子雞煲(半隻) $198一打開煲蓋,就聞到濃濃嘅椰子清香,湯底奶白色,睇落好滋潤!湯底真材實料,有新鮮嘅椰子肉,椰青水,紅棗,杞子同竹笙。煲入面有嫩滑雞件、椰子肉同紅棗,成個配搭好養生!襯未放雞件入去,忍唔住飲咗幾啖湯,好清甜!椰子水+椰肉嘅天然甜味好出!雞肉肉質嫩滑,點上薑蓉柑桔醬汁,酸酸甜甜好特別。竹笙吸晒椰子湯精華同雞油嘅味道,好正!😋🩵手工四寶丸 $89四寶包括有蝦丸、墨魚丸、黑墨丸及鯪魚丸,每粒都圓碌碌、脹卜卜。手工蝦丸鮮甜,咬落去超彈牙,食到一粒粒蝦

最近發現佐敦有一間好正嘅餐廳「樂 鐵板燒」,上個禮拜同朋友試咗,真係充滿驚喜。一推開大門,即刻好似時光倒流,全場掛滿張國榮經典海報!連牆身都貼住佢嘅黑膠唱片封面,仲有玻璃櫃展示收藏品!樂師傅一邊煮食,餐廳一邊播放住張國榮嘅經典金曲,非常有氣氛。🌸十八層海膽杯 A5和牛廚師發辦 $1680🌸火焰海膽甲羅燒原隻鴛鴦海膽活龍蝦廚師發辦 $1680⭐️季節前菜前菜組合一份四款,夠曬心思。磯煮鮑魚軟嫩入味,醬油甜香滲透,咬落彈牙得嚟唔會韌。北海道白粟米爆汁清甜,咬落脆嫩無渣~大根柚子漬,醃得爽脆醒胃,柚子清香,微酸好開胃。薯仔沙律綿密 creamy,口感豐富,有日式家常風味。⭐️季節沙律:青森縣王林蘋果蟹籽沙律師傅將蘋果挖空,造成一個蘋果盒。將蘋果果肉,撈入沙律醬同蟹籽,然後放返入蘋果盒入邊,非常有創意。蘋果爽脆香甜又多汁,配上爆汁蟹籽鹹鮮同酸甜嘅沙律醬,帶來一種小清新感覺。⭐️十八層海膽杯 呢杯嘢真係必試👍🏻必打卡✅一啖食勻北海道紫海膽、松葉蟹肉、拖羅蓉、三文魚子同花膠,一層疊一層,超奢華,超級靚!頂層嘅白飯魚脆片焦香脆口,點埋creamy又鮮甜嘅海膽,一啖就已經鮮到彈起!之後嘅步驟一定要撈勻!用匙羹由頂挖到底,撈勻曬18層食材,啖啖都食到海膽同魚生鮮甜,仲有蟹肉嘅絲絲口感同魚子嘅爆珠感,好豐富,好滿足!⭐️ 活龍蝦兩食(海膽醬芝士焗、海膽牛油蝦膏煮)龍蝦大隻到不得了,師傅用咗兩種煮法,都一樣咁高質,超邪惡!🔸海膽醬芝士焗龍蝦芝士加海膽醬嘅組合真係無得輸,濃郁到爆🫨一啖咬落去,龍蝦肉超彈牙,啖啖肉,好惹味!🔸 海膽牛油蝦膏煮龍蝦龍蝦肉煮得啱啱好,唔會過老,保持鮮甜,配埋個汁真係無敵!最驚喜係個竹炭烏冬!吸曬海膽牛油汁,每條烏冬都掛滿濃郁蝦膏香,仲有微微海膽甜味,好好食!⭐️ 北海道帆立貝原始燒師傅用火槍即場燒到成個貝殼噴火,我哋即刻拎手機影低,視覺味覺雙重享受🔥 燒嘅過程,牛油香氣即時爆發,清酒蒸發剩低甜味,同牛油完美融合,帆立貝表面焦香,咬開鮮嫩柔軟,帶有淡淡酒香,仲有蟹肉同三文魚子做內餡,每啖都有驚喜。 最後用匙羹連汁潷埋嚟飲,超鮮甜!