喺復活節假期嚟到outback食晚餐,不過可能因為有疫症,唔駛等位就入得。首先係送嘅黑糖麵包,個人覺得黑糖甜味好出,反而唔駛咁甜,第一舊上嘅比較乾身,之後encore嘅果舊反而仲暖暖哋軟熟啲。之後係招牌墨西哥牛肉粟米脆片($78),份量好夠,啱啱上嘅時候熱辣辣好脆身,配埋啲芝士同cream好香,如果啲牛肉多返啲就好啦。不過一定要趁熱食,唔係就會容易變硬難啲咬。主角係美國頂級肉眼牛扒 (BLS Rib Eye $438),叫咗7成熟,不過因為用鐵板慶住所以熟咗啲。牛扒幾大塊同埋juicy,不過好似落鹽重手咗少少,價錢方面我自己就覺得偏貴。另外有跟餐嘅細沙律,有啲生菜同幾片芝士,味道正常。另一個主菜係愛麗絲燒雞胸 ($152),上面有好多芝士同兩塊脆身嘅煙肉,下面係兩舊雞胸。芝士好惹味,但舊雞調味偏咸而且比較乾,唔太推薦大家食佢。加$10有個忌廉餐湯,好creamy,比較杰身,飲多咗可能會覺得漏。整體嚟講,服務唔錯,嘢食份量好夠3個人食,墨西哥牛肉粟米脆片真心好食,但呢個價位我期望主菜味道亦會好啲。…Read More

今次同friend去咗呢間話係新加坡50佳嘅莆田,平日見佢晚市幾貴,但係下午茶(兩點半開始食)都係大概$48(點心套餐) 或 $58(小聚套餐) 一位,免茶芥加一,當食lunch嘅話係呢區價錢可以接受,所以就試咗佢啦~朋友叫咗$58(小聚套餐),有滷水自製豆腐,水晶豬蹄凍,興化炒米粉(推介)同清心雪耳糖水。滷水自製豆腐,味道正常嘅滷水豆腐,索晒啲滷水汁好香。水晶豬蹄凍,有啲似鎮江肴肉,豬蹄凍晶瑩剔透,放落口好軟滑,不過比較多豬皮,減肥人士注意吓喇清心雪耳糖水,幾香甜,仲有粒去咗核嘅小紅棗~興化炒米粉,全場最好食,好多配料例如蜆仔,蝦仁,花生仁,米粉好似絲咁幼,仲幼過平時食嘅銀絲米粉,又炒得唔油,有小小鹹香味,亦都係好夠份量。我叫咗$48(點心套餐),有莆田糯米丸,古法蕃薯包,包菜飯同清心雪耳糖水。莆田糯米丸其實即係擂沙湯丸,甜而不膩。古法蕃薯包,外皮煙煙韌韌,裏面有啲蕃薯餡,覺得蕃薯包皮好食過唐記包點,兩個點心都令人食得好滿足。包菜飯其實即係有用到捲心菜同小小蝦乾臘味炒嘅飯,唔算好多配料,但係用豉油炒得好惹味,啲菜又夠fresh中和到炒飯嘅油膩感,而且份量夠多。埋單免加一茶芥,不過就有個要收費嘅餐前小食(大概十幾蚊?),下午茶唔多人,好寧靜,侍應態度好,嘢食精緻好味,絕對值呢個價~…Read More

今日同個friend嚟到這家開業3個月左右的潮州菜館,本身想去佢隔離嘅嗰間喇沙,不過佢有個店員好熱情咁同我哋講佢晏晝都有茶飲,所以就試咗佢喇~今次試咗4個點心,分別係香蔥炸兩腸,香煎韭菜粿,蒸合桃包同埋炸雲吞香蔥炸兩腸,假日中點($22.8),呢個覺得好好食,睇相都知道佢幾大份,啱啱上碟嘅時候中間嘅油炸鬼仲係脆㗎,出面嗰浸腸粉皮滑同薄,呢個推介。香煎韭菜粿,假日中點($22.8),佢出面我諗係類似粉果嘅晶瑩皮,有輕輕煎過,幾香亦厚薄適中,裏面係韭菜同少少蝦嘅餡,係咸嘅潮州點心,呢個我覺得佢入面餡料油咗少少,其實如果佢個做法係蒸(類似韭菜餃?),可能會更夾,不過味道都唔差,本身想試埋個甜嘅紅桃粿,不過兩個人唔敢叫太多驚食唔晒蒸合桃包,假日中點($22.8),佢外面都整到好似合桃形狀咁好得意,入面嘅餡有合桃碎同埋應該落咗煉奶,我個人覺得個餡甜咗啲啲(可能係煉奶嘅關係,不過鍾意食甜嘅人應該會覺得甜度ok),同埋會想佢合桃多番啲,但係個蒸包外層真心好好食好鬆軟炸雲吞,假日小點($20.8),味道有正常酒樓水準,雲吞皮脆,上碟時亦都係熱辣辣埋單兩人連茶芥加一$117.9(假日),平日或者下午茶嚟食會再平啲,如果要比較,覺得佢哋點心嘅味道同價錢同海港酒樓差唔多level,晏晝都可以試下呢間飲茶㗎~另外讚下餐廳環境與服務:餐廳唔迫,裝修精緻,碗碟乾淨有中高檔酒樓feel,啲嘢上得快,呢度可以靜靜地咁嘆茶,而且店員服務態度好,收碟時好客氣咁同我哋講唔係想催我哋走,希望可以keep到呢個服務質素啦,有機會都想試下佢夜晚小菜…Read More

