那日較平日早下班,常途經的路上見到一間陌生餐廳,原來每次經過都已經接近關門,當晚7:30pm入座,8:30pm已經掛上關門牌,如下次光顧應要趁早~海南雞飯奉送紫菜湯,可惜黃薑飯已售罄,只能選擇白飯,雞為例牌份量約5件,肉好嫩滑滑入口,雞皮不太厚帶少許脂肪,不過非泰式食法,因為提供薑蓉&及白醋式酸汁,是fusion 的泰式白切雞飯。紫菜絲幼細煮後滑溜易入口,帶有少許免治豬肉粒,味道偏鹹,作用應該如食雲吞撈麵總有一碗鹹湯作濕口之用,整個用餐體驗有濃厚地道感。…Read More

來一個浪漫的晚上,走過海旁星光大道,晚餐時間剛好,我倆決定在麼地道一帶覓食,經過看到餐牌非尖沙咀劏人價錢便進入試試。整體菜式以輕盈清新路線,非菜館鍋氣路線。環境優雅舒適,天花垂吊著綠草與半開放式餐廳設計合襯,木藤椅份外增添了東南亞感,當晚大約19:00到達,座位已有9成滿,特別受外國的喜愛。每串都輕輕灑上香矛粉,尚算有肉汁肉質實在,雞肉串肉質較嫩,稍有炭燒味道~牛肉大約7成熟,外皮與內肉質感一致,與帶酸沙津菜及青瓜片撈上減膩,可惜牛肉脂肪比例甚低,咀嚼度頗高。河粉腍身未見有炒過焦脆痕跡,撈上味道清新帶炒鹹芡汁,食材豐富有牛肉片、魷魚、雜菜、蘿蔔、菇、粟米心等,不會有油膩感。稠度如湯非羹,內有娃娃菜、冬菇、西芹、蔥、及特色魷魚包豬肉,雞湯底清新帶少許菜鮮味,非想像中的泰式濃味湯。馬拉盞味道淡然,走輕盈炒菜風。整體菜式味道較傳統淡然,不是以往泰菜濃味路線,調味份量點到即止,油膩感低,是另一種泰菜體會~…Read More

平時食東南亞菜,會選擇去茶餐廳式或大排檔式菜館,因為最有鑊氣最夠味,今次朋友生日一試商場鋪,進知搵到間又有鑊氣、又夠味、又大份量、又好味既東南亞餐廳,性價比甚高 ,3人食到捧著肚子只需$250。餐廳樓底高、匙羹光閃的燈飾加上深木色的設計,滲出一種高雅感~絕對不侷促,枱面椅子乾淨一塵不染,用膳整體感覺舒適。食咖哩一定試經典印度牛油咖哩,香料、酥油、番茄、蒜頭等加入忌廉打理十分滑身,一點都不辣不油,香料及小甜酸味道好惹味,雞肉肉嫩大粒。有咖哩一定配烤餅!小小蒜蓉味不影響咖哩,外較脆內軟熟有層次有乾濕口感,需熱吃不然會隨時間溫度變硬。材料豐富有泰國圓茄子、香葉、豆角、蒜頭,Size一致連飯食容易入口,炒得有鑊氣又香口不會太黏立,有菜館水準!,自行撈上雞肉串、木瓜絲、洋蔥增惹味口感,青咖哩與飯炒埋一齊實在太方便了,不用自己撈~整塊牛扒配小量菜其實是主菜吧,牛扒肉軟腍,肉汁加上沙律醋及薄荷葉香好開胃,青瓜粒去走油膩感,小心食到青辣椒會超辣。炭燒味及脆度比想像中小,但份量頗多,有2層大約20片。完全意料之外既味道,原來椰汁是鹹好似焦糖鹹,布甸較彈實在重濕,都幾飽肚,完全是想像以外的味道,還未適應該味道的我感受怪怪😂餐廳其一特色是水需收費,蒸餾收費$18任添,或許選擇特飲也是一個不錯之選。…Read More

