疫情真係停不了,其實搞佐咁耐,香港好多少店真係頂得好辛苦,希望大家都多D出去小店買下外賣支持下。但同一時間記得保持衛生,注意健康今日去佐上環買好耐未食過既BURGER,記得之前去上環陪屋企人拜神都經過,好近地鐡站,A2出口行兩條街轉灣就到六點幾鐘去到,得個外賣哥哥係度等外賣,有好有唔好啦,本來都有衝動留係度食,但算啦,咁既環境都係留俾人地坐,等之後黎既人有信心D其實呢度雖然地方唔大,但環境都幾闊落餐牌其實之前都SEARCH過,已經一早諗定食咩了我叫佐個SET D - 曬冷牛餐 再 加多個 大啡菇合桃芝士漢堡落單到拎走全程約莫五至十分鐘不得不提,呢度仲有本地手工啤酒同D特式酒精類飲品,有興趣既朋友都真係可以試下唔知係疫情關係定係本身都已經係咁好服務,個外賣袋PACK得好好﹗厚實紙袋,連個袋口都幫我封好,可以係一塵不染咁可以返到屋企。用佐十五分鐘返到屋企即時開餐兩個飽一個小食一罐野飲。。其實個度仲有好多飲品選擇,只係我近來減糖所以揀佐普通有汽水先開個150G 安格斯堡啦,呢個SET 112 連野飲 加 小食。小食其實有得揀芝士薯條、雞翼同薯角,我揀佐薯角個安格斯堡一打開個盒已經係脹卜卜,不得不提係佢唔係用傳統既漢堡扒,而家直接用薄切安格斯西冷黎做,一咬落去不得了,比傳統漢堡更加豐富既口感同埋肉汁,另外個包底都煎到好香脆,真係滿足曬咁耐無食過漢堡既我既慾望﹗佢個薯角都唔失色,好香好脆好飽滿。近排成日 見人講到底食薯條先,定食BURGER先。。。我選擇佐每樣一啖至於個大啡菇漢堡,佢都有做SET,個名好得意,叫做大姑媽餐呢個BURGER真係比較冷門,但係就絕對適合唔食肉既朋友啦。但唔好睇佢無肉,佢大大塊啡菇加埋豐富既配菜真係一D都唔輸比傳統漢堡,我都覺得呢間店幾有創意﹗同埋佢個配塔真係無得彈﹗就算唔係太好漢堡既你,如果鐘意食啡菇,呢個BURGER我都覺得必須一試﹗ 講返呢間舖都幾得意,係等拎外賣個時可以睇下佢舖入面有個電視,影住佢既食物係點樣制作,你會見到好有心機,好有條理,環境亦都好好﹗會更令你期待將會放係你面前既食物。當然,食過佢地既野,你亦會感受到出色既選材同埋配塔,絕對一試難忘。…Read More

今日去開尖沙咀K11 就睇下商場有咩食啦,可能今日準時收工,人流都唔多,不過其實呢輪都真係唔多人行街地底上一層就見到大大塊招牌寫住有間 "稻埕"係轉灣,好奇心驅使梗係行去望下啦。原來係一間都幾大間既台灣餐館,佢個佈局相當闊落,岩曬而家大家都相保持距離既心態啦。雖然話6點幾岩岩收到,但都已經見好半間坐佐人,好在我地都唔使等即刻有位坐。佢係用電子餐牌,其實佢好多野都好現代仲有D得意高科技野。例如坐佐陣佢竟然問我地使唔使要個電話消毒筒,好得意又有心既服務望緊餐牌仲見到有送餐機械人,真係估唔到台灣野都咁正咁黎得食台灣野,梗係點返D台灣特式野啦,我地就點佐個古早油飯,一個乳鴿,一個蔥油包同埋兩杯極度台灣特式野飲先黎係個櫻花蝦古早油飯,櫻花蝦拉面真係食唔小,但用落台灣油飯真係第一次食,估唔到又真係好夾,重料櫻花蝦,隻隻炸都好鬆脆但又唔會油淋淋,再配埋薄脆海苔去中和返個油飯真係無得頂之後黎既係滷水乳鴿呢個乳鴨不得了,平時食乳鴿就通