星期二晚經酒店booking,來到了這家獲得米芝蓮推介的葡國餐廳。我們點了炸馬介休球,葡國烤乳豬,非洲雞和焗鴨飯。每桌客人都會有一些微溫的麵包和一碟橄欖當前菜。麵包挺好吃,內部頗為濕潤,不是敷衍的那種麵包。炸馬介休球,這個真的推薦,馬鈴薯泥非常的滑,跟裡面的鱈魚非常搭配,調味適宜,外層炸得酥脆。葡國烤乳豬,豬的皮烤非常的香脆,豬肉的脂肪和嫩肉在口裡慢慢融化,肉香充滿了整個口腔。伴碟的那些薯片也是自家製,很有誠意。非洲雞,起初以為是一款烤雞,原來是淋了類似沙茶醬汁的雞肉。醬汁跳的很惹味,有一種淡淡的椰香,也感覺放了很多種不同的香料,不過由於大部分雞肉的部位是雞胸,可能有些人會覺得肉稍微乾一點,我個人是很滿意了。焗鴨飯,飯面有一點焗過的飯焦,上面鋪了臘腸和煙肉,中間夾了很多鴨肉,不過吃起來味道比較咸和乾。總括來說,這餐廳的水準挺高,沒有辜負米芝蓮的推介,特別推薦炸馬介休球和葡國烤乳豬,真的好吃!…Read More

【再度中伏】粟米雞球乾 & 生魚的極限體驗

大家好,如果有睇到呢間嘢3月份嘅劣評,我之前已經試過呢間嘢伏到喊嘅西檸雞,原來沒有最伏,只有更伏。一開始有個知客同我哋推介menu無嘅粟米雞球($78),仲同我哋講話呢個菜好受歡迎,琴日一出就賣晒喎,我哋已經3個月冇去過呢間稻香,今次過咗咁耐,諗住重新俾一個機會佢,而且我諗,話明「雞球」,應該會同上次相比會多返啲肉掛?叫咗啲嘢成半粒鐘之後先嚟,先上個雞球。我以為佢會有改善,點知係無呀!!!呢碟嘢嘅所謂雞球,同上次嘅伏西檸雞嘅「粒粒碎雞」係同一款嚟嘢!啲雞嘅脆漿好厚,但雞切到好薄,炸完之後,啲雞變咗柴乾咁,完全食唔到正常雞嘅texture。呢碟嘢簡直係垃圾,免費俾我食我都唔會食。其實煮得咁冇誠意,點解仲可以咁樣呃啲客賺錢?之後叫咗碧綠炒老虎班球同枝竹炆斑腩煲孖寶($238)。我屋企人好鍾意食魚,所以同上次一樣有叫魚孖寶。驟眼一睇,以為佢今次個碧綠炒老虎班球都算有好多舊魚,還可以接受。但竟然俾我母親食到一舊生魚,垃圾稻香其實唔爭在俾埋個火鍋爐我淥返熟舊魚啦!至於枝竹炆斑腩煲,裡面啲班腩少得可憐,最多係啲魚尾魚骨等等嘅嘢嚟減料。完全唔值呢個價錢。總結,呢間嘢就係伏食,食物品質差,埋單三個人$431(連啤酒,兩碗飯,加一)價錢唔合理,如果真係不幸要嚟,大家一定唔好食任何同炸雞有關嘅菜式,呢間嘢再唔改善,就好快啲執笠啦。…Read More

今日去咗食佢個公司三文治($42),等咗大概15分鐘到,就有得食。三文治有三大件,排得幾靚,睇到橫切面。麵包稍微烘過,包邊有麥皮同瓜子仁,幾脆同埋有淡淡麥味。第一層中間夾住番茄,火腿,同芝士。番茄新鮮;芝士應該係車打芝士,不過無融到,如果有融到味道會更好。第二層係蛋沙律,煙肉同生菜,蛋沙律用咗蛋黃醬去撈,不過我覺得有少少太多醬,有啲漏,如果多番啲真蛋會更好食;煙肉唔會好多肥膏,幾crispy;生菜都新鮮。整體味道唔錯,份量夠飽肚。不過我覺得服務可以好啲,呢間餐廳成日都無位,要企喺食緊嘢嘅人隔離等,呢個安排唔太好(因為佢個定位唔係快餐,如果單食意粉,飯嗰啲都要60-70蚊,仲未嗌嘢飲,其實好應該有人嗌飛),同埋有啲枱櫈唔夠高,有啲枱矮到去到膝頭,食起上嚟會有啲麻煩。…Read More
