基於種種原因,小弟最喜愛的小店──北正宗已撤出新蒲崗。但憑着老闆Ray那堅毅不屈的精神,已極速找到新地點重新開業!新店位於旺角新世紀廣場三樓的食代館。菜式不及舊店般多元化,現以粉麪為主,還幸幾道招牌美食仍有供應。這天就跟老婆來吃個晚飯。小弟以前到舊店也是吃其招牌北越菜式,還未到「澱粉質環節」已十二成飽,故甚少吃粉麪。說來慚愧,這道海防鮮蟹肉蟹湯金邊粉也是小弟第一次品嚐。先喝一口蟹湯,番茄味香濃,而且非常鮮甜!金邊粉是越式闊身的,有咬口;加上鮮蟹肉、芽菜、豆卜、九層塔、鵝蒂等,味鮮富層次,好吃! 點選粉麪,可以優惠價錢選購一款小吃,選了兩隻牛油雞翼。雞翼皮脆肉嫩,加上惹味脆蒜,邪惡無比!本想試燒牛柳撈檬,但又想多吃一點招牌菜,吃不了那麼多粉麪,老闆娘特意把撈檬改為沙律,非常貼心!燒牛柳鬆化味濃,份量十足;沙律菜新鮮爽脆,伴以酸汁,清爽開胃! 這次點了扎肉餅作小吃,扎肉餅彈牙可口,只欠一瓶河內啤酒!這道北正宗名物──燒鵪鶉是小弟必點的菜式,鵪鶉鮮嫩甜美,烤至焦香,美味至極!店子新開業,起初也擔心客源的問題。但這晚一直也有食客光顧,似乎也不成問題!無他的,小小的舖位,有四大煲湯底。也不知用上多少隻雞和多少斤牛骨來熬湯,難怪湯底如此鮮味!有麝自然香,美食當前,一定能吸引各方食客光顧的。…Read More

也有好一段時間沒有來雅士了,今晚去到,發現換了一班新侍應,問一問經理,另一位相熟的經理是否放假,卻傳來噩耗,原來那位經理已經離開了,只能慨歎人生無常。到雅士的大都是熟客,不過相信唔係好多人知道有「堂煎 / 堂煮」呢樣嘢,其實呢度有Secret Menu:堂煎牛柳、堂煮愛爾蘭咖啡、堂煎香橙班戟等。可惜隨住經理的離開,呢D Secret Menu也不再有。呢D精彩、出色的手藝,只能成為大家的集體回憶!R.I.P. 經理…Read More

湖舟由渣甸中心搬到澳門逸園中心,裝修風格亦截然不同,舊店是深色的木製裝修,新店則以淺色為主,加上新店有落地玻璃窗,非常光猛;面向希慎廣場,景觀開揚,感覺很舒適。壽司counter成轉角,有八個位。最大的轉變是放棄了counter的雪櫃,用木盒盛載魚生。雖然令食客未能清楚看見魚生,不過其實這才是正宗壽司店的做法。跟袖山師傅已認識了一段日子,師傅對我們的口味亦瞭如指掌,所以每次都是omakase。今次師傅推介「幸福海鮮丼」,其實每次吃師傅的海鮮丼,都有幸福的感覺,因為魚生的種類繁多,而且非常新鮮,實在很滿足!另一推介就是「鰻魚飯」。日本的浜名湖以出產鰻魚聞名,師傅竟然在當地直接入貨,可見師傅對食材的品質是非常注重的。鰻魚肥美,味道濃郁,甜甜的醬汁混入軟熟的米飯中,一流!另外還有刺身、蟹肉沙律和炸蟹餅,非常滿足!…Read More