常就咁炸,呢度就配滷水,再加好多不同配菜,而最緊要係除佐個乳鴿皮脆肉嫩,係連其他配菜都好正,我最鐘意係佢個蓮藕,薄切再炸非常香脆,呢個真係十分,佢係全部配菜都好正,最後係成碟清曬呢個係見張相幾得意而叫的,胡椒蔥肉包,佢個煎法好似日本個D餃子咁,個底有薄薄一層衣入面好香胡椒味,真係好似係台灣食緊咁,而呢個賣相當然更完美啦飲品我地梗係點台灣最特式既野啦:去得台灣必飲既蜂蜜白苦瓜汁,估唔到呢度都有,可以肯定味道同台灣飲一模一樣,甘甘甜甜,呢D天時飲岩曬另一杯就檸檬愛玉,面頭係D沙冰,飲管一吸,愛玉源源不絕,正最後叫佐個甜品,桂花酒釀丸子其實甜野我本來真係一般,但呢個又令我不得不讚,酒釀底好清香,再配好足料既桂花同埋杞子,令成個野好清新,一D都唔會覺得太甜,食完正餐食呢個埋尾都真係無得頂呢間店真係選係係香港食過最正既台式野,可以話係精品店TIM,裝修格局都舒服,野食亦都相當高水準。今日都算又俾我搵到間好野…Read More

今日朋友生日,又帶佐佢黎CWB 既THE L SQUARE搵野食,呢棟樓出名多新野試,又抵食,每次都黎都有驚喜。今日我地就揀佐食越南野啦黎到都幾多人,係疫情其間都咁多人,睇黎都真係幾出名,好在我地唔係等佐好耐就有位,仲好好彩咁安排都係靠窗既位置。同隔離枱仲有一大塊布隔開。一行三人點佐四樣野,好在無點得多JA,每樣都好大碟,如果唔係三個人都幾大食就真係唔使旨意食得曬啊先黎係一個特上小食併盤,黎得食越南野梗係必食佢既小食,因為太多種類,我地就直接點個咩都有既小食併盤啦,有埋軟殼蟹都係188 真心抵黎到仲齊曬醬汁俾你點,任你想點食都得唔好以為併盤就得好小野,真係差不多你講得出都齊,軟殼蟹仲要好大件不得不提佢個炸蝦餅,入面全部係蝦肉,根本個效果就好似食緊原隻蝦咁,超級彈牙,正﹗香茅豬扒飯,呢個我食越南野必點,可以話係我最愛份量係嚇親人咁大,真係一個飯都夠三個人食,大大件豬扒,最緊要係呢度既恖蓉唔似其他越南店需要你叫佢 俾多D,因為佢真係已經超級足料豬扒大大件厚切仲要好鬆軟,都係賣緊78 ,出面個D真係爭幾皮我有個朋友呢輪戒肉,估唔到呢度聲牌都有個素食欄,即刻點佐個素肉粉俾佢食,估唔到黎到都係一樣,大大碗,想唔同佢SHARE都唔得其實黎到坐低個時已經俾佐一大碟配菜俾我地自己加,細心。最後揀佐樣都幾冷門既菜,蒜蓉蝦炒秋葵,因為呢輪大家都忽然間非常熱愛秋葵,但自己煮都幾難控制得好食,出黎食飯梗係要試下啦佢地真係炒得好出色,秋葵無OVERCOOK,仲保持到個質感,蝦大大隻重蒜,正。飲野方面佢都幾多特色野飲,我自己點佐杯蜜桃沙冰,極清甜,夏天飲真係無得頂食咁多越南野,呢間都真係足料抵食仲要高質,絕對值得再黎…Read More

