選了萬花紅做 香港島之旅的第一站, 因為看過 openrice 的食評及相片, 應該唔會差得去邊 這裡的阿叔 招呼當然不會很熱情, 但也不太串就是了, 來這些老牌酒家, 算 ok 啦. 食物方面真的做得幾好, 我們叫了 : - 蝦餃 : 皮不太薄, 但很緊緻 (我最怕見到皮與餡分開的點心), 蝦與肉的比例幾好, 而且豬肉很彈牙呢. - 香茜餃 : 餃皮一樣出色, 餡料勁香. - 點心拼盤 : 4種點心, 值得一提是 燒賣, 平常我不吃這個, 因燒賣一般都大大舊肉好漏下, 但男友特意叫我試一口, 哈, 原來它是手喙的, 豬肉好有咬口, 好味. - 3式包拼盤 : 3種包都幾好食. 鳳爪扎 : 男友的心水點心, 我每次只吃腐皮, 但今次吃了一整個, 想試真佢啲水準, 鳳爪入味, 豬肉彈牙, 芋頭夠粉, 正!- 馬拉糕 : 因為係出名嘅所以叫呢試下, 佢真係好鬆, 但我就覺我甜咗啲 食完以上, 其實都飽啦, 不過又想試下廚房嘢, 所以叫咗個豆腐斑腩飯, 呢個就好一般啦, 斑腩炸得幾硬, 咬開嘅時候都幾難下, 而飯又無飯香, 所以下次我哋都係繼續食點心啦 …Read More

特意放半天假, 跟男友 遊香港島, 由於好幾年沒有來過, 所以晚飯決定來波士頓, 可惜 這個決定讓我們美好的一天濛上污點....8.15 去到, 無需等位, 樓下知客俾左張飛仔, 直接行上去. 有個 waiter 帶入去, 在水吧 與 卡位中間的走道, 有 3張 四方形嘅 2人枱, 裡邊 2張已坐了 4個人, 佢要我哋坐最開嗰張.問題係, 張枱好細, 後邊係水吧, 超多人與食物在進進出出, 一邊坐了 4個人, 另一邊係走道, 又係超多人與食物在進進出出, 如果我哋真係坐嗰度, 情形同係地鐵站出口食飯 無咩分別, 而最最最大嘅 point 係 : 我一路行入去嘅時候, 見有 3-4 張卡位係 吉嘅, 既然有卡位, 點解要俾咁嘅位我哋坐?於是我問 waiter 可唔可以轉去 卡位坐, 佢嘅答案係 : 啲卡位係俾 4個人坐嫁小姐, 我都想俾你呀, 不過唔得,有嘅我一定轉俾你啦.我叫男友先坐下, 我自己去了洗手間, 回來時我特意望清楚, 坐卡位的有 2個, 3個 或 4個人, 有 3張卡位吉枱, 枱面上放了 2人餐具, 咁即係你都預備係 2人入坐, 咁點解唔轉得, 回來時跟男友商量, 如不可以轉就走吧, 有個女的聽到我們的對話, 於是即時幫我哋轉枱, 我不明白, 就這麼簡單的事也不肯安排, what kind of service it is? 還講到自己好似好想幫忙咁, 其實就係唔想做.....好啦, 點菜啦, 男友要了大蝦豬扒餐, 我要了 T骨 5成熟.
