秋高氣爽, 星期天的早上, 到美麗的郊野公園行吓, 林蔭處處, 又有蝴蝶, 蜘蛛等小昆蟲, 舒展身心.:)行完便坐巴士出返市區, 唔駛半小時便到了西灣河, 見到這餐廳便入去試試.一入門口冷氣好凍, 服務員立即為我們安排温度較適中的位置, 態度友善, 做事勤快.兩個人叫咗:湯:  +10蚊的, 青紅蘿蔔湯, 清甜, 但太油, 不太健康.叉燒飯:  叉燒是半肥瘦的 好吃.皮蛋番茜魚米: 味道清清地,魚有少少骨, 多D番茜會更香.份量好大窩, 立即攞個外賣盒打包.:)吃東西, 除了味道外, 懂得咀嚼生活中的人情味和回憶, 才更滋味.…Read More

是日中秋節,參加了這南區旅遊文化節的活動。晚飯之前,我們首先參觀一下中華廚藝學院,課程多元化和專業。 原來這是董伯伯千禧年3個重點項目之一, 其餘兩個是濕地公園和沙田文化博物館; 相比現在只有滿口謊言的689, 我很想念務實的董伯伯啊。  :)   晚宴上有古箏和二胡彈奏,令人聽出耳油: 但願人長久, 千里共嬋娟.... :) 是日晚宴共10道菜,名稱優美應節,上菜時廚師和服務員一同為客人介紹,十分周到:  :) 寶塔增輝:每個寶塔是3-4個同學仔的傑作,塔頂是學院標誌,手工精細。 有窩筍,海蜇,蝦籽扎蹄, 燒腩仔,琥珀合桃,和蜜汁四寶扎,醬汁味道較濃。  :) 秋桂飄香: 桂花鴨,燒鴨肉滑, 桂花汁很香。 :) 月影照紗窗: 竹笙炖鵪鶉蛋,湯底少咸,我愛吃番茜,多幾片就更美味。 :) 海龍獻月:炖咗3小時的海中寶,有冬菇,瑤柱,花膠,蘿蔔,海參,好腍,好入味,廚師推介,實至名歸。  :) 銀河玉盤:蝦球配上少辣的醬汁,去突顯楊桃的清香,很有心思!  :) 湖鏡映月:上層是炸蓮藕片和鼠尾草,中間是杞子和鯇魚,配上蔬菜湖水,賣相十分精緻。 :) 仙宫寶盒:上素冬瓜盒,裏面是紅蘿蔔絲,竹笙絲,冬菇絲等,味道相當不俗,是時候中和一下飽膩的感覺。 :) 玉兔仙蹤:兔耳朵麵是人手做的,幼滑得來有嚼勁, 湯底有蝦肉,雞肉,金華火腿,己經飽的大家仍然繼續努力。 :) 佳餚美饌賀中秋:同學做的蓮容和奶黃月餅,加上楊桃,碌柚,花生,芋頭,仲有菱角,很是驚喜! :) 南區團圓慶豐年: 紅豆沙湯圓,桂花糕,反沙芋,唔太甜,有口感,祝大家人月兩團圓。食物味道不俗,服務專業,有問必答,態度認真,一定要讚。 最後派入會表格, 年費>800多元,沒有回贈,加上餐廳星期六日唔開,可惜!謝謝南區區議會, KC 和 Isaac 的安排, 當然唔少少得台前幕後的同學仔,辛苦晒。 食飽在附近的薄扶林村欣賞精彩的火龍表演:…Read More

放工常常經過這裡, 不抽煙的我見到一堆人抽煙吹水, 對這餐廳沒有興趣.  最近GRAPPA 裝修, 朋友要選擇近近地的餐廳, 唯有來這裡一試. 午市套餐包STARTERS, 主菜, 甜品, 餐茶等.  一般午市套餐約$168 - $238; 扒類較貴, $268-$468, 另+ 10%.麵包: 新鮮熱辣, 朋友不夠飽, 後來添加一籃.STARTER朋友選了Liberty Steak Tartare: 牛肉他他肉質鮮嫩,配上松露蛋黃醬, 和流心的鵪鶉旦,味道不俗。我是Seafood Crab Cake:中計,炸的!分咗一半海鮮蟹餅給朋友。MAINSGrilled Pork Loin:豬柳軟綿綿,沾上紅蘿蔔薑汁,仲有豆和萍果沙律,很好吃。Veggie Burger:本來是配薯條的,太熱氣了,我要求轉配沙律,健康些 漢堡包內是松露蛋黃醬汁,蕃茄蓉和大磨菇,顏色和味道同樣一流,是素食之選。Dessert & 餐茶甜品是朱古力一口撻,不太甜。也許是星期五的中午,非常滿座,然而,服務員也常常加水和保持禮貌,值得一讚。…Read More

