好友明哥快要移民, 雖然跟他相交不深,但頗投缘。所以一定要請他吃好一點 ! 得知他喜歡吃牛, 好友為好好保護我的錢包所以建議一起去吃烤肉放题。經多位友人推介, 選了性價比很高的中環盛八吃飯。此店位於中環, 離central MTR站 只需步行10分鐘,地點方便。地方寬敞,桌子也很大, 我多點食物也不怕! 吃得頗舒服!此店提供2小時任吃放題, 有豬、牛、雞和海鮮、麵食等30多款食材,仲可以任飲果汁和及酒, 絶對適合大胃王。前菜吃了盛八豆腐和野菜沙律, 豆腐清甜野菜也很新鲜, 我點了才知蠢。只因這店的上菜速度極快, 吃放题當然是點好吃, 貴和吃不飽的東西 !每位客人均送上 香草牛油究極龍蝦, 龍蝦很新鲜彈牙和多膏, 此蝦蝦味很濃。海鲜有活蛤和花竹蝦活蛤鲜甜多肉, 絶對冇沙要多點。花竹蝦肥厚新鲜, 只是要多點時間燒但也是值得的。以這個價, 無限任點, 怎能不多點 !放題重點當然是鹿兒島和牛, 和牛是薄切, 肉質鮮脂肪的分佈平均。燒大約30-40秒即熟, 入口即溶肉味不算濃但我吃完一碟又一碟, 結果吃了15碟 。牛肋骨有油份, 又不太油加上有點彈牙如嫌鹿兒島和牛太肥可以多點。其他豬和雞味道也不錯但不及牛吸引,所以我很重點地吃牛。甜品是 波波雪糕球。其實是 淡淡清甜的豆腐味雪糕, 豆腐味的食物是我至愛,這是一道很棒的甜品。…Read More

今晚去荔枝角見完客,沿住青山道行,自己一個人去覓食,經過呢間餐廳,見到門口的價錢牌唔係貴,而且款式有好多,就決定入去幫親吓.入到餐廳,座位唔算多,大概坐到30人,晚市都比較滿座.由於見客已經用盡我所有energy,所以我點左個意大利雲吞同埋一個牛扒.意大利雲吞,唔似出面淨係得麵粉,入面係有蟹肉,而且肉質鮮甜味美,份量仲要好大份。香煎美國安格斯西冷,牛扒我要六成熟,切開見到肉仲係嫩嫩嘅粉紅色而且冇血水滲出,證明火力同溫度剛剛好,外層完全鎖住左牛既肉汁,入口有彈性和味濃,好有咬口。我見到好多台客都有叫 tiramisu ,本來想叫一個外賣比太座,點知。已經賣哂,老闆娘見我有少少失望,就同我講,呢度D甜品好受歡迎,叫我下次一定要襯早,咁唯有下次拍拖再過黎食啦.由於我埋單走人果陣已經接近九點半,我見到員工放左一盤蟹起台面,八掛之下一問,原來係人手續隻蟹拆肉黎煮嘢,唔怪得頭先我食既意大利雲吞入面既蟹肉咁鮮甜啦.…Read More

時代廣場最近做緊高達展覽,我當然要跟友輝去大影特影一番啦,我倆決定平日來影,一來少人,二來搵食比假期易!經過個多小時的高達之旅後,我倆決定起附近搵間餐廳開餐,岩岩影完高達,當然要食日本菜啦,咁先夠夾架嘛。登龍街出名多野食,而家成橦大廈都集合左唔同既餐廳,我地今次幫襯既呢一間,出名食刺身。我倆點咗個刺身盤,入面有伊佐木,帶子同埋牡丹蝦。先講帶子,size 可以用巨型來形容,入口有鮮甜味,肉質軟而彈,回味無窮;牡丹蝦,新鮮,嫩滑,香甜,彈牙;伊佐木,薄薄一片,晶瑩剔透,白裡透紅,入口味道偏淡,但肉質非常新鮮。食完刺身,侍應收走盤子,原來伊佐木的魚身同魚頭可以炸來佐酒,炸後的伊佐木,連骨都非常鬆脆,成碟魚頭魚骨,唔駛廿分鐘就比我食清光,實在係停唔到口。之後我地叫咗個海鮮寄世鍋,入面非常多料,有好多大蜆舖滿起煲底,而且仲有香菇,大蝦,扇貝肉等,湯底非常鮮甜,鮮甜得黎又帶有少少辣,但果種辣度係會令人繼續想飲落去。…Read More

