間唔中諗起食沙爹牛肉麵就會諗起方榮記,每次嚟都無失拖,今次下午三點幾嚟食個沙爹牛麵,入內見客人唔多,自己揀咗張近牆嘅枱坐,叫咗個麵但冇叫嘢飲,點的麵在三、四分鐘內就送到,顏色吸引,仲好細心跟多碗清湯添。 隨即起筷,雖然牛肉好似唔係塊塊都同一部位,但都好食嘅。 到差不多食完,突然有位小強到訪,在枱上遊走,我本身唔怕小強,只怕唔衞生,唯有湯都未飲晒就走人。 櫃檯話只收現金,盛惠七十蚊。 我下次都會再嚟嘅,佢始終係九龍城特色店,但希望下次小強唔好再嚟打招呼!…查看更多

知道呢間老牌酒樓在尖沙咀開了新店,返香港前幾日已經OpenRice訂位,返港當晚同朋友即刻嚟食。 上到去見地方濶落,更開心嘅係晚上都有點心,只要攞住點心紙去佢哋點心車位置揀點心,點心算係熱騰騰。 另外就點了幾個由待應推介嘅菜式。 老實講 啲餸菜大部分都冇驚喜,隻八寶鴨一般,全晚最好係醉乳鴿。 我哋六個人,飲咗十幾支啤酒,埋單二千五百幾,貴又唔算貴,但又唔係好平。 我下次都會再嚟,但主要係為咗夜晚可以食點心,因為佢係廿四小時營業。…查看更多

今日一點半鐘嚟幫襯,店內只有一、兩成客人,侍應好友善,點咗咖喱牛腩粗麵(中辣,因為店員話大辣好辣)、瑞士汁豬頸肉同埋凍檸檬茶少甜少冰。 飲品同食物都幾分鐘內上到枱,牛腩份量有點少,而且肉質麻麻哋,但個咖喱汁夠香又夠辣、仲有餘勁添。 個豬頸肉幾好食,瑞士汁可能甜咗少少,但點埋咖喱汁嚟食又真係唔錯。 餐廳打理得幾乾淨,而最緊要最緊要係冷氣夠,食咖喱等辣嘢係必需的。 埋單五十蚊 又真係幾抵,下次都會再嚟試吓其他食物。…查看更多

傍晚時分路經赫德道 見到呢間新開嘅餐廳,從外觀所看 似係東南亞菜式嘅餐廳,入到去先確定係做泰國菜。 進門時位貌似泰國人的男經理用英語打招呼,餐廳內大約有三、四成客人,我選了個向街嘅窗邊位坐,女待應也是泰國人 先用英語介紹菜式,我一睇到有Pad See Ew Kai 泰式炒雞河就即點,三數分鐘後就出餐上枱,賣相正宗、吸引,食落即時俾到我在曼谷食嘅感覺,非常好味。 價錢上同九龍城區嘅同行略貴,但始終係尖沙咀區,無可厚非。 下次一定要再嚟試佢個Pad Krapao 打拋飯(泰式辣肉碎飯)。…查看更多

一間在尖沙咀心臟地區嘅全新燒鳥店,地點非常易找,佢哋強調用本地新鮮雞做串燒,單係呢一點已經比一般日式串燒店有分別。 在星期五晚與朋友到訪仍在閉門試業的它,餐廳裝修清雅、用色柔和而帶現代感,坐位係全高吧櫈設計 朝向中央的串燒爐,坐得幾舒服,亦非常方便同串燒師傅互動。 當晚所見,全埸廿多個位都坐滿,氣氛有點未食飽已經情緒高漲嘅感覺。 菜單好似有四、五十款食品,當然以雞類為主,定價唔算頂高,但又唔算平易。 差唔多點了菜單上一半的食品,師傅細心地循序逐串上,冇話一次過上四、五串而出現食唔切嘅情況。 串燒燒得恰到好處,而食材新鮮真係有所不同。 我特別鍾意雞冠的膠原口感,而雞肉臟更係必食。 席間師傅會同客輕鬆閑聊、踫杯飲下。 樓面侍應都好熱情,驚客人飲唔夠咁。 值得一提係餐廳做緊免收開瓶費,對酒客嚟講真係福音。 不過,其實佢哋酒單提供嘅酒類價錢都唔貴,性價比重幾高添。廁所衛生對我嚟講非常重要,難得佢哋男女廁所都打理得乾淨清新,希望佢哋能夠保持啦。…查看更多

