事次係揸車入黎錦田做野,順便食午飯. 黎呢到係因為睇過某雜誌既介紹.出發前打左次電話問清楚地址.去到錦田公路到街尾”龍X酒樓”都搵唔到間鋪. 再打電話問清楚啦.原來係郵局對面.下~~原本個門牌唔係咁突出,我眼大睇過龍.行到門口,原來仲要行樓梯上去.推門就見到好多菜係我眼前(因為店內亦有售賣有機菜).睇雜誌話D菜係老闆自己種家;店鋪似係住屋既改成,分室內同室外.咁熱梗係要室內啦.蒜蓉包大大塊,熱騰騰,外皮脆到不得了. 包身軟淋淋.餐湯係麥皮粟米湯.湯底稀稀地,不過麥皮飽肚.簡簡單單又健康, 反而做早餐就好D.煙鴨胸拼司華力腸意粉: 鴨胸同司華力腸兩樣都係似出邊買番黎.意粉白烚.蕃茄蓉係新鮮無添加,一D調味料都無加,真係原汁原味,所以感覺味道偏淡.白酒龍利柳意粉: 龍利柳煎得好好,唔過火.唔腥.白汁加入白酒,配合得相當好,因為我個人好怕白汁既厚膩,唔係唔鍾意白汁,係覺得食完白汁,就食唔到其他野.但係呢碟白酒龍利柳完全無傳統白汁厚膩既感覺,好清新.質感好簿.好鍾意.配菜既潺菜葉質厚身,好肉地,滑潺潺.菜味濃郁,無添加.最後係蕃茄啦.只係簡約咁煎一煎個表面.食到茄身好肉厚,又JUICY.WELL…新鮮就係咁簡單.加$15要左杯雪梨汁. 雪梨汁一粒冰都無,無加糖.飲落仲有籽家.反而熱咖啡就無咩特別啦.所以推介大家加錢飲新鮮果汁.果日去仲有蘋果汁,火龍果汁…等等選擇.可能平時出街食既都落左調味料,樣樣都味道濃烈.黎到呢到食既野淡味左,真係唔係好慣.不過間唔中黎感受下田園風味,呢到係唔錯既選擇.同埋佢比到我以前係澳洲食飯既感覺,新鮮唔落調味料都感覺良好.咁既價錢食一餐營養餐,抵~~有些少建議:如果係元朗搭巴士出發既,係錦田郵局落車,望對面馬路就見到門牌;揸車既就要借人地附近食店既車位啦,附近無咩公家車位.出發前最好打去問清楚此店時間,因老闆可能會下午外出補添食材.無謂白行一場.錦田紅磚屋就係附近,不過只係星期六,日同紅日先開,大家可以去呢到食飯之餘順便行埋紅磚屋呢個景點.大家記住帶現金~~~…Read More

朋友既誠意推介之下,今次就去”德發”.三日前由我打電話去訂位.訂1930,8位.友人甲一馬當先19:00到達.佢話咁早唔去報到住.到我19:20到達,我地一齊去到店門口.店主話唔好意思,因為上一圍遲到,未咁快到我地"我好奇怪諗”唔係一早訂左19:30就應該MARK左比我地咩?”天氣超熱.店主見我地企係到都好有誠意開大風扇比我地吹住係門口等.我地同店主講我地改左6位.到19:40終於有位比我地啦.嘩~坐5個都有難度啦.仲要第5個要坐路口位.我地兩位女士坐到攝晒係隙位@@”.之後有朋友同埋HONEY黎,最後我地共7位.店主為我地另覓新位置,由地下搬上樓上.金磚炸豆腐併墨魚餅: 墨魚餅有彈性,有口感; 炸豆腐既皮簿得很. 豆腐內裡幼滑.蒜香蜜糖雞翼:好濃烈既蜜糖味. 外皮炸得香口. 但係食落又唔覺好油喎.飛天通菜煲:無咩特別,只係用左個煲做到鐵板既感覺.比到大家視覺上既享受.不過$88,好似唔係好值.大富大貴: 桂花魚包住木耳. 