今日和好友來到這家口碑相傳甚廣的喜來稀肉韓國烤肉店,品嘗正宗的韓式烤肉,領略流行已久的韓風。 前菜,有韓國特產~泡菜、洋蔥絲、豆芽,仲有一碗湯及生菜。大塊的五花肉肥瘦相間,在烤盤中把多餘的脂肪釋放出來,烤到微焦,吃起來更好,油而不膩,配上生菜包裏,生菜的清甜與五花肉的肉香完美結合,肉香中充滿著清甜。蔬菜拼盤有鲜菇、洋蔥、薯仔、南瓜,仲有印左字嘅雞脾菇,以往食烤肉都好少點蔬菜,烤起又幾好食!經店員推介,點左包韓國桃汁,入口桃味濃郁,口感香滑,甜品適中,、靠得住護心肉成塊狀,烤制時不停翻轉,使其肉均勻受熱,與爐火共舞顯出護心肉的獨特味道,嫩滑爽口,肉質分外細嫩,配上特制的蘸醬,飽實的肉感充滿口腔。喜來稀肉,拼成玫瑰花狀,咋看真似一朵嬌艷的玫瑰。薄狀的牛肉,在烤制中一定要掌握火候和時間,烤肉剛變色時這時的肉質最鮮嫩多汁,香滑可口,口感滋味極佳。富含膠原蛋白的豬皮是熟的,輕輕烤一下就卷起,豬皮鮮香的味道得到充分釋放,入口脆香,口感柔軟且彈性十足,飄香美味有嚼勁。豬大腸含脂質較多,脆韌殫牙,香滑耐嚼。烤牛腸唔係到處有的食架,牛腸的油脂滴到爐火中,吱吱的響聲發出誘人的脂香,烤熟後的牛腸表面金黃入口微脆爽滑,油脂恰到好處,一點腥味都冇。滿意的一餐,值得再來!…Read More

今冬夏意盛,但亦無阻礙大家絡繹湧向火鍋店,涮一涮邊爐,滿滿嘅鲜活,酒酣耳熱,眾賓喧嘩。嘗一口舌尖上的暖冬,正!上星期我就同左幾個三五知己去到佐敦吳松街嘅“尚鲜”,呢間餐廳唔係任飲任食,正正如此,質素方面先有保證,而湯底方面亦有令人意想不到的驚喜!我地點左個“蟲草花花膠燉雞腳”,大大煲好足料,花膠好大隻好厚肉,食落滿口膠質之餘又帶著蟲草花香,雞腳好腍滑入味,蟲草花仲爽口香甜,啖湯真係冇得彈,燉湯本身飲落就香過老火湯,加上重膠質的花膠雞脚,飲完滿口餘香,感覺嘴唇都黏在一起了!飲完煲靚湯,相比之下好似海鮮都變得略有失色!其實冇D咁個事😆!海鮮尚盛裡面有:海蝦、海蟹、帶子片、珊瑚蚌、廣島蠔、大花甲、聖子皇、是日活鱼等,拼盤不但砌得精緻,更是新鮮非常,蝦、大扇貝新鮮大隻,蟹肉好實正,帶子片珊瑚蚌好鮮甜!百花釀油條,油條酥脆,蝦膠鮮美多汁,醮上甜酸醬汁最美味,亦可以放湯裡浸一浸食,卻又是另一番的滋味!蔬菜幾時都不可或缺,田園盛,有粟米、雞脾菇、蘿蔔、金針菇、娃娃菜、生菜等,新鮮的蔬菜帶給人一種滿足感!估唔到喺佐敦嘅樓上餐廳咁有水準,以價錢黎講,湯就超抵飲,其他尚算可以,服務方面亦周到,下次會再來!…Read More

上星期,有幾個國內嘅生意伙伴來到香港公幹,我地當然要一盡地主之誼,所以當晚經朋友推介,我地一行六人去到尖沙咀金巴利道“石牆道”。餐廳裝潢非常典雅,極有韓國風格,店員幫我地安排咗間VIP房,間房都幾闊落經店長介紹下,我地點左幾樣地道韓國美食。首先先黎嘅係餐前9小碟,當中包括泡菜,海帶,魚仔,,蛋卷,青瓜白蘿蔔,菠菜,芽菜同鱿魚乾,份量不多卻味道非常的開胃;接著就係著名嘅醬油蟹,係以祖傳秘製醬油醃製,橘红亮麗嘅蟹羔,蟹肉十级鮮甜,完全無腥味,贏盡無限👍韓式牛肉刺身,生牛肉與雞蛋及梨絲攪均,牛肉肉質鮮嫩,梨絲清甜,味道好夾!!人參鷄湯味道清甜 參味濃郁 :)其後再有南瓜炆牛肋骨,海鮮薄餅,石頭鍋飯,韓式包豬肉等,呢一餐大家都感到相當滿意,生意伙伴都話好難得可以品嘗到咁正宗嘅韓國菜,不過價錢會比其他區份高少少,但一分錢一分貨,都係值得推介😊😊…Read More