經朋友推介,專程開車嚟試吓,街位搵唔到,唯有泊去商場停車場,好彩唔太遠。 約六點鐘到達,餐廳只有三成客,即點個沙爹牛肉煲仔丁麵,上枱時熱騰騰,賣相唔錯,值得加分,不其然會將佢同方榮記嘅沙爹牛肉湯麵比較,煲仔上係好吸引,沙爹汁亦香濃,可惜感覺上啲牛肉用過鬆肉粉或梳打粉處理過,個人唔太鍾意。 相比下,方榮記同價位啲牛肉較新鮮。 反而煲仔飯有驚喜,點了豉椒排骨飯加臘腸,即叫即做,飯蕉好好食。 廁所就難攪啲,男廁壞咗,女廁非常狹窄、地滑!…查看更多

This is one of the hard-to-book restaurants in town that requires booking at least one to two months in advance. Apart from having the signature dishes of Chef Tiffany, the seasonal dishes are a must to have. I came in a group of six this time for a late lunch and we tried out almost everything on the menu. As a keen spicy food enthusiast, visited this new restaurant for lunch while it was on trial. Ordered their Szechuan style boiled beef with rice at $68 which came at lightning speed. It served at the right spiciness. Honestly, it was a good bargain. The waiting staff were very attentive, pleasant and helpful even though I could tell they were also familiarising themselves with the new environment. Full of pleasant surprises.....

I am a curry maniac and I can have curry every other day. Lately, I heard of the name of this small restaurant from different friends and thus decided to give it a try. Even though I was not familiar with this part of Kowloon, it was not hard to find the place at all. I parked my car right outside the restaurant. When I walked in, a waitress showed me to a seat by the street-side glass panel and gave me a glass of cold sparkling water. Yes, sparkling water, that tasted like some expensive French mineral water! First pleasant surprise really! The ambience setting was just like a normal local food shop, for which I have no special comment to make. The cleanliness was in a high standard for a shop like this though. Certainly, I went straight for curry dishes. I ordered curry beef with special request for the hottest taste. The dish came within 5 minutes. The colour and thickness of the curry sauce looked fine. I didn't even have to lower my nose to the dish to smell the nice complex curry ingredients. It was not the type of Malay / Singaporean / Japanese curry. I then tasted it and found it more in a Pakistan style, but not exactly the same taste I had in those Pakistan / Indian curry houses in Chung King Mansion or Central. The beef held its original favour and didn't allow the curry to take that away. This dish was very nicely done. I would be perfect for me if it could be a little hotter and spicier. I quickly finished it with a plate of rice. Whilst I was thinking of what other dish I should try and looking at the menu hang by the wall, a waiter in small built came over and recommended me to try their beef in special dark sauce. Well, I came all the way for this and couldn't just leave like this. So I took his suggestion. He then set a steak knife and a fork on my table. In about 10 minutes, the beef serving in a form of a steak with two pieces of broccoli on the side came. Its smell first caught my attention. It was not soy sauce smell by large. The beef was Angus Beef I was told. This was the first time I had a beef cooked in this way. It was not too salty having it alone but better to have some rice to go along. Food and value wise, it was superb. The only shortcoming I had for it was the crushing table setting. On the other hand, I hope the serving staff can be more forthcoming and showing more hospitality towards customers. …查看更多