一個人喺銅鑼灣,想搵間cafe食晚飯,諗起呢度新開張,於是試一試。六點左右嚟到,時間尚早,冇乜人,座位夠闊落,圍住架車坐,環境唔錯。仲有車頭梳化位,好得意!枱上嘅擺設自然係自家品牌啦!呢度有set dinner,不過想試下D招牌菜,所以散叫。無花果拼乳清芝士聞落有好香嘅松露味,不過食落就唔覺,芝士好滑,牛奶味唔算濃郁,無花果好甜,不過一個人食晒都幾「漏」。白酒忌廉海鮮意粉試下Pasta of the Day,白酒忌廉汁好濃郁,大蝦爽口,魷魚唔韌,意粉al dente,妹味!Affogato Tiramisu呢度嘅Tiramisu好特別,手指餅放杯底,mascarpone喺中間,頂層係咖啡沙冰。第一啖食落去,感覺好冰涼,因為只係「畢」到D沙冰;再「畢」深D,先「畢」mascarpone,好滑;要挖到落底先挖到D手指餅,由於D手指餅冇浸住,所以仲好脆。都幾特別,不過三種材料分開咗,感覺上散收收咁,唔夠一致。而且冇乜酒味,試過就算。Mocha最後叫杯mocha,嘩!有粒棉花糖,好味!不過隻杯就唔係好掂!隻耳仔「唔湯唔水」,如果當佢係expresso杯咁「lim」住嚟飲,隻杯又太大太重;當佢係普通咖啡杯,個窿又太細,我隻手指穿唔過,搞到我要雙手捧住嚟飲。:(睇下menu,點解有杯expresso要成$80萬!原來係包埋架車!而且架車仲有張紙寫住SOLD,真係有人飲呢杯咁貴嘅咖啡!…Read More

一流嘅「茶」餐廳

喺Greyhound食完晚飯,完全唔掂,所以想搵個地方食甜品。行行下發現新開嘅TWG Tea,咁大間舖,好似好勁喎!就試下啦!餐廳非常光猛,枱與枱之間都好闊落,感覺好舒服。侍應遞上餐牌,個tea list都幾誇張,有幾百種茶,樣樣都想試,都唔知點揀。最後揀咗Red Chocolate Tea。一斟茶,已經聞到好香濃嘅朱古力味。不過D茶好濁,仲有D油喺面,我地懷疑係朱古力嘅油脂。飲落口,更不得了,茶好香,口感細滑。一流!老婆出去餅櫃揀咗兩件cake,所以我唔知佢地叫咩名。呢個朱古力波好好味。有好濃郁嘅榛子味。原來中間仲有芒果醬,酸酸甜甜,平衡返榛子嘅油膩感。呢件朱古力批,一睇就知佢勁啦!濃濃嘅朱古力味,亦帶有Earl Grey嘅茶香,好特別!原來呢度所有食品都以茶入饌,連甜品都唔例外。Red Chocolate Tea香甜濃郁,配甜品一流。之後再叫一壺French Earl Grey,清香幽雅,正好用嚟清一清味蕾。埋單時都冇留心睇價錢,只係見到百幾蚊,就比低信用卡,事後諗起,兩壺茶都百幾蚊啦!可能老婆喺外賣嘅餅櫃order嗰兩件cake冇落單,正想同侍應講返,不過見洋人經理攞張單同個侍應講,又搞咗一輪先比我簽卡,我心諗佢地應該發現有錯,所以改過張單。洋人經理過嚟話唔好意思,之前張單計錯咗,我一望,點解仲平咗嘅?經理話嗰兩壺茶計貴咗,所以改平返,我都話返比佢知仲有兩件cake未計,經理話係佢地計錯數在先,而且咁麻煩,佢唔會再去改張單,嗰兩件cake請我地食。其實唔係話貪佢嗰兩件cake,不過作為一間食肆,總要以客為先,比少少甜頭,可以留住D客,又顯得店主大方得體,呢D咪用心服務囉!最後我地嘅甜頭都係奉獻返比佢,因為D茶好好味,所以買D返去自己沖。…Read More

