新加坡的胡椒蟹風味胡椒蟹鋪上滿滿的黑胡椒獨特醬汁,在炎熱的東南亞地區成日食到,呢個亦係樂天經典既招牌菜式,今次特地試下。天氣寒涼,凍到無咩胃口,就是要來點重口味的美食增加食慾,胡椒蟹比起傳統廣東的薑蔥蟹,黑胡椒醬的料理方式其實更難入味,但出奇地好味,蟹蓋上鋪滿濃香的黑椒汁,每啖都佔上醬汁,非常惹味。特別喜歡香口炸野,叫了椒鹽淮山,淮山爽口又健脾開胃,外脆內爽。另一款必點香口炸野係黃金炸蝦,又脆又香口,每啖都食到香濃咸蛋香,蝦球又大隻。食了不少香口炸野,點了杯檸檬薏米水清熱,再點盅淮山螺頭湯滋補養生一下。
