晚上嘅荔枝角道比較僻靜,舊區之中一間和風裝潢嘅餐廳份外吸睛。餐廳裡面除咗普通座位仲有榻榻米座位,加上柔和燈光好有日式古風,吧枱就幾有時尚感。整體感覺有格調又不失溫暖感,同街外嘅寂靜形成強烈對比。餐廳夜晚餐牌係走居酒屋形式,酒類選擇多,食物款式不多但精,由佐酒小食到主食、鍋物都有。【IPA啤酒炸漿炸雞】炸雞外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩兼juicy。蘸咗蜂蜜WASABI醬,少少甜+少少刺激,同炸雞好襯,美味加倍。【三文魚幽庵燒】係懷石料理常用到嘅菜色之一,以特調醬汁來醃食材然後燒烤,醬汁味道甘甜更帶出三文魚鮮味。三文魚魚油豐富肉質嫩滑,食落都幾飽肚~【悄悄醉酒鮮魚湯鍋】湯鍋上枱後先煲一陣,開始滾起時店員就倒米酒然後點火,好有視覺效果。先飲頭啖魚湯,魚味香濃帶少少酒味同辣味。材料有街市鮮魚(今日係帶魚)、沙白、魚腐、豆腐等等,都幾豐富。鍋物可以加配食材,我哋揀咗響鈴、沖繩黑毛豬五花肉。響鈴吸收魚湯精華,好鬼正。沖繩黑毛豬五花肉就肉質軟嫩,肉味濃郁。飲品我哋揀咗【青森縣五種品種新鮮蘋果汁】,食到飽飽飲返啲果汁幫助消化。青森蘋果係日本第一蘋果,味道清甜而不膩,果香十足。…Read More

海鮮+飛驒牛 食到停唔到口

食buffet唔一定去酒店食嘅,Mr. Steak buffet相信大部份buffet愛好者都食過,最大特色係採用開放式廚房,亦唔少即刻製作嘅菜式,保證新鮮熱辣~Mr. Steak buffet咁受歡迎,想食就要趁早訂位。去到餐廳雖然仲要排隊入座,不過餐廳安排都幾有效率,好快就可以入座。最受歡迎當然係海鮮啦,未夠鐘開始就已經有食客攞定碟排定隊等攞。龍蝦、蟹腳、蟹鉗、青口、蜆、蝦排列整齊,數量夠晒多,食客都好有秩序亦手腳俐落,人人都滿載而歸。最好食係蟹腳,juicy、冰涼嘅蟹肉,好似對住個大海食咁歎;龍蝦都相當不錯夠大隻,有啲仲有橙紅色嘅蝦膏,肉質爽口。不過餐廳俾嘅剪刀比較細把難用,建議自備就拆得更爽。另一邊受歡迎嘅係生蠔,師傅喺面前即開,保證新鮮。入口先嚟一浸海水鹹香,感覺好fresh,之後慢慢回甘,非常鮮美。食完海鮮就到靚牛-飛驒牛,有唔同煮法。日式有壽喜燒、鐵板燒、火炙壽司,都係即整。壽喜燒有蔬菜同菇減低膩感,甜甜哋同肉味又幾夾;鐵板燒就比較油膩,但油香肉香就好突出。西式有即切燒牛仔肉,半熟再加脂肪口感超嫩,淋上燒肉更能帶出肉味。各有千秋,雖然「邪惡」但真係忍唔到口。除咗以上必食,仲有各類熱葷、即炸天婦羅、刺身、燉湯等等都好高質,係西湯嘅龍蝦湯唔係好飲得出龍蝦味,有少少失望。自助餐點少得甜品,有豆腐花、各式水果、蛋糕,但最受歡迎就係即整心太軟,食客可以喺紙仔寫低祝福語句或者想表達嘅說話,由師傅用朱古力漿、糖漿寫出,好有心思。…Read More