睇OR同埋KC個blog,一早已覺得呢度好吸引,不過老婆冇乜興趣,所以到今日先安排到一個人嚟試!電話預約,店員嘅態度殷勤,感覺良好!上到去,店員亦主動介紹菜式,雖然小弟最怕人煩,不過服務確實一流!一個人食唔到好多嘢,所以叫咗一個沙律,一碟雞翼,同埋鵝肝蛋飯。蟹子溏心蛋沙律菜新鮮爽脆,加埋沙律醋,一定唔會難食,所以其實係想試佢嘅溏心蛋。溏心蛋睇落對辦,不過食落完全冇蛋味,唔好話要有日本蛋嘅蛋香,連喺超市買到嘅普通蛋都好味過佢!梅子燒雞翼全店得我一個客,但我聽到微波爐嘅「叮」一聲,心知不妙!一見到碟雞翼,即刻打個突!唔係炸架咩?我記得睇OR d相係炸到脆卜卜架喎!不過睇返menu,佢叫燒雞翼,唔通自己叫錯咗?算啦!照食。再睇下D雞翼,每隻雞中翼中間都界咗兩刀。唔係掛!我自己BBQ燒雞翼都唔駛界開啦,要界開嚟叮,廚師嘅功力......食落口,味道唔錯,梅子味幾香。不過肉質唔多嫩滑,而且熱得誇張,所以更確定佢係叮熱嘅!鵝肝蛋珍珠飯睇落唔錯,聞起嚟幾香。店員見我影完相,就想過嚟幫我撈飯,不過我都係想自己搞。移開太陽蛋,原來有D飯素喺飯面,撈埋一齊幾香口。鵝肝夠肥美,不過鵝肝面拍嘅粉比較厚,食落有D韌,影響口感。Asahi啤酒食物唔多對辦,最正係杯啤酒!期後有另一食客嚟到,食客亦覺得不對辦,一問店員就知端倪,原來呢度已易手。之後再睇返KC個blog,原來喺回應中已提及易手一事,只怪自己爬文不夠細心,睇漏咗回應部分。…Read More

