先講service,7點半前到達,等了少於30分鐘便可入座, 驚喜!間格設計也讓人座得很舒服,人手絕對是供不應求,那位副經理幫我們落了單,讓我們呆等30分鐘後, 才發覺原來漏了單,他當然要厚著面皮再重新落單,前後擾攘了差不多1小時才可上菜。菜譜上的價錢, 不算貴也不是很便宜,相信是想走中檔路線。奈何食物的水準卻不值此價,滿以為到"最著名小籠食店"可以吃到最好的小籠,卻令人非常非常失望,皮厚、又少汁, 此乃小籠大忌,真不明白為何能被捧為"珍品"。一般小籠應有最少20褶, 這裡的小籠只有14褶,師傅可能太累了, 小籠的頂更只是胡亂的掐在一起,如此小籠比起那些即食小籠還要差。現評評當晚點了的菜:1.蟹黃小籠: 蟹粉少得可憐, 絕不能與東海、鴻星那些比較;2.松茸小籠: 松茸的味太濃, 完全蓋過肉味;3.蟹黃魚翅小籠: 整晚唯一尚可的小籠, 頗多魚翅, 但蟹黃較少。4.蟹黃灌湯蝦球, 用蝦膠包著生拆的蟹黃, 蘸上麵包粒炸脆,只可用"油膩"去形容, 因為蝦賿是散的, 一點也不香脆, 加上麵包粒吸了太多油(可能沒有翻炸), 油得令人吃不消...埋單差不多$250~~這晚的小籠, 令人失望, 簡宜係我咁耐以來食到最難食既小籠, 絕不會有下一次。…Read More

見到咁多人讚文華的high tea正, 有機會同男友一試, 果朝連早餐都無食。去到3點幾, 都幾多人, 待應非常有禮貌的帶我們入座, 聽到我有兩聲咳, 佢仲話不如帶我地去較遠離吸煙區的座位, 好細心! 即刻加曬分!叫左份tea set for two, 待應即問想飲d乜, 叫左cappuccino同hot chocolate。男友的hot chocolate是壺上的, 好精緻, 味濃但不太甜; 我的cappuccino上有朱古力粉or肉桂粉?造成的文華酒店標誌, 有心思之作, 味道當然是正啦, 飲完條脷無酸酸的感覺。等左5分鐘, 個set未到, 待應主動黎講話唔好意思, 幫我地催緊。10分鐘後, 個set都仲未到, 待應萬二分歉意咁追第二次。其實我地一直都傾緊偈, 無出過聲, 但d待應就好主動同細心幫我地追order。個set終於都黎喇, 3層既, 初初以為件件的的骰骰咁, 就算食曬都未飽, 點知到最後是飽到上心口~~ 記唔曬tea set中的所有食物, 大約都有以下咁多加埋食後感:2個菌類(內裡的好似是冬菇)酥角面頭有黑芝麻–好香好好味2個mini牛角包–麻麻地, 諗左2個mini煙肉批–普通啦8條mini sandwishes (三文魚、粟米+雞肉、吞拿魚及白色的cheese), 全部都好好味, 一啖一件, 好正呀!2個english muffin - 配clotted cream正d1個普通muffin –配rose jam or clotted cream 都一樣咁正2件mini香蕉方cake –不太特別1個青提子撻, 男友話甜左d1件mini紅莓cheese cake –d cheese好軟滑, 正!1件mini cheese cake 有好似拿破倫面的, 男友面好脆口, d cheese好滑, 夾得好好2粒酒味軟心朱古力–太甜, 接受不到1 兜rose jam –個人口味接受唔到咁甜1 兜clotted cream –正x 10次2小杯的藍莓cream? –好正!最正既係:1.Clotted cream, 最初唔知係寶, 唔試尤自可, 一試就唔停得口, 又香又滑, 好清甜, 一點也不肥膩, 好似雪糕但又不會溶, 總之就正到不能形容, 成兜清曬。2.另付2小杯的藍莓pudding?應該不是pudding,似cream多d, 又滑又清甜, 加埋上面的blueberry preserve, 正呀! 好想食多杯, 不過已經好飽, 再食唔落任何野。食完個tea set, 叫待應比兩杯水我地食藥, 佢即刻遞上兩杯有少少熱但入到口的水比我地, 非常咁細心, 果然係一流同專業既服務。有機會的話我一定會再去多次, 試下佢既blueberry cheese cake。…Read More