抵食自助餐 海鮮唔駛爭

想平平地食個自助餐,揀左嚟呢間酒店,我地大半個月前已經訂位,因為用Coupon之後只係$288,家人享有長者價(60歲以上就當長者喇)仲只係$208,個價錢已經包左加一。睇過啲食評都唔錯,但唔會期望太高,畢竟只係二百幾蚊。上嚟二樓,環境舒適,用白色為主調,我最鍾意就係白色架喇,令到個環境感覺倍大。每人送一客嘅冰鎮日式璣煮鮑魚,冰涼多汁又彈牙,唔會韌,作為第一道菜,so good~自動濕紙巾機放左喺近門口位置,可以自己去攞,好方便。清潔完就開動~~刺身只有三款,味道唔錯,問姐姐可唔可以俾三文魚腩我,hehe,成功,厚切,好美味!凍海鮮方面有青口、麵包蟹、蜆、海蝦、小龍蝦、長腳蟹,麵包蟹竟然有蟹膏,比較少食到;長腳蟹多肉,但都幾咸吓。最重要係全晚不斷REFILL,長食長有,唔駛爭。寫住係中式老火湯,但味道似羅宋湯,好奇怪囉。中式點心有蝦餃,都幾晶瑩剔透,蝦肉夠爽口。照燒牛肉芝士卷味道唔錯,可惜係凍嘅,如果用火槍燒熱佢,令牛油味更出,芝士半溶,咁就更好食。燒鴨、叉燒都係過瘦,外皮亦唔夠香。仲有其他野食:MOVENPICK雪糕任食,記住加埋脆脆雪糕筒。甜品選擇唔少,我最鐘意係Tiramisu,朱古力味濃,咖啡味亦濃。普通熱飲都有:成為粉絲,就會有杯特飲添。但我鍾情咖啡,咖啡機可以揀即磨咖啡或者Cappuccino,當然要嘆返杯啦。二百幾蚊咁唔錯嘅質素,算係咁啦,好評!…Read More

喺尖沙咀shopping完就到覓食時間,去亞士厘道行一轉,見到Amitie Kitchen易拉架,寫明厨師喺五星級酒店任職多年,見食品圖片賣相幾吸引,一於試吓。星期六晚上全場滿座,樓上餐廳嚟講算係相當旺場,相信食物質素一定唔會差得去邊。先嚟一盤麵包,用木板上,上枱嗰陣仲係暖架。全部麵包都好鬆軟,配有牛油同來自澳洲嘅杏甫果醬。誠意十足!【芝士焗松葉蟹羔大啡菇$68】溶咗嘅芝士冚住大啡菇,入面有大量香菇、紅黃椒、真蟹肉、洋蔥等等,加埋蟹羔香味,味道豐富。大啡菇本身亦肉厚juicy,味道濃郁。用料十足兼有質素,抵食。 【紐西蘭肉眼扒$118】係碳燒處理嘅肉眼扒,我哋叫咗五成熟,切開見到粉嫩肉質,咬落軟腍兼肉汁豐富,食落濃濃牛肉味同可口碳燒味並重,再加上牛扒本身肥瘦適中,所以仲有陣陣牛油香味。$118嚟講CP值幾高。精選晚巿套餐【吞拿魚他他伴日式芝麻醬】粉嫩吞拿魚蓉入面有香蔥碎粒,口感綿密而味道新鮮,不過就唔係好食到芝麻醬味。【厨師是日餐湯 - 周打蠔湯】周打魚/海鮮湯就飲得多,周打蠔湯就係第一次飲。湯呈黃綠色似青豆湯,飲落好幼滑,鮮甜蠔味完全融入喺個湯度。個湯仲有餅塊同粟米,如果有返一兩粒蠔就完美啦。【油封鴨脾伴迷迭香蒜味粗身馬鈴薯蓉、藍莓醬$288】鴨脾都幾大隻兼多肉,煮得入味,外皮封煎得好脆。比較特別係配藍莓醬,甜得嚟又唔會搶走肉味。難得嘅係厨師喺薯蓉都花心思用咗迷迭香做材料,食落冇咁悶咁寡。餐飲我叫加咗$20轉熱果茶。隻杯好靚架!果茶係用透明茶壺上,底下用蠟蠟㷫住,保持溫度。生果多種類但果肉係細細粒嘅,飲落覺得味道酸咗少少。整體嚟講食物質素係水準之上,價錢合理,原本諗住食完就嘆個甜品作結,不過已經冇乜戰鬥力,留返下次吧。…Read More