RAIRONMEN前身是 MIST , 記得上次來吃百幾蚊一碗麵已是年幾前的事, 好好吃但價錢貴; 現在RAIRONMEN走更高級路線: 我未諗過吃,因為真係唔捨得二,三百蚊吃一碗麵, 難得ISAAC攪FINE DINING飯局, 價錢也可接受, 少少地可以樣樣食吓, 便立即報名.是日包場,大家都不用煩腦點菜,因飯局已精心設計TASTING MENU :聖子凍:切成幼絲狀聖子肉加入冬菇,蘿蔔蓉,海藻加上酸酸甜甜的柚子汁,很開胃! 手作有機豆腐:自家製豆腐,上面鋪上海膽、魚子、三文魚籽、山葵和海帶, 賣相和味道都很不俗, 兩個人share 一杯令人十分意猶未盡。海膽燉蛋:茶碗蒸用金箔點綴,配料有海膽,銀杏, 秋葵,和冬菇,質感幼滑,但我覺得用白米作承托不太環保。和牛壽喜燒:和牛配甜醬油,好食。赤麵豉鵝肝煮:一上枱已香氣撲鼻,我一面細心欣賞這二千幾蚊的碗,一面掛住吃,沒有留心這質感不一般的鵝肝介紹。凱撒沙律拉麵+ A5級和牛拉麵+ 阿拉斯加帝皇蟹腳拉麵:除了賣相討好之外,未吃已經要讚;大家映完相,服務員分埋碗,仍然有煙,熱辣辣,我非常喜歡這3個湯底。三款不同味道的湯底配合三種不同粗幼度的麵條:22, 18 和14. 餐廳 堅持日本拉麵傳統, 做法是在3cm的麵糰上切出22條,18條, 14條的麵條,前者較幼,配合清淡的羅馬生菜湯底,味道最清新;後者較粗,配合花時間慢慢熬出來的湯底,味道更香濃。不容置疑,三碗拉麵轉眼間便消失得無影無踪。日本清酒慕思:用Mascarpone Cheese 做的慕思,底層是紅豆容,上面酒上黃豆粉, 很精緻,但清酒味很淡。雪糕棒棒糖:朱古力漿包著烘茶雪糕,朱古力漿略嫌太甜。…Read More

足足3星期前訂位, 究竟有咩巴閉?環境簡潔, 樓景.:)星期六的下午, 顧客頗多, 仲好多係一家人, 但不嘈雜.兩個人吃午餐, $ 380 +10% 兩個Courses, 甜品再加$70大元.麵包新鮮熱辣, 蕃茄味果款最好食, 可是我哋都覺得Chef XXX By Eddy 的蕃茄麵包好食D.前菜:)Lobster and Octopus, Winter Vegetables and Acquerello Rice Salad 龍蝦和八爪魚好軟腍, 加埋汁+沙律, 味道清新, 最滿意的一道菜.Confit of "Taiyouren " Organic Egg, Roman Cauliflower Eulsion and Roasted Herb Bread 温泉旦配椰菜花蓉, 顏色幾靚, 但他一吃, 便說很懷念"鏡子餐廳"的温泉旦.主菜Cotechio Winter Sausage, Beef Cheek and Lentil Mushroom Ragout 牛臉頰肉份量不多, 煮得好滑好香, 有水準的.Snapper on Baby Spinach, Orange, Oregano and Extra virgin olive oil Dressing : 恰巧早幾日我在四季酒店內的餐廳吃過超級嫩滑的Snapper, 珠玉在前, 這個明顯地比下去了. 然而, 我很喜歡舖在底下的菠菜, 翠綠有嚼勁.甜品Chocolate Trio with Warm Chocolate Macchiato 他說朱古力味很濃, 沒有驚喜.:)Bronte Pistchio Ice Cream Vanilla Roasted Cherries 開心果雪糕配車厘子, 味道配襯, 唔太甜, 穩打穏紥.Petis Four: 軟糖和朱古力好好食:(Coffee / Tea: 套餐不包括咖啡或茶, 令人充滿問號之餘, 再多欠一個句號.服務員常常加水, 但由頭到尾都沒有介紹過D食物. 這不是忙過打仗的茶餐廳, 而是草民對三星米芝蓮的一個普通期待. …Read More

看雜誌介紹, 照片很美, 兩個人來吃午餐.:)星期六的下午, 人唔多, 不嘈吵, 輕鬆愜意. 餐廳360旋轉, 窗外風景只有高樓大廈, 尚有空間去容納港人的核心價值嗎?無乜心水, 聽聽服務員的介紹, 叫咗:頭盤我叫了八爪魚沙津配蒜汁:賣相不俗, 舖排有層次, 八爪魚爽腍腍, 沙律新鮮, 但蒜味不多.:)他是西班牙傳統雜肉湯:有雞心豆,牛肉,風腸...等, 他説幾好飲.主菜我叫了吞拿魚配開心果醬及薑泡沫: 薑泡沫乏善足陳, 味道唔夠薑; 然而吞拿魚半熟,加上蕃茄粒, 配我至愛的開心果醬, 味道OK.他是黑毛豬柳配西班牙紅甜椒: 紅甜椒放在底部, 拍照唔覺; 提議放在豬柳上面, 多點鮮顏色點綴, 靚D! 黑毛豬柳有好幾件, 他說"夠食"甜品我叫了吉士配曲奇泡沬:樣子不漂亮, 一口吃下去, 原來是小時候的餅乾味道啊! :)他是朱古力配榛子牛油: 成碗咁大, 食到肚都凸.咖啡配餅乾: 緑茶餅乾有驚喜...食得好飽, 已準備好足夠體力從陡峭的寶雲道出發, 往山頂去.:)服務員會介紹食物, 常常加水, 微笑待客有禮貌, 值得一讚.整體來說, 食物水準和雜誌寫的有個距離 我係一個Eating is Believing 的人, 不太相信廣告, 沒有期望, 沒有失望; 然而,三百幾蚊的午餐, 有服務, 有風景, 這也是一個值得(向旅客)推介的餐廳.:) 餐廳老板, 請快快更新Google Map吧! …Read More