同老友試完新車,去到九龍城,原本食泰菜,行到龍城道看到對聯,「欲嘗海上鮮,莫惜腰間錢。」有意思!店內如一般餐館裝潢,收銀位仲有個懷舊老爺點唱機,樓上係VIP房。兩個男人食飯梗係要啤一啤佢,再叫兩三個菜送啤酒,先至係王道。大廚剛剛經過,就問下今日有無好嘢介紹,佢就介紹左個剁椒蒸開邊龍蝦,剁椒係大廚親自從湖南地區挑選。上菜時,辣椒香味撲鼻,剁椒,香蒜加埋芫茜粒舖滿哂起龍蝦上面,淨係睇到都流哂口水,而龍蝦肉鮮甜富有彈性,非常新鲜,呢碟餸有剁椒嘅辣又有龍蝦仔嘅鮮,完全激起哂我味蕾嘅感覺。之後黎個秘制燒豬肋骨,外層燒到有少少燶睇落好似乾乾地,切開後,肉汁竟然保存到起入面,外脆內軟又有肉汁,非常野味。最後就係立體3D芥蘭配蒜蓉法包,點樣3D法,就係有豬肉粒起第一層,把肉粒放在法包一齊食,好似泰式食法。第二層係炸過嘅菜,爽口野味,最底嗰層就係芥蘭菜,口味清新,一碟菜有兩種食法真係新奇!…Read More

高级而優質的牛肉,配合適當煮法,唔係好多地方可以做到。今次為慶祝老友新車落地,我哋專程選擇黎呢度食燒肉兼賀一賀佢。餐廳門面用直線木條設計,風格簡约,店内環境自然舒適。店員首先介绍咗三款醬汁,自家制柚子汁、自家制燒肉汁同胡麻醬,不同肉類配適當醬汁,會更能突出食物嘅味道。頭盤係日本安曇野豆腐沙律,豆腐柔軟,豆味濃郁,酱汁醒胃;之後我哋叫咗兩款北海道啤酒,第一款係知床 Draft World Heritage,顏色帶綠,酒嘅麥味較淡,女仔飲一定會覺得好容易入口,因為味道好清,有一種山溪清水吨嘅味道,感覺非常清新感覺;第二款係網走獨特讓製Abashiri Premium,呢個就黎個180度轉身,有濃郁酒香味,入口甘甜;老闆連採購啤酒都可以做到咁講究,真係一绝!主角終於出場啦~~!厚切美國Prime牛小排,肉塊中如雪花的油脂,红白分佈平均,果然係頂級食材。燒嘅時候先把牛肉放到爐中央位置,因火力較集中,店長教我哋,千祈唔好不停反黎反去,因為肉汁會流走,要睇到血水被逼出黎就可反轉燒另一面,反轉後會見到格仔纹,又等一陣再逼出血水,就可以食,咁樣時間就岩岩好,能夠將肉汁鎖住咗,我一口咬落去,口感一流,濃濃的牛味加上油脂同埋肉汁,唔沾酱汁都已經回味無窮!鹽燒豚腩肉,薄薄一片片,半肥半瘦豬腩肉,燒到尾時會搶火,有少少燶,但食落香脆味美!再來個海膽炒飯,所用的海膽是日本直送,絕對新鮮。海膽炒飯除了要有鮮甜的海膽,仲有帶子粒加入飯内,把海膽撈均,每粒飯都沾了海膽的精華,非常美味。…Read More
