同朋友放工經過東涌東薈城,無意中發現6樓開咗間新扒房「金龍」,見到門口已經排咗一條人龍,心諗應該唔會差,決定排一排試下。餐廳裝修走懷舊港式路線,有啲似舊式香港西餐廳嘅影子,但又有少少現代感。入面坐位都幾寬敞,坐得舒服,唔會迫逼狹狹。我同朋友一齊order左兩個主食,再加兩杯童年回憶飲品,一齊分嚟食,啱晒放工後鬆一鬆又唔會太heavy。呢道係我哋一致覺得全場MVP!鐵板一上枱就「滋滋」聲加熱氣撲面,龍蝦開邊鋪面,蝦肉厚身彈牙,蝦膏香到不得了,唔會腥,仲幾鮮。中間嘅挽肉幾好食,令整個菜式層次更豐富。另外再跟一個意粉,夾住龍蝦肉一齊食,真係有種豪華版嘅feel,估唔到咁match!呢個焗飯就行另一個方向,成個焗飯香濃茄香味,唔會過酸。用料好足,入面有大蝦、魷魚、珍珠貝,啖啖都食到海鮮。飯粒偏向濕潤啲,但焗面做到微焦金黃,勁香脆,咬落有層次。整體好似港式焗飯融合少少西式做法,唔會太膩又好飽肚。另外,都同朋友一齊order飲品,因為太口渴所飲左先而無影到相。見到餐牌有呢兩杯童年回憶,即刻叫齊。黑牛係可樂加雪糕,雪糕慢慢溶入可樂,甜中帶少少汽水嘅刺激感,飲落即刻返童年;白牛係忌廉梳打加雲呢拿雪糕,冇黑牛咁heavy,帶點清新奶香,同焗飯配起嚟超夾。總結嚟講,「金龍」絕對唔係淨係靠裝修打卡,而係有心機做菜,每道菜都有啲新意思。無論係海鮮火候、口感處理,定係味道平衡都處理得唔錯。加上服務都幾有禮貌,價錢以地段同用料嚟講都算合理。下次會想試埋佢哋鐵板牛扒或者傳統扒餐!…Read More
