中秋翌日見天氣好,同愛人揸車去遠啲食晏,上網見呢間burger好似唔錯,一於試試。我叫左份經典漢堡套餐配熱咖啡,由於唔食牛,所以加$3將塊牛豬肉改為豬雞肉;愛人叫左份雙層芝士漢堡配可樂,另外再加左份炸薯條。首先上左份炸薯條,唔錯,啲薯條熱辣辣、脆卜卜,加上係用粗身好似薯角咁嗰種薯條,食落口感好好,我哋仲加$2加埋類似Shake shake粉嗰啲味粉,不過略嫌少左啲。跟住上兩份漢堡,噢,原來都有跟薯條架!不過就冇味粉,只好加茄汁。至於個漢堡,塊肉都幾juicy,而且唔太薄。愛人試左我嗰個一啖,佢話始終都係牛肉做嘅惹味啲。不過,我認為最值得讚嘅係個包,咬落唔單止熱,而且仲有脆邊,正!食包包食飽,呢餐只係$131。如果下次再嚟,我可以叫個輕量餐,聽店員講個包係細個啲,唔使食到咁包…Read More

尋晚有兩個朋友响荃灣駕車出嚟大圍搵我同男友食宵夜,於是我哋就去左屋企附近呢間新開o既串燒鋪度食嘢。可能因為已經12點幾,間鋪冇咩人。我哋四個人點左以下o既嘢食:由於我唔食辣,對嗰啲麻辣嘢冇意見,但男友話個麻辣鳳爪好味,辣得幾過癮。我必食o既燒韮菜,個味道唔錯,唔會勁多孜然粉。呢個好好味,我好鐘意。份量好足,比起平時响日本鋪食o既大好多,味道都唔錯。好多金菇,都幾大包。車厘茄好多汁,面層黑豚肉好香,個配搭幾好!另外仲食左幾串雞肉、牛丸、鴨棒、鴨胸、雞腎,本來仲想食鮑魚同扇貝,但已經賣晒有樣嘢幾值得讚,枱面上有辣粉比客人自己加,男友話個辣粉好正!總體而言,大部分食物都唔錯,而且坐得幾舒服,又有電視睇,以後除左飲夜茶,食宵夜又可以多個選擇…Read More

好新鮮嘅生蠔

幾個星期前,有日下晝同男友喺大圍火車站附近搵食,行下行下,見到垃圾房嗰條街,有間裝修幾靚,門口用木+玻璃砌成嘅舖頭,望入去有幾張石枱,我同男友都認為,呢度應該係開西餐廳。我哋見裏面有幾個人執緊嘢,於是行過去8下,問下食乜嘢,點知個老闆話係生蠔吧,仲要係即開即食嗰種! 嘩!正呀!我嘅至愛之一呀!我問老闆幾時開張,佢話過多兩個星期。於是我就攞定訂座電話,打算同朋友一齊去試試佢。上星期,我就同朋友去試呢間生蠔吧。我預早兩日打電話去訂10位,聽電話嗰個負責人好有禮貌,除左問我想食咩之外,仲問我有冇小朋友等等問題,可能佢哋新開張啦,所以啲態度好好,希望佢哋可以keep住就好喇! 喺電話度,個負責人首先問我想食咩國家嘅蠔多,佢話如果有特定想食嘅可以話佢知,佢就會預貨。我訂左男友最鍾意食嘅Gillardeau,然後我問會唔會有Ostra Regal啦,佢竟然好快同好肯定咁答:「有!」 真係估佢唔到呀!平時如果想食蠔,我通常都只貪方便會响CitySuper買,但就只會買到啲最common嘅蠔,但係我知我以後都唔駛去CitySuper啦,因為呢度啲蠔款又多,而且價錢唔貴,最緊要係唔駛搭車出去買。不過,興奮都要理性的。