阿鴻小吃,自2010年起,連續5年獲得米芝蓮殊榮,其北角總店將於8月31日結業,故特在結業前來嚐試。鹵水三拼(鵝片、元碲、滋味雞,附送豆腐)$208 - 鵝片元碲皆入味,豆腐香滑,雞肉滑,但咬落有點霉,略顯失色。男友跟我一致認為元碲表現最好,美味不肥膩。推薦。蔡瀾撈面 $45 - 眾所週知,蔡生最愛豬油,故這味以他為顧問的撈麵亦理所當然地出現在材料中。撈麵提供的湯加了水芹解膩,味道恰如其分,唯不知是否本人未嚐過豬油,故嚐不到豬油味,但男友說有,但加得不多。加上該店特製辣椒醬,一流。南乳粗齋 $58 - 表現平平,普通南乳粗齋一個,不過不失。羅漢果茶 $18 - 極濃極爽口,超級適合解膩。初一兩口不太習慣羅漢果特有的甜,但很快愈喝愈順口,喝完喉嚨極舒服,推。外賣麻香雞腳筋 $58 - 吃到極飽,但男友堅持想試,份量不大。味道香,筋弄得剛剛好爽脆不軟,好吃,超驚喜又特別。總括而言,份量不大但飽肚,且每樣都有花心思去做得完善,服務不錯有人情味,味道很好。雖價錢偏貴,但能以如此平民價錢嚐到米芝蓮飯店的出品(而且名符其實),實屬抵食。北角店8月31日最後一天將會營業至晚上8時,要去的人,趕快去了。…Read More

第三次黎食,巧合嘅係,無論係兩個定四個人,我地坐極都係最近廚房嘅個一張枱,唔知係咪近廚得食呢? 是日係杭州張生記杭州菜嘅最後一日,我地梗係唔會放過啦。叫左八珍燴魚圓,杭州鹵鴨,同個炆小牛肉拼玫瑰山藥榚。八珍燴魚圓 $268(杭州菜)----話說同一個餐牌重有一個$88蚊嘅清湯魚圓,樓面介紹分別係八珍係多左8珍(我知好抽象),一時好奇,再加上八珍燴魚圓有圖(砂鍋上,面頭有幾片金華火腿),就叫左八珍燴魚圓。係第一個到嘅菜,男友同我父母都不期然嘩左一聲。唔係因為太靚,而係因為太清(睇相就知)。數黎數去都冇八珍不特止,原本係金華火腿嘅位置重變左做臘腸! 跟住叫個經理埋黎問,話清湯同八珍其實冇咩分別,就係多左個幾片野?佢竟然答係! 連湯底都係同一個,只係八珍將個湯整左做玻璃芡。咁佢憑咩買貴幾倍呀!八珍!咩叫八珍! 簡直係令人憤怒嘅開頭,因為同上兩次嘅質素實在相差太遠啦... :( 桂花糯米釀蓮藕 $88-98 (杭州菜)---- 功夫菜,買少見少。好食,唔膩,蓮藕鬆化,糯米軟糯,桂花香甜。有古早味,值得一吃奶皇流沙包 $50-60----包軟香,一拎上手已經感覺到中心有大量嘅空間,裝住滿滿嘅奶皇。一咬開,嘩!不得了! 啲奶皇流到要漏出黎咁制!奶皇重吉士味,重有一小粒嘅咸蛋黃,落足料令整個味道更上一層樓,絕對係重點推介。冇圖,因為太好食,醒起要影相經已太遲... 蛋白杏仁茶 $60----係近年我食過最香杏仁味同蛋白最滑嫩的。香濃白嫩嘅杏仁奶香,加上口感滑嫩嘅蛋白,真係食完一碗已經覺得好養顏!以呢個甜品黎做結尾真係完美!炆小牛肉拼山藥玫瑰糕 $148(杭州菜)----熱情嘅經理話係用安格斯牛黎炆,所以牛味特別香濃,入味得黎又夠冧,真係值得一讚呀! 玫瑰山藥糕味道清淡,但糕粉味太重,玫瑰味又欠奉,所以唔太推薦。可惜牛肉冇得單叫,一定要拼個玫瑰山藥糕。杭州鹵鴨 $98 (杭州菜)---- 勁正!入味香濃,重有軟骨,最難得係雖有肥膏但一啲都唔膩!其他野食請睇下面圖文~順道介紹埋之前食過嘅點心:黑松露帶子餃 $60----香黑松露味,成隻餃包住肥滿嘅帶子,真係好滿足!炸芋角 $50----香、鬆、脆,顯示出老師傅嘅功架,呢個老牌點心好食唔難,但要好食得黎唔油呂膩先至係真功夫!金獎白雪龍皇炒麵 $298----同外面嘅龍蝦伊面唔同,帝苑軒用嘅係生面。原本以為會整成好似兩面黃咁嘅炸面,但見到實物先知道原來唔係。實物賣相真係好靚,生面爽口彈牙冇鹼水味,龍蝦鮮甜,食得出嘅新鮮。總結3次經驗,服務真係好好,環境都又靚,雖然價錢貴左啲,但係勝在質素夠穩定,而且會不定期推出唔同嘅主題菜黎保持新鮮感,所以仍然會繼續支持。…Read More

