First of all, when we called for a waiter to order, he was like dreaming. We ordered mushroom risotto but beef risotto was made instead. When the dish finally arrived, the rice was totally raw and hard. The waiter tried to argue with us that risotto was 'like that' and implied that we had never eaten risotto. We asked him to try it himself, he was like if you wanted it to be 'well done' then we can cook longer for you (but still not willing to accept that it was their fault). Then, the manager came but still trying to argue with us they were right. I believe the whole point was not to argue with customers and in fact, we were not being rude or anything, we just wanted them to know the fact. When we entered the restaurant, the servers there totally ignored our existence. After we have sat for like 15 min, still no one came to approach us and passed us the menu! I believe the waiters and waitresses would only serve those customers that they believe are 'VIP'. Especially for the 'seems like' woman owner there, her eyes were at the forehead. When we ordered food and thought for few minutes, she already showed us her annoying face. She is definitely very disrespectful and impolite. Although we did not order those very pricy dishes and we were not those VIP customers, the bill costed us more than $1000 for just 5 adults. Morever, we had a baby but the servers did not ask at all whether we needed a high chair and the table next to were sitting very closed to us (almost blocking the whole seat of our baby) but no one there had said anything to give us more space. We had to rearrange all the chairs ourselves to make ourselves room and the servers there just totally ignored us AGAIN!