始終呢度新開張,我又未試過佢啲蠔係咪真係新鮮,我梗係唔訂咁多啦,加上有幾個朋友只係會食生蠔,唔係愛食生蠔,所以我total只係訂左3打生蠔10個人分,包括10隻Gillardeau、10隻Ostra Regal、10隻White Pearl,同埋6隻Coffin Bay。除咗生蠔,個負責人仲介紹我試下佢哋個豬肋骨,因為要預訂先有,其他牛扒同羊扒就可以去到先叫,又如果我哋10個人可以訂全條豬肋骨,大約有14-15支骨。我諗,我哋10個人有8個都係男人,仲要唔係細食嗰種,搵啲肉食飽佢哋都好喎~ 於是,我訂咗一條豬肋骨喇。嗰日我同男友大約7:30去到,見到佢哋已經set好晒枱(好似最後晚餐咁),基本上裏面放完我哋張10人枱之後,只係淨返一張4人枱,好似包場咁。呢間餐廳雖然都幾細,但都裝修得幾靚,啲櫈好舒服。由於呢度未有酒牌,所以唔收開瓶費,我同男友就喺屋企拎咗2支白酒同2支紅酒去。大約8點人齊,負責開蠔嗰個男人就對住啲我哋,企喺開蠔嗰個位度,一路開蠔,一路同我哋吹水。即開即食真係唔同啲嘅,啲蠔又肥又鮮甜,加埋淡海水,真係好味到不得了呀! 開蠔嗰個人見我食得咁開心,竟然送多咗兩款蠔比我食,一隻係Kumamoto,另一隻係Pacific Rock,呢兩款都好鮮好甜,正!!! 除咗生蠔,我哋仲叫埋珍寶牡丹蝦、甜蝦、珍寶帶子同翡翠螺,既然預咗食餐「蠔」嘅,咁都唔爭在啦! 嗰隻牡丹蝦,嘩哈哈,差唔多有我隻手掌咁長呀!(不過我手細)食完生嘢,我哋就食熟食喇。喺食完生嘢上熟嘢之前,嗰度原來有湯送㗎!好細心呀!個湯係芝士西蘭花湯,好飲!前菜方面,我哋叫咗1個牛肋條沙律、1個蝦沙律、2份黑豚肉卷。我本來想試吓個鵝肝㗎,但咁多人又唔知點分喎,跟住男友話下次同我兩個人嚟食,嘻嘻。 主菜我哋就有一條豬肋骨、兩塊西冷(個開蠔男話呢塊其實係叫New York Steak,我唔記得佢話係牛西冷隔離唔知邊度又短啲嗰條肉,由於我唔食牛,加上又掛住食,所以冇留意佢嘅解釋)同5份澳洲羊扒(呢度有兩款羊扒,我食呢款係貴啲嘅,$240/2件,另一款平啲嘅唔記得幾錢)。 嗰日接電話嗰個負責人真係冇介紹錯,個豬肋骨真係好好味,配菜啲薯仔都好甜。我問開蠔嗰個男人,嗰日接電話嘅係咪佢啦,佢話:「唔係,應該係大廚。」咁唔怪得佢推介我食呢個豬肋骨啦! 食完啲扒,我同另一個女仔朋友都已經好飽,但班大食男話要叫意粉,於是佢哋就叫咗1個卡邦尼意粉、1個白汁黑青口意粉+1個茄汁海鮮扁意粉。個卡邦尼嚟到,嘩,好香芝士味,而且上面加咗隻生蛋,好特別。雖然我好飽,但都忍唔住食咗一啖,正!跟住之後嘅白汁黑青口意粉同茄汁海鮮扁意粉我都冇食,因為實在太飽,但個開蠔男叫我試吓個黑青口,佢話出面通常都係用藍青口,而佢哋就用黑青口,話好食好多。好啦,既然人哋開到聲,又請咗我食兩隻蠔,咁我就食啦!不過,又真係幾好味喎。