星期六早上來到，要等4張枱，ok，等啦! 但係望到入面見到有兩張吉枱，就心有懷疑….原來真係估中，兩女一男的服務人員，以散步的速度來運作，心裡想，唔通華星來到沙田就唔係香港冰室，而係西式 hea cafe?但係又唔係…服務人員的職業態度對待客人，是澳牛級的.. “得啦我聽到，可以唔好再叫” 😅，當然還有太多太多，落錯單，黑面，到入坐安排，我只可以話，旺角同灣仔的華星員工，你們是最好的，最貼心的，多謝你們對客人的服務，我地一定再來，但是沙田這班服務人員，應該轉工去全港最出名的西式 hea cafe！…Read More

Taking out a lunch set and coffee from here during a pandemic, but their coffee cups(apparatus) is in a paper box… which is total genius!! They never think that the coffee will spill out from the thin paper box (not even a cup) and everything else will soak it up. Major failure and loss of appetite with the mess of delivery. …Read More

Tried here on the slowest day in tst only to find out their service is even slower than an empty canton road! There should b no need for a line only bcuz their staff is playing on the phone instead of readying table. No further comment on their food if their service can be this bad!…Read More
