豉椒炒花甲豉椒配上甲殼類乃絕配之選，能帶出花甲的鮮味，用餐初期享用此道菜，有開胃之用，點到即止，又不會過分飽肚，而影響較後階段品嘗其他菜式。食甲殼類最怕遇到未開的貝殼，但這道菜每隻花甲都能開，足見店家的細心。柚子脆蝦球喜歡食香口食物的朋友一定會喜歡呢一道菜。外皮香口香脆，同時帶有柚子清新嘅感覺，食完感香胃。內裏蝦球能保留鮮味，未有炸得太老。整體值得一試。蒜片香煎和牛粒菜式不會過於油膩。能一口食完的和牛粒，放入口後牛油和蒜香散發於口腔之中，令人不禁再試一次，再度體驗和牛的滋味。當紅炸子雞（半隻）外皮香脆，內裏雞肉嫩滑，咸度、油份適中，就算再度品嘗也不會生厭。杞子魚湯雲耳浸時蔬咁多款菜中較為清淡嘅一個，魚湯飲落好有魚味，飲得出佢唔係一碗味精湯。再配上杞子、雲耳、同埋蔬菜，中和返之前各道餸的衝擊，令今餐更為完滿。櫻花蝦瑤柱蛋白炒飯前面的小菜對男仕們未必飽足，最後的炒飯可以滿足一眾大胃皇的口腹。炒飯夠乾身，粒粒分明，櫻花蝦、瑤柱的咸香為平平無奇的炒飯增添一份鮮味，又不過於油膩，讓人滿足感十足。…Read More

今日得閒，突然好想飲奶蓋茶，但又覺得唔太健康，跟住上網查左一查，見到有nuttea，加上佢係用堅果奶感覺上比普通嘅奶健康好多，所以就專登過去諗住試一試。我就嗌咗一杯粉紅莓果堅果奶蓋同埋伯爵朱古力奶蓋茶。伯爵朱古力奶蓋茶茶底冇咁甜，但佢嘅奶蓋偏甜，同埋有朱古力味，所以配搭起就覺得好好飲，而且又唔會覺得過甜。粉紅莓果堅果奶蓋嘅底係草莓沙冰，而佢嘅奶蓋就係士多啤梨味嘅，雖然話沙冰有啲甜，但係佢嘅奶蓋又唔係真係好甜，所以配搭係啱啱好。整體來講，會係想再飲一次！…Read More

今日同朋友行行吓街，覺得有啲肚餓，但又唔知食咩好，跟住突然之間聞到一陣好香嘅味，發現咗係一間串燒店，覺得好似幾吸引，跟住就行咗入去試吓。一入到去，環境同一般嘅串燒店唔同，油煙味又唔大，又唔會太嘈，亦都唔會俾人感覺好亂，個裝修亦都好簡潔同埋吸睛。呢度啲店員好好人，如果你係第一次嚟食嘅話，店員會同你逐個逐個介紹，亦都會同你講個爐係點樣運作嘅，超好人！！咁呢間串燒店係自助串燒，會有張Menu俾你自己揀，亦都會有一個飲品櫃俾你自己攞嘢飲。食物方面，我哋嗌咗好多嘢，當中最吸引嘅係雞中翼同埋牛柳粒。雞中翼並唔會好油膩，加上咁樣燒法，可以鎖住佢啲肉汁，令到佢唔會好乾。牛柳粒好彈牙，加埋佢提供嘅汁，簡直絕配！甜品方面，呢度可以燒棉花糖，外脆內軟，真係好正。而食到最尾仲有雪糕！整體來講，一定會再次嚟！！…Read More