荔枝角除長沙灣廣場外聚集餐廳下,很多小店都散落四周,這個新Food Court應該算是第2處餐廳集中地,內裡有5-6間餐廳,有日式、韓式、泰式及中式等,今次嚐了一餐清淡日式菜。毫不起眼的窄電梯原來通往地庫food court,一整層靠牆也是餐廳,餐桌設於中央共用,地方尚算闊落光猛,空調足夠不覺悶熱侷促,枱櫈環境頗整潔,未覺有食物碎屑或黏立。日式餐廳「壽定食屋」位於food court後方,餐牌用電子螢幕顯示,即叫即制,大約需時10分鐘,取餐器震動時,便可到餐廳自取食物與餐具。Food court提供飲水機,可自行斟水。雞肉大約有5-6粒,肉質尚算嫩滑有彈性,淡然雞肉及調味,滑蛋有蛋液但蛋層較薄,幸有清新醬汁淋飯,令整丼不會太乾太單調。濃濃咖喱汁不辣不太油,吸引薯仔、蘿蔔、牛肉與洋蔥精華,非常適合送飯,略嫌食材較碎,未能品嚐到各自味道與口感。清新玉子燒沒有加半點醬汁,懷疑連鹽都未必有,突出到蛋香但始終味道較淡,值得稱讚熟度剛好,玉子燒水潤滑溜。…Read More

這所餐廳其實光顧了無數遍,由細鋪變大鋪,再有分店實在感動~還是欠了它一個食評,今次終於介紹私心飯堂。這裡匯聚中西中大餐飲品牌的食物,種類及款式選擇多,方便選擇外,還將牢牢記入腦中品牌菜式味道加入自己風格,帶出新鮮感,後期發展才開始製造數大品牌以外食品,又多款又好味份量夠又飽肚。由細鋪變大鋪如食堂格局,點餐後給予號碼牌就坐,會有專人請餐到,大約15分鐘後食物逐一呈上,非常適合上班旅午飯的節奏。日式咖喱香濃帶甜而不辣,夠送飯又惹味,如果多點薯仔、蘿蔔粒更增口感,大塊吉列牛柳切開有7件,炸得非常脆口,但炸粉味略蓋過牛柳肉汁,略嫌少乾身,日本蛋香蛋味喔。雞扒用甜豉油、燒汁醃得頗入味,醬汁撈飯好滋味,食下食下好容易食晒成碗,煎蛋有一丼碗大小蓋著整碗飯,㨴起才看到雞扒,與蛋包飯的蛋一樣滑溜~製法與豉油雞相似,只是用了瑞士汁醃製,反而多了點甜,雞肉嫩滑帶小小肥膏好正。…Read More

身為一個貓奴,我夢想的完美咖啡店當然是竉物友善,以植物作主題擁有大自然氣息,有室內亦有戶外座位,寧靜慢活地享受時光。這間咖啡店全中夢想條件!四處覓食的我又找到好地方了。錦上路原來有條優化小街,立臨餐廳與cafe,cafe戶外座可欣賞藍天花草,可惜當天天灰灰下著毛雨,只好到室內就座,室內環境與戶外絕不會比下去,白色為主襯木系傢俬,環繞着植物,人流稀少寧靜,充斥着慢活的氛圍~沙律內有蕃茄、堅果、葡萄乾及橙,不同質感食材匯聚層次感,加入生果配上香微甜蜜糖香草醬,甜甜酸酸好開胃。咖啡店收留了2隻愛睡不怕羞的小橙貓,歡迎摸摸愛護。碎蟹肉已撈勻整碟意粉,啖啖都有蟹肉碎,醬汁夠鹹香剛好覆蓋每條意粉不多不少,還有小小柚子碎感覺好清新。一碟4隻炸物,即叫即炸熱烘烘,用了紫薯感覺健康,外脆內軟暖粒粒。最後甜品與飲品陪伴我倆在咖啡店享受了半天,自家製巴斯克蛋糕上層有如忌廉狀般質感,下層有軟綿芝士蛋糕。凍焦糖牛奶咖啡味道為正常latte,焦糖味唔突出。朱古力咖啡用偏果仁味咖啡配朱古力,咖啡味頗突出稍有覆過朱古力味。那日被美食、環境、氣氛、貓貓包圍,是幸福又完美的一天❤️…Read More