食晒枱面上嘅食物,大家都已經飽到捧住個肚,點知又有另一個男人問:「要唔要食甜品?我哋自己整㗎,送比你哋食丫。」我成日都話,食甜品係用第二個胃,咁梗係試啦。個甜品男話,佢哋啲甜品冇定話有啲乜,嗰日做乜就出乜。而我嗰餐就係homemade蘋果批加雲尼拿雪糕。個蘋果批好好食,唔係太甜,而且啲蘇皮好香,真係唔錯。食到飽一飽,我哋坐响度吹下水,飲下酒,由8點開始食到差唔多12點,但嗰度啲負責人都好好,冇話趕我哋走,反而仲同我哋一齊吹水添! 埋單嘅時候,個開蠔男話新張優惠,免收加一,埋單都只係$3900左右,即係一人$400有找,食咗咁多好嘢,都唔算貴。呢餐真係好滿足,而且食得好開心。 不過,呢度有樣唔好嘅係個地點比較難搵,我同男友因為住呢頭,又咁啱嗰日無無聊聊先撞到入嚟,有對情侶朋友住荃灣,佢哋話揸車嚟就好快呀,一出城隧就到大圍,但就兜咗幾次先搵到呢間餐廳,不過有街泊,話慳返啲泊車錢,算佢啦!仲有,我訂位嗰日其實打咗好幾個電話去先至有人接,唔好耐性嘅真係睬你都傻。不過總括嚟講,呢餐我好滿意 我諗,呢度好有可能會成為我嘅食堂之一。…Read More

真係估唔到,呢間喺屋邨嘅大排檔(前身係冬菇亭),竟然又平又好食,而且啲阿姐嘅服務態度仲好好,住喺沙田、大圍嘅朋友,真係可以搵日嚟試吓。一行八人去呢個大排檔食飯,雖然坐出面有啲熱,但開咗把大風扇吹住,都仲可以接受。基本上,呢度有嘅食物都同其他大排檔嘅無乜唔同,我哋見有4款孖寶,價錢都只係$108、$118、$128,而且又無話每枱只限一款之類嘅限制,於是我哋就叫晒4款,即8個餸。呢8個餸包括:芝麻雞、蝦、蒸倉魚、玫瑰雞、燒腩仔、菜、叉燒... 仲有一樣,諗唔起,另外我哋再叫咗3隻乳鴿、菠蘿咕嚕肉,同埋金銀蛋莧菜。勁多嘢食!!!啲餸上得好快,張枱放滿晒食物。我哋坐嗰張枱咁啱喺燒味部出面,望住師傅即炸乳鴿。嘩!真係好好食!但都只係$38一隻!正! 佢啲孖寶嘅份量都唔細,唔會話細細碟呃人嗰種,而且味道都好好!我哋成班人係咁食,又係咁飲啤酒,唔覺唔覺,竟然飲咗10支大啤!! 大排檔就係有呢樣好,大啤都只係十幾蚊支,酒錢都只係百幾蚊,就飲到個個醉薰薰!飲飽食醉嗌埋單,嘩!食咗咁多,飲到咁醉,都只係8百幾蚊,即係每人$110有找!!超值呀!我冇諗過屋邨大排檔會咁有驚喜,所以冇影相,但真係好值得推介。呢度唯一唔好嘅地方,係要用公厠,而且要行一段路仔先到... 由於嗰日裏面有大枱,我哋唯有坐戶外,但係有小強出沒!!!衞生差咗啲...但大排檔,係咁㗎啦,我接受。…Read More