物超所值的米芝蓮二星

餐廳位於新葡京嘅二樓,一出電梯就見到接待處,不過仍未見到餐廳嘅格局。原來接待處嘅旁邊係鏡面自動門,門一打開,就見到神秘嘅流水金魚通道。盡頭嘅自動門再打開,就見到典雅高貴嘅餐廳。一踏入餐廳,最矚目嘅一定係中央嘅大玻璃球水晶吊燈,玻璃球高貴得嚟又唔會太俗氣,而且同水中嘅倒影形成8字圖案,貫徹餐廳嘅主題。牆上嘅絲絨金魚刺繡,生動靈巧,令優雅嘅餐廳增添幾分生氣。唔好俾呢個咁瑰麗嘅環境嚇親,其實價錢一d唔算貴,普通開壺茶,普洱、鐵觀音等,茶錢才每位MOP 10,仲有火暖住壺茶,咁嘅價錢,美心、翠園等都唔得啦!叫好少少嘅太湖碧螺春、黃山毛峰等,MOP 38*;西湖龍井、凍頂烏龍都係MOP 48*。當然仲有d最頂級嘅武夷山大紅袍、珍藏48年普洱茶餅係時價。(*menu冇寫明係每位計定係每壺計,記得自己問清楚。)點菜嘅時候,經理殷勤有禮地推介菜式。(其實從來都唔鍾意d侍應推介菜式,因為一定係hard sell自己嘅貴價菜,而且又唔熟悉時令嘅食材,所以成日都冇好介紹。)喺呢度當然冇咁嘅情況啦!我地想叫蒸蟹拑,每隻MOP 88(兩隻起),相信其他餐廳嘅侍應一定照落單。 不過呢度嘅經理諗一諗,就話唔建議我地叫蟹拑,佢話d蟹唔合時,d蟹拑好細隻,唔似d相咁有成隻碟咁大。當我地叫乳豬焗飯嘅時候,經理亦建議我地叫半隻就夠。最後叫甜品嘅時候,經理亦能觀察我地飽嘅程度,作出合適嘅推介。喺香港好少見咁有質素嘅經理:與廚師有良好嘅溝通,對食材嘅高度了解,亦明白顧客嘅心態,更能親切、有禮、用心地推介,服務梗係滿分啦!先嚟餐前小食,豬肉粒酸酸甜甜,好醒胃,米盞鬆脆,係一道恰到好處嘅餐前小食。法國鵝肝金錢雞 Barbecued Pork with French Goose Liver懷舊嘅燒味菜式,不過以鵝肝代替雞肝,食起嚟更豐腴美味。鵝肝豐腴軟糯,肥肉甘香爽脆,叉燒蜜味香濃有咬口,三者配合得天衣無縫,如此極品竟然只係MOP 28一件,物超所值!椒鹽龍脷仔 Deep-fried Macau Sole with Spicy Salt龍脷仔炸得鬆脆香口,一d都唔油膩,可見師傅嘅星級功力。椒鹽味道啱啱好,少少香辣,送酒一流!伴碟亦絕不馬虎,車厘茄有兔仔造型,十分精緻。而且份量不少,都只係MOP 68,抵食!肉鬆欖菜炒法邊豆Wok-fried French Bean with Minced Pork and Preserved Vegetable一般都係炒四季豆,不過四季豆有條硬邊,處理得唔好就嚡口有渣。呢度用法邊豆代替,法邊豆清甜爽口,炒得有鑊氣,欖菜帶d獨特嘅鹹香,帶起成碟菜嘅味道,好味!早前同朋友去超市買法邊豆,要十幾蚊一包。呢度份量十足,起碼有兩包,才MOP 68,超抵!黃金帶子釀鵝肝醬Steamed Minced Scallop Filled with Goose Liver Pate and Coated with Shredded Ham, Sea Moss on the Bed of Carrot Sauce 食唔到蟹拑,於是諗過另一款海鮮菜式。見呢款幾特別,份量又唔太多,就試下啦!橙色嘅係甘筍汁,六粒丸子上面鋪上雲腿絲同海苔絲,色彩鮮艷,賣相一流。丸子係用帶子同蝦肉剁成,十分彈牙。入面釀有鵝肝醬,味道濃郁,亦能帶出丸子嘅鮮味。墊底嘅甘筍汁鮮甜清爽,減輕鵝肝醬嘅油膩,好味! (MOP 128)原隻乳豬焗飯 (半隻)Suckling Pig Stuffed with Fried Rice and Preserved Meat出發前搜集呢度嘅資料,已經覺得呢隻豬仔好吸引。起初擔心兩個人食唔到一隻豬,後來知道可以叫半隻,正!一定要試!侍應將乳豬端出嚟嘅時候,見佢細細隻,燒到「蠟蠟靚」,一定皮脆肉嫩。侍應問我地要上庄定下庄,老婆話要下庄,因為上庄個豬頭冇乜肉食,又啱喎!(稍後時間見侍應拎咗份上庄去第二枱,原來唔一定有得揀,睇你好唔好彩。)侍應切去豬手同豬腳,再從豬身中間一開二。然後小心翼翼咁切咗四圈出嚟,分成兩碟。兩圈剛好拼成8字,真係好嘢!淨返嘅飯都仲有一大碗,切埋嘅乳豬足足有一碟例牌咁多!果然皮脆肉嫩,皮肉之間嘅脂肪薄薄地,好甘香。入面釀嘅糯米飯炒得乾身,亦充滿油香,無得彈!食晒兩圈,已經好飽,老婆食多一件乳豬已經投降。其實小弟應該食得晒嘅,不過無謂去到咁盡啦!所以只係爬埋碗飯,食多兩件豬就收工!經理見我地已經投降,就好醒目咁幫我地包起碟乳豬。好滿足! (半隻MOP 240)經理執好枱,沖埋茶,再攞甜品menu俾我地。佢見我地飽到上心口,亦唔心急幫我地落單,等我地坐下,唞下,嘆啖茶先,慢慢揀甜品,真係非常體貼!最後我揀咗脆鬆餅,老婆揀咗椰汁雪蛤。經理話兩款甜品都好「漏」,提議我地叫柚子凍,酸酸地比較消滯。不過小弟係甜魔,梗係唔會放過呢個朱古力脆鬆餅啦!老婆就轉咗要柚子凍。"8" 脆鬆餅配君度橙酒Golden Crunchy Cake "8" Served with Orange Segment and Cointreau Sauce朱古力好香濃,中間嘅mousse好滑。鬆餅脆脆地,同朱古力好夾。嗰幾舊橙好鮮甜,中和返d朱古力。唯一可以彈嘅就係個君度橙酒醬唔夠酒味。清香柚子涷Chilled Pomelo with Lemon and Cointreau柚子凍酸酸地,果然消滯又醒胃。臨尾,侍應再奉上一杯「招牌奶茶」,叫我地唔駛加糖。奶茶聞起嚟幾香,飲一啖試下,口感幾滑,似港式嘅絲襪奶茶。不過超甜,雖然小弟係甜魔,食完個朱古力甜品,都仲覺得好甜。因為呢杯係「茶走」,係落煉奶嘅!好彩細細杯,啱啱好。貴為米芝蓮二星嘅餐廳,我覺得環境滿分,服務滿分,食物滿分。咁完美嘅晚餐,埋單才MOP 700!!!真係物超所值!…Read More