成條魚都蒸到滑一滑,想搵一忽”鞋”既地方都好難.價錢貴左少少.黃金蝦: 咸蛋味唔夠.無咩蝦味.真係咸蛋外皮還咸蛋外皮; 蝦還蝦.兩個沒有融為一體既感覺.椒鹽鮮魷: 魷魚不夠彈牙.唔似新鮮野.食落有點硬. 感覺似食椒鹽白飯魚多D.椰絲奶凍磚: 奶味不得濃郁.靠椰絲加強味道.質感滑溜.檸檬芝士磚:清新檸檬味,好似n年前好hit既檸檬餅味.但係唔覺有芝士味.依然質感滑溜.對比椰絲奶凍磚,個人寧願要檸檬芝士磚.木糠布甸:感覺乾爽.cream 既質地比較厚身.配合壓碎左既消化餅. 乾身既消化餅遇上厚cream,幾得意.焦糖燉蛋:夠蛋味.不過焦糖如果可以厚少少就好.梳乎里: 外貌不錯.不過得”糖”味.心太軟: 外形不太吸引.用上濃黑味朱古力做外皮.流心用無咁濃既朱古力.造出層次感.整體而言.服務全面.店主有問必答.張張檯都問暈大家D野好唔好食.中菜真係好耐無見過人地會咁做,反而西餐廳咁做就見得多.店主既開懷性格亦都大大加分.店員感覺有D遊雲.朋友要COKE ZERO.阿姐話無.朋友話眼前咁大箱未拆. 阿姐話未雪凍.朋友再指住個雪櫃話”要果罐”.阿姐至比佢.可能太BUSY,做到唔知做咩.上菜速率幾快.座位比較迫.雖然人多,但未至於聽唔到對面傾計. 大富大貴($198)同飛天通菜煲($88)有點貴,不過咁多位除番就OK既.大排檔既FEEL 有甜品食,好得意.而且都唔錯,會再黎再試.不過建議大家一定要訂位.因版面所限,所以有限量咁UPLOAD相。…Read More

落雨天,我地3點左右黎到華嫂….人地收5點…都諗住未必有野食,再加上落雨天,又唔識路.都係撞下試試. 係公廁對面有兩間店, 兩間門口無招牌既,見一間比較多人同埋有幅畫,咁我估就係佢啦…再入到去見到個MENU有好大個菠蘿飽, 咁我知係LEE到啦.入到去得番近門口位.對住個廁食.本來諗住叫菠蘿飽,店員介紹我地要唔要”公司菠蘿飽”?我地好奇怪點解睇MENU無既,之後佢係隔離檯拿左張POSTER 比我地睇…..哦~鮮油菠蘿蛋”咁要一個+齋鮑魚米線+兩個熱奶茶鮮油菠蘿蛋係菠蘿包夾番茄,牛油同蛋. 店員好殷勤咁拿出黎比左個樣我地睇,再問我地要唔要幫我地切,咁我地話切一半啦(好服務). 好食未至於好好食,不過配搭新鮮,又甜又鹹再加上個蛋半流,好得意.減肥既朋友就不宜食啦,塊牛油雖然細少,不過都幾HEAVY.熱奶茶聞落好香,茶味濃郁,但飲落未至太滑.齋鮑魚米線同餐肉蛋米線D餸係現成貨,無咩特別,最特別既係佢D菜. 菜味十足,疑似有機菜,精瑩通透.不過煎果塊蛋既半流心狀態,值得一讚.而且LEE個價錢佢既米線底都算大…Read More

