隨着日新月異,拉麵湯底推出越來越多唔同嘅款式。最近尖沙咀新開咗一間拉麵店「味吉長龍」,以清湯為主,有3款湯底選擇(海鹽、醬油、味噌),提供健康又有營養價值嘅拉麵😋拉麵老闆喺飲食方面相當有經驗,尖沙咀嘅「石亭居酒屋」同「沃川居酒屋」都係佢開架,分別有26年及23年嘅歷史,食物質素相當有保證👍🏻拉麵店舖環境富有日本特色,好似走進傳統拉麵店舖一樣,以大紅色為主,以瓦頂、燈籠給日本動畫畫作作裝飾,好有親切感。今日試咗兩個午市拉麵套餐,拉麵價+$38會有小食及飲品(特色小食及飲品需另加費用)🏮北海道豚足鹽味濃清湯拉麵 $108選項細心,揀完湯底之後,可根據個人喜好揀濃稠度,麵質,油份及蔥花等。我揀咗醬油湯底,濃度及麵質正常。鹽味醬油湯底咸香濃郁而不油膩。麵條彈牙,亦吸到湯汁味道。豬腳好大隻,皮厚勁嫩滑,充滿骨膠原係口到,一咬即化,好正。叉燒脂肪與瘦肉的比例適中,唔多脂肪,但又唔鞋,咬開好鬆化,充滿肉香。溏心蛋流心,蛋香濃郁,醬汁味醂嘅味道融入蛋白,好入味。伴菜嘅炸牛蒡條好特別,酥脆咸香!🏮特濃芝士龍蝦湯拉麵 $188賣相超豪華,一上枱已經見到好大隻嘅龍蝦同好多片叉燒,真材實料!龍蝦湯底好濃郁,飲到海鮮嘅鮮甜味道,龍蝦蝦膏嘅香味!龍蝦新鮮爽甜又彈牙,隻龍蝦鉗啖啖肉!芝士放係龍蝦上面一齊燒溶,芝士香味同龍蝦肉汁溶埋一齊,味道超夾,大滿足!叉燒肉超多片,質素同啱啱講嘅豚足叉燒拉麵一樣。配料有芝士脆脆,香脆可口,好重好濃郁嘅芝士味。炸三文魚皮好大一片,炸到好鬆脆,魚油嘅香味喺口入邊揮發,索埋啲湯汁一齊食,將成個鮮味更加提升。🏮鮮蟹肉忌廉薯餅薯餅外層金黃色,口感外脆內軟,薯蓉口感幼滑綿密~頂層鋪滿蟹肉,沙律醬同埋蟹籽,結合蟹肉鮮味,沙律醬酸甜同蟹籽咸香,好特別。🏮自家製魷魚豚肉餃子(5隻) +10非常有驚喜嘅餃子,係佢哋自家製⭐️⭐️⭐️第一次食到餃子入邊嘅餡料係有魷魚粒餃子皮薄餡靚,皮薄有彈性,煙煙韌韌。餡料嘅魷魚彈牙有咬口,有海鮮味道。豚肉味道香濃,充滿肉香。餃子煎得剛剛好,唔會過燶,底部香脆,咬開爆汁,非常好食!沾上醋汁,特別開胃。🏮富士柚子汽水 +$10一直好鍾意呢個品牌嘅梳打汽水,第一次飲柚子味,味道清爽,柚子味清新芳香,香甜微酸,正!🏮靜岡綠茶可樂 +$10以靜岡縣嘅名品綠茶配搭可樂,出奇地夾,入口甜中帶有淡淡嘅綠茶味道,幾得意!📍尖沙咀漆咸道南17-19號帝后廣場地下7-8號舖…