呢段時間真係好少出門,今日同朋友出北角剪頭髮都無突登話想去搵野食,咁岩俾我係轉角位見到間拉麵店,淨係個門口都已經令我地引唔住衝入去,太耐無食拉麵了一入黎就見到兩部自助機,店員都好有心機教我地用。我就點佐一個招牌別天神拉麵餐,都幾抵,連沙律 或者餃子 加埋野飲都係105 ,朋友就點佐個蝦味噌豚骨湯麵餐,我叫餃子,佢叫沙律,咁就可以SHARE食。先黎係個沙律,賣相真係同相一樣咁靚,仲要俾想像中大份,夠曬兩個人SHARE呢個叫小龍蝦蟹子沙律,紫菜脆卜卜就基本野啦,但估唔到個沙律真係起多小龍蝦,大大舊,用紫菜包住食真係超級正跟住就到我個別天神拉麵啦細麵,非常足料,佢唔係個種非常杰身同埋好重油脂既湯底,幾岩香港人口味,而且食得出真係好渨厚豬骨湯味,唔錯。值得一提係呢間店雖然係小店,但佢既配料俾好多大型名店都多,任你自己去調配適合自己既口味,當然少不了我最愛既辣芽菜啦朋友既蝦味噌豚骨湯面都相當出色。用佐超級多櫻花蝦,好鮮好足料。呢個份料呢個料但賣緊都係115 已經有曬成個SET 真係超級抵,其實剩係呢個面都已經值回票價。餃子都做得好好,夠熱,皮底都仲好脆。估唔到咁耐無出黎,一出黎又俾我試到間好野。同埋佢地用曬膠板去隔開曬D位,大家可以方心開餐啦…Read More

今日去深水埗買野,一出地鐡站口就見到間好生面口既店,店名叫做 "五福門" ,見好似幾有持式就入去試下。黎到望下MENU 侍應好好咁黎介紹,最後聽侍應推介點佐個套餐,幹撈水餃+肩肉湯,話扁肉湯係佢地招牌,跟住要佐杯豆漿先黎係一碗小雲吞,之後先知原來這就是傳聞中的扁肉湯好似我細個係大陸食過既一種小雲吞,皮好薄好滑,又唔會散到成碗湯都係,入面包住小小的肉,個湯一飲就停唔到口,好有肉味加薄薄一層蔥油。好正。之後查先知原來呢個係福建明菜黎﹗果然名不虛傳﹗有時真係看似簡單野食都可以煮到出神入化之後黎個幹撈水餃明顯都係手工野,每隻都煮得岩岩好,九菜豬肉水餃,最得意係佢撈佐D 啡色的調料,令到食個口感同味道都出色佐好多今次呢間新舖真係無入錯黎,特別係個扁肉湯,下次就算唔肚餓黎深水埗都一定要入黎試下,SO FAR 咁耐係香港都未見過第二間有咁正既小雲吞順手一提,佢地個豆漿都唔錯,走個時聽老闆講係自磨,有興趣都可以試下…Read More

同屋企人去中環行下街,忽然間話想食印度菜,尖沙咀就話知者,但中環真係考起,即刻上網查,都俾我搵到間就係附近。Rang Mahal Traditional Indian & Mughlai Cuisine - 就係皇后大道中個頭。上到去環境唔算大,但真係同尖沙咀個D差唔多格局,好有印度風味夾雜一D西餐廳既味道,畢竟係中環可今日唔多人,眼見得一個服務員,係印度人望下餐牌,心都定曬,有中文,不過主要都係得個名,係咩真係要估估下,不過唔緊要啦,反正印度菜就算講係咩我都未必知我地都點佐幾多菜下點完菜好快就黎佐一碟薄餅,相信係送既,配佐幾種香料醬呢種係尖沙咀都食過,脆卜卜配埋我最鐘意食既薄荷醬都幾正 先黎既第一道菜係呢碟PANEER PALAK 芝士燴菠菜茸都幾正,入面仲有好多一舊舊既車打芝士再黎就係奶油咖喱雞同埋我地點既2種薄餅份量比一般印度餐廳略大啦,咖喱汁都夠點曬兩份薄餅,同埋印度菜黎講佢都算多肉我地點佐蒜蓉薄餅同埋洋蔥薄餅,兩樣都香口野,佢煎得好正,唔會油淋淋亦都好香口,配埋個咖喱食一流。我都試過點佢一開始俾個薄荷醬黎食,效果都唔錯食印度野就點都要試下佢地既炒飯,因為同中式傳統炒飯好唔好我地點既係印式雜菜炒飯,印度炒飯係幼身同埋長條形,而最唔哃係個口感,炒得非常乾身又一D都唔油,未試過真係要試下,別有一番風味香卷係我地點既唯一一樣小食,不過坦白講,同中式春卷我又覺得唔太大分別我地仲點佐佢地既一隻印度啤酒黎試,叫做KINGFISHER 38蚊支,餐廳黎講唔算貴啦,比較啖口D無咁濃,可能要配合返個印度咖喱整體餐廳都幾好,無令我地失望,中環地段黎講唔算貴,3個人食佐大概600 蚊左右,而味道都幾好。如果下次黎開中環又醒起印度菜都可以再黎試下…Read More