樂天皇朝,港鐵站滿滿都是它的廣告啊……想吃它的招牌小籠包很久了,說是首創八色小籠包。上一次星期六5時多去,當時排到29號的票子,姐拿到的卻是92號的票子,立馬放棄,改吃滬江飯店。今天是平日,碰巧想起,馬上走去碰碰運氣,哈哈!居然沒人! 趕緊跑進去。內裡環境有一股古老的風味,擺設燈光氣氛音樂都不錯,營造出了一股好像回到中國古舊酒樓的古樸風格。但人雖少,仍有點吵雜。如果想要私人同寧靜空間,此處可能不太適合。介紹是從淡到濃味開始吃,即從中間的原味,左邊綠色的人參味開始一直順時針吃至紅色的麻辣味。值得一讚的是,侍應很有耐性的從如何吃這道菜到如何吃小籠包續一介紹。原味(中): 皮薄多汁鮮美人參(綠): 香人参味,像在飲人參雞湯般的感覺鵝肝(左上橙): 有吃鵝肝醬的感覺黑松露(黑): 個人認為最好吃的一顆。濃郁的黑松露香芝士(黃): 對芝士狂的我來說,有點失色呢……芝士味跟小籠包的湯汁不太配,而且芝士味也不夠濃蟹粉(右下橙): 比芝士好一點,有蟹香,可惜也有蟹腥味蒜香(灰): 喜歡蒜味的人絕對會愛上,意想不到的配搭,卻是意想不到的匹配麻辣(紅): 最叫人驚喜的一顆,四川麻辣配上海小籠包簡直一拍即合整籠八顆小籠包,對狂愛小籠包的我來說,簡直是盛宴啊…… 整體味道值85分,全部都皮薄多汁,唯一定要馬上趁熱吃,不然一開始變冷,皮就會很易破,而有某幾種味道,譬如芝士的皮更是脆弱,不然會更高分。…Read More

星期日晚上,一行7人去到這吃晚飯。我們散叫了招牌小籠包x1,味道不錯,皮薄餡多。唯一問題是小籠包內的湯不夠好喝,太大豬騷味。另外,我們還叫了個6人餐($888)。包括:四小碟(附圖)、砂鍋雲吞雞(味道調得頗好的說~)、蛋包xx(內有上海年糕)、無錫排骨(不錯吃!!>~<)、松子魚(它的醬給人的感覺像是用來掩飾它的腥味...)、高力豆沙(太多油..但問題不錯~)和xx鴨(有三款,任選一款)但可惜今天它今天那三款鴨都售罄了,店員提議我們可加50元換八寶鴨,我們都同意了。(原本是想取消的...但店員說不吃也減不得錢...)八寶鴨...都要加錢了...為什麼還會這樣難吃的!!??八寶鴨內不是應該有蓮子百合等等等等的材料的嗎!!?為什麼我淨吃到糯米!??又沒有味道...又膩..真是破壞別人食慾的好東西啊....說不下去了...服務態度也很有問題!!叫了幾枝啤酒,都是暖的..(暖的啤酒有多難喝你知不知道!!)跟店員說是暖的,她卻死都要說是冷的...||||什麼跟什麼...還有就是那一臉不耐煩的表情...真是令人想揍他耶...到底是不是出來做生意的....…Read More
