令人意外驚喜的晚餐

位置不起眼, 亦沒有任何宣傳, 若非碰巧經過的話, 都不知新開了這家餐廳.進店就見兩個後生的侍應小妹, 就是學生的樣子. 再想想隔壁是YMCA, 應該是餐飲課程的學員吧?服務有禮, 就是經驗不足. 老爸叫了羊架, 小弟叫了肉眼, 但就兩次都是問小弟扒要幾成熟. 拜託, 叫羊架的是我老爸耶, 請問他.上菜時其實由同一位侍應上菜的, 不過就沒有甚麼記性, 不會去記一下哪個客人點了甚麼菜.我們進店後, 是唯一有叫過菜的客人, 不難去記吧?不過還是學生, 算吧.晚餐包括湯, 主菜, 甜品, 餐飲. 湯 (意大利菜湯)味道偏啖, 不過不失菜的清甜, 附上的小法包微暖香脆, 不俗 主菜 (肉眼)對小店的牛扒, 本來不予厚望, 不過往往就是沒期望就有驚喜.一般小店, 叫個五成熟的牛扒就是給你來個七成, 叫了等同沒叫. 但這裡的烹調工夫十分到家, 生熟程度恰到好處.選料當然不會是上好的材料, 但絕非下價貨. 肉質鮮嫩亦有豐富的肉汁, 最值得讃賞是沒用過梳打粉, 不會帶著梳打粉獨有的臭味, 是正宗西餐的做法. 老實話, 小弟一向對中式扒餐用上大量梳打粉的做法不抱好感.牛扒沒有任何醬汁, 只有檯面的鹽和黑胡椒, 以及待應小妹親自為你奉上的黃芥辣.若非對食材充滿信心, 是不會無汁上碟的. 主菜 (羊架)老爸的羊架, 同樣烹調工夫到家, 亦只會提供薄荷醬或芥辣. 唯獨店家可能考慮到口味, 羊肉去羶, 有一點點失去羊肉獨有的風味. 甜品 (tiramisu)甜度適中, 就是酒香略欠吧? 餐飲 (咖啡)咖啡濃啖得宜, 附上的是鮮牛奶而非奶精, 盛著牛奶的小壺還特意溫熱過整體而言, 十分滿意的一餐, 在附近沒啥好吃西餐的一帶, 此店有如一個綠洲.…Read More

正如FL君所言, 呢個鋪位係死位一個. 甚至賣麵已經係前身, 而家變成川菜館, 不過仍然用上原來店名.叫了一個二人小菜套餐, 分別是芥辣雞及什菜煲. 什菜煲咁油膩的什菜煲都係第一次食 芥辣雞所謂芥辣雞, 並非以芥辣烹調, 而是上一碟浸雞, 附上一碟芥辣連豉油.雞未煮熟, 向店家投訴, 店家回收後道會另上一碟.然後嘛....就見廚房推出一碟東西, 樓面大姐扲去微波爐叮後就再扲返來...OMG, 眼前係一碟白切雞的頭頭尾尾, 仲要經過微波爐加熱後, 一睇就知又乾又硬.俾機會店家翻煮, 可以仲衰過原來一碟...算啦, 即係叫人唔好再幫襯囉.…Read More

碰巧經過時剛好下午2時, 侍應小姐出來拉客, 2時後全部午餐減5元...聽落幾抵, 所以走入去一試...咁樣減5元真係好過直接出多個下午茶餐牌...店內裝修倒不錯, 傳統日式食店柚木色為主...不過與其說是鐵板燒店, 倒不如說是像居酒屋, 再睇一下牆上的新店開張告示, 方知原來這個是放題店, 怪不得...店中的鐵板處理部份以透明物料(太遠, 睇唔到)密封了, 應該是怕店子油煙味太重而設計, 睇到入面師父煮食, 卻失了其他鐵板店的近距離親切感, 總覺得怪怪的.點了一個牛肉火鍋定食.麵鼓湯好咸...但冇乜麵鼓味...白飯水氣太重, 不過可能係因為過了午飯時間, 焗得太耐而致牛肉火鍋牛肉味濃, 意料之外...最初仲以為係D冇味牛肉來...火鍋配菜有椰菜, 竹輪, 嗚門, 蘿蔔等等...整體份量十足.湯就...細味下有小魚干的味道, 當然少不了一點點味精, 但屬可接受程度.食物都ok的, 不過最令我滿意的是服務.其實餐廳整體服務應該只屬一般, 唯獨一位叫Micky的侍應小姐值得一讚.由我入店時開始一直觀察, 侍應小姐已經係長掛笑容.帶位後會留在客人位置附近等待客人叫餐, 但企位並非貼在客人身旁等, 而是在附近隨傳隨到的位置...侍應小姐在客人叫餐後會覆單, 店內其他侍應是沒有這樣做的.捧餐時到客人前幾步時, 還會先停下轉換一下托盤位置, 配合食用者的適合位置...今時今日的小店仲有咁好服務態度的侍應小姐實在難得...這裡午餐是沒收加一的...學萬寧妹妹講句: 我有少少鐘意左佢…Read More