第二次黎”梁記”食啦.食既野都係同上次一樣.酸辣原味豬扒米線餐;酥炸鯪魚球;什錦餃子米線.酸辣原味豬扒米線比上次酸左好多,果然係酸吖.同埋油膩感重左好多.不過塊豬扒炸得好好.粉漿唔厚. 食落去唔會啖啖炸粉.酥炸鯪魚球煙韌又彈牙,真係可以當乒乓波打下. 即炸上黎熱辣辣再配埋個SAUCE,正.什錦餃子米線一次過跟8粒餃子,真係一次過比你試晒佢地既品種.啱晒我地LEE D 愛試新野既人啦. 餃子皮薄又滑身. 餃子無偷工減料之餘,又唔會塞到塊餃子皮爆晒.我自己就比較鍾意南瓜既香甜同白菜豬肉既清爽.香菊蜜夠甘香,足料,唔係用果菊花沖劑了事.夠涷.不太甜.再三回味.不過第一次去飲既時候,仲以為係佢個杯花左,哈哈.原來係佢個杯既獨特 STYLE.價錢看似很便宜,不過佢既麪底真係好細.齋食一豌麪二次都唔夠飽,係要再叫D小食先至夠飽.要值得讚既係佢地既既炸物無油”益”味.同埋係即叫即炸.一路食野既同時,你會見到佢地不停係到用心包餃子.家族式既生意果然對比商業D既係有HEART 既.店內既椅子係無挨”PAN”既,所以都係食完都唔會坐好耐家.不過佢地有電視供應…而佢地既位置係巴士站隔離,揸車既對比就無咁方便唔可以直接泊門口,反而要泊對面露天停車場行番過黎啦.…Read More

最近都係旺角市中心依得多,所以今晚決定上旺角東轉下環境.朋友屬意去APPLE GREEN,而我係旺角APPLE GREEN剛開張時黎過.去到店門,店員問我地有否訂檯,我地示意沒有,便帶我地入座.一坐落張椅子,嘩~~硬得黎超唔舒服.上次黎因為一行六人,坐軟綿綿既SOFA.今次既椅子真係坐到PAT PAT 痛.仲有此椅子絕不可以放小手袋係背脊同個人一齊坐既話個手袋會”扇”落去家.是日晚餐: 凱撒沙律加雞肉(半份), 羅勒椒蒜意粉同三文魚拌蕃薯蓉(半份). 另外再叫杯鮮LEMONADE (任添).凱撒沙律加雞肉既菜新鮮爽口有水份. 至緊要係夠凍.雞肉比較鬆散同小量(份量雞肉比蔬菜,比例是10:1) 沙律醬是美味得很.遺憾的是欠缺麵包糠既裝飾. 附加既香蕉麵包,鬆軟可口,香蕉味濃,雖然只係落香蕉味精油,但感覺好似食緊香蕉一樣.羅勒椒蒜意粉超油膩.落油過多. 蒜香味勁多. 羅勒味都十足.可能係意粉先用乾蒜起WOK,再加多次蒜,所以意粉有兩重蒜味.意粉既彈性一流.煮意粉時間掌握得好好~~香燒三文魚配蕃薯蓉直情係超級驚喜. 三文魚煎既時間不過火,香煎味濃厚.配上醬汁好好味. 蕃薯蓉超好味,齋食蓉都好好食。啖啖都係蓉.唔會過甜.食到唔停口.個人喜歡三文魚加蕃薯蓉再配醬汁一齊食. 感覺超爽~~魚味; 蕃薯蓉味; 醬汁味.三個連埋,嘩~無得頂.配菜無咩味,係好爽口.要配汁食.LEMONADE 係任添,(LEMONTEA都係).對我黎講,唔係好夠甜。冰好多。(冰唔多又唔好飲既)。我一路飲;一路凍到陣。雖然店員同我REFILL既時候都就住唔倒太多冰(我無提出少冰家),無奈佢地個樽無隔冰座。LEMONADE任添既同時,冰都係任添既。因為此店大部份既份量都額大,宜一大班朋友黎食,可以試多D野。不過坐二人檯既話感覺好嘈,傾唔到計。記住約客一對一千祈唔好黎呢到呀。…Read More

