元朗真是一個尋食的好地方,昨天在裕景坊就俾我找到提供精緻質優日本料理在尖沙咀及天后都有分店的黑木亭。去過其他分店的朋友说這店食材新鮮, 所以放心點了龍蝦刺生三食。仲點了近排網上火紅又Q爆的熊熊冰飲品,我揀了杯紅火龍佛手柑熊茶,朋友就飲咗一杯綠茶鮮奶熊脆脆。飲品上枱,每杯都有一塊熊模樣cute到震的熊冰冰,杯紅火龍佛手柑熊茶甜甜酸酸好開胃,綠茶鮮奶熊脆脆,色柔和綠茶味很出,奶很香滑。龍蝦第一食是刺生,肉閃亮亮呈半透明,看著就知新鮮,入口彈彈的,味鮮甜,回味無窮。食完後,店員取回去準備第二、三食。等候中先來二個香口的,首先是雜錦炸物併盤,無論係廣島蠔、蝦、雞、雞軟骨還是薯條都炸得色澤均勻又不油臘臘,仲伴有三種點醬,其中仲有味稪香的黑松露醬,一個字”正“。吉列蠔要小心食,外脆內多汁,汁爆時很燙口,蠔鮮嫩入口甘鮮吉列蝦D肉彈牙鮮甜,D雞肉很滑不嚡好juicy朋友説想不到綠茶滑奶配香口炸物也ok頗潤喉。跟住的唐揚魷魚鬚D炸皮同樣很薄及脆,足見師傅時間控制得宜,漿也上得薄,以魷魚鬚的爽口度噉肯定食材係用了新鮮的。正在此時第二道龍蝦蜆肉濃汁燴飯就到喇。色香味俱到, 濃濃嘅龍蝦汁浸在蜆肉上與蜆汁溝埋再加上龍蝦膏一起食,食到滿口的鮮味,口內更有不同口感,食到心心眼。 燴飯吸收哂D龍蝦蜆汁配上芝士及日本米的稔綿口感,好想一啖一啖咁食下去。好彩朋友提點叫我龍蝦頭唔好浪費,揭開見有大大嚿膏,夾走食後用匙羹稍稍淘,就淘出滿滿嘅一羹龍蝦膏,別錯過呀。最後一度是龍蝦鉗蒸蛋。店家很細心地在龍蝦肉位劃了一刀, 方便食家食肉,蝦鉗如是龍蝦身如是,服務細心一流。食前先同蝦鉗握手,蛋蒸得滑同甜蝦鉗肉一起食好好味。今日食左一餐滿意又美味的晚膳,又過了一段悏意的時光,開心就是咁簡單。…Read More

同朋友到東涌outlet shopping之後就行10分鐘到附近的黃泥屋村啖美味----大頭蝦南風海鮮酒家,一間䇄立10幾年的值得一再幫襯的小炒燒味酒家。有戶外茶座及室內冷氣座任君選擇,這裏出名燒味、烤魚、鷄煲及鑊氣小炒😋😋。二話不說先叫一碟燒味相併解解饞,燒腩皮鬆化脆口,肉嫩。燒鵝一睇,不得了,皮每次都有網格的,皮下油脂不多且不油膩。皮雖薄但有油香、肉嫩多汁,醃得入味又不咸,令人一試愛上,所以口碑不俗。跟住點咗人氣嘅酸菜烤鯇魚,菜做到色香味俱全,上臺時魚是未全熟的,加熱其間,誘人香味一波一波源源傳來,聞著垂涎,肚在打鼓了。魚肉厚又嫩滑,花椒酸菜調到味道剛好,酸酸辣辣開胃美味,魚成隻前臂般長,肉厚但不嚡,滑滑嫩嫩。食不停筷,食極都咁多肉,各部分都滑滑的。今晚肉多且天氣熱就點了個金銀蛋浸莧菜,菜雖普通,但鑊氣搭夠朋友還問我為何食到種特別的香味,我覺那是油泡金蒜及鷄肶菇所得的蒜香奶油味,莧菜又新鮮沒有老梗,碟頭又大,沒有點米飯主食,我們食到肚食不下也未能清盤衹能打包回家再吃。…Read More