裝修了一段時間, 終於開張了, 跟老爸試了一次.店面沒舖天花, 樓底極高, 空間感好大...不過D冷氣喉管在頭頂上真係好奇怪...上一手食完走了, 都未執檯, 唔叫都唔識來執...小二極生手, 寫字慢, 好多事想解釋又口齒不清, 入錯單(佢手寫的一張係冇錯的)仲多多解釋...唯獨有一兩個小二, 見你檯面沒食物時會主動問你落單未和有否食物未到.叫菜...炖湯餐冇炖湯, 要你飲茶水...ok...咁要薄荷咖啡, 冇薄荷...ok...咁要雪梨蜜, 都冇...ok...咁要咸寧梳打, 未有汽水...叫小菜...又係D菜係未有的仲要係落完單一段時間先話沒這個沒那個...最後...兩個小菜中間隔了20分鐘才到...食到冇癮.係我黑定其實乜都未有?最後叫了... 漁灣村骨煲個煲(器皿)本身已經細, 仲要得半兜...加埋唔夠10粒排骨...好小家...味道都叫ok. 豉汁蒸鱔個豉汁夠味, 亦唔會太咸, 鱔冇蒸得過火 白飯白飯? 冇錯, 真係講白飯...碎米...飯芯又未熟...冇飯香...小菜就算好食, 飯唔好食其實都唔得...新開張...但準備得很差, 失望...唔特別俾笑定喊住, 隔返一段時間先再光顧, 睇睇到時有否改善...…Read More

希臘小貓 睇完呢到的comment, 第一次係呢到食lunch即時要出post寫我的comment…我叫了照燒雞扒湯米線(冬蔭公湯底) $24 + 凍飲 $7- 湯底ok, 但好油- 雞扒夠大, 但好咸- 米線夠滑, 但得好少份量 (扒大過粉)另叫了煎robert go, 好散好粉, 唔夠熱同唔夠脆環境 : 好多麻甩佬,似工廠區食堂 FEEL, 因坐近門口,食完成身油煙味, toilet 超污穢, 又細又窄又濕又有蚊又焗..唯一可取: 落單快, 上菜快結論: 食唔飽, 唔覺會再來食多次囉…:(

其實都已經是一個月前的事. 當時心血來潮就跟老爸來一試這間如此有名的點心店.朝早9點45分到來, 已見一條人龍, 雖是閒日, 不過當日總算是假期前夕. 未開店都已經要排到第二輪的9號了. 等了45分鐘左右, 總算可以進入店子.點了這些東西: 燒賣 黃沙豬潤腸 叉燒飽 陳皮牛肉球 金菇牛肉腐皮卷 杞子桂花糕即叫即蒸關係, 下了單後還要等上一段時間, 不過店子小人多, 空氣不流通, 其實還真等的辛苦. 燒賣豬肉肥瘦適中, 蝦偏小, 不過爽口, 味道就跟一般酒樓燒賣差別不大. 黃沙豬潤腸皮薄...餡...在哪呀? 一條近10cm左右的腸粉入面得1粒2cm直徑的豬潤? 過份了一點吧? 豬潤煮老了, 如吃沙紙......而且...即叫即蒸的情況下碟腸粉涼的, 其實係咪上一手食剩? 叉燒飽招牌貨果真招牌貨, 外脆內軟餡料熱辣香甜, Good. 陳皮牛肉球肉味濃, 唔多粉, 還有陣陣陳皮香, 佳作 金菇牛肉腐皮卷拜託店家唔好再出炸點來獻醜, 成條都係油, 炸到最後冇迫返D油出來...墊底張吸油紙可以完全呈飽和狀態, 可悲. 油多到咁的後果會點? 唔知仲以為係翻炸 杞子桂花糕一流, 充滿桂花香, 甜度洽到好處我唔要求每樣食物都有超一流水準, 不過最少...要做到入到口囉. 其實六個點心有三個都係水準以上, 不過差的兩個就已經足夠拖低評價.…Read More

出開太子工作, 午飯時間隨便找了一家食店.由於都將近2點, 店都已經沒有多少顧客. 本打算叫一個定食快吃快走, 不過壽司餐吸引了我的注意: 帶子, 三交魚, 吞拿魚, 蟹棒, 甜蝦, 鯛魚...再加一個自選的飯或烏冬, 小弟點了一個蔥三文魚腩飯. 42元有這些東西, 抵食, 質素當然要上菜先知啦.茶...很淡, 茶包問題. 不過我不是來喝茶的, 也罷.先上壽司, 壽司飯握得實了一點, 不過總比一夾就散為好. 鯛魚有點鯹 蟹棒實了一點, 味道可以甜蝦冇特別意見 帶子鮮甜厚肉! 意料之外 吞拿魚沒有吞拿魚獨有的血味 三文魚一般迴轉壽司店供應貨色後上的是蔥三文魚腩飯蔥夠香, 不過三文魚腩唔夠肥, 飯上面加左少少芝麻, 幾香.份量係一個小碗, 一個佐餐而言個size都ok.$42有如此份量同味道, 已經再冇要求.不過...話有小食, 但影都唔見...不過食完先記起, 都懶的去追了.…Read More