噚日執銀包,竟然比我發現咗呢張單,所以今日一於recall返啲記憶,寫返個食評。由於我嗰陣未開始寫食評,所以無影相,但我對嗰餐食過嘅嘢都仲有啲印象。之前睇過其他人寫有關呢間餐廳嘅食評,正面居多,加上有一次我路經時諗住book即晚食飯,佢又已經full booking,咁我就諗:呢間嘢唔通真係咁正?見佢門口貼晒雜誌訪問,而且沙田、大圍一帶除左帝都酒店有生蠔食之外,都好難搵到有餐廳食生蠔同其他海鮮食,所以隔咗個星期之後我就預早幾日訂定位,同男友+另外2個朋友,一行四人就諗住到呢間餐廳到食餐「蠔」!不過,最後竟然有啲失望 。我哋坐喺最近門口嗰張6人枱,入面另外有兩枱(一枱係一家3口,另一枱係8個中年人)。我哋之前已經睇過呢間餐廳嘅食評,知道免開瓶費,於是我哋就自己帶咗兩支白酒去。入到去,我哋將兩支酒比咗個男嘅負責人,請佢幫我哋雪(嗰日臨上去前响惠康買嘅Oyster Bay,所以係完全唔凍嘅)。我哋去呢間餐廳嘅目的,梗係食生蠔啦。我打開個餐牌,見上面有好幾隻蠔揀,諗住試下啲唔同嘅口味啦,點知幫我哋落單嗰個男嘅負責人第一句就話:「餐牌上啲蠔無呀,今日得南非同西非。」 咁...我哋唯有每款叫半打share囉。比着平日,我哋幾個最少每人食4-6隻啦(印象中我有一次去Oyster Station,四個人就食咗4打,即每人12隻)。得兩款蠔,你話如果好食就話encore啫,但嗰次啲蠔就嘛嘛哋,奀咗啲,所以大家過咗口癮就算。喺我哋食完頭半打蠔之後,就諗住飲杯白酒啦,我哋叫個男嘅負責人幫我哋拎支白酒出嚟,佢竟然話:「你哋支酒未凍喎。」 吓?我哋諗住佢哋會醒目,幫我哋急凍支酒添,原來佢哋只係放喺普通溫度嘅雪櫃度,咁梗係未凍啦。於是,我哋就提議用個冰桶裝啲冰,比我哋自己急凍支酒(响個桶度不停咁轉支酒,等支酒每個位置都接觸到啲冰,以前睇「開心大發現」都有教過)。點知...佢哋用嚟裝白酒個冰桶好細,只係平時用嚟放夾落隻杯度啲冰嗰個size嘅桶,個桶裏面放得好少冰,支酒放咗落去根本轉唔到,所以我哋問會唔會有個大啲嘅冰桶比我哋啦,佢嘅答案係:「無,只係得呢個。」OK,算,照飲!除咗生蠔,海鮮類我哋仲叫咗一板海胆同2隻大帶子。嗰板海胆有5舊,都幾大舊,大約兩雙方指位咁粗(女仔手指),但味道較淡,我就唔係咁like。至於嗰4隻大帶子都幾大、幾甜,尚算OK。食完生冷嘢,我哋就食扒喇。我哋order咗一份羊架+一份安格斯牛扒share。因為我唔食牛,嗰塊牛扒就由佢哋三個分咗嚟食,佢哋話塊牛幾有牛味,幾香,唔錯 。而我有份食嘅羊架,羊味都幾重(我鐘意食羶),加上佢嗰個做法令件羊架裏面啲肉汁都保存得幾juicy,所以我覺得唔錯 。食完扒,因為大家都唔夠飽 ,所以再叫多碟卡邦尼意粉。呢個卡邦尼都幾夠芝士味,味道都唔錯,但個份量就少咗啲(可能因為我哋4個人分)。由於我哋慳咗啲食蠔錢,所以決定再叫嘢食。我哋再叫咗一個大蝦湯+一個野菌湯+一個黑松露扁意粉。呢兩個湯嘛嘛地,有啲淡,我哋兩碗都飲淨三份一。但好彩,個黑松露扁意粉唔錯,食到香味。埋單嘅時候,喺嗰度做嘢嘅女仔笑容親切咁問我哋,啲嘢食O唔OK,我哋話:「OK啦。」就係因為呢個女仔,令我比返少少服務分呢間餐廳。