最早期的湖舟是在鰂魚涌的,雖然只光顧過一次,但已經令小弟兩公婆深深愛上。鰂魚涌的湖舟結業後,實在令人若有所失。後來得知湖舟於銅鑼灣重開,我們隨即成為捧場客,差不多每星期都光顧一次。我們最喜歡坐吧枱,因為可以看着種類繁多的魚生,亦可以看着師傅全神貫注地切魚生、握壽司,實在是一種享受。起初看見師傅不苟言笑,非常嚴肅,一股莫名的威嚴,令人望而生畏。我們每次都叫「特上壽司」和「魚生飯」,久而久之,師傅也認得我們。雖然我們不會日語,師傅亦不太會廣東話,但全靠侍應的翻譯,我們和師傅亦能作簡單的溝通。後來和師傅漸漸熟絡起來,我們發覺師傅其實是頗風趣的。只是不太會廣東話,所以未能與食客溝通;而且每日也專注於製作刺身和壽司,所以很少面露笑容,令大家覺得師傅經常「黑面」。袖山師傅也是一個非常固執的人,特別是對食物的要求非常固執,一定是時令的食材才會供應給人客。另外,對米的要求非常高,除了揀選優質的米,更自設精米機,自行精米,所以其米飯特別味美。有一次,小弟患了感冒,袖山師傅推介了「MAYO丼」給我,並說自己以前行船時餐餐都食「MAYO丼」,足足食了十年,很少生病。其實「MAYO丼」即是吞拿魚丼,只是上面加了蒜蓉沙律醬。蒜蓉的辛辣,加上沙律醬的酸味,竟然與吞拿魚非常匹配。吃了一半,師傅就收去了我碗丼,原來是加入蔥花和熱水,成為一碗泡飯。熱水把蒜香及蔥香完全蒸發出來,又另有一番風味。吃完令人全身發熱,感冒亦似乎不藥而癒。不過餐牌是沒有「MAYO丼」的,而且師傅也不是每次都會做的,要看看大家和「MAYO丼」有沒有緣份。今次日本東北的九級大地震,對袖山師傅的影響非常大,除了生意額下跌外,原來師傅是仙台人,師傅的姐姐亦在地震中失去聯絡,至今亦找不到。師傅不但沒有放棄,更到處搜尋新鮮的食材,以報答食客的支持。除此之外,袖山師傅更加在飲食雜誌上撰文感謝大家的支持,亦勉勵同業要堅持下去。這份心意實在讓人感動,這位師傅亦實在值得我們敬重。…Read More

約埋兩個friend,一行四人去屯門食海鮮,人少少,又想試多D款,自己買料都唔錯,可以每樣買少D,買多幾種。本來想買一隻魷魚,用嚟椒鹽,不過太大隻,四個人食唔晒,於是散叫一碟魷魚鬚。魷魚鬚炸得鬆脆,送酒一流!花竹蝦爽口鮮甜,用豉油汁煎香,更惹味!蒸嘅火候到家,唔會過火太韌,又不失咬口。象拔蚌鮮甜爽口,內臟嘅味道更濃郁,不過唔係人人都啱口味。原來都好大碟,四個人夾極都仲有,抵食!炒蟶子亦好抵食,平日去大牌檔食,只係炒蟶子殼,呢度冇呃秤,半碟殼,真係有返半碟肉。相比起扇貝就唔抵食,舊膶仲大過粒帶子,唔抵!海龍王湯好味!買海鮮時叫老闆執包海龍王湯,次次都係執D瞓覺嘢,魚毛蝦毛等,今次竟然撈咗條游水魚,雖然唔係咩貴嘢,但已經正好多啦!已經好飽,諗住叫甜品,侍應跟手上埋碟蟹,係喎!仲有奄仔蟹!不過蟹殼上有D油光,唔似淨係搵鹽去焗,一開蟹蓋,蟹羔都算多,雖然唔太黃,不過都香!最後送甜品,紅豆桂花糕麻麻地,紅豆唔夠腍,桂花太多太濃,有D似藥水味。南瓜西米露就好正!南瓜夠香,唔太甜,完滿嘅終結!買料$1300,加工費$700,埋單$2000,每人$500,抵食!…Read More