每一啖湯汁都係精華所在!⭐️北海道赤海膽刺身呢款「浜中小川赤海膽」好食到震🫨🫨🫨師傅請我哋握緊拳頭,將份量超多嘅海膽放喺我手背上面,然後一啖啪左佢!人生第一次咁樣食法!一放入口,雪糕咁嘅質地,即刻化開,甜度爆燈,仲帶微微海水鹹香,完全冇苦澀味,係入口即溶嘅海膽天花板!幸福感100☺️💕💕💕⭐️火焰海膽甲羅燒呢個唔係普通甲羅燒,係一道會著火嘅奢華藝術品!師傅即場點燃閃火紙,成個蟹殼被火焰包圍,滿滿儀式感❤️‍🔥海膽融化係蟹膏入面 ,濃郁幼滑。松葉蟹肉入口鮮甜,黑魚籽鹹香,口感好豐富。將所有一齊撈埋,放上黑松露薯片,香脆又香濃,非常惹味。^_^⭐️ 五式燒野菜車釐茄表面微焦,一咬開酸甜汁液爆發。蘆筍係嫩芯部位,爽脆無渣,帶炭燒味。茄子配上焦糖醬汁,香甜綿密又細緻。南瓜厚片慢烤,入口鬆軟。甜薯棉花糖,好鍾意呢個整法,棉花糖烤到拉絲,黏住蜜糖甜薯,冷熱交融甜蜜蜜。⭐️ 荔枝豚肉卷師傅將厚切豚肉捲住原粒荔枝燒,表面再鋪滿蜜糖味爆珠,一啖咬落去就爆汁+爆珠,交織甜鹹雙重口感。焦香豚肉,帶微微焦脆邊。荔枝清甜及蜜糖爆珠完美中和油膩 。⭐️香煎鵝肝配山芋餅鵝肝煎到脆皮,油脂香超濃郁,咬開入面似雪糕咁滑,山芋餅煙煙韌韌 ,配埋藍莓珠夾埋一齊食,成個口感酸酸甜甜,好清新又解膩。⭐️黯然銷魂飯 A5和牛叉燒,配上流心蘭王蛋同椰菜花飯,超級好味!呢個絕對唔係普通叉燒飯,師傅用上A5和牛整成叉燒,外表焦香,肉質柔嫩,充滿油香。蘭王流心蛋同椰菜花炒飯,一啖食落去,蛋漿撈埋「飯」,和牛油脂香爆出嚟,真係邪惡到極點!⭐️特色紙包花膠蜆湯呢個紙包湯真係不得了!有花膠、蜆、冬菇,鮮甜到癲,原汁原味,冇加味精!花膠厚身又滑,蜆肉飽滿冇沙,冬菇爽口大大隻,飽到上心口都堅持要飲!飲完成個人暖笠笠~⭐️自家製甜品:海膽雪糕第一次食海膽雪糕,估唔到係咁夾,超有創意!海膽直接放喺雪糕上面,仲要加埋爆炸糖,食落去首先係海膽嘅鮮甜,鹹甜交織嘅感覺好新奇,加埋爆炸糖噼啪響嘅口感,玩味十足!…

今日嚟到中環嘅中菜餐廳「星·southbeauty」 ,主打以魯菜為主,亦有創新嘅川菜。餐廳環境非常大,裝潢華麗雅緻,以傳統戲曲為主題,並設有多間以不同傳統戲曲為主題設計嘅房間,用上戲曲頭飾及服飾作裝飾佈置,非常有特色。💜堂切垛子牛肉一片片嘅水晶牛肉,顏色鮮紅透亮,用上唔同部位嘅牛肉製成,牛肉香味濃郁,口感似啫喱,沾上黑醋,提升到牛肉嘅鮮味。💜熗拌濰坊鮮蘿蔔皮口感爽脆,清甜帶微辣,食落滲出芝麻香味,非常開胃嘅前菜。💜松茸清湯雞豆花賣出好靚好優雅嘅湯,一打開蓋,見到貌似一大片雪朵及原來係以雞胸肉同蛋白打成,質感輕盈柔軟,帶有淡淡雞肉味道。湯汁味道有香濃松茸香味及清雅嘅雞肉精華。