這是我第二次光顧,第一次沒有拍照,所以沒有寫食評。我最喜歡是4位用海鮮拼盤,鮮甜美味,雖然價錢有點高,但算物有所值;有龍蝦、生蠔、鮑魚、帆立貝、大蝦和龍蝦膏蒸蛋。今次吃的龍蝦很鮮甜,生蠔較瘦但也鮮甜,龍膏蒸蛋也好味,首選推薦。現在有優惠送啤酒一枝。今日還試了烤季節鮮魚,查詢後知道是黃花魚便試試。魚皮烤脆、汁味濃兼酸甜很開胃,起了骨容易食,也是推薦的。這間餐廳的服務質素比一般的高,應該受過訓練。整體滿意,會再光顧。…Read More

疫後放寬四人一枱,網上預訂下午茶有七折優惠,已經多時未有機會光顧,今再回來品嚐美食,水準保持,服務仍佳。點了幾款點心、小食、主食和一道招牌菜,新鮮烹調。點心:海參四寶扎、帶子燒賣皇、羊肚菌鮮蝦腸粉、叉燒酥四寶扎有海參感覺比較經貴,腐竹包裹蝦肉、冬菇和魚肚之類,味道不錯。羊肚菌鮮蝦服粉,少少羊肚菌點綴大蝦腸粉,大蝦爽甜美味。(另外兩款未有品嘗未能評價)小食:酥炸魷魚鬚、南乳酥炸生蠔,兩款都酥脆,新鮮炸起。魷魚鬚帶點像金沙(咸蛋黃)的味道,生蠔嫰滑配特製南乳醬。主食:豉椒涼瓜斑頭腩炒可粉,斑腩新鮮不腥,味道濃淡適中。招牌菜:櫻花蝦海皇焗蟹蓋,這個有點失望(只因為個人期望高),其實用料足兼味道不錯,但蟹肉較少,吃到的都是仿蟹柳。(可能我之前吃過另一間米之蓮三星的全部都是一梳梳的鮮蟹肉,實在太難忘,但價錢當然貴很多。)雖然有優惠,但份量足夠,不會將貨就價,味道也好,服務也好。用消費券結賬有免茶優惠。抱歉、因為美味原故忘記拍照,所以照片都是起筷後才拍。…Read More

我們一行4人在這裡吃午餐,其實差不多下午茶時間,但這裡沒有下午茶餐,午餐至到3:30,我和同行人士都喜歡牛油果,所以來這裡試試。我們點了4份午餐,套餐包餐湯或咖啡/茶和一份甜品,我們三人點了餐湯一人點了咖啡。餐湯是甜薯忌廉湯,濃郁且香,味道不道,不會太稀水汪汪的。主菜點了以下4款:三文魚他他津律:三文魚生切粒拌醬,有少許三文魚籽裝飾,以青瓜片墊底,還有一隻水波蛋,味道可以但只有2小份(想像一片青瓜有多大就是這個份量),沙律菜還可以。炙燒吞拿魚沙律:這個不錯,炙燒吞拿魚看似燒牛肉,外熟內生份量足,沙律菜同上。牛油果蝦堡:這個有驚喜,以原個牛油果分半當麵包,蝦餅吃起來有點泰式風味,配幾塊甜薯不錯。牛油果鷄肉三文治:同蝦堡一樣以牛油果當麵包,鷄肉正常,配沙律菜。甜品可選雜莓班戟和香蕉班戟,前者是一些莓醬,但太多籽吃起來不爽,後者是香蕉蓉,賣相會令你不爽,但味邊其實可以的。我加了錢選了朱古力布朗尼,送來時看見加了糖漿(蜜糖?)心想有點奇怪,因為一般布朗尼都很甜,果然這個不太甜,加了蜜糖也可以接受,布朗尼內原來有牛油果。總體其實不錯,午餐算抵食,牛油果控應該會喜歡。…Read More

食物種類繁多但質素差劣

為了慶祝外甥生日,他喜歡吃自助餐,還要有帶子刺身的,我爸喜歡吃生蠔,找了幾間,結果選了這間,在網上看過食評大多正面,但卻令我失望非常。我月初時在官網買票後致電這餐廳訂座,三大一小,沒有長者優惠,折扣後每人平均都要五百幾,如果沒有折扣原價計算就非常不值,現在也不值。我們比預定的開始時間早到大概十分鐘,獲安排入座一張四人枱,其實地方挺大的,但感覺有點擠逼,座椅也不舒服。見到很多執枱專員都是年輕的暑期工,有些會主動問是否需要幫忙,有些只是行行企企。食物種類真的很多,今期主題是日韓食品,但與一般自助餐分別不大,日式食品就是刺身壽司之類,韓式的應該指那燉湯(人參鷄湯)和冷盤中的韓式粉絲沙律。冷盤有沙律菜、煙三文魚、凍肉拼盤、芝士等,我試了煙三文魚,貨色屬中下品,乾爭爭的,我爸試了凍肉、什麼火腿之類,難食得要吐出來。湯品有中式燉湯和西式磨菇湯,算正常入口無問題。冷盤海鮮有開邊龍蝦、翡翠螺、蟹腳、青口、生蠔等,我試了龍蝦(無鮮味、過熟、靭過柴皮)和生蠔(最令我失望,我完全沒有沾任何醬汁打算吃原味,但竟然是臭的,令我立即吐出來)。日式刺身有三文魚、吞拿魚、八爪魚、希靈魚、帶子,我試了八爪魚(沒有鮮味)、希靈魚(有點味道)和帶子(巨型但沒有鮮味)。還有各款壽司包括海膽、甜蝦、北寄貝、鰻魚和青瓜醃菜的卷物,非常一般,吃了一口後不會令你回頭再要。熱葷有很多款,較有特式的是鵝肝(這個不錯)、燒牛肉(差、靭、不能入口)、燒味、點心、花膠鴨掌、一些小炒和炒飯。另外較特別的是印度食品,菠菜芝士(要改善,菠菜蓉做得不好)、咖喱魚(夠味但是太乾身的)、咖喱鷄、印度薄脆(不錯)。我還試了生滾粥,正常可入口。甜品方面較為好少少,蛋糕有不同款式,中式甜品有糖水和豆腐花(不冷不熱的),較好的有幾款不同的Movenpick雪糕和雪芭。有現場即製法式可麗餅,但那個員工應該不懂怎樣製,出來效果奇差,賣相完全不是法式可麗餅,只是一塊如手掌大的餅皮,我要求再製一塊像樣的,應該與熱板一樣大小的,但最後只一塊三尖八角(不是圓)的餅皮,我再自行配上水果(很多都已經乾淨淨)、果醬和雪芭。總體質素低劣,不會推介和回頭。…Read More