尖沙咀亞士厘道一直都係尖沙咀搵食聖地,今日又同朋友黎搵野食,結果搵到間勁野打邊爐,叫重慶洪鼎火鍋,一聽個名都知係食四川麻辣野入到黎個門面都好裝修得好勁,其實有小小武館感覺入到黎見到個幾個SET ,唔知係PROMOTION 定係咩,超抵今日都幾多人,但好在佢基本全部都係卡位,超闊落舒服,見到好多都係一大班朋友黎食。我地就一行二人,都有卡位坐望下MENU ,都幾多特式湯底,MENU 標價就百幾蚊個,但服務員話而家做緊PROMOTION,20蚊已經可以做雙併,超抵WOR,我地最後揀佐個蘿蔔鴨湯+麻辣湯底,我唔食得辣,但又鐘意麻辣,呢度最好有辣度俾你揀,我地揀佐BB 辣野食方面梗係揀返岩岩見到個堅抵既海鮮併盤啦,"刺身飽魚併" 都係398,另外揀佐個盛肉併盤A餐,一個海鮮一個就肉,最後仲加多個鴨血試下。本來都心知兩個人唔應該點咁多,但價錢真係好抵。眼闊肚窄是常識吧湯底黎啦嘩,一邊火辣辣既麻辣湯,一邊係足半隻鴨既蘿蔔鴨湯,20蚊雙併咁足料,真心有D 擔心係咪真GA,最後CONFIRM 真珠都無咁真最快黎既係鴨血,48蚊大大碟厚切,質感比豬紅實淨,但味道更濃,都唔錯再黎既係盛肉併盤A 餐288蚊真係好重料,有美國安格斯牛板鍵,安格斯牛小排,羊肉片同埋黑毛豬,平時淨係食碟牛都真係差唔多呢個價,仲要全部肉質都好靚我最鐘意係個牛皮鍵,牛味濃得黎好有質感再黎就係最期待既海鮮併盤A餐-刺身鮑魚併398蚊真係超級大盤啊﹗原條活石蚌魚刺身起片後,將魚骨連魚頭放一邊,個魚頭仲要識郁啊,使唔使咁新鮮先咁我係唔係佢旁邊食佢D 肉好啊一大堆刺身活石蚌魚,半透明薄切,好鮮味,超正再黎係4隻足足有手板咁大隻既鮑魚啊﹗全部激新鮮,旁邊放佐幾隻巨型貴妃蚌,呢個貴妃蚌超正,肉質好飽滿好鮮甜最後食既係埋尾幾隻海蝦,都好大隻同新鮮。呢個SET 真係堅抵,以為咁平價錢應該份量唔多,完全超乎想像,平時真係淨係蝦同埋條刺身都已經呢個價,真係好有興趣知老細點攞貨可以賣到咁低啊買單唔算平,兩個人加埋野飲食佐差唔多900蚊,但係用呢D 食材去計真係物超所值啊﹗而且唔講唔知,平時食海鮮一盤都係用清個邊去煮係最享受到個精華,原來食佢個麻辣配海鮮一樣係好正,未試過絕對值得試下我都好耐未食過咁抵咁新鮮既海鮮…Read More

某日同個同事傾開野,知我鐘意去銅鑼灣行街就忽然問我有無去過銅鑼灣食一間餐廳叫"啊麥廚房",一聽個名我以為食中餐既店黎,跟手佢就勁激動咁話未試過一定要試下,仲話食西餐一流,講到咁堅就決定搵日去試下今日係銅鑼灣醒起,就搵返個同事俾個地址,嘩,原來都幾遠,去到南華會咁滯,不過唔過黎由自可,一黎到,原來都幾多野食多時多,目標得一個⋯⋯阿麥廚房 啊嘛七點零鐘黎到又唔多人,個場好大,或者可以用"長"黎形容,都好濶落,我地揀佐靠門口玻璃牆一張枱,氣氛都幾正望下餐牌,我地照慣例都無揀到SET DINNER ,因為覺得可以自由D,自己想食咩飯咩就點,所以一般連SET都無睇佢地都幾多特式野,個名都好勁下,結果我同朋友各點佐一個湯、一個沙律同埋一個主菜,樣樣個名都幾正,睇下係咪真係同事講到咁堅先先黎係餐湯我點既係龍蝦湯 - 48蚊每個湯都跟蒜蓉包,個湯好濃好香,偏傑身,入面仲要有蝦,真係好少飲龍蝦湯會有蝦係入面,仲要幾新鮮,都幾得意。