臨近冬至,梗係要同班兄弟食餐飯啦!不過好多出色嘅食肆已經book滿晒,而北角鳳城竟然仲有位,即刻book位,仲寫埋D預訂嘅菜式先。去到未人齊,叫D餐前小食送下酒先,叉燒唔錯,唔太腍,有咬口,不過小弟略嫌佢唔夠肥。友人話雞腳都好正,不過小弟唔啜腳趾,冇食到。大家談天說地講是非後,人齊啦!起菜!先嚟金錢雞,原來全枱大部分人都未食過金錢雞,大家都覺得好新奇。小弟細個跟老豆都食唔少,D童年回憶即刻返晒嚟!呢度D金錢雞都唔錯,如果舊冰肉厚DD就更正!再嚟係煎藕餅,大家一致讚好。熱辣辣,表面煎得香脆,鯪魚肉夠彈牙,加埋爽口嘅蓮藕粒,又係送酒嘅佳品。鍋貼大明蝦脆口嘅食物自然受歡迎,大蝦夠彈牙,不過用千年油炸嘅麵包,始終有D油「益」味。金錢蟹盒:(最有期望嘅一味,通常都係最失望嘅!油浸嘅蟹盒,雖然香脆,不過咬一啖,成口油。而且唔見有蟹肉,只有少量蝦肉,有D搵笨之嫌,老婆嗰舊仲有多條蝦鬚,真係唔多掂!主菜嚟喇!煎釀鯪魚,其實同藕餅差唔多,只不過有D汁。小弟都係鍾意煎藕餅多D。紫薑彭公鵝超正!隻鵝夠肥大,鵝肉夠入味,個汁酸酸甜甜,好開胃,大家唔湊米氣嘅都忍唔住要叫碗飯嚟撈汁。最後要個焗布甸埋尾,布甸唔太甜,啱晒大家嘅口味,不過嗜甜嘅小弟就覺得爭D,而且唔夠香滑,食唔返以前舊式酒樓用玻璃兜焗嘅蓮蓉布甸,不過都已經算唔錯!食物有一定嘅水準,不過最緊要係成班兄弟一齊有講有笑,一齊摸住酒杯底,食餐好嘅,真係此刻無價!…Read More

結婚五周年,同老婆嚟Hugo's慶祝。新嘅Hugo's以古堡式嘅裝修,燈光較暗,較以前更有情調。可惜駐場嘅吉他手竟然彈"Nobody",真係激死!今晚食牛扒,想配紅酒,不過睇嚟睇去都揀唔到,侍應即刻自動過嚟幫忙,服務態度一流!佢大約問咗我地嘅口味,就推介一支美國嘅紅酒,Pinot Noir 2006,價錢少貴啦!不過真係啱我地口味,易入口,果然唔錯!頭盤叫咗煎鵝肝,我地話share嘅,侍應就分好兩份先上枱,服務好好。可惜鵝肝煎得太熟,要扣分!:(堂煮嘅龍蝦湯,味道偏甜,龍蝦味唔夠濃郁,不過口感好滑,唔錯!我記得舊Hugo's嘅龍蝦湯係有一小杯XO,比你自己加落湯度,不過而家冇咗,因為煮嘅時候已加咗,但只係用VSOP。主菜我要咗西冷,西冷燒得夠香,不過冇乜肉味:(,好似Ruth's Chris好味d。今期有野味,老婆要咗黃猄柳。黃猄柳唔肥,好腍,而且好有肉味,正!每個主菜可揀兩款配菜,老婆要薯餅&邊豆,我要焗薯&炒雜菌。配菜有個熱盤熱住,非常細心。薯餅同焗薯好味!炒雜菌同邊豆就普通。最後加個Souffle,外脆內滑,好好味!可配橙酒醬,令Souffle更香,而且冇咁漏;亦可配朱古力干邑醬,令味道更濃郁,更豐富。原來仲奉送一個甜品,朱古力Bonbon,好味!已經好飽,未能一試魔鬼咖啡,下次再嚟試過!是晚Hugo's都差唔多滿座,我諗大約有七成客人都係嚟慶祝紀念日嘅,因為吉他手都唱咗好多次Happy Birthday。另外見經理攞咗九十九次紅玫瑰去其中一枱,相信係客人求婚用嘅!所以呢度真係幾適合慶祝紀念日嘅。…Read More