嗰個男嘅,我唔可以話佢係無禮貌,但做餐廳呢種服務行業,即使你係老闆都應該要親切啲對客人,介紹吓啲食物丫,佢太冷漠喇。總括而言,呢間餐廳嘅生蠔一般,而啲扒同意粉就唔錯,可以試下 。呢餐連加一埋單HK$1683,即係我每人食左$400蚊多啲,但係滿足唔到蠔癮,食得又唔飽,所以有啲失望 。呢餐嘅食物同價錢:南非生蠔X6 $175西非生蠔X6 $180海胆1板 $250大帶子X2 $110羊架X1份 $178安格斯X1份 $288卡邦尼意粉 $88黑松露扁意粉 $128大蝦湯X1 $45野菌湯X1 $38水X1(大)$40…Read More

好耐之前收到八道嘅宣傳單張,其實都已經想試吓,但有朋友話唔好食,所以之後打消咗呢個諗頭。前幾日,我同男友+朋友約左9點幾一齊食飯。我哋嗰日唔想打邊爐,又唔想打冷,最後,我哋決定去八道,試一試佢。去到門口,我哋見到張海報寫有宵夜時段,$98/位,我哋見差半個鐘左右就到宵夜,咁梗係等啦。望入去,見到都坐滿晒人,生意好好咁。攞嘢食張枱都有幾多嘢食,旁邊仲有一個甜品生果櫃。等左半個鐘多啲,差唔多10點,我哋就有位喇。我哋坐喺最近食物枱隔離嘅4人卡位,拎嘢食好方便。我同男友出去拎嘢食,嘩!有青口食喎!我本身唔係咁鐘意食肉,最愛食海鮮,冇諗過宵夜時段都會有青口供應。嗰盤青口好大盤,絕對唔係正價時段食淨,比人揀完揀淨咁嘅樣,而且隻隻都脹卜卜,我第一轉就拎左12隻,之後再拎多左兩次,keep住食。除咗青口,仲有好多唔同方法醃製嘅肉,男友拎咗啲牛肉、雞翼、芝士腸、牛仔骨等等,我哋坐低之後,朋友就自己出去再拎咗啲泡菜返嚟食。我唔食得辣,所以只係試咗好少好少泡菜,但個味道都唔錯,幾醒胃。男友話呢度啲嘢食,好過我哋上次去尖沙咀食嗰間(唔記得叫咩名,間食店喺搭船去澳門嗰幢一廈嘅對面幢大廈。對唔住,我係路痴,除咗沙田同大圍,其他地方我都唔識路)。男友話出面食韓燒,所有肉個味道都係一樣,但八道啲肉真係食到有唔同嘅味道,而且仲幾好食添!八道有用餐限時,無論係正價定宵夜時段,每節都係90分鐘。我哋由10點開始食,食到11:30,我同朋友各飲咗兩枝細樽啤酒(另外比錢的,不過唔記得幾錢),男友就勁飲免費豆漿,再食埋生果甜品,每人都只係$130左右,都算幾抵食。…Read More

上幾個星期六去新城市睇戲,3點幾開場,咁我同男朋友就去食晏先。本來諗住食Tripel O,但見呢間日式鐵板燒未食過,啲價錢60-70左右,咁我哋兩個就諗住試一試佢啦!點知...早知食Triple O啦!成層都係食店,唯獨係呢間唔使等位,去到門口同個侍應講兩位啦,佢無應我哋,拎住兩本menu,行咗去最近嗰張二人枱度放低左,我同男友唔知佢嘅意思係咪叫我哋坐嗰張,我哋無郁,跟住佢拎轉頭見我哋仲企响門口,先至話:「呢張丫。」坐低之後,我點咗個黑毛豬(好似$60左右),男友點咗個西冷(好似$70幾),我哋都有加廿幾蚊轉做套餐,多個湯、沙律、前菜同飯/烏冬。