壽喜燒 樹由日藉主廚高橋佳介先生主理,喺尖沙咀附近幾隱世。一入座有杯檸檬菠蘿荔枝無酒精飲品,清清地好開胃🍹✨Sukiyaki Set "Itsuki" $930首先有和牛海膽壽司,用咗Omakase常用嘅浜中小川海膽,肥美鮮甜,入口即化。和牛用炭燒非常特別,帶到肉嘅香味出嚟。櫻花蝦茶碗蒸有薑蓉,暖胃又好味。粟米炸饅頭外皮彈牙,內裏粟米蓉好似玉子燒,甜甜地好食🌽到咗壽喜燒環節,當然唔少得蘭王生雞蛋可以點任何配搭,食材全部由日本直送。第一種肉京都姬牛肉眼油脂厚,入口好滑🥩。之後嘅京都姬西冷牛味比較濃,先澀後香,沾上蛋液,或者同皇帝菜一齊食都好夾。最後有兩塊熊本牛肩,七成熟,甜甜地一咬即化,口感最正!野菜盛有多種日本直送嘅蔬菜,我最鍾意日式腐皮,吸肉汁好香甜。最後有和牛滑蛋飯,灑上法蔥,醬汁好惹味,仲有精選漬物同味增海帶湯,加上甜品北海道牛乳奶凍,食完好滿足🫶🏻