💜魚籽醬烤鴨配煎餅大廚席前切片皮鴨,底層放了山東煎餅,鴨肉上層鋪上魚籽醬。捲埋一齊咬落去,鴨肉肉汁流唒出嚟,肉質富有彈性,鴨肉香味撲鼻,脂肪入口即溶。💜成都青花椒毛血旺熱騰騰嘅大滾鍋上枱,材料超級豐富,好足料。有黃鱔、午餐肉、肥牛、豬紅、毛肚、豬大腸、筍及寬粉。湯底香辣惹味,愈食愈起勁。💜海捕大蝦燒膠洲白菜大蝦切件,將蝦頭蝦膏同大白菜一齊煮,大白菜新鮮幼嫩,入口清甜。蝦膏蝦汁嘅精華滲入大白菜,好濃郁,非常好食!💜慕斯大油條(腐乳慕斯/鳳梨慕斯)超級大條嘅油炸鬼!長過手臂,外型超強🤣金黃顏色,炸得剛好!入口酥脆,內裡柔軟不油膩!配上一咸一甜嘅慕斯,好創新!咸嘅腐乳咸香帶有濃濃嘅酒香,好醉人。鳳梨慕斯酸酸甜甜,口咸好清新。💜拇指生煎包迷你生煎包,一口可以食唒成粒!底層微焦脆口,一咬開肉餡爆汁,鮮甜香濃!好快又想食多粒。💜阿膠絲滑酸奶酸奶微酸,奶滑香濃,加入甜甜阿膠,可按自己喜好,加入阿膠平衡酸奶味道,每一羹都好有滿足感,非常完美。…

The Pearl🐚 最近有朋友嚟咗香港,住喺瑞生酒店,原來呢間酒店有幾間餐廳,我哋約咗係4樓嘅The Pearl食飯傾吓偈。餐廳分為酒吧區,室內同室外。餐廳走黑色格調,燈光暗暗都幾浪漫同有情調。💜秘魯吞拿魚拌蕃茄莎莎配香烤鱈魚脆片及黑醋汁 $68鱈魚脆片烤到脆卜卜,托住吞拿魚同莎莎,食法好似Taco咁。莎莎餡料有蕃茄、紫洋蔥,香菜同檸檬汁混合一齊,酸甜適中,口感好清爽。吞拿魚肉質嫩滑新鮮,沾埋酸甜嘅黑醋汁,好滋味。💜蒜片橄欖油封大蝦配佛卡夏多士 $88蒜香味超濃超香,聞到已經流口水蝦肉爽口,面層鋪上香脆可口嘅蒜片,拌有蒜香同橄欖油味道,帶有少少微辣。將多士包住蝦肉同蒜片,沾上蒜香橄欖油,一啖食落去,超滿足💜慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍架 $188豬鞍好厚身厚肉,經過慢煮,保持到入邊肉質粉色嫩滑,表面煎到微微金黃色,入邊唔可以保持到鮮嫩多汁。面層有黑椒粒,帶有微辣 。伴碟有烤薯仔,大葱同抱子甘藍都好新鮮且解油膩。💜和風原隻璣煮鮑魚配野菌意大利飯 $288鮑魚好大隻,一上枱已經好吸吸晴!鮑魚嘅肉質保持鮮嫩,咬落去好有彈性!鮑魚吸收醬油味醂嘅味道,好入味,醬汁嘅鹹同甜味恰到好處,令到鮑魚更加鮮味!紫蘇葉托喺底,令到口感更清新。意大利飯有咬口,但又唔會太硬,粒粒分明!野菌醬汁濃郁香口,每一啖都好滿足。💜First Crush $100呢一杯係青瓜配菠蘿汁梳打,入口清新清爽,唔會太甜,口感舒服。💜Passionate Night $100熱情果配提子汁,果香味濃,入口酸酸甜甜,充滿少女感。…