朋友就點佐個黑松露菌忌廉湯,都係48蚊,我自己就一定唔會點呢個,因為個人唔係太頂得順黑松露個味朋友就唔同啦,佢係黑松露控,連食薯條都要揀黑松露個隻我飲佐啖,勁,真係勁濃我最頂唔順個種味,但朋友就話超正,超濃味,同龍蝦湯差唔多傑身,我諗鐘意黑松露個D應該都必須試下啦再黎就係我最期待既沙律,因為個名都幾正。煙三文魚黑魚子蛋白沙律 - 58蚊,呢個我點既點講好呢,呢個真心正到離曬浦,先唔講個賣相可以將咁難砌既野砌到朶花咁靚先,個黑魚子好鮮味帶D咸,再配埋個蛋白醬原來可以咁好食呢碟58蚊真係有D想叫多碟咁滯﹗超抵食朋友就點佐個千層蟹肉牛油果伴鮮海膽 - 都係58蚊賣想一樣咁靚,我其實有D唔明,點解58蚊可以有咁多蟹肉,如果我唔係真係好似朋友咁鐘意食蟹,我會決定成晚淨係不斷點呢兩個沙律食LOR佢用兩層蟹肉夾住牛油果黎做三文治呢個效果都幾得意,仲要都堆得幾實淨,口感一流﹗再黎就到主菜啦講佐朋友點呢個西班牙海鮮燉飯先,238蚊,算係正常價啦。其實食呢個飯好多人都會俾面頭個D海鮮吸引,但其實我想講個飯先係主角,因為其本個飯係係個鑊度生煮,煮既過程其本上所有海鮮既鮮味都帶曬入D飯入面。而呢個飯真係煮得好好,好鮮好濃,最緊要係軟硬適用,時間岩岩好。佢用佐好多蝦同青口,其本上味道全部流曬入飯度,所以個飯真係超級正﹗所有海鮮變曬配角再黎梗係我呢個食肉獸點既德式咸豬手啦,本來食西餐我都好想食下牛扒,但黎到一見到有呢個豬手又真係好耐未食過就二話不說點佐268 蚊,都算係正常價,唔貴黎到眼都突埋呢,好大盤﹗自炸薯條好正,卜卜脆熱辣辣再黎試下隻豬手,嘩,D肉好嫩,肥瘦適中,最緊要係個皮一D都唔硬啊,同樣整得好脆,呢個豬手真係整得好過好多專做德國菜既餐廳估唔到點佐2個SET係可以飽到爭D食唔曬咁滯,如果唔係真係咁好食,我應該好快就放棄佐。結果成功清曬,埋尾仲點佐杯凍PEACH TEA黎消下滯。同事今次真係無介紹錯﹗間餐廳真係無得頂,下次黎開可以再試下其他菜,同翻食個沙律…Read More

今日又黎太子,又可以食下呢間太子指定 "常餐"店,話明指定就係因為一講起常餐我就實諗起佢,特別係個蕃茄牛肉公仔麵同朋友黎食,估唔到今日朋友都係點佐公仔麵WOR兩個大男人,仲點多佐兩籠點心先黎係呢個鵪鶉蛋燒賣,真係而家連酒樓都未必有得食,佢都係賣緊17蚊,仲要堅大粒山竹牛肉球就係酒樓點心必點GA啦,呢度有,仲要真係整得唔差,牛肉好夠淋又夠鬆,真係同酒樓有得揮呢度既凍咖啡真係第一次叫,原來同澳X餐廳係一樣玩法,都係面再落D粉,正WOR朋友杯熱啡就單調D啦再黎梗係主角,我既蕃茄牛肉麵啦一D都無退步,湯夠濃,有蕃茄肉,仲要多牛最緊要係用得呢個湯底好易將麵整得太淋,但佢地火喉永遠剛剛好常餐跟既必定係餐肉炒蛋啦,一如既往,超滑流炒蛋,重牛油多士必定係會夾埋餐肉一齊食先有個口感朋友點既雪菜肉絲麵,望落同平時出面食真係有D唔同,大肉絲,湯底隻色都好濃腸仔炒蛋,我個人不太鐘意腸仔無燶邊,不過朋友又話OK食到好飽。。。