生日飯梗係去玄海食刺身啦,師傅堅持食材由日本直送,每日都有飛機貨,新鮮無比靚魚,時令靚魚都有廣島生蠔---鮮甜軟滑活赤貝---爽脆新鮮,上枱時還有陏動系撚鯛---又名金線鯛,咪就係紅衫魚囉,魚味濃帶甜味有油香,果然唔同海域生長,肉質肉味都有分別真鯛及牡丹蝦---福神抱住嗰條魚,肉質結實味淡清甜,牡丹蝦好大隻,肉質彈牙,最正之後炸蝦頭,脆香無比,佐酒一流在這店訂時令魚就最掋食,如果要食喜知次就更加無懈可擊,記得訂座時預留心水魚刺身。…Read More

今次係第四次食,首先講講坐位安排,頭一次因剛開張,所以多人要搭枱,第二次有細枱空出都要去同其他人搭枱 ,第三次開始時都係搭枱,但當我食到中途,因為張五人枱得番我倆,要我倆轉細枱而留空張五人枱 ,今次都係搭枱,好彩我倆唔需要轉枱,但隔離枱就有人同樣要轉細枱。今晚叫了兩隻蒸聖子皇、海味雜菜煲、花雕蛋白蒸蟹,聖子皇一般沒有問題,海味雜菜煲啲菜好油,應該係抄熟才放進煲內 ,最離譜係花雕蛋白蒸蟹,竟然用凍蟹番蒸,蟹肉完全係入口變成粉狀  ,埋單時向老闆講,用凍蟹番蒸不如取消這個菜色,因番蒸啲蟹肉會散,食客係食得出,他只是敷衍回答:「會叫師傅留意一下」,這樣食店唔食都無損失。 …Read More

28/11/08天氣轉涼,想同家人去一間太耐無食過的至尊豬骨煲,當晚要久等就正常,等了接近一個鐘(已過了9:00),她們開始再叫號碼,竟然在叫9:00後的號碼,我問她我還要等多久,她竟說:「如果你當食9:00前,我可以立刻俾位你,但9:00後就要再攞過新號碼。」,我之後同她理論不久,她就俾位我們,在飲食中她們的服務人手不足、態度惡劣,埋單4位在9:00後特價時段還要$560,但我們不是叫了很多貴價食物,這樣也罷,最過份是食食吓,在個煱內有個煙頭,叫她們來處理,她們無人理會,當叫她們埋單,那個部長只說一聲:「個菜無計你錢,多謝$560。」,最後我說:「咁貴!算罷,以後都絕對不會再來。」。…Read More