今日Sunday陽光普照,梗係約埋friend慢慢嘆個big big brunch先去行街街啦。之前已喺Shine食過dinner,今日就試吓佢個brunch先。餐廳好多窗戶,充滿天然光線,感覺更舒心,啱晒食Sunday brunch。【Brunch set - 芝士雞扒牛角包配薯角$98】一上枱當堂嚇一跳,勁大份薯條,似係薯條配牛角飽先啱。牛角飽鬆軟,雞扒上面有啲半溶芝士,但食落芝士味較淡,好在雞扒都幾嫩滑juicy。熱辣辣嘅薯條山又脆又大條,不過真係太大份食唔晒。跟餐配嘅即磨咖啡,味道偏苦,不過大大杯成碗湯咁,如果拉埋花就靚啦。抵讚位係個奶加熱左架。【Banana Chocolate Smoothie$58】都算大杯,上面係加左朱古力醬嘅忌廉,再加幾片香蕉。味道方面,香蕉味同朱古力味平衡。飲落亦唔會太濃稠太膩,不錯。【黃金蟹餅配菠蘿莎莎$118】菠蘿莎莎酸酸地幾清新開胃。餅皮炸得唔夠脆,好軟身,而入面係一梳梳香濃蟹肉。可惜只得一個蟹餅,$118嚟講就貴咗啲啦。【加拿大芝士焗龍蝦意粉$178】半隻大龍蝦,龍蝦肉爽彈味豐,蟹羔又多。用咗幼意大利粉,初初以為醬汁係龍蝦汁但原來係蕃茄汁,有啲失望,好彩蕃茄汁味道適中無過濃。【Tiramisu$78】上枱嗰陣都幾驚喜,大大件Tiramisu,旁邊有龍珠果、雜莓伴碟,再灑上可可粉,賣相靚。甜度適中,芝士味濃,仲有粒粒雲尼拿籽,口感極之軟滑,連一向唔係太食甜品嘅朋友都讚不絕口。以如此高質甜品完成呢餐big big brunch,整天嘅心情都愉快愜意。…Read More

今日同一位好耐冇見嘅老朋友聚舊,大家都想靜靜哋談天說地享受美食,佢就推薦喺銅鑼灣嘅Otto法國菜。Otto係一間法國藍帶美食協會推薦餐廳,要成為推薦餐廳係需要通過該會嘅美食專業評審團隊評選,質素無容置疑。餐廳喺銅鑼灣地鐵站C出口對面嘅駱克駅,過條馬路就到,上到16樓電梯門一打開,即刻有位靚仔侍應招呼我哋上樓梯。原來餐廳有兩層,但坐位唔多,適合夫婦情侶拍拖、閏蜜好友相聚。一坐低侍應就幫我哋拉櫈就座,鋪好餐巾、斟暖水,令我哋迅速進入食嘢嘅狀態,然後奉上麵包。裝麵包個籃有張卡介紹麵包係用米粉麵團製作,營養價值高,感覺麵包更軟綿,配上黑松露牛油,更突出牛油香味。我哋叫咗兩客set dinner。【Starter 精選生蠔一隻】大大隻蠔,水潤乾淨,但蠔肉唔夠飽滿。入口一陣就回甘,食落海水味唔重,感覺舒服。【Starter 夏威夷香蔥吞拿魚紅蝦沙律】吞拿魚係切成粒嘅刺身,質感更軟糯軟滑。紅蝦刺身大隻兼膠質重,用醬油醃好入味,配上清新沙律又幾夾。【Soup 番茄蘋果蟹肉湯】頗特別嘅配搭,味道酸中帶甜幾開胃,啖啖蕃茄蓉同蟹肉絲,好足料。【Soup 黑松露花膠燉湯】食法國菜有燉湯飲真係未聽過。大大塊花膠,滋潤養顏。成個湯菇味香濃,但就冇乜黑松露味,因為係燉,所以都好清潤,飲完口腔有淡淡餘味。【Appetizer 海鮮鮑魚酥】酥皮非常鬆脆,而且好有牛油香味。酥皮同鮑魚之間係魷魚肉,食落冇一般魷魚咁硬身。鮑魚就一啖入口夠爽彈。【青檸雪葩】食法國菜喺「中場休息」嗰陣會上一道青檸雪葩俾食客清清味蕾。用雞尾酒杯上碟配紅紅綠綠嘅水果肉(士多啤梨+青蘋果)相當別緻,雪葩下面仲有青蘋果粒,都幾花心思。【Main course 澳洲頂級牛柳配法國鴨肝】餐廳用鴨肝而唔係鵝肝,鴨肝色澤冇鵝肝咁金黃,不過食落味道差別不大,外層皮脆一咬就咇油。牛柳炭燒味濃,肉質軟腍肉汁豐富。伴碟有蔬菜同焗薯,焗薯落左沙律蛋黃醬,食落冇咁飽肚,不錯。【Main course 海鮮拼盤配蟹肉番茄多士】初初以為「海鮮拼盤」會有多種海鮮,但連同多士入面嘅蟹肉絲只得四款,而每款只得一件,期望過高,有啲失望~帶子肉味鮮甜,蝦亦煎得惹味可口,魚柳就鮮甜爽滑,可惜份量唔多。主食嘅蟹肉番茄多士,蟹肉絲佈滿整塊多士,不過口味同個番茄蘋果蟹肉湯有啲重覆。【Daily dessert 桂花糕】除咗燉湯外原來仲有中式食物。擺盤別緻,中間淡茶色嘅桂花糕係用玻璃杯裝住,都幾亮麗。桂花糕清香少甜,食完覺得口腔都清新咗。【Daily dessert 抹茶木糠布甸 】同一擺盤格局,玻璃杯裝住淡綠色嘅抹茶木糠布甸睇落幾可愛風。口感綿滑,不過抹茶味稍微不夠濃。食法國菜除咗食物味道同擺盤外,其他都好講究。餐廳燈光柔和,伴以悠揚音樂,氣氛高雅中帶輕鬆。而且食得好舒坦,食完一道菜先上下一道,感覺冇咁hurry之餘又確保食客食到最啱溫度嘅食物。我哋就喺度享受咗一頓完滿晚餐;一晚愜意時光。…Read More