忽然間。。。黎佐碟鮮油多,原來係朋友叫,原來佢係為佐呢碟野黎,自己偷偷叫佐,不過唔食由自可,原來真係好正﹗問朋友點解平時無飯不歡今日會食公仔麵,而最緊要係呢度係有好多飯揀,原來佢話佢成日見我食常餐食得咁開心,都想試下,試完仲大讚…Read More

今日塔車係深水埗落車,正正就企係間拉麵店門口,之前都好似唔多覺眼,朋友話試下,就試下啦入到黎,真係幾多人,不過有BAR枱位我又唔介意,其實望住師傅煮野都幾得意見到師傅好用心咁燒緊叉燒,我都點返個黑蒜拉麵配火炙叉燒先。朋友見到個海老拉麵就已經雙眼發光,不過佢就點佐厚切叉燒啦黑蒜拉麵,真係激重黑蒜,講緊係將肉醬打埋黑蒜個隻勁法,夾佐一啖黎食,嘩,咩事咁正好香好香跟面再加多個木耳配菜(+8),都幾大碗均埋落麵一齊食,正,湯底好濃,再配埋個黑蒜醬,真係停唔到係咁飲佢D湯啊﹗連個火炙叉燒都好正,用火炙完真係特別香口朋友個海老拉麵賣相都唔差啊,超多櫻花蝦,飲佐啖湯都好鮮味原來厚切叉燒真係都唔簡單WOR,真係堅大塊,肉又夠淋,又有咬口,同火炙叉燒各有各特式,正﹗我地仲叫佐個八爪魚丸黎食,不過呢個略有小小失色,個皮略厚,但入面一樣好熱好淋單講拉面黎講質素真係幾高,下次可以再黎試下…Read More

每次去尖沙咀行街,係美麗華行出黎都會見到一間拉麵店排住隊,成日都好想試,今日終於機會黎啦話說行完UNLIQO,行出美麗華,朋友話不如食拉麵,一望,YEE,今日唔多人WOR,仲唔試下排佐都唔使五分鐘就到我地啦,入到黎好闊落,環境好有特式,咁岩坐著個住隔離仲對飲品櫃,都幾多得意野飲枱面調味料好齊好乾淨企理,諗得到既拉麵調味料基本齊曬望下MENU好快咁點佐個豬骨豚肉紫菜玉子拉麵,野飲就㨂佐做緊PROMOTION既三矢梳打,梗係叫黎試下咩黎野飲話咁快就送到黎,簡簡單單既外表,諗住應該都係梳打水點知一飲,不得了,原來咁好飲,有小小似檸檬味既波子汽水,但又無咁甜,都真係正,食日式野梗係要飲下日式特別野啦好快就黎我既豬骨豚肉紫菜玉子拉麵,都真係幾大碗,而最吸睛係佢塊巨型紫菜同埋塊叉燒,點講好呢,塊叉燒。。。。。其實真係大塊過豬扒但咬落去又好淋,應該都真係花佐唔小時間去煮,豬骨湯好濃,但又不至於好杰,幾岩我。成碗麵都唔錯,但最正我會覺得係塊叉燒朋友就點佐個野菜味噌雞白湯拉麵,因為佢唔食肉的,但我唔知同唔同佢講其實雞白湯者係用雞湯煮好~~果然係野菜,有極大量我最愛既芽菜,我都偷佐唔少黎食湯望落好清,但味道都好濃味,唔錯,不過呢個麵就不太岩我啦,因為我無叉燒唔得GA …Read More