果日下午BOOK 檯都天陰陰啦.本來BOOK左19:15,點知忽然有野做,攬到趕唔切.差唔多19:15出邊已經落超大雨.仲諗:”落咁大雨,都唔駛BOOK 啦.”不過最終都係為安全起見,將個BOOKING 推到20:00. 打電話已經問左會有3個鐘FREE PARKING.話只要揸到入去,會有員工指示泊邊到家啦.揸車途中,出面既雨依然唔停,仲愈落愈大.到門口一個人都無,可能因為太大雨既關係.要落車行入去問接待處,先至話只要泊埋一邊就得家啦.入到餐廳,店長熱切咁問歡迎我地,咁我話BOOK左20:00, 店長話;’哦,黃小姐麻, BOOK 左20:00 , 3位.”我即時心諗:” 咁大雨早知唔駛改BOOKING實有位家啦.連店長都記得姓咩BOOK幾點.今晚咁大雨都係無咩人家啦.”入到去座真係無人家.哈哈.不過愈坐得耐,愈黎愈多人.睇過menu, 就order香煎鵝肝配南瓜意大利飯加兩個set dinner: 燒豬肋骨配燒烤汁及美國黑安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露汁.頭盤係三文魚木瓜沙律及牛肝菌忌廉湯. 先送上熱騰騰既麵包. 皮脆內淋.唔太乾身,好好食.撕開既時候,仲有一陣煙家.牛油一遇上麵包即刻溶晒.正~~三文魚木瓜沙律既三文魚無咩魚味;少少腥;乾身;一篤即碎.D菜過份乾身,完全被抽乾晒D 水份. 應該放左係到風乾左一段時間.木瓜尚可.全碟沙律落左既黑胡椒都辟唔到魚既腥味.講真三文魚有少少霉,應該預先煎左放左一段時間.碟沙律太乾啦.,如果加D橄欖油會好D.牛肝菌忌廉湯攪拌成茸,雖然未至於好滑,但食唔到有粒粒既. 菌味濃郁.香煎鵝肝配南瓜意大利飯 ($148)激讚, 每粒飯都完全吸收晒南瓜汁. 個飯仲充滿香甜洋蔥味呢.鵝肝外面煎得有點過黑,有D 焦焦地.豬肋骨同黑安格斯肉眼扒都有陣雪味. 肉眼扒有少少韌.跟黎既黑松露汁似燒汁多過黑松露汁(無論味道同賣相). 燒豬肋骨有D”鞋”,唔入味.D SET DINNER 似係一早整定.跟豬肋骨黎既汁酸酸地幾得意.兩個SET 都唔好食.反之伴碟既薯條就非常出色. 夠CRISPY.好有薯仔味,”麥當當一定食唔到.甜品係NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE. 芝士味濃郁, 唔太甜.蛋糕好企身, 好好味.SET DINNER美國黑安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露汁($268) 同燒豬肋骨配燒烤汁($198) 以咁既價錢質素只屬一般.但服務好好. 環境優靜,下午黎映相個環境應該仲正,會考慮再黎.不過唔會再叫SET 囉.或者應該叫招牌菜啦.…Read More

見佢新開張,上次媽媽話諗住試下,不過超多人排隊,於是放棄左.今日見無咩人排隊就去食啦.入都去,店員安排我地入到最入既位置(出面張張檯比人坐爆晒).首先坐低感覺怪怪地.因為佢地係一張硬木長椅既設計.一張長椅二人坐.附上一人一塊坐墊.坐得個人好唔舒服:一係就成張唔好比坐墊坐硬木;一係就整成張木長椅咁長既坐墊啦. 張墊會走位家.攪到坐都坐到不安.係咁招手諗住落單.見面前既女店員招極都唔過黎(佢隻眼一直都見到我地,但佢全無表示,亦無意思過黎),只係一直不停斟水.