叮叮叮叮 就是吸引

很喜歡吃鐵板燒,望著「大師傅」在面前即席烹調,展示廚藝與技巧,鐵鏟不斷揮舞,發出「叮叮」聲響,已經很吸引。以前很難吃上鐵板燒的,有做鐵板燒的店舖很少,現在已經普及化,就算在Food court一百幾十元也能吃上,也有鐵板燒午餐提供。今天就大破慳囊,來一頓高貴高質的鐵板燒吧!店內環境高尚,我們馬上坐到鐵板燒枱,點了一個二人餐【伊勢海老鉄板燒$2088】後,食材很快便送到,師傅亦蓄勢待發。先來個【手作前菜】開開胃,是沙律菜和芥辣小墨魚。再來是一款白肉【汁煮東星斑】,看著師傅用心烹調,未食已覺得很美味。魚肉厚身彈牙,魚皮香脆可口,加入大量洋蔥,令醬汁多一份甘甜。接著【海膽汁煮龍蝦】是原隻龍蝦,雖然被開成兩半,但上枱是還在動,絕對是「即撈即劏」,極之新鮮。看看這隻日本龍蝦,巨型,頭大身也大,厚肉多汁,絕對不是頭大大的波士頓龍蝦可媲美。先將龍蝦起肉:煮溶牛油再加海膽,成為濃味的海膽汁。煮成後味道濃郁,龍蝦肉超級美味彈牙。【熊本縣產A5和王牛】滿滿雪花紋︰中間仍然保持粉嫩,入口甘香鬆化,非常嫩滑。配菜的大啡菇、南瓜、露筍也不可以錯過。【和牛炒飯】採用日本米,米粒分明,每粒飯粒也被雞蛋包著,就是「金鑲銀炒飯」!雖然看得見粒粒牛肉碎,但和牛味道不夠突出。【清酒煮蜆】即席用錫紙摺成錫紙鍋,加入海帶和酒烹煮。蜆肉飽滿,蜆湯鮮味無比。【甜品】玫瑰紫薯布甸,用上真玫瑰作裝飾,玫瑰味糖漿加紫薯布甸,清香軟滑!看著烹煮的全過程,是一種極尚享受,加上食材高質,值得點讚!…Read More