尖沙咀好多人搵食都鐘意去厚褔街個邊,但其實原來寶勒巷個頭都有好多好野食,今日朋友就帶我黎佐間小店食串燒。餐廳都幾易搵,就係寶勒巷馬會隔離幾棟大廈,門牌大大隻字寫住 "10 PRAT" 行入去就見到,叫做 "喜膳燒"店入面唔算大,但坐位間隔都幾闊,環境幾舒服,天花掛住好多貼佐貼紙既燈,都幾有特式我地兩個人食,望下餐牌,都幾多特式野,仲要唔貴,點下點下都點佐幾多野食先黎既係一份墨松露鵝肝多士44蚊都幾大舊,鵝肝燒得岩岩好,外層薄薄焦香,入面好軟好滑仲要好夠肥,加埋黑松露既香味,好夾沙嗲燒厚魚肚 45蚊,呢個魚肚都唔差,雖然唔算平,但一分錢一分貨,靚料,又厚又棉,外層燒汁入曬味再黎就係我覺得今日既三寶啦海鹽燒牛肩胛,用海鹽黎吊味,比用其他醬料去燒牛更正,唔會搶佐牛既味道,牛肩胛燒得好淋,好正海鹽燒秋葵,呢個都幾得意,秋葵真係食得多,但係就咁燒真係第一次,原來又真係唔差,咬落口個口感同平時食好唔同,外層好似青瓜表皮咁有小小脆,但入面又燒得好淋好好食燒雞心,我估呢個唔係成日有,因為MENU 上面都係手寫,呢隻雞心比平時泰式燒雞心大隻差唔多一倍,口感梗係仲強一倍啦,唔係用辣汁燒,係用燒汁,外層感覺有小小彈牙,入面都好淋,呢個可以推介,唔錯最後就係今日最貴一樣...其實都唔算貴,因為係原條鹽燒鱸魚呢個正,泰式風味,鹽燒魚真係我最外,用錫紙包住粗海鹽去燒,外層好香,通常我都會夾D 魚肉點D 鹽去食,超級野味魚入面都鑲佐好多香料,同泰式魚做法一樣,令魚肉有一種香味。魚肉唔會燒得太耐令到肉質變鞋,火喉岩岩好。正可能當日早黎,都唔算多人,又加上枱同枱之間個間隔都幾闊落,野食質素又唔錯,所以都食得幾開心。下次可以同班FD 黎試下其他海鮮…Read More

自從好多年前係觀塘返過工,就已經無再踏足過呢個地方啦,今日朋友帶我黎行OUTLET,估唔到真係成個觀塘唔同曬。而最驚喜係朋友帶我黎佐呢個係工廠大廈既餐廳,好有綠州既感覺餐廳位於觀塘地標-駱駝漆大廈入面,熟識觀塘既人都一定知呢個地方啦,好就腳,就係地鐡站附近。坐完舊式電梯,開問一望,就見到一個好靚既門口,餐廳叫 I'S LAND CAFE行到入黎,好闊落,環境好舒服,可能星期日啦,人唔算多,半個場左右,但其實都十幾枱客我地坐佐係最入面既餐枱,週圍裝修都好有特式,田園風格,天花皮都好多楓葉裝修,帶俾人好舒服既感覺望下餐牌都有幾多SET LUNCH我點佐個香草煎深海驢魚配紫薯蓉,朋友就點佐個花枝片鮮蝦忌廉燴扁意粉,再點多個黑松露薯條黎食先黎係個忌廉餐湯,兩個餐包配特式醬,個醬真係要講下,因為真係好特別,係用酸瓜配鮮茄去做,撕開餐包點醬食個感覺好清新同埋開胃花枝片鮮蝦忌廉燴扁意粉 88賣相好靚,點會估到觀塘區工廠大廈有呢D出品先得GA,睇得出用料已經好足,朋友都話好正再黎梗係我既煎魚啦香煎深海鱸魚配紫薯蓉好專業既擺盤啊,上碟仲配一個沙律同埋 香檸牛油汁煎鱸魚底仲有燴雜菜底唔知以為自己叫佐個SET係三百幾蚊先講下個沙律,好足料,除佐沙律菜,仲有火龍果。另外個燴雜菜底都好正,茄子好淋身,邊有小小脆兩大塊鱸魚火喉好足,口感外層脆得黎有膠感,魚肉都好滑,再配埋個鮮檸牛油汁都算無得彈小食都正啊,大大盤黑松露薯條,配沙律醬汁同埋茄汁,可以一邊傾住計一邊飲野慢慢歎。所以真係唔好話工廠區無好野,原來觀塘而家都已經出到咁有特式有格調既餐廳,而家可以有咁大地方可以坐得舒舒服服俾一班人慢慢傾下計難下正野既餐廳真係唔多啦,香港地串金尺土啊嘛~下次同一班朋友聚腳又多個地方選擇…Read More