今日早早就同朋友到這間在灣仔大王東街的新泰東南亞餐廳食晚飯,環境好正,因遲來疫情下都要排隊。這裏裝修得好有泰國特色,座位寬敞,由櫈咕𠱸到吊燈丶牆擺設……都睇到店主的用。環境仲很乾淨,店內令人好放鬆,心情也好起來。食物好多樣化,物量好足,這客小食$78的椒鹽軟殼蟹,件件大大件,足足有8、9件,超乎我預料,調味剛好,炸脆香口,又不油膩。另外,點的酥炸香茅魚配青芒果沙律,擺碟、味道、控火酥炸做到十分到位。香茅味好出同酸爽的青芒沙律是絕配及醒胃。焗腰果、青芒果和脆炸魚在口內形成左不同的口感,香茅、芒果酸、沾料令味道層次多樣,好好食。最後上個叻沙蝦米線,份量好足,蝦、魚片鋪滿碗,叻沙湯底調得很地道,麵質彈好,以$78這價錢,性價比很高。服務員態度友善,值得一讚。離開時座無虛席,食early dinner這決定絕對正確。…Read More

疫情封關二年,好想衝出香並好掛住日 本。今日去沙田中心商場北海道食堂食日式席前鐵板燒放題。 食材說是採用北海道優質農產品及海鮮,地地道道的北海道風料理,正好醫下我向往日本美食的心。這裏除了即叫即燒送上枱的鐵板燒外,還有刺生、壽司、手卷、火鍋、炸物、甜品,大大話話都有50幾款。我自己覺得$268加一就可任食二小時的鐵板燒包鵝肝真的抵及正合我意。 鵝肝燒得外脆內軟油香四溢,超級魔鬼的誘引,另我不自拔的連連encore。 海鮮也質優味鮮,帶子甜而無渣,蠔飽滿味濃、大蝦肉爽味鮮,樣樣都有水準。 值得一提燒大蔥也真不錯,燒得焦香味甜。海鮮刺身必定要試,特別推介三文魚及油甘魚特別好味,見得到的肉質新鮮,表面令立立,食落油脂好香。榮螺刺身也要嗌真的非常鮮甜,仲有外面食肆已很少有的白玉豚也不容錯過。壽司、手卷飯香糯有米香丶飯量唔多,可以多食幾個, 用的魚同刺身一樣水準,好抵。帶子食極都咁鮮甜,越食越滿足。火鍋、炒飯、炒蔬菜、甜品、刺身沙律,豆腐沙律都有齊全。嘢飲選擇算多,雪糕都係任取任食嘅。…Read More

元朗飲食多樣,款式多多,今日就俾我找到一間有品味,又風格別樹一格的西餐廳。設計走工業風格調,以灰色為主色,門外有沙化襯茶幾,有bar枱櫈,好有外國feel及令人relax的餐廳。後來才知道Proton這裏是寵物友善的,即刻印象分大增。食物方面照顧得幾全面all day breakfast, brunch ,snack ,all day sweet, pasta soup,茶、啡、果汁,連素都有,可見老板是有心的人,讚呀!食物方面真的不賴,色、香、味俱全。蘋果木煙三文魚班尼迪,蛋時間掌控得宜心是流心的,三文魚不是死咸無味那種配埋風乾火腿都咸味剛好,最特別是上面那綠色醬,我覺得是牛油果醬,有它起了畫龍點晴之效。薯條好酥脆不油膩,炸得剛好,伴碟沙律菜配的醋,真令我有衝動去請教廚師討他所用的牌子,因特別好味。Pasta更是滋味至極,粉紅汁該是以蝦頭慢煮出羔油後,加調料及阿拉斯蟹肉煮成色澤誘人垂涎的粉紅色,聞到香味已食指大動。入口滿滿蟹的鮮甜,加上虎蝦的爽口彈牙,意粉煙韌有咬口,好出色美味的一碟pasta。伴餐的飲品都好我意,尤其有美麗拉花的Matcha latte。今天又為我可回頭的食店list上找到一點,下次更可帶同我愛犬同來。…Read More