假期第一天同家人(共四人)出去吃晚飯, 5:45pm原本諗住食元氣壽司, 但太多人,最終都係去左友田, 因為附近實在無乜日本菜好食。幫襯左幾年, 知道佢地既班底原是由帝都嗰間櫻田過來的,但價錢當然平d。最初幫襯時嗰度既經理同待應既服務非常好, 而且日文非常流利, 又有好多日本客人因此印象非常深刻, 加上食物好味, 不久己成熟客。尋晚再去既時候, 發覺d經理同待應換曬人, 心想師傅會否都轉埋人呢? 好彩, 雖然d服務無以前咁體貼, 食物方面仍能保持水準。尋晚order左:1.軟殼蟹手卷(4客) -- 唯一可與元氣"鎮店之寶"軟殼蟹手卷比美的, 軟殼蟹炸得剛剛好, 粉不厚, 不乾, 加埋青瓜絲、蟹柳同蟹子, 不點醬油也好好食, 每次黎到必點菜色之一。2.炭燒羊扒(1客兩件) -- 羊扒非常嫩滑, 只有一丁點的羶味(如連這一丁點羶味都無, 怎算是吃羊呢)3.韓式泡菜牛肉飯-- 大過碗牛肉飯, 因無試味所以未能給予意見。4.子母炒飯(三文魚子+三文魚) -- 材料好多, 一大兜, 份量多過泡菜牛肉飯。飯炒得好乾身, 好香。5.天婦羅定食-- 天婦羅一向都有水準, 漿薄, 蝦有蝦味但爽, 可惜碗飯不是珍珠米,唯一美中不足之處。6.雜菜烏冬-- 個湯清清地, 烏冬係偏身嗰隻, 有趙口, 好味。7.海膽壽司-- 唔夠爭, 無得食, 根據細佬既意見係, "正!好過元氣多多聲~"8.三文魚刺身-- 無食, 但見d三文魚的脂肪紋分佈得既平均, 同埋以9.9秒速度被掃清, 應該不差掛~9.牛油焗雜菌-- 比以前差左少少。整體上食物都keep到水準, 但見佢既舖面已縮左幾多下,擔心好快無得食, 走既時候差不多7:00pm, 已坐左差不多一半人, 有檯成10人既日本客。有vip咭有8折, 折後$495, tips $20, 4個大食既人差不多啦, 最緊要好食。…Read More

食物唔得, service更差!

因為有coupon, 抱著一試的心態去試下呢到的壽司, 結果覺得佢既menu同價錢好似對面元氣, 但食完差點激到一肚氣。有以下小小意見:a. 食物我同男友去, 試左以下的壽司:1. 炸軟殼蟹手卷-- 炸得太乾, 味道不及元氣, 可能是沒有醬的原因2.吉列炸蠔手卷-- 飯多過蠔, 蠔細隻, 炸得乾3. 北海道蟹棒-- 如預期的一樣, 蟹肉清甜, 與元氣的松葉蟹蟹腳壽司味道一樣4.牛肉壽司-- 半生熟牛肉壽司, 成晚第二好食的, 牛肉好滑, 伴以少許芥辣名蔥花, 幾好味5.鴨胸壽司-- 大塊過元氣的鴨胸壽司, 但薄d, 全晚最好食的壽司6.火灸帶子壽司-- 好似bbq時的半生熟帶子, 外表得意而已。7.火灸鰻魚執司-- 鰻魚成條比曬你,好長, 味道一般8.麵鼓湯, 成$9一碗, 去日式超級市場買包粉返屋企沖好過。總括而言, 手握壽司的飯比較實一點, 比元氣那些機制的"一夾即爛"壽司飯口感好一點。但我唔明為何佢無傳統八爪魚壽司~b.服務我地到達既時候已經係2100hrs, 坐左一半人都無, 得兩人落order, 好難叫到人。落左2碟蟹棒壽司, 食完first round 6碟都未到, 追完waiter兩次, 黎一碟, 已過左15 mins, 食完第三round, 前前後後搞左半個鐘, 追左第四次, 先黎埋果碟蟹棒壽司。果時d客又唔係多, 師傅有3個, 都唔明點解可以催咁多次都仲miss order。好失望!茶自己添啦, washabi都唔見有,埋單都仲要等多10mins...唉, 今時今日咁既服務態度點得嫁~…Read More
