純潔的淨白配上時代感的銀色裝潢,感覺是一間韓式的個性餐廳,好奇為何沒有半點油煙,發現原來個爐附近有抽風位,一邊燒,一邊抽風,油煙不會焗在餐廳裡。點選了燒牛拼盤,有M4及M5的西冷扒、肉眼、牛肩肉。每款都有不同的口感。 先燒肉眼和西冷,肉味濃又軟淋淋,肉質好,不用燒太耐,五成熟就剛好。牛肩肉是我的最愛,肉質嫩,肉汁濃,用大火先燒兩片,鎖住了表面,令內裹肉汁鎖得更好。五花豬肉亦很有特色,切得厚薄適中,燒好後包著生菜食,菜的清新中和了肉膩。果汁選擇多,解解燒烤的口渴,鮮果汁真材實料。…Read More

刺身質素相當唔錯,除咗帶子、三文魚相當厚身外,仲有不同種類嘅甜蝦,個人最愛有頭甜蝦,無雪味腥味而且十分鮮甜。各類火灸壽司質素都相當唔錯,食到魚肉經火槍燒過之後滲出嘅油花。熟食方面,各類炸物、串燒同日式料理都幾有水準,例如炸芝麻雞翼食得出係即叫即炸,唔係炸定夾畀你。牛脷雖然調味重手咗少少,但都食得出入面幾多汁同柔軟。但我至愛燒鯖魚,除咗燒得剛剛好外,魚肉亦一啲唔鮮仲相當肥美,平時吉野家加配一件都要加十幾蚊,但𠵱家可以任點,真係一唔小心就食多咗幾嚿。…Read More

星期六晚上約朋友飯聚,朋友建議去中環食,看了看餐廳的餐牌,大多都價錢偏貴,突然在威靈頓街見到有一間老撾餐廳,價錢合理,食物選款多,本著一試無妨的心態入去。老實說,老撾菜的第一印像有點似泰國菜和越南菜,都是湯粉、米紙卷、炸魚餅、炸蝦餅、沙律等......最後叫左兩碗湯米 (牛肉湯米和墨魚扎肉湯米)、青芒果沙律、炸魚餅、燒豬頸肉、士拉差牛油雞翼、豬肉春卷等。全部食物當中,最有特色的是湯米,它的湯底用上了一些香料,包括薄荷葉,令味道層次豐富而突出,米粉可以講「好有米粉味」,這並不是誇張,米粉入口順滑,食吃有一陣米香味,是筆墨難以形容。另外,士拉差牛油雞翼亦值得推薦,牛油味香濃,而餐廳將雞翼以單骨製作,食起黎更入味、更方便。餐廳的炸物都很惹味,魚餅、燒豬頸肉、豬肉春卷全部都整得好好味,而且各款的價錢只不過是四十多元,咁平可以叫多幾款食。食吃今次老撾菜,印象很深刻,覺得它結合了泰國和越南菜的特色,而擁有屬於自己的味道,去開中環可以再去多一次。…Read More

今日帶一個來自廣州的親戚遊尖沙咀,行完K11、Isqure、海港城後,有點累和餓,碰巧見到廣東道旁的商廈有樓上茶餐廳,於是上去帶親戚見識一下香港茶記風味。六合小廚會聚所有香港茶記食物,如魚旦粉麵、車仔麵、小炒、燒味、碟頭飯等,下午飯後時間人數都不少,要由侍應安排才有位,看了看餐牌,最後點了金牌燒味拼盤飯、蒜香雞翼和凍檸茶。金牌燒味拼盤飯有齊各款燒味,包括燒鴨、油雞、叉燒,燒鴨和油雞都用了肶位,十分矜貴,叉燒蜜味濃,肥瘦適中,盡顯廣東燒味的味度。至於蒜香雞翼,炸得香透,蒜味重,為不錯的小食。以尖沙咀的位置來說,這間餐廳的食物和性價比都不俗了。…Read More

今日下午,要過中環開會,回程的時候在中環碼頭見到有一間賣fish and chips的鋪頭,叫白鬍子炸魚薯條。除了fish and chips,白鬍子炸魚薯條還有賣炸海鮮,如炸蠔、炸蝦、炸魷魚、炸魚餅等。今次點的東西有了一口炸魚薯條、白啤酒炸生蠔和lemonade,共花了百多元。一口炸魚外皮鬆脆,魚肉嫩滑,富魚味,一口一粒,進食十分方便,薯條🍟炸得黃金,條條熱辣辣,咩熱氣完全一於少理。至於白啤酒炸生蠔,外層包著脆醬的生蠔依然鮮嫩,蠔肉大隻肥美,加少少檸檬汁更加正。吃到口乾乾,飲返口lemonade,檸檬味清一清個口,解渴之如又減低油膩感。…Read More

工作了一星期,想離開繁忙的市區,呼吸一下新鮮的空氣,於是約了朋友去大埔踏單車,來到科學園的時候,正好午膳時間,看了好幾間餐廳,價位都比較高,行到WM Cafe 門口,見到裡面食客的食物賣相不錯,而價錢又合理,於是入去試一試。它的午市選擇有意粉、漢堡、沙律、薄餅共十四款,如果嫌不夠食可加十元有餐湯和加十八元有甜品,最後點了蜜糖芥末煙火腿薄餅和安格斯牛肉芝士漢堡加餐湯和甜品。是日餐湯為磨茹湯,菇味濃郁,很多材料,飲完湯便上主菜,蜜糖芥末煙火腿薄餅size 大概十吋,為薄身薄餅,上面鋪滿濃濃的芝士,芝味十足,而漢堡size極大,漢堡肉煎得恰到好處,能保持裡面的肉汁,蕃茄和生菜都新鮮,口口鮮味,一個包已令人食得飽飽,但更飽都要吃最後的甜品,當日的選擇有意大利芝士蛋糕和紐約芝士蛋糕,兩者之中選了紐約芝士蛋糕,味道不錯,令整個午餐劃上完美的句號。…Read More

家人生日,有人提議外出打邊爐,在網上看了看,訂了寶哥火鍋味館。它的火鍋是任飲任食,分$188、$238和$288三個價錢,$188包5款日本刺身及任飲啤酒汽水,238包6款日本刺身、海鮮牛肉拼盤及任飲啤酒汽水,$288包象物蚌、海鮮牛肉拼盤和汽水紅白酒任飲,今次我們選擇了$238這一個。火鍋店的湯底選擇也不少,有招雞煲、猴頭菇鯊魚骨湯、海鮮冬陰功湯、銀杏胡椒豬肚湯等,款式大路,老人家最後選了鴛鴦(沙嗲及清湯)湯底。組合包括的日本刺身味道好,新鮮又肥美,是不錯的火鍋前小吃。吃完刺身,便點火鍋配料,它的種類也不少,基本上說得出都有,除了送的海鮮拼盤、牛小排、三寶丸,點了魚腐、魚皮、竹笙、百花釀油條和生菜。海鮮拼盤有鮑魚、鮮蝦、蠔、蚌,款款新鮮,味道清甜,三寶丸中的墨丸尤其出色,用料十足,牛肉和其他豆製蔬菜都不錯,最重要的是,無漏單和份量足值得一讚,大家埋單離開時都飽到行不到,十分滿足。…Read More