青衣長發廣場最近開左間平民泰菜,內裏樓底夠高,無壓迫感算寬敞,座位全是卡座。菜式及飲品選擇頗多,價錢貼地平民化。今日約了久未見面的老友食飯,慢慢聚聚舊也藉此解解少外膳引起的口饞。最快到的是泰式咸魚炒椰菜苗,咸魚味濃撲鼻來,菜苗夠油綠,啱重口味的我。之後來了小食月亮蝦餅,單靠賣相就看不出月亮形,可能是指以脆脆春卷皮炸成的蝦餅未切前是一個圓月亮吧!餡理所當然係蝦肉嚟嘅,食到濃濃嘅香草味。個香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷,賣相不錯。生菜、剛炸醃好香脆的軟殼蟹配上酸酸甜甜的芒果肉加彈牙的粉(我覺得是檬粉)。 一口咬下,嘴裡Q軟、脆口、咬勁通通到位,沾上附來沾醬,酸甜微辣的小清新口味啱今日熱的天氣。食泰菜,我自然就點左個冬蔭功海鮮湯金邊粉,料足,煆鮮彈丶湯調得酸辣啱我,若粉少D湯多點就更佳。這裏的珍多冰,有他們的特色,少了綠豆蓉,多了幾粒5亳咁大的半透明的東西(不知怎形容但好食過癮的),椰味夠,不知有無有沒有加椰糖,反正甜度適中。…Read More

疫情、又熱又下雨的天氣,朋友話上我家一聚,於是速速往美味嘅泰菜館買外賣回府。外賣菜單好吸引a、b款各有13款菜供選擇,價錢又實惠,真係款款都想買。結果我買咗一個三餸嘅外賣再追加咗一個細嘅拼盤,返到屋企淨係需要煮個白飯就夠了,這樣便可以同朋友盡情輕鬆聚首傾談,不用花太多時間喺安排食物方面。服務員好有禮貌詳細咁解釋給我聽,黃同青咖喱的分別。原來黃咖哩係唔辣㗎,青就會比較辣所以我揀咗一個黃咖哩牛腩、半隻海南雞同埋Phathai汁菠蘿咕嚕肉。外賣包得好穩陣 醬汁另外分別用小盒包住回到家仍然保持熱度又無打瀉醬汁。黃咖哩味好濃郁並沒有被椰汁全掩蓋香料的味道,咖喱汁多味好,撈飯好開胃但牛腩嘅數量亦唔少,仲炆得入味又稔,唔錯。海南雞半隻大大盒,份量足。打開蓋就見到雞肉亮靚,望得到有肉汁,仲配二款 點醬汁好細心。雞肉好滑、嫩,味道人人讚好。咕嚕肉酸甜味較得啱我哋口味,醬汁唔會太多、剛剛掛滿肉粒同埋菠蘿配菜,可見廚房掌火到位。雖然拼盤我嗌咗個細碟頭只$32元,但係都有四款共八件,仲係蔗蝦、魚餅 、春卷及蝦丸,真係超抵。…Read More

幫襯尚鮮海鮮料理店多年,喜歡他們崇尚食材新鮮,店面雖小,衛生一向搞得好,食材多年保持高水準,抽風該唔錯,食完不會一身油煙味,且一段時間又有新款推出。今晚經過佐敦又心思思上去食火窩, 疫情關係佢哋把手衛生更加嚴謹,進門侍應便用酒精為我們噴手,令人心更加安。今次見他們推出了新火窩底"三高茶“,咋看心想食完會否就有三高。出於好奇在谷歌搜查,才知三高茶實為南非國寶茶,具有抗衰老功效,可清除有害人體健康的壞分子——自由基,也有預防腫瘤和冠心病的作用。既然有益就點三高茶鮮菌菇來試試,味清清淡淡來焯肉也夾順便去油膩。來到不免要點他們的安格斯肥牛同埋全人工手製嘅四色丸。 安格斯肥牛一如既往雪花均勻、肉色光澤鮮紅,不太肥,厚薄切得剛好。放喺茶湯內灼幾秒剛熟,入口嫩,油脂即溶肉味滿滿,滲出香濃牛肉味。四寶丸為鮮牛、鮮豬、鮮蝦及鮮墨魚丸,款款鮮材料人工手打,食得出的汁多肉彈牙,鮮肉刴碎搞成膠再人手達到彈牙,真係功夫菜。木耳鮮蝦雲吞及西洋菜香菇餃兩樣都係人手即日包製,食材新鮮味道醃得剛好。田園盛款款蔬菜均取材有機農田所以份外清甜爽脆 。…Read More

