山長水遠來試,無可能裗叫午餐,所以在菜牌上選了陳皮燒肉鱿魚蒸肉餅套餐、蝦膏海蝦煲仔飯和雙色水餃。穿着制服的女侍應似乎不懂落單,比我們遲來十五分鐘的同枱客人已飯到湯到,我們連單都未收到,幾番追查,該女侍應原來已落班(時為12:20pm),擾攘一輪,我們的食物才到。先來的煲仔飯,原來是少少炒飯放在一大個瓦煲內,飯是炒得香,但蝦肉是要盡努力才找到可憐的幾粒,份量是少到不大胃口的我也覺得太少,我的是$78,和同枱的$65 午餐「煲仔飯」,除貴$13 外,是完全沒分別。肉餅也同一命運,友人吃不出有陳皮和燒肉味,$88 一份,和同枱叫的$65 肉餅午餐,也是除貴$23 外,完全沒分別。份量也很少,不夠伴一碗飯吃,友人最後是用枱上辣椒醬伴飯吃。雙色水餃說是signature,最signature 的地方是不知為什麼那麼普通也是signature,$48祇得 6 粒,不值。例湯的碗是特製的小,waiter 會倒瀉,客人也會。落錯單而出現的狗仔粉,送來幾次,已答了沒點,還再送來,大開眼界。是我太笨,不會再來。…Read More

新都會加埋葵涌廣場,食肆多到令人眼花撩亂,必然誘發選擇困難症,這店因為就近戲院,又有位,就試試吧。菜牌也是令人心花怒放,最吸引還是小火煱,鴨血是無可置疑最吸引,等了不久,便送來未煲熱蓋着的小鍋,店不算大,但也不致於擠迫,所以我太明白為什麼會怕小煱會造成危險。打開蓋,是眼前一亮,金菇紹菜冬菇豆腐鴨血魚卷蘿蔔粉絲辣椒堆得滿滿,其實對細食者來說,绝對是二人份。火一點也弱,一會兒已大滾,火猛得令湯汁翻出煱外,卜卜聲,金菇在熱煱裡的煙跳動,煙又在各種食物縫隙之間竄動,好不熱鬧,本來不太餓的我也變得胃口大閞,熱辣辣,濃濃的湯汁伴比着較清淡的食物,非常滋味,我竟可以吃到半碗飯。滾滾滾,好一段時間後,湯汁更濃,今時不同往日的我,這辣度對我來說已開始有點過火,油也已是我的極限,我問店員取了一杯熱水放進煱中,又變得很滋味。當最後祇吃剩辣椒和湯汁,我放進那塊方方正正、新鮮香脆的腐皮,看着它浮在煙和湯汁上,慢慢吸滿湯汁沉進鍋底,由方正變成一束,放進口中那熱那辣那香,是充滿儀式感的韻味悠長。…Read More

路過這店幾次,不是未開,便是我未夠餓。今天原本專程去吃韓式任吃烤肉,可是看完任取的食物後,連食慾也滅了。走在午飯時候的佐敦,處處是人,是久違了的熱鬧,我們想吃的食店都有人龍,唯獨這店在門外看祇有一對情侣在吃,也好,可以靜靜吃一場午飯。選擇困難症發作好一會,才選定炸豬腳、燒雞飯和啤酒。静静的喝着冰凉的啤酒,聽着歌,耐心等候即做、逐份做的食物,先來的燒雞,雖然是set lunch ($68),但絕不求其,好一隻大雞脾,咬第一口已知非同嚮,雞肉醃得入味,皮脆肉嫩鲜香,吃到尾還是每口都熱辣辣,雞脾是用心生燒(不是蒸熟再求其燒燒),才有這效果,配煎蛋白飯和蒜香豉油,簡單的滋味,in heaven!後來的、份量十足的炸豬腳 ($138),果然是鎮店之寶。坦白說,港式德國豬手,即使在餐廳吃,也是吃一百次,有一百零一次炒,死咸、硬、充滿防腐劑 (因為用超市貨色再加工)、貴,所以今次我也完全不抱期望。但是那盤炸豬腳剛送來,那肉香已令我改變決定,剝了一小片炸豬皮先試試,那不單是不得了的香脆,更是豬皮下的油脂也被炸得特級香糯,而且又完全乾爽,一點油的踪影也沒有,怕油如我,也即時完全放下防線,拿起整隻豬腳吃,皮好味外,豬腳的筋骨也極香軟,夾着骨與骨間的肉吃,喝口酒,是人間滋味!吃開了胃口,決定試試Banana roll,是薄pancake 包着香蕉,coat 了糖再煎,配雪糕和chocolate sauce,這樣美味精緻的甜品,祇是$38,What more do you want?…Read More

每次路過這裡都是大排長龍,次次緣慳。今天乘它剛開鋪沒有其他客人時,專程來試這裡的名物: 手造烏冬和雞脾,静静等候了差不多20分鐘,送來的手造烏冬的確新鮮彈牙,海帶和葱不少,湯熱燙,有鰹魚香,好吃。雞脾用蛋型不銹鋼碟上,附刀义,令我想起九州吃過的燒大雞脾,九州那次的雞脾是燒到皮漲泡,冒出鲜味無比的雞汁和芳香的雞油,刀一切開,煙一熡一熡,汁和油流在雞脾肉上,我冒着燙傷口的危險,一啖放進口內,後來索性拿起雞脾,大口大口吃,那一股原始人吃的滋味,是文明世界難得的痛快,至今難忘。可惜是眼前的雞脾祇是暖,切出來是有汁的,但雞的脂肪因沒有烤熱,狀態是固體,沒有成為液體,還深藏在雞皮裡,我期望的熱辣辣雞汁混着雞油和雞肉吃並不存在,更可惜是雞脾本來是味道醃得不錯,附着許多蒜粒,就是祇差那一點點温度,這雞脾就可以很美味。…Read More
