一間在尖沙咀心臟地區嘅全新燒鳥店,地點非常易找,佢哋強調用本地新鮮雞做串燒,單係呢一點已經比一般日式串燒店有分別。 在星期五晚與朋友到訪仍在閉門試業的它,餐廳裝修清雅、用色柔和而帶現代感,坐位係全高吧櫈設計 朝向中央的串燒爐,坐得幾舒服,亦非常方便同串燒師傅互動。 當晚所見,全埸廿多個位都坐滿,氣氛有點未食飽已經情緒高漲嘅感覺。 菜單好似有四、五十款食品,當然以雞類為主,定價唔算頂高,但又唔算平易。 差唔多點了菜單上一半的食品,師傅細心地循序逐串上,冇話一次過上四、五串而出現食唔切嘅情況。 串燒燒得恰到好處,而食材新鮮真係有所不同。 我特別鍾意雞冠的膠原口感,而雞肉臟更係必食。 席間師傅會同客輕鬆閑聊、踫杯飲下。 樓面侍應都好熱情,驚客人飲唔夠咁。 值得一提係餐廳做緊免收開瓶費,對酒客嚟講真係福音。 不過,其實佢哋酒單提供嘅酒類價錢都唔貴,性價比重幾高添。廁所衛生對我嚟講非常重要,難得佢哋男女廁所都打理得乾淨清新,希望佢哋能夠保持啦。