嗰片黑毛豬嘅厚度只係好似肉片粥啲肉片咁,而且淡而無味,無肉味,無調味,好在有碟汁點下咋... 男友塊西冷尚算可以接受啦,我無試到,但佢話味道一般。我哋用咗大約20-30分鐘食完埋單,嚟收錢嗰位阿姐(望落似高級少少的),又係對客人無禮貌嘅... 埋完單,一句「多謝」都無,收完錢就走開咗 我哋終於知道點解呢間嘢唔使等位喇..........…Read More

一年四季,我同朋友都好鐘意打邊爐。大家都係沙田或者大圍人,以前都常都會响返附近打任食火煱,但呢排我哋一諗打邊爐,就會想去盛記。近呢兩個月,我哋就食咗3次。第一次去盛記打邊爐,由於有4大1細,我費事朋友帶住個B等位,所以預先打電話訂咗位。我哋無咩點睇價錢,揸住個餐牌係咁叫鍾意食嘅嘢。印象中,我哋叫咗個芫茜皮蛋湯底、黑豚肉、午餐肉、肥牛、羊片、脆骨腩、芝士腸、響鈴等等,總之成張枱放滿晒嘢食。嗰次最令我哋印象難忘嘅係,盛記嘅火鍋料好大份,而且好新鮮。鍾意用午餐肉打邊爐嘅朋友都知道,出面啲師父刀工一流,可以片到啲午餐肉薄一薄,有時滾耐左都可能會搵唔返。但係盛記嘅午餐肉就唔同,我唔記得總共有幾多件,但我肯定佢係厚切嘅,而且拼埋咁多件,個份量我諗有一罐咁多,真係好有口感!除咗午餐肉,其他嘅料都好大碟,我哋4個人不斷飲啤酒,不斷食食食,最後都食淨咗啲。 到埋單時,記憶中好似食咗700幾,但到嗰時我哋先發現,原來有個4人套餐,而且有嘅料同我哋叫嘅差唔多,價錢好似500左右。嗰次打邊爐,尤於朋友個仔得兩歲,所以迫佢坐响BB櫈唔准落地。但打邊爐一嚟就幾個鐘,小朋友邊有咁好耐性呢?正當阿B大叫之際,嗰度有位戴眼鏡嘅哥哥就响雪櫃拎咗支益力多比阿B飲,當堂乖咗! 由於第一次去盛記嘅印象實在太好,所以第二次我哋就同第二班朋友去嗰度,帶佢哋去試一試。今次一行5人去盛記,可能我哋夜去,好似都9點幾,响無訂枱嘅情況下,我哋都有位。我哋叫咗嗰鴛鴦湯底(麻辣+芫茜),叫咗個4人餐,另外再加點午餐肉、鵝腸、羊片。今次去食,我哋又有另一個驚喜。我自己本身唔食鵝腸,但啲朋友就好鐘意,佢哋一致認同啲鵝腸超正! 佢哋話出面食親嘅都係「拿」到無晒味,硬掘掘嘅,但盛記係用鮮鵝腸。雖然我唔食,但我都知鵝腸係咩樣,我見佢哋食嗰啲係粉粉哋色,脹脹哋,個樣真係同响酒樓任食,或者打冷舖見到嘅唔同㗎!呢幾個朋友食完一碟之後話唔夠喉,之後又再encore多一碟鮮鵝腸。呢餐我唔係好記得幾多錢,因為有人請,但應該都唔係太貴,我估大約$200/人。唔知係咪食鵝腸食到上癮,一個星期後,呢班朋友又話去盛記打邊爐。於是,我就去左第三次盛記。今次我有訂位,因為早食,而且天氣熱,班大爺要坐冷氣房。呢次食嘅嘢同第二次食嘅差唔多,因為佢哋都係為咗啲鮮鵝腸而嚟,所以都無咩好講。總括而言,盛記打邊爐係好嘅選擇,值得推介。…Read More