我地諗應該有D員工只係負責斟水,唔可以落單.其實如果咁既情況,係咪應該直接話比個客知佢唔係負責落單,又或者可以通知其他同事黎落單???!!終於搵到相關店員黎落單.我地叫左一客三文魚剌身;一客櫻花尤魚壽司; 一客辣腐皮壽司;兩客海膽玻璃蝦壽司同豬軟骨拉麵. 轉個頭,店員回來話:”唔好意思,我地無海膽玻璃蝦.”之後唔講野.咁我問:”咁係無海膽定無玻璃蝦?”之後佢話無海膽.咁我地就叫左兩客玻璃蝦壽司. 唔知係咪新開張D店員仲未熟悉環境,講解唔係好清楚.要個客問番轉頭有咩無.其實佢可以同我地講只係無海膽家麻.唔問落去,真係以為連玻璃蝦都無.三文魚剌身賣相好似好得,但食落平平無奇.可以入口.$35 五塊(人地板X都同佢既價差無幾,仲好食D); 再來豬軟骨拉麵.噢~~~湯底同我係屋企煮個”出前X丁”既豬軟骨麵一模一樣.紫菜好似放左出面吹風吹左好耐,淋到嘔. 麵底又好似浸左湯好耐咁.我個妹話仲人地”味X拉麵”既水準都高過佢,LEE到又貴過人地,料又少過人地.人地D櫻花尤魚壽司,鋪到滿瀉,佢就得果幾條.酸味不足. 包壽司既紫菜淋到極.唉~辣腐皮壽司一般,食完都唔覺佢有加辣. 唉~玻璃蝦個樣成隻普通熟蝦咁, 人地”板X”既玻璃蝦係透明樣家麻.食落去佢係九成熟既” 蝦”囉. 唉~呃人既.後來我地覺唔係好夠飽,咪再加過”火龍卷”囉.大家勁無聊咁係到坐左35分鐘, 一條卷都未見到.附近D人都走到七七八八.(由LUNCH 食到TEA都黎). 店員們都係到清潔啦.睇個款“火龍卷”都唔黎家啦.咁咪結賬啦.張單黎到, “火龍卷”順利成章入埋張單到計數.同店員小姐講, “火龍卷”根本無黎過.咁店員小姐行開左,再返轉頭話:”因為火龍卷製作需時,而家剛剛做好.”下~~需時?!點解落單果陣唔同我地講” 需時”嫁.而家話結賬先”剛剛”做好.佢地係咁清潔果陣都見到我地仲未走都應該過黎跟下單啦.講真食野個MOOD都無鬼晒,見, “火龍卷”咁耐都未到,都叫埋結賬,即係我地有心走啦.咁我地同店員小姐講我地都要趕時間唔食啦.點知店員小姐就同我地講”火龍卷”已經完成製作,叫我地外賣擰走食. 擺明夾硬黎啦.我地同佢講我地真係唔要啦. 店員小姐即時黑晒口咁去void單.我真係未試過比錢既時候,有D野食未黎,仲要夾硬要你要,仲要叫你擰走喎.講真,店既水準唔高,仲要有d咁既事發生.我麻….唔會再黎家啦.上樓上飲茶好過啦.唯一可讚既係佢地斟水既速度真係好快(可能佢地唔可以落單,所以只好勁斟水)…Read More

店舖裝修睇落比較簡單,給人一種溫馨既感覺,用燈不太暗,又不會給人很光猛既壓迫感.有D餐廳浪漫到連MENU 都睇唔到既,我就最怕啦.一坐低,先來一杯水,係暖暖既檸檬水,講真我覺得幾好飲家.再來女店員問”你地係咪第一次黎食?”(係呀~~)佢就介紹比我地知, 餐廳係無SET ,不過可另加$70,則包埋湯, 餐茶 & 甜品.我地既心態係可能一次過無回頭,決定比多$70 .由湯到主菜介紹都用左幾分鐘.佢用心介紹比我地聽,佢既推介係蘑菇湯.