元朗老闆火鍋店對我嚟講不算陌生,因為有時都會在這裏食早餐及下午茶,貪佢款式多、材料足味道好。今晚同家人來試下呢度嘅火鍋,因見到在食譜上面嘅食材、窩底的相片,已覺得好吸引。這裏嘅鍋底有十幾個款式,個個都好吸引,搞到選擇困難再犯。近排天氣熱,又捱了幾晚夜,人燥熱疲困,況且家人唔食辣。所以就揀咗個極上雜錦海鮮鍋作底,這裏不只窩底款式多連配菜種類也很多,更抵讚的是有些窩底料可追加包你食到足,食材更大多有半份供選擇,真的貼心,以客為本,包可滿足廣大食客的需求。除窩底我多點了半份新鮮雞件及一碟菜,心想食住看情況再追加。醃料架送上時,心又再讚老闆的大方,連Xo醬都有,心情大好,食慾高漲。什錦海鮮上檯,齋是睇都已色、香俱全,湯色奶白奶白的,有大把大把的芫茜、一整隻蟹、一個魚頭、(鮑魚、蠔、蝦、蛤、青口各四隻)、冬瓜、粟米,更有稔軟的雞腳及豬筒骨。隨住湯煲滾嘅時候,滿滿嘅鮮香味傳來簡直係享受。海鮮樣樣都鮮味,以鮮蟹、鮮鮑及鮮蠔味道最好。鮮甜肉嫩,食到心滿意足。豬筒骨足足有四大舊,係一大碟,骨髓仲可以用飲筒嚟享用,骨連着很多筋肉,食到滿滿的骨膠原,真係真材實料。一個火鍋底足可供四人,而半碟鮮鷄件,鷄味濃、肉嫩、汁多,令我們食到不忍停。最後用菜索鷄汁海鮮的鮮,豬肉的甜,令普通的菜,味道都多層次起來。總的來說是美味滿足的一餐,正。…Read More

疫情至今超過500日,不能外遊真是很磨人。退而求其次食韓烤來滿足下韓癮發作的我。選左在旺角兆萬13樓平昌食韓式燒烤放題,貪那裏位置方便,店內環境幾寬敞,空氣抽風算 ok, 食完唔會太大油煙氣味。價錢合理,晚上都是每位$278,二小時內任點任食在「大君」和「世子」二個菜譜內的食物。款式好多樣,有生的也有已煮好的熱葷。咁樣自己燒又得,食D現成的來增加食物的多元化又得。一開始我點了八爪刺身沙拉,鮮美味的八爪魚配新鮮沙拉菜及芝麻醬超開胃,唔錯。香港人出名喜歡食海鮮,我也不例外,油蛤,半殼扇貝、虎蝦、半殼石蠔全點了來試。其中油蛤好多汁及重海水味,石蠔其貌不揚,別看了了瘦瘦但勝在蠔味好夠,yummy。蝦來說,燒的虎蝦肉彈味鮮但不及醬油蝦來得正宗韓味,值得試。肉類方面我揀咗新鮮唔同部位嘅牛有肉眼、T骨、牛胸腹肉、肥牛、牛排,哈哈哈仲有牛腸好韓地道呀。豬就點了護心肉同五花腩。各有各特色,肉質都上乘不柴又有肉汁。用脆嫩生菜,各式韓泡菜,大醬包來食都好味美。熟食我就覺得鰻魚及石窩飯唔錯。最後值得開口讚是店出單準且快,烤盤換得勤,飲品頗多選擇,多次取也沒有店員給你異樣眼光。二小時盡興飽啖美食而回。…Read More

