餐廳裝修唔錯,算新淨。 不過部分嘅櫈係吧檯凳,背脊冇得嗌住坐,坐得耐唔係太舒服。 不過最緊要啲海鮮好食。 我哋一人齊,風騷嘅老闆娘就出嚟同我哋解釋一下佢哋嘅海鮮來源, 佢話啲海鮮係佢哋直接喺外國引入, 冇經過中間人,所以價錢平好多 , 而且係 野生捉返嚟嘅,唔係人工飼養,所以特別鮮甜美味咁話喎。佢地有唔同嘅套餐選擇, 我哋揀咗個較為經濟嘅套餐,大約三百蚊左右。啲海鮮好新鮮,有啲蟹腳仲係喐下喐下嘅。 啲海鮮係斷人頭份量咁計分好曬唔使爭,唔使自己喐手。 有個阿姐專門企喺枱邊幫我哋控制蒸爐嘅時間,因為控制得唔好啲海鮮嘅肉質就會變得唔理想。 所以嗰個專業嘅阿姐係非常重要。要食最正嘅海鮮就要靠佢。先嚟蒸個蝦先, 啲蝦好大隻,長過手掌, 蒸到一半已經聞到鮮蝦嘅香味。 打開個蓋蝦嘅顏色已經變得鮮豔橙紅,我忍唔住食先, 蝦嘅肉質鮮嫩甜美,爽口彈牙, 而且蝦膏金香飽滿 。海鮮本身嘅鮮甜已經唔需要任何調味料。 佢哋嘅蟹有分硬膏同軟膏,我哋兩樣都有要。好快脆哋啲蟹就蒸熟。我一啖咬落去,成口都充滿曬蟹膏,啲蟹膏喺啲牙罅度遊走,真係快活過神仙。而且啲蟹肉又丰厚,啖啖都係肉,連解腳入面啲肉都好多,真係好滿足。之後嘅龍蝦青口鮑魚,全部都好正好鮮甜,好新鮮,好多肉,睇住啲肉汁流落個粥底度,我哋都好期待,之後仲有好多蔬菜提供。其實未到粥底已經飽飽哋,但係個粥底實在太正,一定要食,我食咗一啖,頭先各樣海鮮嘅精華都混為一體,我忍唔住食咗四碗,飽到上喉嚨頂…Read More