來一頓法式晚餐

朋友介紹左一間隱世餐廳俾我,雖然位於尖沙咀,但餐廳只做晚市,宣傳亦唔多,多數都係靠熟客介紹,口耳相傳。餐廳大概喺加連威老道中間,都幾易搵,再搭𨋢去四樓就見到。內裏空間唔算好大,但有分室外室內位置,都幾優雅舒適。今日天氣好舒服,我地就揀左坐室外。打電話訂位時留左電話,之後餐廳就WhatsApp左啲餐牌我參考,亦有推介啲時令食物,有啲食材係要早一兩日訂先會安排到,我哋就揀左個二人餐。【紐西蘭托托蜆配香草牛油白酒汁】份量幾大,托托蜆呈長身,蜆肉大兼飽滿無沙,吸收左香草牛油白酒汁嘅香味,份外鮮甜。【帶子薄切配檸檬橄欖汁】帶子係刺身級別,切成四薄片,上面再加左啲黑魚籽,配埋沙律菜,一道好清新嘅頭盤。【法包】可以配搭牛油或者橄欖油。【法式龍蝦濃湯】第一次見到龍蝦湯上面有咁靚嘅花紋,好大碗,中間仲有啲蟹肉,可惜唔夠濃。【香桃雪葩】食法國菜中段時間會上一道雪葩,清清口腔,refresh一吓。味道幾香,帶少少酸味。【風乾火腿香草意大利飯】風乾火腿刨到一大片好薄片,咬落去好似紫菜咁脆,但又有濃郁火腿肉香,鹹中帶甜,香脆可口。意大利飯唔似一般意大利飯咁煮到黏糊糊,少少黏度又帶少少乾身。【澳洲M5和牛肉眼扒】和牛肉眼牛味香濃,又帶有油脂。雖然大片但好薄身,好快會凍,唔趁熱食就會影響味道。配左巴黎牛油香草,味道普通。【朱古力心太軟】用76%比利時黑朱古力製作,蛋糕中間啲朱古力漿比一般心太軟濃稠,朱古力味特別濃。最特色係配搭薑味雪糕,好特別,甜度辣度適中,都幾啱冬天。【法式焦糖燉蛋】份量大,面頭薄薄一層脆焦糖,下面係香軟綿滑嘅燉蛋,正!【Sangria】西班牙傳統酒精飲品,美食當前當然要配搭美酒,完滿!好鍾意呢度嘅環境氣氛,想食得安靜高雅啲就坐室內,要輕鬆寫意嘅可以坐室外。當晚有一枱有食客生日,店員喺甜品上面插上煙花蠟燭,壽星即刻成為全場焦點,好開心!…Read More

新年團拜,友人搵嚟一間台灣料理店,坐落喺尖沙咀金巴利道,地點方便大家集合。第一次嚟,感覺裝修佈置都好似港式酒樓,仲有點心食。午市套餐都幾抵,我地就叫左個【午市商務2人套餐$248】,已經有兩款點心、兩款小菜、兩盅足料老火靚湯、兩份肉燥飯或擔仔麵同埋甜品。【足料老火靚湯】夠晒熱,除左瘦肉、霸王花、仲有雞肉同大大粒無花果,好足料,味道清潤甘甜,但偏油。【水晶鮮蝦餃】估唔到一籠有五粒蝦餃,脹卜卜,入面係包滿蝦仁,爽口彈牙。【台式小籠包】味道一般,冇乜太大驚喜。【蝦皇大白菜】想像中係蝦干,但嚟到係大蝦嚟,仲好仔細剪晒蝦鬚同蝦腳,食得方便。個汁味道似係龍蝦汁,好重蝦味,大白菜吸晒啲蝦汁,份外甜味,我覺得好好食!【蚵仔煎】煎得好乾身,蠔肉係預先煮過,比較重味,唔同一般食啲蚵仔煎咁直接放入蛋漿入面煎。【肉燥飯】肉燥偏肥,但都幾惹味。【擔仔麵】麵身夠滑又彈牙,湯底好油膩。小朋友點名要食【即撞木桶豆腐花$68】幾個人SHARE一齊食就啱晒,好夠熱,仲好香滑,豆味幾出,配埋黃糖perfect match!店員仲幫手分埋,服務唔錯!美食有中式有台式,味道唔錯,選擇亦比較多,加上地點就腳,係個唔錯嘅選擇,會再嚟。…Read More
