上次去銅鑼灣利園一期,發現有唔少新餐廳,其中西班牙菜Aire 係 Pica Pica 同 Bàrbar 嘅姊妹店,期待值自然唔低,於是揀咗個平日 lunch time去試吓😋Aire 用咗淺木色裝修同大片玻璃窗,餐廳有室內同戶外 terrace 選擇,天氣好嘅話坐 terrace 真係好 chill,空間大好舒服。而家仲有 $248起嘅 business lunch menu,每人可以揀兩個 tapas、一個 main course,為咗等大家食到多啲唔同菜式,亦可以揀兩人一齊 share Paella,仲可以加錢升級甜品(大推!)🍽️同朋友試咗幾款招牌 tapas 同叫咗個 Paella,為咗慶祝生日仲加咗個甜品🍮Ibérico ham croquette (2 pcs)

爆紅fusion菜、Openrice收藏第二位WAKAREN究竟值唔值得食?上星期放工終於試左,去到門口已經有幾個人等緊,生意真係好火爆喎🤣等左一陣坐到吧枱,佢哋最近uodate左新menu,試下啲新野先~Kanpachi Crudo有鰤魚御三家之稱嘅Kanpachi 同平時食嘅刺身前菜有啲唔同,肉質緊實,比較清爽,加上酸甜小蕃茄幾開胃🤤Crab Taco & Otoro Taco脆口taco真係幾正,我本身都好鐘意食炸紫菜,呢個taco風味同口感都好好,蟹肉同藍鰭吞拿魚大腹肉都新鮮Lettuce Wrap “Bao”呢個好似台灣划包嘅菜大有乾坤!結合左西式同東方元素,巴拿火腿乾、生菜同特製醬餡加埋一齊,火腿crunchy咸香,面包鬆軟,好有創意!Misoyaki Black Cod大推呢個前菜,首先鱈魚煎得幾香,肉質滑嫩,份量幾大,鱈魚配左本菇、蜆肉忌廉汁,其實就係「西京燒」醬汁,食食吓竟然發現個底有腸粉,原來係一個港式嘅「忌廉意粉」,真係估佢唔到😝Mussels Mariniere如果你以為呢個係普通煮青口咁就錯啦呢個汁係用左bluecheese同虹鱒魚子整嘅白汁,可以dip sour dough咁食,味道好突出,濃厚咸香,配酒應該唔錯😌Lap Cheong Inked Rice墨魚仔同臘腸炒埋一碟,仲用左墨魚汁整嘅意大利燉飯,有臘腸嘅飯係一定好食嘅,竟然仲加左蔥同瑤柱,有媽媽炒飯嘅感覺,飯焦係精華所在,用料都好足👍🏻Creme Brulee Toast焦糖多士仲要加一球雲尼拿雪糕真係好邪惡👿見到個賣相有啲似網紅吐司,焦糖面好脆,多士吸曬啲精華超濃厚,仲有啲烤堅果香噴噴,有胃口嘅一定食埋呢個!Homemade Pistachio Affogato開心果永遠唔會缺席,今次係港式奶茶Gelato +開心果醬,係成人版甜品,因為仲加左少少bailey🤌🏻入口好香開心果味,跟住就飲到濃稠嘅奶茶味,仲有雪糕食,一次滿足幾個願望🔮待應仲推介左幾種cocktails同Gin infuse,我覺得Gin infuse真係好岩女仔飲,因為用左水果Gin,一啲都唔會「拿」,清爽易入口。cocktails 試左Old Fashion (有臘腸版)同Expresso Martini,呢啲酒味會重啲,前者就會當場火灸臘腸帶出風味,後者就用清酒set上,儀式感滿滿,中意打卡可以嗌😆Fusion菜要融入唔同文化,以適合嘅烹飪方式呈現味道係有難度嘅,相信設計菜式同處理食材都有心思,而且味道都有驚喜,食物都係水準之上,有幾個signature dishes 都好食,唔怪之得會爆紅啦🤙🏻…Read More

呢排天氣好凍又突然之間想食西班牙菜,book左西環La Paloma。餐廳裝修充滿異國風情,環境好chill,七點開始陸續都多人黎,門口見到原來特別日子仲有音樂、Flamenco等event,希望下次黎會有啦🫢煙燻三文魚配墨西哥酸忌廉及三文魚子🍣一入口係香甜三文魚同三文魚子嘅味道,咬開之後內里的酸忌廉爆開,最後會感覺到辣味,口感層次滿分💯和牛及鵝肝配長法包🥩侍應會即席灸燒和牛,除咗儀式感之外,味道都相當唔錯,和牛同鵝肝加埋竟然都唔油膩,值得一讚👍🏻酥炸忌廉球有兩種口味可以選擇分別係伊比利亞火腿及蘑菇,蘑菇係黑松露口味,表皮酥脆,一切開內餡就爆出,熱辣辣好新鮮啊!慢煮烤乳豬配椰菜仔給蘑菇🐖乳豬皮薄餡靚,而且仲保留到肉汁,椰菜仔經過炙燒處理淋上特製醬汁都好惹味,不愧係招牌名菜之一👍🏻伊比利亞豬肉及野生蘑菇燴飯🥘西班牙燴飯嘅份量真係好大呀,伊比利亞豬肉非常足料,成個飯應該有12吋咁大,3-4個人share都得!而且啱曬我呢啲唔食得海鮮嘅人,冇得嗌西班牙海鮮飯🥲食豬同蘑菇都一樣咁好味😍熱辣辣上桌,豬肉軟淋入味,燴飯軟硬適中,一定要食埋底部嘅飯焦呀!呢間餐廳氣氛真係幾好,好多情侶朋友喺度聚會,正宗西班牙風味唔會令人失望,絕對係西環寶藏餐廳!…Read More