有 vacation感覺的日式料理店

趁著晴空萬里,豔陽高掛的大好天,去大埔汀角路兜風解解忙碌的疲累。避開人多嘅大尾篤向着將於五月尾開嘅龍尾灘去看看。在路旁,意外發現醒目吸眼球的日本料理---名料理。在大尾督泰菜就食得多,難得找到清泉一於去幫襯解饞。環境開揚,店區分露天及室內兩部份,更驚喜是有少量車位可泊車,立碼加了不少印象分。本身環境唔錯,仲要在對面五分鐘的步程便可到有着長長幼沙的沙灘,好有 vacation的感覺。細看餐牌,價錢也頗合理。天氣太熱來個清淡的蟹籽沙律,沙律菜超新鮮,彈口的蟹籽配酸酸的汁,胃口即大開。飯前小食的燒雞軟骨及土匪鷄翼,燒得剛好,軟骨脆卜卜,鷄翼多汁、惹味。見廚房掌火唔錯,就點了磯燒的海鮮,來自製併盤。鮑魚個頭唔算細,肉質細嫩,熟而不韌,口味怡人。但燒蠔的肉質原來更嫩,胖胖的,仲有那鮮味的蠔汁,食完令人回味。榮螺以為會失色點,卻滿滿的意外,肉大大的又不韌,味道也很鮮味。最後試海蝦,絕不失色,鮮甜彈牙,值得 encore.主食要左碟黃金海胆炒飯,飯炒得肉眼可見粒粒鲜黄的海胆粒,而米粒同樣是粒粒飽滿分明,兩者完美的融合,又沒有多餘的油分在碟上。 飯面還鋪了誘人的黃橙橙的海胆,熱騰騰端上桌。見到已口水直流,食在嘴里感受海胆在舌尖融化的甘香,還有切碎的海鮮、魷魚鬚,真是色、香、味俱全。飯後來客香滑味濃的綠茶及芝蔴日式雪糕,為這美味的午飯畫上完美的句號。…Read More

近排天氣炎熱,疫情反覆,買外賣的次數增多左。好似今日咁,烈日當空,行到身水身汗,真唔想再困在悶熱的廚房裏面做晚飯。行過大埔昌運中心剛好一陣風吹來香噴噴誘人的鹵水味,遁味搜索一下是前方的禮記 潮州正宗鹵水鵝專門店飄來,整潔的店面,大大的玻璃後見到隻巨形的獅頭鵝,色相皆美,決定今晚的晚餐非牠莫屬。四點多,也要小排一會,前面的客人該是常客,讚店的小食組合較平時平25%超抵6款小食樣樣正及上次試的鹵水鴨不輸鹵水鵝,也是必食之選。搞到我心十五十六想是否要改變初衷跟試。到我下單時店員友善介紹說鵝是店的招牌,我再望那項大的鵝頭,肥美的鵝脾,決定還是先試店的鹵水鵝順帶點咗一塊滷豆腐及兩隻鹵水蛋回家。 師傅刀功很好砌好之後未色香味俱全。晚上回家只稍稍番熱,香味濃厚, 鵝片肉質條理分明,入囗綿軟有咬口,味道滷得入味,唔係死鹹及只有糖味,細味到鹵水料八角、花椒、桂片等唔同嘅味道,食後有回甘,真係正宗的潮州味道。配角嘅豆腐同鹵水蛋亦都絕不失色,豆腐大大件切到成六塊又滑又嫩又入味,蛋更加係 滋味無窮,五香粉同其他鹵水料混配得恰到好處,值得回購。…Read More

今日心血來潮去食久違嘅雞煲火鍋 ,一看店名覺得老板好用心,店如其名,就開在18樓亦專做雞煲火鍋,直接得來好洗腦。值得一讚,店好貼心,上雞煲前辣度有得揀,煲來時連二樽濃雞湯一起來, 方便食完一輪雞之後不用再找店員就可直接加湯打邊爐。見天口㷫唔想食辣所以今次揀左唔辣,以為味道會單一D,但都好有層次,味調得好好,雞醃到入哂味,肉質滑又唔嚡。QR code點菜便捷,很多款式揀,火鍋常見的食材都有,出單準且快。 雞煲嘅份量唔少,所以我哋今次就專攻海鮮類。鮮、爽、彈牙有脆肉鯇片同較少見的鱔片,後者仲要大大塊,驚喜異常。最開心仲有全無魚腥味浸得好稔軟嘅花膠,入囗黏黏的全是骨膠原。今餐值回票價。蝦又爽甜,蛤又美味,我們忍唔住 enncore左三四轉掛住食都冇點樣影相添。有一小插曲,在選單上,我們說蓮藕片、淮山、粟米片、秋葵等等都有,唯獨綠葉菜無,正發愁。去取飲品時才見足足有六款菜(菜芯、西洋菜、娃娃菜、生菜、A菜、另一款忘了在凍櫃內任取,想要多少自取便可。最後不得不提,店提供的眾多飲品中,桂花烏龍真合我意,好飲,全晚只飲它不作他選。…Read More