不過最後要洋蔥湯同露筍湯(因為露筍湯係是日餐湯, 所以想試左先,其他長期都會供應麻).女店員再講”我地既洋蔥湯係清清地,唔係有芝士果隻,因為之前有客話佢係法國飲果款唔係我地果款,所以我講比你知地”到選主菜時,我地決定要法式焗鴨腿同焗海鮮酥.女店員再話” 正宗既法式焗鴨腿可能你地會覺得咸, 所以我地會跟埋白飯.”嘩~~真係超細心既詳細介紹,唔該晒.露筍湯同洋蔥湯好滑.唔似係出邊食果D有渣既.洋蔥湯既洋蔥咪唔太強,不過佢既肉味同胡椒味就比較出; 露筍湯就清清咁, 但唔算太特出.法式焗鴨腿好入味,又唔”老”身. 皮同肉中間夾住層油, 有好香鴨油味,.但一D都唔油膩,食到最尾,都仲係好好味.不過佢咸既程度,真係要送飯. 鴨腿主菜配埋個薯仔餅, 薯仔餅一層又一層,食完一個要再黎. 薯仔餅係一塊一塊薯仔配上忌廉,真係食到唔想停.焗海鮮酥既裝住一D小海鮮再配龍蝦汁.我覺得個龍蝦汁好好味喔.食到最後個酥皮,仲係好脆.意粉既橄欖味都幾重,不過食落個感覺又唔係好油.另外,兩份主菜伴碟既蔬菜充滿鮮菜味. 伴碟既都不容忽視.到甜品啦,我地要左焦糖燉蛋同白朗峰.講真焦糖燉蛋就無咩驚喜,重左D玉桂味; 白朗峰我之前未食過咁既甜品,係蛋白打左加玉桂醬.個樣好似棉花糖咁,食落去似有若無,輕飄飄咁.帶少少咸味.連伴碟畫既圖案都咁精緻.後來發現原來女店員係大廚既太太.(唔怪之咁落力啦)同埋佢同我地講解番洋蔥湯同白朗峰落左D咩. 洋蔥湯既肉味緣自巴馬火腿果層皮(因為我唔食牛既,出邊D洋蔥湯多用牛湯,又食到陣肉味,咪多口問下).而白朗峰就落左咸牛油.同埋佢用既玉桂係一支一支咁溶.今晚成餐飯食左大慨兩個鐘.你問我覺得耐唔耐?我又唔覺啦. 你問我覺得佢地係咪超星級美食?又唔係真係好超星級.但係黎LEE到食你會感受到人地真係有HEART去做每一件食物,連伴碟既糖漿都一絲不苟.係到我感受到小店既溫暖,店員既親切,老闆娘佢真係有問必答,,唔問都講.近至菜既用料,遠至自己既野都會同你講.你去蘭桂坊,真係唔得閒慢慢同你談心呀,啦啦聲去出多幾個餐好過啦.LEE D 就係唔同地區既分別啦.如果佢可以做埋OUTDOOR係門口嘆埋咖啡仲好呀.有下次有下次.…Read More

今天終於試到啦…..每次行過這店都見到爆晒場(記住係18:00之後吖~~)成日都心思思想去試….不過見要等位…..今日麻…大約17:00完成手上既工作後行過附近,橫豎早餐只食左兩個紅豆燒餅到這刻…見有位便快速坐下 咁啱友人亦在附近,所以叫了兩客, 分別係:雞翼豬耳湯紅薯寬粉($23) &雞絲撈粉條($17)(小辣).再每人一支黑豆漿(店內有黑白豆漿分別供應)( 豆漿/汽水$5一樣另加) 先講講我叫既雞翼豬耳湯紅薯寬粉.有雞翼.豬耳.酸菜.蔥.莞西&炸醬.嘩嘩嘩….好鬼滑呀~~又煙韌;又晶瑩通透;好有口感.再配合埋佢既湯底(豐富酸菜味),好好食~~~停不了口亦停不了手.但係雞翼同豬耳就無咩特別. 另友人既雞絲撈粉條.有雞絲.花生.蔥.莞西&炸醬.望落去依然係晶瑩通透.唔~~粉條既感覺係用彈牙黎形容.