There's a saying said by Andre Gide:Nothing is more fatal to happiness than the remembrance of happiness。沒有什麼比回憶幸福更令人痛苦。我反而不太認同,有時有幸福可以回憶也是一種幸福。回憶幸福也可以很甜蜜。Yes, it can be very sweet when thinking of the moments when we were together!I can still remember the the occasions we were in Amigo. Sitting in here again made me thought of you. Still its pattern keeping for years - Giving a rose to female customers and a memo pad with the person's name who made the reservation. Environment: the decoration still keeps the same with long stairs, old-fashioned interior design, nice table decoration and dimmed light..etc giving you a sense of romantic and decent. The experienced waiters wears in tuxedo gives you a sense of royalty and treats you well The romantic live-band still there playing and singing love songs! The song you picked last time was 鄧麗君's. So I picked the same this time.Food:Butter - ^^ still keep the same as a rose shape (some people complaint the butter is too hard and not smooth enough, um.... actually butter keeps solid when putting in the fridge. In order to keep the rosy shape, they can't use soft butter and also can't put in the room temperature too long before serving.)Clam chowder soup - big clam with creamy chowder. the clam is a bit salty and fresh. someone mis-underestand the salty taste as spoiled. In opposite, the salted taste represents it's freshness. Goose Liver - very yummy with juicy inner and crispy outer. ^^Beef - the meat you loved so much so I ordered it as main course tonight. ! I ordered it being cooked to medium. Somehow it was a little bit overdone. but the source is very yummy.King shrimp - big shrimp tasted buttery and fresh. Desser - the most famous dessert here is Napoleon cake, i always ordered take-away but the taste was different compare with eating in here. Anyway, I ordered again tonight. The layers were very crispy and the custard were smooth......but the custard was not sweat enough (Im not that fond on sweats which you can imagine the Napoleon's taste...... a little bit disappointed).The remembrance of happiness can be sweet and happy and sometimes mixed with..... bitter.... this is life.... and similar to food... the taste can be complicated and with different aroma .... and everyone tastes differently for the same food!:)…Read More

今天請好友去食飯慶祝生日, 一大早已跟好友說要請她們食好野, 由我發板, 本來打算去THE ONE, 但已FULL, 聽朋友說“八重菊”的SEA VIEW 很正, 而且是食高級的日本料理。就去那里吃中午吧。食物 ﹣ 收的是高價貨, 給的是便價貨,1) 飯;無香味,一久久, 求其裝入碗就算, 打開蓋, 仲以為是別人吃過的。 2) 烏冬:中式打邊爐烏冬,不彈口。3)天婦羅:用的是便價槳,一上己是LUM的, 不脆口, 十分差。。唯一可讚的是天婦羅的汁, 入面的蘿卜茸很香很新鮮。4)河豚魚干:燒到好似柴皮, 不好味。服務 ﹣ 服務員對日食的知識是零, 問她們食物材料是什麼, 求其答。竟然連鯖魚都不會。哎。天 呀!景 ﹣ 維港景, 靚是靚, 應有4分, 但我來一間餐廳是食東西, 如純看景, 我不如站在尖東海傍看; 所以一路食一路慶, 海景都不好看。please DO NOT only sell the sea view, indeed the food quality is more important. 今天看雜誌, 見有文章介紹鮨福助, 圖片很精美,令到我恨不得立刻飛車去試食。可惜有事忙, 又是二點多才到目的地。這間位於澳門逸園中心11樓的餐廳, 一開LIFT門,便見到個布簾, 入到店內無人招呼, 沒有RECEPTION TABLE, 還以為是入了後門 ﹣ 但不是, 沒有入錯, 門面設計有些奇怪!由於已過午膳時間, 只有一二枱客, 我們選了壽司吧坐。先看午餐定食, 共有七款, 價錢由$160 ﹣ $280。福助壽司定食十貫 $180: 由日籍師傅發板 ﹣ 拖羅 (意料之外, 定食竟然有拖羅且新鮮), 𩶘魚(普通), 吞拿魚(介乎新鮮與不新鮮間, 無魚味), 深海池魚 (好味), 蟹棒 (不突出, 蟹味不濃), 帆立貝(新鮮彈口, 香港人常將帆立貝及帶子混淆, 其實它們是不一樣的, 帆立貝不會LUM身的),油甘魚(一般), 甜蝦 (一般),海膽 (極力推介, 因是日本價, 入口即溶帶鮮甜味而不腥)。*定食有跟Appetizer, Steamed egg custard(太咸), pickles, salad(用料品種多, 調味好, 有心思), miso soup,and dessert(甜了些, 但精緻有心)蔥鮪魚腩飯定食 $160 : 新鮮, 但以$160 而言太貴, 幸而定食有TEMPURA AND UDON 搭够。及要推介個飯, 米是用秋田珍珠米, 一粒一粒, 好好味。*定食有跟appetizer, steamed egg custard(太咸), tempura, udon(份量不多, 但彈牙), salad(用料品種多, 調味好, 有心思) and dessert(甜了些, 但精緻有心). 雞泡魚乾 $95: 份量的色, 味道可以。整體而言, 餐廳裝修舒服, 有日籍師傅做SELLING POINT, 價值貴但俾到一定的食物質素。…Read More