係未撈之前,我試過只係夾一條粉條黎試.係充滿滾水味^^”.再無聊D….我地兩個人一齊”了”個底,見到有D 水係底到….應該係滾粉條既過程所留低既滾水.另外雞絲有D “鞋”囉.我都係鍾意有湯底多D. 小辣麻…又唔覺得辣喎.(因為第一次黎LEE到食,唔知佢既辣有幾勁, 所以今次要小辣.) 服務態度真係一流啦…..真係有求必應家.一坐低(因為入去果陣只有一張檯,只好坐果張)張檯係未抹既.一招手,侍應以為落單,之後我說,”可唔可以幫我抹張檯先?”回應是,”好好好.之前未抹亁淨,唔好意思吖.”(夠坦白).落單夠快.而佢D檯真係一個走左又好快有人入黎坐番.再講, 以咁既價錢其實真係超值.$20幾蚊既水準又有服務,真係抵到痺!!!下次我會再黎既. …Read More

去親元朗大家都會食大大件SUSHI. 連我都食都悶啦…今日就搵左間專食雞既舖.頭.到達既時間係18:50.見早早地,又未有人排隊,於是行去買D野先返黎.到行到返黎已經19:15. 舖出邊己經有人等緊位.(門外有椅子比大家等候時坐既)企左都唔係好耐,(差唔多5分鐘左右)就有得入坐.一入去見到有個大電視映住出面大路門口.旁邊有張紙寫住叫大家可以睇到出邊D車-因為好多人都係揸車放係門口)因為排我前面係兩公婆,而我地又係兩個人,所以大家被編排坐係同一張4人檯.坐位又真係有些少迫迫地,背脊無得挨家.(茶記STYLE).其實佢間舖都唔算細,但係都爆晒場(好勁). 餐牌造型簡單,好似相簿咁.舖頭選擇唔多,主打係雞+飯;另有車仔麵同拼盤.睇過餐牌, 係元朗黎講$55一個飯餐真係幾進取.(就算唔加一).最後落單決定要鹹雞菜飯(套餐)$ 55跟涷朱古力(涷飲無另外收錢)同霸皇雞菜飯(套餐)$39跟湯.菜飯既菜粒都唔細粒,而且粒粒顏色鮮綠,菜味十足.(好新鮮)第一眼睇落去雞既份量都唔惹少.先講鹹雞菜飯. 鹹雞真係雞如其名.” 鹹”.不過又未至於好鹹.附上沙薑粉同薑蓉.雖然鹹雞齌食都夠味.但分別點埋沙薑粉同薑蓉有唔同既效果.沙薑粉上面仲有炒過乾蒜粒, 沙薑粉好滑,但會蓋過雞味; 薑蓉鹹鹹地,我就自己就比較鍾意點薑蓉,個味道比較出得黎不會蓋過雞味.霸皇雞菜飯呢…第一個印象十分色彩繽紛.上碟既霸皇雞上面淋有薑蔥, 辣椒同炒過乾蒜粒.底部除有芽菜之外,更有甜豉油.(鹹雞都有芽菜係底) 乾蒜粒有咬口,但略微炒過龍.配上甜豉油,再有辣椒,霸皇雞咸中帶點微甜, 甜中跟點少辣.先前提過既芽菜係霸皇雞到呢,點埋剩低既豉油,係真係好好食家.對比鹹雞果碟既芽菜,真係可以唔駛食,因為鹹雞果碟芽菜索晒雞D 油.無味又肥膩.同埋,食雞既話真係唔可以食得太慢, 因為佢D 雞油會陷入凝固狀態,變為啫喱狀.總結係我會寧願要霸皇雞菜飯既. 咁既價錢,真係值既.服務呢….似係家庭式經營,大家都勁有禮貌.同埋一眾侍應又收餐具時亦有唔該前唔該後.唯一既缺點係…真係坐得唔舒服囉.係食完走既時候,發覺出面本來比人等位時坐既椅子,比人收晒.而位置就開左張6人檯.連隔離人地收左舖既門口都比佢地用左黎放檯,仲已經食緊啦…….…Read More
